My favourite spot for a cozy meal! Pick Thai is a fantastic place to grab lunch or dinner. Everything is super fresh and tasty and the staff are some of the friendliest youll ever meet in Kelowna. The Sukiyaki is my favourite thing on the menu, and all of the drinks are great.

We eat out very often and we found their pad thai and drunken noodles to be a span over the average restaurant. Fried chicken in chili sauce with chips was awesome. Dog friendly patio and amazing service.

What a beautiful experience in a simple place, icing on the cake literally was the home made local BC Apple fritters with an ice cream(ask to drizzle a bit of condensed milk), they are doing their part to help the local apple producers sell their produce in the absence of the processing plant shut down the food was fresh, simple and felt like home cooked last but totally not the least the hostess is just the best ever, the smile she carried competed with the service. kudos to them!!

Super disappointed, just had an order delivered they missed an order of coconut rice, the soup was spilled out of the container in the bag, the banana desserts were gross and tasted like plastic, portion size is tiny and the bill was $72. Wont be ever ordering from there again.

This is my all-time favorite restaurant! The service is extremely friendly and extremely fast. Great portion sizes for a great price. I have celiac and I have word gluten-free food from this place many times and I have never had an allergic reaction ! Very impressed every time!

Passed by on my way back after a trip to Banff. The place has fantastic food and an incredible attention to service. Its a family run restaurant and the flavor is very authentic. We had the 5 people combo and every single thing was top notch. As a side, I had the Tom yum soup and it has to be the best one Ive had after many tries at different places in Vancouver and the US. I will make sure I pass by every time I get a chance, since its easily one of the best restaurants Ive tried, not only for Thai but foods in general. Also, I dont think you can get a more personable and attentive service anywhere else.

Very small portions. I ordered the dinner for two which included 2 tiny red cabbage spring rolls, Pork Panang Curry and the Pad Thai Chicken. The curry was very salty and I was charged $1.50 for hot sauce... Thats weird and fine if you charge for this, but please let your customer know when they ask that there will be a charge for a common request. Service was good and friendly but I wont Pick Thai again.

Im from edmonton, and felt like thai buy some place close to the lake for a nice walk after a meal. This was the closest thai restaurant so I dropped in for lunch. I was so amazed! It was so delicious! I have tried many thai restaurants in edmonton and thought I had my favorite places to eat but this restaurant out does them all. I have to say it was smack the table good. Best green curry I have ever had filled with lots of veggies(which i always find lacking in thai green curry dishes). Just incredible. Great service too! Well done 10/10 I cant wait to come back .

The all you can eat hot pot was unreal! They had absolutely everything you need for hotpot, super accommodating and checking in with you frequently to top up drinks and remove dirty plates. The restaurant itself isnt decorated super fancy or anything but I was attending for the food and not looking for anything fancy!

Found from google and I had my dinner here after a long day. The food felt like home cooked with love. It was delicious. Would visit again. 100% recommend to try this place out.

Food is reasonable and very good. We had a party ( birthday party Jan 21) of 12 to 15 people and we were accommodated orderly. The service was slightly slow but worth the wait and everything was excellent. Parking was a bit of a challenge, good thing we went on the weekend and almost the end of the day. The atmosphere is really good, the staff are accommodating. I/we will surely come back for more. The hot pot was superb. Our friends extend their superb experience from Pick Thai. Now we all have one list that not only good food but in general Pick Thai is worth recommending to dine or take out. Thank you Ploy and the staff of Pick Thai. More power. Its a family owned local cozy, Cafe feeling, restaurant. The little lady is super nice and hardworking. My personal fav was pad Thai and green curry. I feel like the portion sizes were a little small. Vegetarian options: You can tell them to make things without meat or tofu or even nuts.

The young lady name s Ploy, she is so friendly and kind. Very thing on the menu is amazing. I alway stopped at this restaurant for takeout every time I went to Kelowna. I recommend it.

Tried it for the first time today and was really impressed. The Tom Yum soup was delicious and spicy, the bubble tea was super refreshing and the service was terrific. Theyre so friendly here! Its a small, family-run business with a mothers touch when it comes to cooking, so it felt like getting a home cooked meal from someone that loves to share their craft. Definitely recommend.

