Food was good but place is sorta dirty, cross contamination with the onions and the cucumbers when I was there and my cookie tasted like onions. Was getting the vibe that the staff member working seemed annoyed when I was there
Didn't like the attitude of the girl at the subway. I usually go to Subway when I do read trips since we can have more vegetables if needed. But she didn't like it. How much will it cost to add little lettuce. Lol. This is the only subway with a time limit you can stay inside. The sign says 45mins to 1 hour, something like that. That's funny.
Steak and Cheese sub was made very well and staff were pleasant and attentive.

Went to go eat and grab some food after work at 840 and they had locked the doors. Theyre supposed to be open until 9pm. Very disappointed .

Im sorry to say that Subway lost a lot of customers when they changed the hours of the store and you cant Dan in after 7:00 in the evening very disappointed not like before where it opens at 7:00 in the morning when people can get their breakfast before they go to work and it was a nice place to have coffee and a sub that time of the morning
Although their food is good. The customer service isn t. They never pick up their phones and act as if customers aren t important for them. Most times I think they are only there for the pay check. Not surprised though, welcome to 2023

The food was decent. Service was quiet, no real interaction. Strange that part of the dining room is blocked off by chairs and a garbage can.

Black lights in the bathroom is an interesting choice of lighting.
Pretty standard Subway experience. Not disappointed besides the lack of green olives but that seems to be most Subways nowadays. I was disappointed in how long they likely forced their employees to wear masks (that dont really work by the way) but I know that each individual store likely doesnt have much of a say in that besides simply ignoring it and rebuking the Karens of the world. All in all, good experience. Good and fairly inexpensive place to have dinner on a Friday night.

This place has to be the BEST place for customer service, quality of food and speed. I don t just mean for subway restaurants, I am talking about every fast food place that I have been to, this place beats them by far. Excellent job! Will definitely be back.
Go to downtown location for great service. Avoid Norman location. Quality is gone from that location.
Not a place to bring my grandkid well drive across Ont. Would avoid the whole town window smashed washroom had blacklight to prevent drugs being injected. The food was fine could not understand server and she did mess up two of three sub with wrong ingredients

This place is best to get your healthy food right way. Staff is so nice, they always serve food with smile. These days due to covid they are doing sanitizing and maintaining hygiene. I like this place a lot.

Made an online order. They forgot to add cheese and extra souse. When I told them about it, they asked for proof (pictures). Poor service. Go to a different Subway instead.

Typical Subway. Young man working alone was clearly a bit flustered as more impatient customers continued to walk in. But he handled himself well.
Its clean ,staff is nice to talk to. Needs more seats. Though It takes longer to chat n relax with a coffee than they give .

So skimpy with the meat on the sandwich that it hardly qualifies as a meal- more of an overpriced veggie snack than anything. Woman behind the counter was less than cordial and seemed vaguely annoyed we were there? A strange and unpleasant experience
