Stopped in at the tail end of a long first day of a road trip. Service was friendly, and really fast. Everything tasted great and we are fueled up for the last few hours of driving :) Quiet in the restaurant, only a few other patrons. Parking was easy to come by and affordable
Typical Boston Pizza fare in an unusual building. Great staff and pleasant atmosphere. Edit: it was pointed out that I originally gave a 4 star rating, but I had nothing bad to add to the original review. After some thought, I find this a very fair and relevant point. So I am amending to 5 star. It is after all, well deserved. I would go to this location again; I recommend you do, too. 😀
We occasionally get takeout from Boston Pizza. Portion sizes have been declining. I received a very small handful of fries with my meal and don’t feel that I’m getting what I’m paying for. I don’t think I will be ordering from here any longer.
Nice view from the top floor. Service was good even though they were short staffed. The food was just average. It’s a decent option to grab something with the family or friends as they have good seating for large groups. But the food was not as good as expected. There is some parking options available in front but it’s all paid.
The pasta was ok , my husband loved the burger. However, the drinks were awful. Ordered a " peach /mango quencher ,and it looked and tasted like plain soda. I've never seen such a colorless/tasteless " mango" drink. The replacement an " unicorn lemonade" was barely better. Service left a lot to wish for!
I’m a huge fan of Boston Pizza, they have the best pizza in North Western Ontario. The dough is fresh and they use high quality flour because it’s crunchy but still chewy. The dough is not greasy at all. The other ingredients are all fresh too. I love the hot Italian sausage they use. It reminds me of the old days when we bought pizza from the real Italians at the Ristorante. They have great handicapped access and parking. They have buttons to open the doors. The bar has always had a good atmosphere and their deals on pints are great! 😊 I love the Canadian theme and collection of souvenirs and sports memorabilia. The staff are usually friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend the pizza but they have many great appetizers as well. Cheers!
We went there for lunch, and was greeted by the bus person who seated us. Then they proceeded to clear the table beside us, while there were so many other free and clean tables we could have sat at. The wait staff came by to take our drink order, no ice in waters, a coffee and an ice tea with no ice, brought the drinks, and the ice tea was with ice and served us a coffee with a floaty in it. I had asked for a few more minutes to look at the menu so they decided that meant we wanted to sit there for 10 minutes after we had decided on food and closed our menus and walked past us no less than 10 times without checking on us. They came back and we had the coffee exchanged for a no floaty allowed coffee, then they left us again for another 5 minutes without taking the order. When we ordered, they left again as per usual for a restaurant. The food was an additional 10 minutes which was pretty fast, the wait staff dropped it off, made a big pretentious show of turning our plates so they were angled and we didn't see them at our table again until the meal was done. We had only eaten half of it because it wasn't the best so I thought I'd take the rest to go and maybe I'd snack on it later. No questions on how the food was, just a 5 minute wait after I asked for a to go box and the bill. Then, instead of asking for any feedback, they gave us the box and bill, rushed us to pay and walked away without another word. The food was alright, they had 8 tables and only one wait staff person and the bus person. It wasn't busy, wasn't great and wasn't a friendly feeling place. I don't think we'll go back, there's better food and service at McDonalds.
I rarely give bad reviews, but the ‘pizza’ at Boston pizza was so disappointing. We had the carbonara and vegetarian pizzas- both were so basic, something I could’ve made better at home. I also asked for a cauliflower crust which I was told was what I was having, but I’m pretty sure that wasn’t it. The steak was good and so were the cocktails. The service was sadly poor.

