Surprised they didnt have a single vegan option on their menu. The guy that answered the phone didnt even know what vegan was and kept giving me cheese options. Vegan cheese is more common now. Boston Pizza has vegan cheese. Hopefully they will move with the times eventually.

I have lot of complaints about this franchise- 1) I think that s the new owner cum delivery boy always begging for tips.( keep some self respect please). I saw him doing the same thing at his other business. It s other restaurant. 2. I politely asked if I can use washroom and shamelessly they said go to Boston pizza. How can they send their clients to their competitors and not helping them. 3. I noticed the thickness of pizza was reduced (poor guys doing cost cutting). 4. Improvements- I think since pizza pizza is coming to town they are trying to show good service . Don t just work for money please work for better customer service with community or please pass on the business to some dedicated business person. I wish I could give 0 rating!!

I ordered breadsticks once because Im severely allergic to cheese and they tried to blame me for being allergic not only that they tried to shame me saying you know we have to throw it out now and she was very very rude full of attitude. However Dominos got back to me very quickly to remedy and resolve this issue so they are clearly focused on self improvement and do not tolerate this behavior.

Im from the US, and was on vacation up here for a few days. This is the best quality Dominos Ive ever had in my life. They were super fast and friendly. And seriously, the taste is so much better than whats available in Minnesota.

Slowest delivery known to mankind. Well actually zero delivery. Almost 90 minutes late. Store told me to check my driveway. Guess they will drop pizza there or on your lawn. Nope wasn t there either. Call back. Sorry it s still on the heat rack. Never again will I order dominoes.

Weve been ordering from this Dominos since they opened and always order our favourite Medium Extravaganza, extra sauce (Dominos sauce is soooo good), pineapple and thin crust. Over the years theyve always been consistently good. Staff are excellent to deal with, very friendly and professional (on the phone calling in order as well as delivery drivers). I have absolutely no complaints but only praise for this place. Working full time I truly appreciate their reliability, consistent quality service and product. A+.

If you are going to segregate humans out of this location for exercising their natural and legal rights you should be aware of the harm you are causing and you should know that we will proceed to file a claim if necessary When you dont allow clients without a face mask/covering you are violating their right to Informed consent. As well you are attempting assault because no consent is acquired, and force and threats are used, along with discrimination and segregation. The harm from the improper use of a mask causes serious injury and death. I recommend you educate all of your employees about the human rights.

Extremely disappointed. A nice young lady answered and took my order said 30 mins. After 45 mins I called just for confirmation a very rude gentleman answered and explained that my order would not be ready for 30-45 mins. Puzzled I explained I already placed my order for delivery 45 mins prior and he said he hasn t even started yet. I asked why, his explanation was he is the only one working by himself knowing this wasn t true I asked him what about the young lady who answered the phone 45 minutes ago. He fell silent and I had to tell him to cancel my order. Being busy is fair and understandable but don t lie. Basic manners.

Absolutely disgusting the attitude we received in the store March 11 around 9pm. I have never and I mean never experienced such a gross attitude in my life. That girl should be fired, and I hope she will rethink her position on behavior as front line in a franchise paid for by someone elses hard earned cash.

Every time my boyfriend and I order from Kenora Dominos it is extremely fast, friendly, and fresh! Everyone always greets me with a smile.

I love this dominos! Sometimes I prefer it over pizza hut. Their sauce is amazing and I always add extra. The location is the best for pick ups and they have a bigger parking lot than pizza hut and its free parking as well. They have a nice little table for 1 family to sit at. The only drawback is no public restroom. Which is Kenoras #1 drawback lol good luck finding a washroom anywhere in town when the harbourfront is closed.

Tyree-stars due to inconsistency, this place is hit or miss. There is also a worker named Josh who is a scammer and sketchy. Managers have been informed about him but they dont do anything.

Speedy service and great prices. There was a 50% deal on their website. Ordered online from the hotel and it was at our door in less than 20 minutes! And we all enjoyed the pizza too!

pizza is good, waited an hour and a half for delivery, called to check to see how the pizza was doing and they told me another half hour. and it was on a monday night
