14 dollars for 10 burnt orings, potine was about a cup and wings 8 of them so small...horrible food for 70 dollars...only thing good there was the lady taking my order over the phone.

This is my usual wing place me and my friends go to when we get the craving for wings. We usually always have a wonderful experience when were being served by Tabby. However, our most recent experience was barely satisfactory. We had order 2 orders of boneless bites and 1 order of wings, and 2 orders of fries, one with sauce on them. The wings and the boneless bites got mixed up, so I got wings when I wanted boneless bites, as well as my friend got my fries that now had sauce on them from his boneless bites. Mind you, he likes really spicy, I do not. I just picked what fries I could out of his basket. We had asked for refills on water, and had to wait 10+ minutes and ask multiple times to recieve them. The whole evening wad a dumpster fire with this new waitress. She was sweet as pie but really struggled with accuracy. We will return, but we will have our fingers crossed for Tabby.

Went for take out wings....have been before, best I had, until last visit. I received 4 wings so small, I reckon they came from a chick, not a chicken. Totally disgusting!!! Food

Wing Central @ the Kingston Center - this review has been too long in coming. This is my Wing place. I can only go once a month, unless I have friends in from out of town (then I break my rule). Everyone Ive taken there is almost as impressed as me. Great Wings, the best in town, maybe in the World? And Ive been to the Keystorm! Vicki takes good care of her customers. The place is Legendary.

So absolutely mid its insane, and the price is so nuts, its not even worth it for mediocre food. I will say, in person was much better than takeout, but the delivery order we just had was so bad and underwhelming, its not even worth coming back. Parking: Parking is rad

Tabby.b has the most welcoming experience that I have had in a while. Thank you for your hospitality the last few weeks and hope that next time Im in Kingston I get to see her smile. She deserves every good thing that comes to her and this establishment.

I m giving a good review mainly because Im all for local restaurants and bars it has a great location the atomostphere was relaxed food was good and dinner for two was under one hundred dollars with drinks!

Definitely wouldnt recommend, especially with all the wing places in town to choose from, we went for a quick dinner and regretted our decision very quickly. Ordered moza sticks to start, which never showed up becuase the waitress was so distracted by the fact that not once but twice she had to come back after taking our orders tkt ell us the items we ordered are no longer on the menu ... ribs, and the puppy things.. whoever is running that place has no idea how to run a restaurant, if the items are no longer offered on your menu that looks like its 20 years old , at least take a black marker and cross them out... I litterally saw the menu in online pics and saw ribs and wing combo and said lets go. The fried chicken my wife ordered with a Cajun dry rub came out with no seasoning at all, had to ask our poor server to come back again... I felt so bad for the server as she apologized for only being there a few weeks and that she hadnt been informed that these items were no longer offered , the kitchen let her down with the food , bar let down with the worst Cesars Ive had, and the manager let her down by not training properly and not taking care of something as basic as a menu change , will not be back

Best wings I ve ever had

I ve ordered a few times through skip the dish. I ve ordered New Orleans is sinking.. I received the order with out the creole mustard on it and it s supposed to come with the creole mustard on top of the wings. The sampler wings is four flavors, and they don t even bother to mark the boxes on what flavour was in the boxes. This restaurant has gone downhill the owner hires and fires people so it s different cooks each time but they definitely do not follow the recipes.

Staff was super lazy. Even i bet you, you order today get your food after 2 days because when you order for the first time they didn t hear you what you say.. after one or 2 hours later may be if you lucky they take your order again and same thing order will not come. Cashier or the person who take the order have to communicate with their kitchen staff because they think here we take the order and staff will knows automatically what customers wants. Worst ever experience with this restaurant. Don t spoil your dinner lunch breakfast anything. If you don t have any other options please make something at home or but don t loose your money over here. Actually there is 0 star for this restaurant

My caesar was spicier than their wings.

Wings were over cooked at best, waitress put her face into the wings and smelt them before giving them to us because she couldnt remeber what was what, tables smelt funny and were sticky so deffently not cleaned properly, and on top of it felt sick after eating there, so i would not recomend anyone to go there what so ever.