Very bad service, I made an order at about 6 pm. At 7 pm, a waitress came to us and brought us 2 steaks. The steaks were as dry as possible, and there were no additions to the menu. As soon as we left the restaurant, all 4 customers had stomach problems. I do not recommend this establishment! Be careful and avoid this establishment.
I recently visited this restaurant and ordered two steaks. Unfortunately, they were very dry and did not meet my expectations at all. I asked for them to be redone, but I had to wait far too long. When I finally got the new steaks, they were only slightly better, and after eating, I ended up with stomach problems. I was extremely disappointed with my experience and would not recommend this place to anyone.
I am very disappointed. I don t recommend this place. Terrible service. We waited almost an hour for our order. And when we finally got it, it didnt match what was on the menu. The steaks were just oaky. And they simply forgot about the additions that came with the steak and brought it without it. The waitress offered to redo it, we asked how long to wait for the order, she said about 25 minutes, but we waited longer. When they finally brought us the reworked order, it wasnt much better. And after all this, our stomachs started to hurt. Unpleasant, just a waste of time and money.
I have never had such an awful experience at a restaurant before! From the moment server Jeff approached our table it went downhill, he did not introduce himself or say hi he just stood beside the table and said okay and expected us to give our orders. When the food arrived the one of the meals was cold. Jeff did get warm fries to replace the old ones. As the meal went on we did not see him again. He did not return to see how the food was or to refill our drinks or to clear any plates. He did return at the end to bring the bill in which he expected a large tip! Everyone at the table gave the tip that was earned which was no tip because the service was no existent. Jeff went on to get upset at only one girl at the table which happens to be a single mom and asked why there was no tip and when she explained he then went on to say he had been there since 10:30am and it was 6:30pm (seems like a normal days work to me) and got upset that he needed to pay the cooks and went on about expecting a tip before storming off like a child. When the supervisor was informed of his behaviour he did nothing to resolve the issue but talked to Jeff. This seemed like something you would see on tv! Tips are earned they are not mandatory!!!!
In the past I really enjoyed a boston brute loaded with meat at lest 100 grams but the last one i ordered for take out was thick bun with very little meat on it. two thin layers . Hopefully that was just a mistake. At over 20 bucks . Otherwise always been good food and service.
Food was terrible service was terrible had to wait an hour for food and 20 minutes for water. Water was never refilled and it took atleast 15 minutes to even get menus after sitting down
Bush league at best.. ordered for delivery salad was fine. Pizza bread had no seasoning and was very very chewy!! Did not receive my blue cheese dressing for my Cajun wings which had no Cajun seasoning on them. Last but not least inch and a half crust on my pizza and cheese was not melted!!! I will never recommend this to anyone!!
My 5 star is ONLY because of Amanda! We spent the day on the water and at the beach. Being a hot day, I was convinced to go to BPs for dinner. Locals and summer only people like us, know the rumors about this dump are true. Slow or no service, sub par food, etc. Needless to say, I did NOT want to be there! Walking in, I was snapped at by some hyperactive 12 year old with a bad haircut behind the counter. Im the wrong guy for that. But, I bit my tongue and headed upstairs to help ease his breakdown and just get away from him. Amanda could clearly tell I was literally on my last nerve... However, she won me over just by her personality and attention to detail. Our food was fast, hot and delicious. I have no doubt that she told the kitchen people to step it up for us...well, me and my ratchet mood that she worked so hard to change. And, she did. Simply by providing excellent customer service. I ended up telling her that it was only because of her that we stayed. If anyone else had helped us, I would have walked. If Kenora BPs could have 25 Amandas working there, that place would be packed all the time. The only way I would come back would be to call first to find out if she is working. Amanda, you deserve a raise!
We ordered 6 meals on line for pick up. Upon arrival a employee was over heard telling another employee weve screwed up orders these are more important to fix then whoever is coming in for theres right now. After waiting a while someone finally acknowledged our party, and our order was given. Only to get back home, 45 min away, to realize an entire meal is missing and orders are wrong. All that was offered was a credit off our next order for the cost of the meal that was not given to us. Why would we want a credit to return if that is the atmosphere and professionalism of the staff?
twice this has happened to me at Kenora bp. last night i ordered my food at 430pm, guy on the phone tells me that it would be delayed and pick up at 6pm, i said thats fine. i show up at 6pm and they have no clue what Im talking about, nobody put the order in, like i said this is the second time this happened to me there. All they said is sorry, no fix of any sort or we will make your order a priority and make it right now. Just a sorry, so i left. I will never order from that restaurant again, including functions for work
Worst Boston Pizza experience. Very rude staff members including general manager. From the start greeting was very rude from their faces and body language. The counter said that they were full of tables and that there was one seat available and it was loud which they werent. We walked in and saw multiple tables empty. The server was rude, didnt have a smile on their face. She ask us if ordering any drinks and we order 2 pepsi. When she returns with our drinks she didnt bring us straws so we ask for straws and when she brought back the straws she brought straws with jbare hands in between her fingers which is very unsanitary. Then when we asked for the Manger. About few minutes when General manager came I told him this Boston Pizzas cutomer service is worst service I ever experience and I ask him Is this how you treat customers? And he says quote yes. Customers like you. And he told us we have options to leave. I could not believe how this Boston pizza treat customers. Even with general Manager whos name is Jordan shouldnt he ask us what is the problem? Instead of telling customers to leave? I am glad I dont have to go to this restaurant since we dont live in this town but with this kind of experience I dont want to eat or recommend Boston pizza to anyone.
Friday night of the July long weekend and we came here for some food because the competitor down the road closed their kitchen just before 10 PM. Lounge was just over half full and we were seated right away. Sat there for 10 minutes without so much as a hello and stared at other tables who were all waiting on service as well. Left and went to McDonald s for food. Way cheaper and much better service.
Tried for over half an hour to place a take out order, only to be put on hold several times due to the calls being dropped. When I finally got through and asked for them to please take my order, I get a call back saying that it would take over an hour for the order to be ready. Not impressed as I have gone here often. The last few times Ive ordered from here service just seems to get worse.
Kenora BP has the worst service. Sure miss Winnipeg BP.

