Horrible experience sandwiches were thrown together, was about a third of nothing but bun

Just drove through drive-through and our sandwich was falling apart, and both coffees were cold. Disappointing

Tried ordering food and the lady kept laughing at me when I was trying to talk .. right side was numb and it was difficult to talk .. not very impressed with the way they laughed at my problem.

Best Experience ever. Girls working there are so friendly and kind. Alway makes my day. Love going there daily.

I ordered a sandwich with no tomato and the it was made incorrectly more than one time even though I specified my allergy. The employee seemed annoyed that I asked her to switch gloves.

The workers are truly disrespectful, used to actually enjoy going there, some of the drive thru GIRLS need to learn how to talk to others.Don s a good worker there even on a bad day he has a smile his face and is super nice

I take people to Tim Hortons almost every second day. Once again today, the girl in drive-through working at 04/01/2024 3:10 PM today again tried to steal change. Today ordered a large coffee and a large tea and it comes to $5.64 she Gives us back to one dime, one nickel and two toonies after giving her a $10.00 bill. So this girl and possibly other employees are doing this every time somebody goes through the drive-through. So they re giving themselves a tip and a raise every day. Disgusting (Maybe it s just one bad apple ) Anybody going to this Tim Hortons Double check your change you get back. Management allowing to happen is just as disgusting.

Went there today around 12.15pm . Made an order of 40 dollars. The worst customer service one can ever get. Staff is so rude. Messed up our whole order Twice. Our tea was cold. We ordered 3 bagels . Two was with has-brown but they added egg (we are vegetarian). Instead of even apologizing they started arguing. The girl was so rude. I guess she was the manager as she was wearing black dress. When we complained about the order the back staff was laughing. What king of customer service is this. Will never vist this place again. Do yourself a favour go to any other place rather than wasting ur money here. The manager doesn t know how to respond to customers complaints. Worst staff ever.

So I went here at 12:15 pm today with my friends and let me tell you this was the worst tim hortons experience I have ever had. They messed up our entire order!!!! We ordered 3 bagels and they put egg in two of them (we are vegetarian!) gave us totally cold teas (steeped tea) and instead of apologizing for it she said to my friend to have some common sense and even the sizes were wrong! The worst part was was the customer service we got! Instead of apologizing they were arguing and even the girls at the back were laughing! This is completely ridiculous. The girl with the black jacket had the worst customer service skills as after all this she didn t even said sorry once! Thanks for ruining our morning! Please y ll do yourselves a favour and double check your orders before exiting the drive thru *WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE*

The Lady Working With the Black jacket. August 7,2023 . Between 12-12:15 Pm. She Made our order wrong twice. She was still rude to me . And asking me to have some sense. But i think she needs to go back to school to learn some common sense and how to talk to customer. I am sorry for her Dumb Brain.

Horrible customer service every time. Today, august 24 at about 2:45 the window lady actually rolled her eyes at my daughter and I after I paid.

Place to be avoided. Stopped by around noon on my way to the West, approached a cashier, the lady just turned around and walked away. Had to start my line again. The staff does not even pretend to care about their customers.

Menu Items dontdisplay sometimes. The staff are friendly,yet cannot speak,properly to customers so they can ,be understood.Then staff get angry at customers. Clean restaurant,good coffee. Parking: On the side and at rear. Kid-friendliness: Safe environment.

Terrible customer service today. 10/15/23 with the lady working the window at 1245. They dont tell you a price at drive through. I got out cash and she threw down her interac machine and got upset because I took 20 seconds to dig out cash. I let her know it would be helpful to let the customer know how much before they move. She shut the door on me. Please review customer service skills with your employee. Many times I feel like they rush you and I feel sorry for those who arent fast.

New staff does not take the time to make sure the order is correct. 7/10 you need to double check your order to make sure it is correct. Not even during rush hr is it correct. It s becoming ridiculous. Better off going to the other timmie son the other side of town.