If Christa is there, youre golden, although they never served Molson Golden after the Great Coors Light fiasco of 1992. Total bummer. Excellent shopping centre drinking & eating venue. Although I miss it, I think Christa was right to have the mechanical bull removed (too many injuries, too many lawsuits). The ping-pong table in the middle of the room is a far better call. I have been coming to this place for the last 3 years, the food is excellent but the service is worse every time, not to say lousy! I wish they could do something to improve it!

Wing Central is peak wing experience. No bs just wings. Over a hundred flavours to choose from and the staff are great! 10/10 would recommend. Couldnt give 5 stars though because the our server had a lazy eye

Yummy wings

Tried to call in and place an order for 10 lbs of wings was put on hold immediately and after 20 MINUTES ON HOLD finally someone came to phone and was not apologetic at all and then the employee just hung up when she was confronted about the absurd wait. So we bought wings elsewhere. Reading the other recent reviews it s clear under the new ownership this place isn t what it used to be STAY AWAY!!!

We ordered a chicken Caesar wrap, there was no Caesar dressing on it, the server saw and agreed there was none, the chicken was clumpy and disgusting, we didnt eat it.. she said she gave us %15 discount but didnt.. should have been taken off the bill. Bill was $60 for wingS a wrap and 2 drinkS... gross wont be back...

Wing central is a great place to stop for a quick meal. They have a good menu and friendly staff. Obviously, wings are what drives them. But the rest of the menu is great too. If you are near the Kingston centre and are hungry... Go to Wing Central

Wings were terrible. Fries were burnt. Total opposite to last week. Dont understand.

Very disappointing. I assumed that wings being their specialty, it would be great. Wings tasted like they were reheated and too much sauce!! Possibly to cover the fact that they were not fresh. Sauces and onion bits were great though.

Stopped in on a road trip back from Toronto to Perth. Great wings, happy service, lots of menu choices...try the house made chips! Tabby was both behind the bar and table serving SOLO! Kitchen cook was SOLO.. They rocked ! No waiting, food was hot and yummy..service with a smile. Will be back

Very disappointing is all I am going to say. It is a testament to ALL Canadian restaurants! Close your doors if you can not serve better food, and give a reasonable portion to what you are charging people. This is happening a lot in this country. This place used to be good. Not anymore. Sad, but true. Blame Trudeau and his Marxist government taxes and spending! No one will be able to afford a rice cake soon, let alone a chicken wing. Whats that?!

Decided to give this place a try. Ordered two piece dark meat fried chicken, it came out with a drumstick and a wing. When I mentioned that the wing is white meat, was told yeah it is, guess thats all they had. The price charged for adding fries to wings was very high for the quite small amount you get. On the plus side, the wings and chicken were at least tasty, but not so spectacular as to warrant a return trip.

Pricey for what you get

I had called this evening to place an order for pickup at 7:53 as it states online it is open until 9. The gentleman I spoke to was short and rude stating they close at 8 which I said okay your online says 9 at which he responded and told me we are closing and said thanks for letting me know as if he were in a rush and hung up. Update your hours if this is the case!

I ordered 3lbs of wings; I got 2lbs and some ounces(16oz in a pound). I went by their menu and what they advertised. I spoke with the manager, a very nice gentleman and agreed with my dissatisfaction but still felt ripped off.

Very good customer service. I called after I didn t get my entire order, Skip had messed up. They person on the phone was so kind and made sure my proper order would be sent out right away. Definitely going to order straight from the restaurant from now on.

Beer is cold and wings are fresh. Salads nice and crunchy! Service is friendly with a smile

I did not know I should be asking to have sauce mixtures combined since in the past I have not had to do this. Asking is no issue though, so I can do this going forward. 8 bucks gets you 3 strips tossed in sauce with a basket of fries. Lunch special. 2 dollar soft drinks.... Honestly Im not sure youll find a better deal really.

I do like the wings here. Top two wings places in Kingston. The wings can be hit and miss once in a while but overall they are great. The service is also hit and miss, depending on who is working. Overall I give it 5 stars!

this used to be a go to place for wings now dont know what happened to the place used to get 11 or 12 pieces of good sized wings in a pound now all you get is 7 or 8 little tiny wings such a disappointment will never go back again not a good deal for the money

I just had a really bad experience with the whole family at this place... Couple of years back you guys used to be great... What happened?... Fries were green.. Saggy... Dark brownish... Wings undercooked and over breaded.....I wish you luck... We are done..