They took a reservation for 4 people for 6:30pm for dinner, and when we showed up they informed us that their entire sit-down restaurant was closed. I felt awful for the employees, but this place is a mess.
came to kenora for the beach, we decided to stop by boston pizza for supper, it was very quiet when we arrived but picked up at the end, waitress was very attentive and friendly, portions were way bigger than back home, and for cheaper aswell, was very happy to see it, we got garlic parmesan fries, so good, we also tried the pizza flights, food arrived in a quick timing and tasted so good, if we ever decide to come back to kenora, i am definitely coming back, one of my favourite places in kenora so far, and much better than back home! thank you all wonderful staff, you made a great end to our trip.
Ordered from Boston pizza, paid around $180 plus a 20% tip to the driver. Was missing 2 kids pizzas and the 4 fries, called to let them know and asked if I could get the food they said sure. They called me back right after and said no they will only give me credit and no more food, told them I wanted a refund instead. Manager on the phone said the food was delivered and that it was his word against mine that I was missing food. Told him maybe he should check the delivery drivers car or maybe one of my bags got delivered to the wrong place. He continued to tell me no it was his word against mine etc. after a few minutes he agreed to have the missing food delivered.

Visited while away on work trip. Visited 2 times. First experience was mid afternoon and was absolutely excellent. Second visit was later in the evening and waited 20 minutes before flagging someone down to ask for service. Ordered and drink took an additional 20 minutes. Bandara bread was great , salad was good but dressing was flovourless.
Had an issue ordering through DoorDash and the manager from BP called me and sorted everything out and had their driver deliver my order. Amazing service and the food was very good.
Unpleasant overly loudmusic. Not condusive to dining. Took 10 to 15 minutes to lower the volume and change off of heavy metal music after we requested a change.
I had the honey dill chicken burger and my bun was BURNT. I mean it was so black and when you pushed on it it would crumble in your hands. I should have expected an issue as my sons cactus cut fries were over cooked also. The restaurant wasnt even that busy. Highly disappointed in this place. Don t order anything from this pizza store My recent experience with Boston Pizzas delivery service left much to be desired. After waiting for an hour and a half without receiving my order, and unsuccessful attempts to reach the restaurant, I finally managed to get through after two hours, only to be told that they didnt have a driver available. This level of service is unacceptable. The lack of communication and failure to fulfill a basic expectation of timely delivery made this my worst experience ever with a restaurant. Its disappointing to encounter such incompetence, especially from a well-known establishment like Boston Pizza. While everyone can have off days, this experience has certainly left a sour taste in my mouth. Ill think twice before considering Boston Pizza for delivery again.
Was passing through town for work had a hell of a day stuck in snow and storms for 2 days got to BP Asked for a table got sent to the bar as non drinkers, tables were filthy sat for ten mins with zero service. Worst Boston pizza experience. Tried to go down stairs and was told wasnt able to sit because of short service staff. 2 guys need a jug of water and some chicken Sammies. Maybe next time service will be better.
