I live in the States and or Subway's don't have shawarma rice bowls. It was so good and so was my Canadian Club sandwich.

Half of the time the employees at this location are on the phone or speaking to each other in a foreign language making them so distracted that they can't even make the order correctly. Completely messed up my order and then just looked at me and charged full price ($20+ for one sub sandwich). Customer service deserves a 0/5. Would not recommend
Management is terrible, extremely rude. Somehow got my entire online order wrong (3 subs) and I didn't realize until I was home and opened them. Had to drive back and the manager argued with me before finally agreeing to remake them. No compensation. No apology. Very unprofessional.
I was really disappointed by the service . There was a guy working and I came around 10:30 and asked for toasted sub and he said he already cleaned the machine before closing and denied to give me the sub. He was sending the customers without serving them. There were 30 minutes left for closing . I requested but he did not listened.

I order on the app and when i got my sub home I seen my sub lined with just end cuts, they lost a customer

Lettuce was not fresh and the edges of the lettuce had an orange tinge to them. This was in the middle of the day, too. Otherwise, its like any other Subway.

This particular Subway is by far, without a doubt, better than the Chipman Street Subway.
Had a large order for work and it was all préparer and ready for pick up.
We went to Subway on the West Highway in Kenora. I had a 6 inch Chicken Ranch as a takeout. It was very good but I would have wished everything would have been spread out more so I could had a bite of everything instead of having chicken in one bite spinach and tomato in another. Other than that the food was very good.

Great view from the deck. Service was sub par, as the employee spoke very bad English and I had to have them repeat things multiple times. They were out of all but 2 breads, and out of the sub I wanted. 3 stars is being generous, and thats only because i enjoyed the view while consuming the sub i really didnt enjoy because it was far from what i wanted. Mightve just caught them at a bad time, but first impressions are everything.

I would actually give this place no stars. A friend of mine recently got food poisoning from this place. Shes been sick since Friday so almost a week now. She went to emergency Sunday night after the symptoms were getting more and more intense. A couple of days later, she was diagnosed with salmonella. Awful, awful experience for her. She had the ham and cheese sandwich. Subway is supposed to be known for its healthy food. There aint nothing healthy about having salmonella!!

Pretty good sandwiches. Main problems are that all Subways now cut the bread in half prior to finishing the sub, meaning all the toppings pull out in a mess when trying to split the halfs. Also i cant understand why 90% of the tomato slices are green and or stems.
Not the best service. I think the newest person there was forced to work while the veteran just watched and let her flounder. For a 2 person team it sure looked like someone was using their experience to make the rookie work while they used the register and their phone in the back.

Appreciate the care they show when preparing my daughters gluten free sub. Felt like they were a bit light on the toppings on our subs but did put on more lettuce etc when I asked for more.

I must of visited at the wrong time. Felt unwelcome. One of the sandwich artists lounging around. Look sternly at me as I walked in...ugh. Why does Subway hire such unfriendly people to represent Subway? I am a frequent visitor. But. Not going to that place ever again... Why is Subway not into customer satisfaction anymore?
