I don t know why they changed the recipe of the hotpot. It doesn t taste good anymore and it s salty. Was my favorite place

Picked up a make-your-own hotpot from here- the man that worked at the counter was very sweet and welcoming. The hotpot was a welcome and tasty option amongst the minimal late-night options for gentle comforting eats in the area.

Today, I picked up my Uber order from ShareTea. This is the first time I went to the store to grab my mango slush ( buy 1 get 1) , the lady is very Sweet, Kind, helpful and very accommodating! Like 1 million percent .. I just felt bad coz I don t have any cash to tip her . She even helped me to get in to the car because it was raining that time. She definitely made my day! I hope more people will be like her. All smiles and I feel light after seeing her . Kudos to you

The hotpot and drinks are delicious, and there are so many choices. The best customer service hands down! When you walk in, you re immediately happily greeted and quickly accommodated. I m especially in love with the marinated egg in the hot pot and the mango smoothie. 11/10!

I was so excited when I saw that theres a Sharetea here in Canada. I ordered Honey Lemon Green Tea with Yakult. Its soooo good. More than what Ive expected. I also appreciate the lady in that shop. I forgot to ask her name. Shes so accommodating and sweet! Highly recommended and will be back for sure!! PS. Apologies for the photo, didnt had a chance to take a photo when Im at the store. Got too excited. Lol

UPDATE: I feel like the location has really picked up their game. They are fast, they have an online ordering system and have added many new drink options to their selection. I still give them 4/5 as they are often out of stock of common items. Decent bubble tea, moderate sized selection of drinks and toppings. Slightly over priced for what it is. The staff is always friendly. The tapioca is not very fresh but is cooked well.

Order bubble tea regularly here and always had a good expirence. Today though my wife ended up with a ~6 black and white hair in hers. Just disappointed with a usually good place.

I literally go there 2-3 times a week!! The flavours and drinks are amazing. Not extremely sweet, like some of the other place. I would like them to expand the toppings menu a bit. Other than that it great! :) Service is always fast and friendly.

Love this bubble tea outlet on Princess Street. Not very large --- pretty well oly take out. Good variety. Helpful and welcoming staff. For regulars there is a reward system. Parking: Not always easy as its on a busy section of Princess Street

This place do really good drinks, and really good popcorn chicken. Try it out, you wont regret, only is that when they busy, its take a little longer to wait for it food/drink. Parking: Parking is kinda difficult to find, only if u can park a little farther away, n walk back, then u got no problem at all.

Best bubble tea in Kingston, ignore the 6 other stores. This is where you want to be, they even remember your favourite order (mhmm mini pearls). Never change Sharetea!

The only one item I always order is the classic milk tea in this store. I hope their other items can be as good as this in the future, cause last time I tried creama rose oolong tea, which disappointed me, especially the creama. The service is good though even during lock down. Much expectation on this store hopefully it can improve its other items soon!

Making the teas too really long, they were out of some ingredients. But overall a good bubble tea. I had the lychee, my partner had the passion fruit, both with tapioca. A standard bubble tea.

The app they asked us to use to order doesn t even work. They told my partner to wait outside cause they were maximum capacity and yet let another person come inside and stay. Not sure if it was a race thing but kinda felt like it. Won t be going here again. Horrible service time after time.

Ordered through skip and one of my order labels and items were missing. The milk tea and Tonkatsu were good. But it looks like they forgot to add my fries to the 6 nugget and fries order. It looks like they threw some fries on my tonkatsu in a rush to make up for the fries. But when I put them with my kids order of nuggets it was barely a 1/4 cup of fries. I dont think ill order the food again. But the drinks are good.

Love bubble tea here. The price of the food is bit expensive for its portion., I ordered braised pork rice, rice is a bit dry and the pork is too little for the price.

You can get any flavours from them even refresh the child hood memories. Their free tea and $25 cash back is much better

Bubble teas alright but service is bad. Servers tend to ignore or not very attentive, orders take long. Inside is nice but service would be better.

I dont understand why it takes 15mins to just get a cup of tea. There are four people working in there. I guess the owner need to do more training on the employees. Sad.

Called in for an order, told it would be 15 to 20 minutes. Arrived within that timing and was told to wait outside for 20 more minutes. Staff was very unprofessional as my order was already ready. I wasnt allowed to pay for my order and pick it up because other customers were inside waiting for their drinks to be made. Not very efficient. Not allowing pick up or delivery drivers to get their orders in a timely manner. My drinks were warm and completely melted before I even paid.

Ive been a bi-weekly customer for the past two years now, and their quality and care is great, their vicinity rewards program is very nice too. They havent gotten my order wrong once, and Ive never waited more than 5 minutes for my order pre-covid. During the pandemic I have visited less, but my few visits have delivered the same quality as Ive always received, just with maybe 5 minutes longer than usual, which is understandable though considering the pandemic.