This is the last time I subject my family to this horrendously deteriorating business. Ive been a patron since the early 70s and I cant do it anymore. I just spent over $100 on the absolute worst eating experience second only to a great chicken disaster in 2020. It started several months ago with missing dips, then missing garlic toast, then unusually tasteless sides and then there was tonight. 1. Ordered a usual Thai grilled chicken wrap. We received a dry, coleslaw wrap with only 3 little, dried-up pieces of chicken. That is not an exaggeration by any stretch of the imagination. The side garden salad was 80% spinach. My son was livid. 2. Ordered a half rack of bourbon BBQ ribs and side garden salad for a second time hoping they were going to be better. Big mistake , the ribs were unsauced (dry & tasteless to boot) AND an end piece that was so small I originally mistook it for a wing in the container. The side salad was a dry, tasteless coleslaw. I get that the side of spinach and coleslaw were interchangeable but seriously a coleslaw for a salad? Oh and the garlic toast was warm bread. My husband said I hope you didnt pay a lot for this, its terrible. I didnt have the heart to say yes I did, they were $25 3. Ordered the new Wing Flight. They were acceptable but the fresh veggies were MIA so I figured they changed places with the dip this time. 4. Ordered my ol faithful #7 (pepperoni) with beef from back in the day... delicious as always, thank you. Thats your 2 stars.

Called for a take-out app tonight. Person answering the phone just said yeah?! I had to ask if it was BP, lol. He was very short and curt before being put on hold. Need better customer service skills. Food was good though.

Arrived at 7:30 to have dinner. Just myself and my wife. Told that it is a 10 min wait. Look in the restaurant and there are only two table with customers at them. Then they said kitchen was backed up. That is why there is a wait. While waiting I asked if we could sit at a table and at least have a drink. Was told, they don t do that. Then we were told, they are only serving pizza because they sold out of everything else on the menu. At this point. We had been traveling all day, we just wanted to eat something. Finally got a table, placed a drink order, then was told it will be awhile because they have to change the kegs in the basement. Finally, got two draft beers and then placed order for pizza. After order comes out, I hear staff talking that the only reason they went to serving pizza only is because the kitchen got slammed and it is the easiest to make. WOW, WOW, WOW. This is the worst operation of a restaurant I have ever experienced, and I personally spent many years in the restaurant industry as a franchisee. And for Boston Pizza as a whole, the corporation should be ashamed of the way this location is representing their brand.

Ribs were great. Really fall of the bone. Chicken parm was good too. Broccoli that came with both dishes was tasty and very nice.
This BP was worth going to. We went for a late lunch and it was worth it. As soon as we entered we were greeted and welcomed. The young man was kind and had a great smile. We were seated and in under a minute our server came over and introduced herself. She recommended their homemade lemonade. They we refreshing and delicious. Not to sweet and not to tart. Honestly, it was one of the best lemonades Ive ever had at a restaurant. I had the regular lemon flavor. Our lunch didnt take long. About 30 minutes. We had burgers. They were filling and delicious. I know. I know. We went to BP and didnt have pizza. Believe me, I was at the time kinda ashamed for not having pizza. But the burgers that we had... I would definitely have them again. Maybe only in Kenora. I have had a burger in Wpg BPs and they werent this successful. The washrooms were clean. Restaurant was clean. Great natural light from the huge bay windows. That was really nice. Free parking on Sundays. Food for thought. Vegetarian options: Many options in the menu. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free. Vegan options. Parking: Sundays offer free parking. Otherwise you have to pay for parking. Limited parking close to the restaurant. Kid-friendliness: Large menu for kids. Great options. Wheelchair accessibility: Only on the main floor. There is a second level. Only had stairs.