We had a lovely lunch at Pick Thai. The flavours were very authentic. The Pad Thai tasted as if we were eating at a great street food vendor on the streets in Thailand! We only couldn t see mom cooking it in front of us! We will definitely be back and recommend you go too! Vegetarian options: Meats can be replaced with tofu, which we had. It was hotter inside than outside. TG there was a table outside. Waitress was very nice. I ordered Tom yum soup which was good flavour but little ingredients like 3 pieces of shredded chicken and mushrooms. Not worth the $$. My daughter ordered beef soup with rice noodles it had an unpleasant mild flavour and was not edible. She had very little of it and hours later said she couldnt get the taste out of her mouth and felt sick. The salad rolls were delish.++ When we told waitress the beef soup does not have beef flavour she apologized but it was not deducted from the bill. So I will think twice before going here again. Not the portions or experience I had at other Thai restaurants.

Stopped by Pick Thai for my lunch break yesterday and I ordered, ate, and paid for my meal all within my allotted half hour. So speedy! Gotta be the best pad thai in the city. The food is always delicious, the service is always outstanding, and the atmosphere is always warm and welcoming. Pick Thai is a cute little modern restaurant that brings smiles and good food to the table which i absolutely love when coming there. Its really difficult to find authentic Thai cuisine in Canada, and of course, I understand that its not Thailand and the ingredients are different. However, this restaurant has brought back the taste of authentic Thai dishes for me. Especially their Tom Yum Goong soup, its absolutely delicious. My family had a great time. Thank you.

Unbelievable that we visited this little cute Thai restaurant TWICE during our one and half day stay at Kelowna. The food is super yummy and the staff are amazing. Ive been wanting to try this place out for months and havent had the chance. Tonight we finally treated ourselves to dinner out and Im so happy to say Ive found my local, go-to for Thai food! Literally it was all so amazing we didnt even get a picture except afterwards when the plates were completely empty! The service and location was perfect, and the food was exceptional. We had a delicious meal at Pick Thai with incredible service from Ploy. The pineapple fried rice did not disappoint! Ploy was incredibly knowledgeable on the menu and after asking about our preferences offered personal advice on which dishes to order, heat scale options and which drinks went best with each meal. Ploy is also an incredible ambassador for the city of Kelowna offering great options for lesser known activities and sites in and around the city. We would highly recommend a stop at Pick Thai for amazing food, friendly service and a great overall experience. You will leave feeling like you have made new friends! Ploy - you truly are a Diamond!

I only ate it once in Kelowna, but even that was a shame because it was such a delicious place. The rice noodles taste a little different from Korea, but they were really delicious.

Unfortunately I ordered from Uber. The driver canceled on his way to pick up the order. I eventually called the restaurant and they confirmed my order was sitting for 30 minutes. They would not cancel the order and Uber was no help. The restaurant charges extra for hot and even more for thai hot. Not worth it. Besides being cold the portions were small and there are much better options for Thai food in Kelowna.

Pick Thai is 5/5 for many reasons. The server, Sita, is so friendly and makes me feel so loved and at home when I visit! The food is always good. I love the Pad Thai with a bit of spice, and I love the Thai Iced Tea. I recently tried their new hotpot, and I loved the tom yum soup and the sukiyaki sauce! The restaurant is simple but so cozy, decorated with Thai-inspired items. I always recommend this restaurant to my friends because they have such a large food and drink menu with so many opportunities to try lots of different Thai-inspired flavours. Such a good place in Kelowna.

Great place to go for food! Ploy the owner was so friendly and made us feel like family. We had their hot pot which was amazing and bursting with flavour. The spice was customizable which was perfect for us! They also offer oat milk Thai tea

AMAZING! We had the hot pot and thai tea. I was blown away how Ploy had welcomed us into her restaurant and was so personable. The service was fast and we got to make the hot pot as spicy as we could handle. They also offer milk alternatives for the Thai tea which was a GOD SENT We will definitely be back for more!

Went here for a Date Night. Was a wonderful experience. We had 2 appies and 2 dishes as well as Bubble tea. The brown sugar Pearls are a perfect add in to the tea. Dinner was so tasty and filling. And the appies had such great flavor. The peanut sauce was so good that I kept the remainder for on my meal. The owner is so friendly and you can tell she cares about her delicious food and making sure people have a great time here. Perfect date night and we look forward to coming back. Dietary restrictions: They can accommodate allergies and have alternatives to milk.

Ask for the hot pots even though they are not on the regular menu. We had the coconut base which was fabulous. It s a very small quaint little spot but the hot pots were delicious and flavourful and the service is friendly. Parking: The restaurant is on the main retail street downtown but there s lots of street and parkade parking within a short distance.
