Kurry went out of their way to put together our order during off hours. And, the food was excellent.

Tasteless food the most horrible biryani ever

Please, dont forget to add some salt to 28.28$ paneer biryani. Really disappointed. Vegetarian options: Paneer biryani

We visited today for my friends birthday party. The food was top notch especially Tikki chaat. We all liked our server, he is really polite. They made sure they made this occasion memorable. We liked the newly renovated amibence and is really warming. You must pay a visit.

Waited for 20 minutes just to place an order and than waited for another almost 30 minutes just to get food. We got food late and than the sever brought in of our dishes late and got super upset when we told her that she forgot one of our dishes. We got one dish at the end when we finished our food. Not enough staff when it is a Sunday and they are aware that they are going to be busy. Charging 18 % as a tip because you are 8 people as a party seems little too much. Upset with the over all experience.

Great place for Indian food

Worst experience ever. Would have given negative star but have no option. Me along with my family member went to dine in and we were given table by a lady staff and we already sat there but all of a sudden a guy came and told us that there is one group waiting for the table before us so we need to go out to find another restaurant or need to wait. I didn t understand if the tables are full why someone have given us the table in the place and secondly why they had not put any board or sign as full if they dont have even 5 extra chairs to manage their guest. Management is poor and they even dont know how to deal with their customers

I would have taken a picture, but I eatit all. Great good, homemade everything, and fresh . the buttered chicken, I have eaten in many Indian resturants- jazzs is 5 star. Great open space, love the atmosphere and great wine list. The Indian beer. Frist time~ smooth and right Carbonation for me. On my list of top ten .

Food is super duper delicious

From the entrance, we were skeptical as dirty windows, small signage and a stuck front door was what we saw. Once inside though, it was clean and nicely designed. The food was excellent as well as the service.

My wife and I went out to the cottage for a nice break this last weekend. We were planning to go into Kenora for dinner, and most of the restaurants were closed for Good Friday. Thankfully Kurry was open. Now, they recently moved in and renovated a space within the seemingly doomed Kenricia hotel. It is very nice, but only once you actually get into the restaurant. There was a young lady working the front desk, and no one else inside. We ordered the Samosa Chaat (that is a a samosa smashed on a platter), a spinach paneer (that s cheese) dish, and a version of Ghobi (fried cauliflower). The food is AMAZING. I personally love Indian cuisine and have tried most of the highest rated across this country while travelling for work. This one is a gooder! If you re looking for great food with unique flavours while in K-town, consider dropping by to Kurry. We will be back!

Wonderful place to go after a hike and to celebrate a birthday. Menu is concise and easy to choose food from. Food is delicious and the owner/chef is really kind. Will come again. Recomend: butter chicken, chicken biryani, shahi paneer, lamb curry, naan.

Best indian food I ve ever tasted in Canada. Paneer pakora is a must. Aaloo tikki chaat is the next. Rest everything is upto your taste. I live in dryden but always visit them just because of their taste and service. Must try place for indians. 5/5 for everything.

Food is good but forced to give a tip for take out is a scam. I have no problem tipping for eating in but when a 10% tip is mandatory it s an odd business practice. Just up your price 10% instead of the shady practice

We stopped here during a business trip and the food was delicious. Service was excellent and friendly. Price and portions were great as well. If you are looking for an authentic Indian restaurant I believe this is the place to go. As I sit here the be next day enjoying the lamb biryani with an egg it is still as enjoyable as it was the night before. Thank you, we will return next time we come through Kenora.

We ordered take-out of 4 different dishes and Naan bread (a must) and 3 adults ate supper, one had lunch and we still have enough for another meal! Incredible food and staff. Love that we have this option in Kenora, such a treat!

Visiting from Toronto. My family here had never tried Indian food. Butter chicken, chana masala and mutter paneer were as good as I have had anywhere in southern Ontario - and I have eaten in a lot of Indian restaurants! Family very happy. Large portions- enough left for tomorrow. Highly recommend!

Ordered food last week from a Hotel, it was so delicious and Mr. Gill was just amazing, he specially came to deliver in snow. Channa masala was best.

Being from here but living in a big city with so many options I have to say KURRY tops any Regina Indian Restaurant for their pakoras , samosas and butter chicken ! Best food is Kenora. We enjoyed the chefs special, chicken and shrimp and spices gave the dish were perfect compliment to basmati rice. Huge portions and able to have breakfast with left overs. Also shrimp biryani and chicken tikka masala stimulated all our taste buds So delicious and blend of spices made everything so tasty And don t forget to order Naan bread to soak up all the juices We shared the dishes so we wouldn t miss out on any new flavours. So busy eating we forgot to take pictures I could eat there daily Parking right in front Families were there and high chairs for little ones were offered We re aren t vegetarian but many dishes to choice from for the vegans out there New restaurant is spacious and going to look elegant when finished Thank you VP and Jazz for a great meal.

Pick anything on the menu and you won t be disappointed. My go to is the lamb curry at least 3 days a month. Vegetarian options: So many ridiculously tasty Veg options, it s always tough to pick which dishes you want. Average quality food. Packaged naan as tandoor works only on few days. Ambience is nothing.

The food was second to none, I have been all over Canada and Ontario and this is by far on of the best Indian experiences my family and I have had. Jazz and staff are excellent. The only reason for 4 on atmosphere is because they are still working on it. Treat yourself, eat here now!!!

I have enjoyed the food here numerous times since they have opened. All the food I have tried has been fantastic!! I usually get the butter chicken, garlic naan bread, samosas, chicken pakora, and cumin potatoes, the yellow rice that comes with the butter chicken is perfect too. I have been happy with the price and the amount of food we get. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone that wants to try something different in Kenora. We are very lucky to have such a fine Indian restaurant in Kenora!!!!

This is my number one choice to eat in Kenora. You got to try their Butter Chicken and Chicken Briyani, those are a must try.