Things that made me give a 4 star instead of 5 stars, the hostesses was awesome, fast, friendly, professional. But that poor girl had a full lounge, all by her self...help her our management! And, wish there was a view of the lake, no view from the second floor.
Crud place to eat. Ribs were dry af and cold, my partners chicken parmesan, the chicken was hard and over cooked. The waitress didnt even come by to ask how the food was, she never even took our appetizer plates away, she never asked if we needed any more drinks, she stood by and chatted with the other staff(we were just within eyesight of the kitchen, so I could see her standing around gabbing), when we got ready to leave, I was going to pay for the food only and not leave a tip but that stupid machine didnt have a no tip option so we were forced to pay the lowest tip, which was 15 percent. Cheap restaurant, never going back and dont bother to ask me to contact you either, you probably wont fix the issue, cheap restaurant

Awful awful experience here, Im not quite sure how an order is mixed up twice! My boyfriend and I came in and ordered a tropical chicken pizza with no pineapple. Got it with pineapple the first time. Second time around we got barbecue chicken pizza. Our half-hour wait turned into an hour wait. Massive waste of our time, I do feel this conflict couldve been avoided, if the staff at the front listen to us when ordering. They appeared to be more preoccupied with their conversations than helping customers.
4th time attempting to dine in at this restaurant on a Sunday and being turned away, that they aren t serving food anymore, take out only, or tonight s excuse from the 5 servers out front is we are currently on a wait list only . No customers lined up outside, and 5 vacant tables at the front entrance, plus many empty tables in the dinning room.
Was told dining was closed at 8pm but could see roughly 4 tables eating meals. Closing time was stated at 11pm on the door.
Food was fairly standard for Boston Pizza, the service was quite good. When my daughters pizza was delivered, she immediately pulled a long hair out of the cheese in front of the server. The server immediately took it back to the kitchen and had a new one made, but we were all done our meals by the time my daughter got her pizza. They also didn t discount it or take it off the bill. Further, I had my family in the restaurant and there was a group in there that should have been up in the lounge or out the door. They were incredibly intoxicated and obnoxious. The staff did nothing about it. Had I been out with the guys at a lounge or pub, I might ve been fine with it. It was uncomfortable for my wife, young daughters and I.

We ordered nachos and they were old. The spinach dip was amazing! We complained about the nachos and the manager Liam removed from our bill. I loved how attentive he was to us and I would love to go back there. The new waitress (Maria) was adorable and super friendly. It is always good to come here!

This place has changed. Over the last few years , per and post Covid , I always go here and order the Boston Royal . Two or three times I get cold shrimp on the pizza. The last time I went there I ended up with a cold pizza, they warmed it up, came back the same temp and overall the pizza was horrible. Besides being luke warm, it was soaked in spaghetti sauce.. I know this Boston Pizza location is inconsistent in regard to regular cooks. I really like to support the local economy in Kenora but detest getting non typical tasting ,cold Boston Pizza..
Good lunch, the place was empty, seriously not a soul in there and when we went in with a group of 12 they made us feel like an inconvenience, pointed out that they were short staffed and so on which is fine, we get it and are willing to wait but dont act frustrated when a group walks in. Everything else was good though.
They got our order wrong in many ways then when we called to get it corrected the manager who received our call was very rude and insulting. We never received the food we ordered.
Absolutely amazing. We are traveling from Calgary.. called to see if they could deliver to a hotel. They did and brought us utensils and plates. Portions are way bigger than Calgary. Definitely super happy. Thanks

