have nothing good to say ordered 3 meals got no nuggets with the nugget meal no fries with the mc arch meal and no fries with the mc chicken meal and to top off no straws for any of the drinks Parking: parking is ok

A very poor management system, it s hard to believe this is a McDonald s restaurant. The drive-through staff don t know how to use the app for payment, and they are rude. The manager is very hypocritical and unreasonable, insisting the problem is mine without any verification. These unqualified employees should all be fired!

They never get McDelivery orders rite ever there is always something missing and every effort to contact them to remedy the situation falls on deaf ears not worth giving your business to.

Just grab a coffee from here in the mornings. The Coffee is always great tasting and fresh.

If you enjoy waiting 20 minutes for a single coffee and having multiple customers served in front of you. If you enjoy watching people try to cheese their times by bumping orders early and then immediately forgetting the order leading to customers being completely forgotten and if you enjoy some of the worst possible customer service Kenora has to offer. Come here

Never seen a McDonalds grossly overcook fries before. I threw them straight in the garbage.

They struggle to get an order right. If u order 2 burgers fries and a drink and half are right would you consider it right or just McDonald s right?

The milkshake machine has not been functioning for over a month now & may be fixed within 2 weeks. Summer will be half over soon enough.

Probably one of the worst service out of all McDonalds. There lack of communication between employees took over 20 minutes to make a kids meal and a few drinks. Then while proceeding to complain the person who oreder behind got 3 complete opposite orders. Youre best to avoid this franchise in kenora... still waiting for a response from McDonalds or management. Proves to avoid this place.

Food orders will be wrong more times then right and when youre paying extra for doordash to drop it off you cant exactly run in quickly to get it fixed. Id rather wait an extra couple minutes if it means my food will be what I paid for. If Im paying for extras on a burger Im gonna want them. Quit rushing youre staff lol

Usually its not a big deal to place an order. Some times it can become a chore to do so. Usual quick and easy place to order and eat Right away inside. Still a decent place to go.

To many shooting up in your washrooms. Put in blue light like the McDonalds in Toronto. Blue lights detour shooting up.less fights less people taking there cloths off in your store

Busy location, ordered food and waited almost 20 minutes. When I got my food the order wrong but were quick to fix it.

First off the lady that was making our mcflurrys dropped our cups on the ground. It the took her 10 MINUTES to make 4 mcflurrys that were only filled half way full.

Its unfortunate but this channel needs a major cleaning, its messy.

When you go through DT you take a chance at being parked, I get that. But you should have all hot food. Not cool fries. Lots of parking being done at 5:50pm. Should not be parking unless special orders.

Drive-thru was smooth, cashier very clear and easily understood over the speaker. Unfortunately, my double Big Mac was falling apart after the first bite due to over Mac-saucing causing the bun to fall apart.

They got my order right. A major feat these days.

I was passing through in the early am I just had finish getting fuel for my truck and was in need of a coffee badly as Ive been traveling from Calgary back to Toronto, I seen this mc donalds and was overwhelmed with joy to see them open. I realized the lobby was closed which that happens I understand I went to drive thru because my truck was a 5 ton truck cant fit.l and I waited until the Cars in the drive thru left The girl who has pink hair was exceptionally rude, flat out told me lobby is close opens in 20 mins and Im not taking walk ups I explained to her but I have a truck I cant fit she said well than your going to have to wait....I specifically remember ford saying for truckers to serve them at the window and to let them use your washrooms this mc donalds I felt humiliated trying to purchase a coffee from them seening how this was the treatment you get. I got back in my truck drove down the street lord behold a tim Hortons with an open lobby I was so thankful for Tim Hortons!

This McDonalds keeps getting worse everytime I come here. From slow to non existent service, to poor food quality and presentation, the least they could do is handle your food with care. But dont even expect that anytime soon.

The cook needs a hair cut and a shave. A hair net might work. Hair in my food no one cared.lot!s of grease too.

Im in town for work. I must say I am very impressed this Kenora location. I was here last week and the sausage McMuffins were phenomenal. I returned this week and ordered chicken McGriddles but I was given the wrong item. I returned a little while later and they gladly replaced my breakfast. They even remembered me but I had already left when they realized their mistake. 5 stars for the Kenora McDonalds. I may stop in again before I leave at the end of the week. Also the staff are very friendly.
