Yesterday, I ordered a large veg pizza, and when I went to pick it up, the customer service was excellent; she was really courteous and respectful. And the pizza was hot, with a proper spread of toppings.
I recently visited a Pizza Hut on a Tuesday, and I have to say, I was impressed with the dough quality . The dough itself was fresh, soft, and perfectly chewy—clearly made with care. On top of that, the staff was exceptionally friendly, especially the person working on the dough. They had a great attitude and were clearly passionate about their craft. Overall, it was a delightful experience.
I am highly recommending this pizza hut. Staff are very friendly, and i would like to special thanks to simran and Simmer .The food was amazing; we ordered a BBQ chicken pizza, and i loved it. The chicken was tender, and it's very delicious. If you’re in Kenora, this is definitely a go-to pizza 🍕 hut. Thank you, pizza hut 👍
Ordered a pizza for dinner. Terrible !!! No sauce. Under cooked. Very few toppings. Mabey 2 mushrooms on a large. Definitely not worth the money
Ordered pizzas online and when I went to get them I had to wait for them to make a pizza because they forgot one. When they gave me my order 2 of my 3 items were barely warm. The melts have gotten smaller. Dominos get it right everytime. Little Caesars gets it right.
Was hungry order a pizza and pizza wasn't even cut into slices like c'mon man this is the 3rd time maybe someone in the kitchen need training

Ordered on last Friday, I got not enough toppings. Giving 5 stars bcz their turban-like supervisor was very polite and professionally addressed my problem. Redo my order by itself, what was delicious and perfect. plus point free dips

Not recommended to anyone. Definitely they will ruin your evening with bad service, rude answers, customers are dumb only they know everything. Very very less toppings you need to find toppings and even after will only get sprinkles. Cold pizza and worst customer attention. Definitely never again.

I Never eat like this pizza in my whole life. They also add wrong toppings on my pizza and later on they denied to make another pizza. One large pizza for $35. Not worth it

I have been in town working for the week, so I decided Pizza Hut was a good delivery choice after a long work day. My first order was the maple bacon pizza on pan crust. It was okay. I wasnt too impressed with it, but I am a fan of thin crust. I ordered again so I would be able to have leftovers for my trip home. I ordered the same pizza on thin crust, it was very good. If I make it back to work in town Ill definitely order from this Pizza Hut again. It was my bad but I forgot to add dipping sauce to my order. I will remember next time. Thank you Kenora Pizza Hut for the awesome pizza.

I got zero help on my order! Paid 65$ for 1 large 3 topping and wings. Did not offer any kind of deal or specials for a walk in. Once I went to eat the pizza was paper thin no sauce and very skimpy on the 3 toppings I got. The wings were wings and the pop was pop... should have went to B.P next door.

Eating in is always a pleasant experience, but ordering out almost always ends bad. They have no guarantee and can take up to 2.5 hours to get your cold pizza. (On a consistent basis) Theres no standerd to complain to as there is no guarantee when your going to get your food!! Definitely recommend Dominos for delivery. But good eat in restaurant!

Amazing! Im not big on pizza but a large chicken cesar salad is 10 bucks (16 at BP) and 14 actually delicious wings are 15 bucks. Better price/ quality ratio then anything else Ive found in kenora for those things. Im shocked, its a pizza hut, but it was really good actually, and a great price too. Maybe its because Im not ordering for the pizza, but I was pleasantly surprised! And usually Im just dissapointed with delivery options for the prices. Go figure.

Unfortunately they forgot a couple parts of our order, the best they would do for us was give us a credit for next time we order from them wich will be never. Only about a 10 dollar loss but it was more than a 10 dollar disappointment because the part they forgot was the chocolate chip cookie cake thing that was supposed to act as a make shift birthday cake for our son, we were on a trip to kenora for swimming and the movie theater to celebrate. I have been very dissatisfied with several restaurants lately with thier lack of care for peoples orders, and this just makes me shake my head..... The pizza and wings tasted excellent tho, so enjoy....i guess
You know, if i go online and order something i expect they would have it.... If they didnt i would expect a phone call.....in stead the girl working the counter had to take the heat. Pizza hut train your employees. Or atleast have the website keep a inventory on had.

Their debit machine is always messing up and making their driver and myself stand in the cold to make it work, when their machine failed 6 times no discount was given, manager was a complete prick. Will Not Buy From Again!