Amazing staff. We ordered from the patio at the square through the QR code scanner and the order didn t arrive, so we contacted the person at the stall, he apologized for not having access to the orders through the app and immediately got us our drinks. The best part? They compensated by giving us 2 extra drinks (the same as our order) in the medium size. It s the gestures that matters. Lovely experience :)

Milk tea was a disgusting syrup that made me feel sick. It was thick and overly sweet even though I asked for half the sugar. The colour was so fake and saturated. It stained my favourite skirt.

The staff was friendly and attentive. They gave me some recommendations to try based on my tastes and ultimately I went with their suggestion of the mango green milk tea. It was fresh, not too sweet and the tapioca had a great bouncy consistency. Great bubble tea spot in Kingston!

This is the most authentic bubbletea in Kingston for sure, I come here everytime I miss the major cities for drinks. The tropical fruit tea is a must try, so refreshing! The workers are also really friendly :)

Delicious Taro milk with pearl bubble tea and service excellent too

Got ubereats, which took like 40 minutes even though we lived a 5 mins away by car. Drinks were good though. The Royal family milk tea was packed with toppings, and the tea was pree good. Some of the tapioca was a bit stiffer than I liked but the other toppings were yummy. A reg was like $6 though.

Tastes decent. My expectations were a bit too high from other patrons reviews. My drink tasted great but was not as sweet as what Im used to back at bubble tea joints in other cities.

Bubble tea was very watered down. No tea taste, no milk taste, no sweetness.

Service here was a bit slow but the drinks made up for it. We ordered the Mango Green Tea and the Wintermelon with Lime Juice fruit teas. The drinks were very refreshing, flavourful, and not overly sweet. I personally loved the wintermelon drink for the addictive wintermelon flavour. The mango drink had great mango flavour as well. The back of the store is quite spacious and there are even board games for you to take to your table to play! It is quite similar to a board game cafe.

Look what we got from the bubble tea -- a piece from a wire brush!! Uhh... Extremely unsafe and irresponsible. Besides that, what we received is a poker face given by the staff girl from the minute we started to order, to the very end when she made a mistake and turned back without a sorry. Rude. What an experience. This is the worst bubble tea service Ive ever had worldwide.

All three stars for the nice taste of the milk tea. I am not judging the service because most asian restaurants prefer fast serving for customers, however, thats the least pudding and tapioca I have ever had in the milk tea!! Plus, the price is bit expensive for its portion.

Never thought i like it tjere but gonna go there again soon. The drinks are very tasty. Next time going to sit in and see what they have to eat noticed that theres tables in the back when leaving. Great customer service and fast

Friendly staff, my 3rd visit here today but was disappointed this time. I asked for Taro Iceblend with tapioca but there didnt seem to have much Taro flavoring added to this Iceblend. It was more like crushed ice with a hint of taro. Next time, I will be tasting it first before leaving the premises.

Quite possibly the worst pearls ive ever had. Not sure if it was a bad batch but until i go a second time and confirm that notion the review is as it stands now. Options in Kingston are bare, you wont be doing much better by going to itea either

Friendly and helpful staff

Their service is amazing! I got a hot drink after they went through all the recommendations. They also have board games on site if you want to chill and relax there with a couple of friends. The bathroom is a bit messy and needs more upkeep.

Great mango grean tea

It took nearly an hour for microwaved bowls of ramen and we were served bitter tea drinks.

Their tea always tastes different... I also had to wait 45 mins once.... when they told me It would only take 10 mins. My drink ended up tasting bad.

This would be more a third-party review I did not actually taste the product. my family loves to stings but I dont personally drink it. though I could come in on the setup of the place it is spacious clean and the location is convenient. My kids seem to really like it you have to try it yourself

I can only speak to the food experience, but the service was very slow- waited 45 minutes. Staff sort of ignored me when I tried to get my noodle refill. Food was ok, but nothing special. The bubble seemed like it was ok based on the other people tho.

Bubble tea was good, service okay but slow, ramen was cold. Portion was decent.

Love it! Great ambiance in the store. It is also SUPER clean! The staff are really great and know what theyre doing. The drinks are made perfectly every time. The tapioca pearls are really well made too; theyre not too hard and chewy. Great service overall! Went in to order a drink and was told they were out of pearls but were in the process of making more. I was told it would be about 15 minuets which didnt bother me since my friend and I planned to stay and play games for a while. After about half an hour went by the lady who took our order came out apologizing with our drinks saying she was sorry it took so long and that if we wanted anything else she would be happy to give us another drink for free because of the inconvenience . Hands down one of the best food experiences Ive had in kingston

John was incredibly rude to not only myself but the rest of the customers I saw him interact with. Its a shame, because I come here often and usually the service is excellent along with the bubble tea.

Best bubble tea Kingston has to offer! If youre a fan of chatime, or wanting premium bubble tea then share tea is a must. Authentic, great tea and not the powder sugar bubble tea you get elsewhere. They also have board games at the back. Small selection but good for a group to hang out