We tried to order a delivery. We live in Ontario and are long distance truck drivers. We were parked at the Canadian Tire. They wouldnt deliver to us because we were in a truck. We spoke to the manager and he said the same thing. We had been eating frozen dinners for a couple of days and just wanted a good meal.
When my partner orders pizza, I rarely get anything due to the constant disappointment in anything Ive ordered. I thought garlic bread with cheese with a tomato marina dipping sauce what could go wrong? Instead its a personal cheese pizza, no garlic in sight and theres chunks of dead cow in the sauce. They discontinued the fresh pineapple, dont know the definition of lasagna. Ick ick ick

I did get comped 20 dollars. Tables who came in after us were served first. We waited 25 minutes to place our order. When we did get our food my sister and I received very burnt and dry chicken, it was inedible. I unfortunately could not wait for more food, I have to eat on a schedule and was already two hours behind and would have had a health issue. I had to leave, my sister was halfway through her salad and my Mother had not yet even received her food. I spoke with the manager. He cited a busy mothers day, it was not overly busy in the restaurant so I assume it was delivery orders. He did cite staffing issues, which I understand and said if any of these had been communicated, they would be understandable. Poor service is something to overlook in these circumstances, but not poor food. My sister was also told when she was served her food that they had no poppyseed dressing and they took the liberty to add ranch, which she hates. Again, simple communication. Upstairs should have been closed down to make more hands available for servers and Mothers Day patrons. I guess the bar is far more important. Unfortunate experience, that could have been remedied with simple check ins. There were other issues, but again, not important when the restaurant is overwhelmed. Definitely a staff management issue. Joel was absolutely doing his best, he needs a raise and the hostesses were fantastic. The other manager, did not seem to care as much. Customer service training would be vital to ensuring a smoother experience for patrons.
Staff is great and so is the food. Big fan of the quenchers - reminds me of the Clearly Canadian drinks from the 80s!
Decided to drive from winnipeg to kenora today randomly. We stopped in at the boston pizza and were super happy with the server as she was super attentive. The restaraunt was clean and well kept.

I ve worked in the service/ restaurant industry for years. This place was definitely the worst experience I ve ever had at a restaurant. The host was so confused and put us on a wait list but didn t follow it. Told us it ll be 30 mins to an hr or she didn t know then called us back as soon as we got in the parking lot. Server ignored us. Had to call her over to order our second drink and food. Got my entree wrong twice. By the third time I gave up on it. Never mind not having a fork to eat it with. No straws or lime for my drink. My vodka soda took longer to get then my friends margarita. To top this all off the server she transferred us to had an attitude like it s my fault they messed up my one meal 3 times.
Didnt love how the manager spoke to our waitress. She was busy when we came in and he was just sitting in a booth talking. Instead of seating us, he asked her to do it and his tone wasnt great. That server was at the end of her shift and our second server didnt come to our table or check on us even once. We had to get up to go find her to ask for dessert and drinks. Food was really tasty though!
Genuinely disgusted with my experience at this Boston Pizza location. I ordered via doordash and my food arrived without any cutlery (had a pasta and salad) as well as missing the salsa and sour cream for the nachos. I called the Boston Pizza and explained this to the individual I was speaking with and was told to call doordash. I said I will just come down and grab it myself as we re currently staying in a hotel as we re in the middle of a move and my children are hungry and can t wait. I arrived at the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager as the person I was speaking with via the phone had already made her aware of the situation. By this point my nachos had melded into a brick so I asked for the cutlery, salsa and sour cream and asked for my nachos to be remade as they were no longer edible. The manager then proceeded to tell me she s unable to help me and I would have to go through doordash and she needed to speak with them herself. I explained I just wanted to get these items and leave as I was in a rush to which the manager got angry at me and started to yell. At this ridiculous request I contacted my doordash driver and she ended coming back to the restaurant. My doordash driver then contacted her employer on my behalf and explained the situation, by this point all of the food was stone cold as I had been here for 30 minutes trying to literally just get cutlery and what I ordered. During this entire ordeal the manager was yelling, rude and extremely disrespectful not only towards myself but the doordash driver as well. After cutting my losses and realizing I won t be getting what I ordered the manager proceeded to come out with a remade nacho, salsa and sour cream and throw it in my direction saying here. I ll pay out of pocket for it myself . As a former BP employee myself I was shocked at the complete lack of basic customer service and the ability to do basic problem solving. I wouldn t recommend this location to anyone solely based on my experience with the manager, at 20$ a plate I m not paying to get yelled at and degraded.