I drove through with my big work truck this morning I have to say the rudest people work at the store one lady while I was paying kept saying there s lots of people in the line who was being served by as if to say hurry no regard for safety just go I will not go back to this store again you can see they raciest people

They just want to rush you out, I ask for double-toasted and its barely even warm, happens ALL the time..not a one-time event. Its annoying and gross.

Wouldve gotten a higher rating if we didnt have to wait like 5 minutes to have our order taken inside. Price is definitely a lot more expensive than I remember. Quality of my sandwich is not bad but not a $10 sandwich in my opinion.

1st of all 1st restaurant that I have been in a long time where my elderly mother and I were sitting and no vaccination card was asked of us. I do believe its still the law that all all vaccination cards must be presented if you are dining in period period the sandwich was very poorly closed poorly cooked bread was doing overallets delete overall rotten lunch.

As good as I expected the hot chocolate was perfect.

Clean. Fast and friendly IN PERSON service. Dont be afraid to go in like you did pre-bloody Covid.

What you d expect - staff was nice

They dont know how to tell time, sign says closes at 10:00 p.m, door locked at 9:40. Some staff are rude, they will shove food in your face at drive thru.

The counter person was training..so ok slack given..but they forget my.pptatoe wedges and my.donuts!!

Hash browns were just so-so. Sausage biscuit breakfast sandwich was good. Hot and tasty

One out of three coffees ordered was correct. I had to turn around and get the other two fixed. They did not even offer anything more for the inconvenience of their error. SHAME ON TIM HORTONS. (Cause they don t have to)

No complaints about the woman on the till. Very nice. The stars are for her. No stars for anyone else. Approx 9 a.m. on 5th/July/22 I ordered a grilled cheese with double bacon. The girl making sandwiches, etc., was very busy chatting and laughing with the other girls, or the girl at the takeout window. Loud and boisterous. Another order after mine was filled first. Mine came as an afterthought, Im guessing, since I was standing with my coffee for some time, with the woman at the till looking a little uncomfortable with me still waiting. Still all the loud chatting and laughing. When I opened my sandwich, it was only grilled on one side, with the cheese, bacon, and top cheese missing 1/5th of one end of the bread altogether, and not melted on the end where the cheese, unappetizingly, was sticking out. Also big blob of the top cheese on this end too. I was afraid to bring it back. Im making my way back home to S. Ontario from Saskatchewan, and was worried that a complaint might make me a target of a worse sandwich. The girls seemed more interested in loudly chatting and laughing than doing their jobs properly. Not good customer relations. Tims should have a higher standard than that. I felt bad for the woman at the till.

Been there in afternoon they were running very busy team working there was very fast and i was out in 5 minutes food made was really very good than other locations. Thanks guys

I ordered potato wedges for my kids around 9:30pm on july 31 and they were expired, even though the guy at the window, supervisor was so rude and didn t greet(any Hyy, hello or thank you). He didn t even ask me how we want to pay.

Service is great ,nice staff but flies all over on food on open shelves.Wonder why no responsible staff has understood how unhygienic it is and taken any action for that.

Went through the drive through and used a coupon off my app. When I asked the man working the windows how much my bill was before the coupon (two bagels and two coffee s) he said $17. I expressed that there is no way two coffee s and two bagels were $17. He continued to yell at me that I was wrong and not listen to what I was asking. I couldn t believe this attitude to a customer that is asking a simple question. Worst service 8 have ever experienced. Sept 5/22 @ 9:22am.

Cant complain too much about Timmies. Its truly not my favorite coffee - McD has it beat Imo. Love their biscuit breakfast sandwiches, and their hashbrowns have drastically improved in the past year. I dont have lunch often but their wedges need a bit more prep time, theyre sometimes too soft and underdone (alittle freezer burnt sometimes). Their new artisan sandwiches are pretty good. My wife wants them to bring back the regular Old Fashioned Glazed doughnut, a timbit version just isnt enough.

Good enough for a drive thru coffee shop. Some locations shut down their food menu at odd times, so be aware if you are hungry in the evening or possibly early morning. Pastry only was the answer we got one day.