Soggy wings (not well done as requested), no vegetables with the two pounds of wings, pop was flat. Our order was eat in, it was packed for takeout. Server was very friendly.

Over priced for portion size of fries and mozza sticks. The wings were too over dressed and sopping with sauce. Almost $90 for 3 of us to eat. Never again. Mediocre at best.

I just went there yesterday after quite a long time away. They had large, perfectly cooked wings and fantastic sauces. Im not sure why I havent visited there for so long, but Im definitely coming back soon for my wing fix.

Long time customer. Loved this place. I dont know what happened. New owners? Ordered 4 pounds of wings. All very soggy. One has creole mustard which they substituted regular mustard. Phoned. Complained. Was told to come back and they would retry. Same exact problems on pickup, including the mustard which I specified. They told me it was someone in the kitchens first night. Okay. But to get the same quality food after driving back is insulting. It was 62 dollars worth of food that went in the garbage. Was not offered a refund or a discount for driving back, to which even the server seemed surprised. Im under the impression it is new management/owner. Been coming here for years and wont be back.

I use to be a frequent customer atleast 1-3 times a week. I m not sure if they switched the breading or changed where they purchase the wings. Might even be a cooks issue. The wings seem to be a lot more soggy and tastes a lot different from their old stuff. I also have heard this from multiple people. Very disappointing hopefully they can bring back the old wings and il certainly be another loyal customer.

Stopped in for nuggets yesterday paid $24 for a pound and I could have went to Loblaws and paid $7 for much better wings! Not sure if the cooks are different than before covid but the wings were awful I had two and I asked for a box because I didnt want to be rude I took them with me and threw them away when I got home!! Horrible, although the service was good!

5 stars for the wings. Im gonna be honest Ive tried a couple different appetizers before and probably wont get them again but I go here often now for the wings, cant beat em. Plenty of meat on the bones, a crazy selection of sauces that keep you wanting to try more and its all priced really good. If youre looking to get wings in town and want to make sure you dont waste your money then you gotta go here.

Oh my 2 pounds of wing 32 dollars I should of went to Costco there much better wings and I can put my own sauce on them so I think I got 14 wings and they tasted freezer burned and over cooked hard to get the meat off the bone so disappointed! Never will I go there again! Costco is 30 wings for 20 dollars ! And so worth it!

Definitely not fine dining, but if you want to go for a utensil-free attack on some pretty good wings and better than normal fries, this is a pretty good option. A bit more expesive than I expected.

Why would you go to Wing Central if you dont want wings? Well, it is a clean and friendly restaurant. I had a burger and carrot sticks and celery. The burger is Presidents Choice and it tastes good. The carrot sticks are real - not the so-called baby carrots. There are five express lunches from Chicken Club to Chili - and 3 decadent desserts including Chocolate Lava Cake. I am watching my blood sugar so I can only long for chocolate. Vickis smile will make your day.

The best wings in Kingston!!

Just ordered take out and ordered two pounds of wings, a large salad and a large poutine. First of all it was $55 and then the wings had next to no sauce and both pounds had the incorrect sauce. The large poutine had maybe 20 French fries and was already cold. The salad was also very soggy to top it all off. There was no one there, so it s not as though they were busy. The chef took zero pride in making any of the food and for $55 it s pretty ridiculous. Do not recommend.

I am not from here however I was craving wings after doing some research I found this place online. When I got back to my hotel room open my package and I was so happy after I tasted the first wing these wings are absolutely delicious and the service was friendly and very reasonably price I m so happy I will definitely come back when I m in town again thank you so much wing central keep up the great work

It was o w if a kind, I like the old looking restaurants. It is definitely a place that you want to escape from the traffic and crowded restaurants. The food is fresh and delicious, had medium chicken wings and they were just right.

If you want wings and a beer this is the place to go. Tonnes of flavours, great service staff, fun cowboy/western decor, sports games are always on the screens, and a great Tuesday night deal (1.5 lbs of wings for the price of 1 lb). Also, lots of parking and near the Loblaws bus terminal.