Was seated when walked in.Server was prompt but then waited over 15 min for drinks. Server stood leaning on counter talking. Food was seved. Chicken burger and fries were both cold. Not impressed with quality control.. Will not return.

Absolutely delicious! This location has great sitting upstairs and we got excellent homely service. They mixed and matched the pizzas so we can try new things and the views were gorgeous!!! We patronize BP locations on a regular basis, due to excellent customer service and a quality food. However this is not the case at the Kenora location. The level of customer service is somewhat appalling. 2 weeks ago picked up a take out order. Upon arrival the host could only muster up a head nod. Advised of the pick up order, she only responded with total. Turned the terminal with the expectation of a tip. I left with no further conversation. No how may I help you, no smile, no thank you, no please call again! Tried to go for dine in this evening, only to be met with a different host with the same level of customer service. We chose not to wait list. Left to another establishment.
Servixe was slow and terrible even though the restaurant was empty. My wings were cold and uncooked took 2 bites and couldnt do it. When I got the bill they never said a thing.

A great place to recover after a week on the lake! Dietary restrictions: Waitress made us feel very confident about gluten protection. Kid-friendliness: Kids love it and even older kids can eat from the kids menu.

Understaffed basically told us to leave
We came in at around 16:00. We were told that there were not enough waitresses and we can not be sitted. We left the number for call back. Staff was cold and unfriendly. Ended up at Dominos around the corner, take out and eat in front of BP. They allowed us to use their outside table, which is placed on front parking spot. Big thanks for that! We really appreciated it, after not getting into BP!

Food is really amazing and tasty especially onion rings.
So today I ordered a grilled chicken caesar salad from here. I just worked next door, so we frequently order food from this location. My first salad had poor quality lettuce, but that seems to be pretty usual there, so whatever. But as I was about to mix the dressing in, I noticed a dead fly with half its wing still on. I called and they offered to replace the salad. Now the takeout container had a sticker written on it saying it was packaged today, Sat Oct 22nd. I went back to pick up the replacement. They offered me two more replacement salads, and When I got back these salads were stated to be packed this past previous Thursday. Not today. And to boot, another dead bug caked into the lettuce. I called and spoke to the manager, who showed little to no concern. I went back and not once did the manager come out to speak to me physically to apologize or anything. I just gave them back all three salads, and did at least get my money back for the originally purchased one. Just thought I d post this just in case you want to think twice about ordering a salad from here.

After traveling all day we called to order our dinner I was told 45 min as they are just down the road? After waiting 2 hrs and our food never showed ( and I did not wait 2hrs to call I called After 1 hrs) no show I called again they said they tried to call me I never got a call! Apparently they had no Pepsi thats why my order never got sent, Im hungry not thirsty anyway I talked to manager Stan and he could care less that I had bin waiting 2hrs this is the worst service I have ever encountered nice to see how tourists Town treats its travelers! I dont recommend anyone ordering from here and they should be ashamed to treat people like this and yes I canceled my order as I did not want people spitting in my food I will be contacting head office about this too!!!!

If I could rate this establishment 11 stars out of 5 I would. Absolutely love my experience every time I visit the Boston Pizza bar, my favorite bartender Elora is always so friendly and amazing!! Never had a better bartender in my life no cap frfr looking forward to our next night out
Highly recommending this restaurant. Staff are very friendly and this restaurant is kids friendly as well. The food is amazing; we ordered chicken sandwich. The chicken was very tender. We also ordered pizza and it was very delicious. If you re in Kenora, this is definitely a go to restaurant.
Very friendly staff, service is perfect, clean place, Covid19 restrictions are applied, nice decors and photos on the wall. TV and music are playing. Pizza and other food items are very hot, fresh, and tasty. Desserts are delicious. Prices are suitable to items served. BP located in Kenoras downtown.
