Came here at like 9:50pm on a Thursday when it was like cold asl outside because Im a loser and they still made me a fresh batch I felt so bad but it tasted so good

Not really my taste. Pretty greasy. Very slow service. BUT: remains true to the BeaverTails brand.

BEWARE: Their machine prompts for a tip with extra steps needed to decline. This kind of behaviors is extremely rude.

The only BeaverTails location I ve ever been at where they refused to cut it into slices. Instead I was given a useless plastic knife and told to do it myself. Turned a 10 second service into an absolute pain in the butt. Also asked for our ice cream in a cone and was served in a cup.

Im Canadian, and there isnt much more Canadian than Beavertails (except, of course, Tim Hortons). I was pining for a good Beavertail when we visited Kingston in Dec 2023. I even kept these pics!!! I was kind enough to share, but let me tell you, I didnt want to!!! Nice ambiance. I think its a great dessert option on a date (Id never say no). Its a Canadian treat and a must try. The maple one and hazelnut chocolate ones are my favourite.

Food was flavourful and dynamic. Gentleman behind the counter was accommodating and generous. The environment was warm and clean.

Yummy treats! As a local I stop here often for a classic Canadian snack. They are not very consistent with the ingredients across visits though, and they sometimes have rushes where they are busy with longer wait times, which can be tough in a small space. My favourite is the M-eh-ple! Parking: There are about 6-8 spots on Market street right outside the doors of the restaurant.

Was not bad but went skating and was hoping to have somewhere to eat them that was warm but the inside closes at 9 and not 10 so had to take it to go. Everything was great except for that.

Food is fine, service, worst I have ever had. I am trying to order on Sunday and no one is taking my order because the employees are running around trying to throw cups of water on each other. Theres a time and a place for that, and its not while there are customers waiting. We were going to sit down but we didnt want to be involved with whatever was going on.

Ive had beavertails from other locations around Canada and this one is definitely the best! Not only were the beavertails perfect, the service was amazing. The employees and owner are so nice and genuine. Definitely a great place to go with friends and family. We will be coming back!

one girl. one dream. no beaver tail. food is yummy, not when it involves a male to be or not to be, that is the question because of my experience tonight, you will be in federal detention 20 minutes before closing: WHAT IS THIS? is life real? do beaver tails even exist? All i wanted was some nice cinnamon and instead i suffered an infliction of pain and torture, that is my legacy all because beaver tails closed early. We came here 2 days in a row. Thats how you know its good!! The service is quick, despite it being so busy. We ordered the classic and Killaloe Sunrise. The beavertail was soft and crunchy. For the Killaloe Sunrise, they only add a piece of lemon to make it different from the classic. The classic is just cinnamon and sugar on top. I thought the batter would be made with lemon, but it wasnt. The only lemon flavor came from squeezing the lemon on the cinnamon and sugar flavored beavertail. I love Beavertails, so I will definitely be back.

Firsthand bedt beaver tail in my life

Stopped by around 9:30 after our haunted walk and ordered a lots of slushies, 2 beaver tails and some ice cream. Service was great and friendly and food was amazing.

The famous Beavers Tails are excellent and the manager is very friendly. And since it was a special day (we didnt completely understand why...), we were entitled to free tails! :)

A terrific spot to enjoy authentic Beavertails. A great selection and very tasty. The place is well decorated and designed to a A Canadian theme. Very tidy inside and out. The staff are very friendly and courteous. You will have to stop here when in Kingston.

Your average beavertails! Located in a lovely area to walk around with your beavertails in hand. The atmosphere was rather dark. The service was alright! Took a bit of time to make.

The Beaver Tails were out of this world. We got the mEHple, cinnamon sugar, and the banama were shared and loved by alll of us. The owners were very nice. Highest recommendation to stop and get a snack here. We will definitely be back!

I had a great experience at this location today. The owner is very friendly, the service was quick, and the Beavertails were great. He let us try the new flavour and brought us water bottles 15 minutes into our visit (both free of charge). Would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a snack in Market Square!

Super nice boss! Speaks a little French, very welcoming and EXCELLENT beaver tails! It is worth discovering during a stay in Canada. Possibility of tasting them on the tables opposite on the town center square.

We went here on Sat Feb 19 around 8 pm. We wanted to acknowledge the wonderful service we received from one of your employees. We didnt get her name, but she was the only one working the cash. She was exceptional. One of best customer experiences we have had! She was very friendly and knowledgeable and patient when we couldnt decide. She was a young girl. She might remember us, as she asked my brother to do her a favour. I hope this comment finds her, as she was awesome. Definetely a girl with a bright future!

The beaver tails of today, are nothing like when I was a kid and getting them out of the one place that made them on the Rideau Canal. I dont even think there were optional toppings back then. It was cinnamon sugar and fried dough, and it was delicious and huge by todays standards. I dont think I ever finished one on my own. That said, it still is a delicious treat, and isnt overly expensive.

Beaverbites are my go-to here because they re sharable with friends. The cinnamon sugar, oreo crumble, and chocolate sauce ones are have this amazing texture and immaculate taste every time. Their ice cream is also good.

Asked the girl to give me salted caramel icecream from the tray side which has little more caramel and she charged me 2 dollar extra saying thatz extra caramel. Didnt argue bcz of line up but very bad experience. In todays world itz called a scam on tourist places. This never happens on Toronto. Would be happy if she atleast informed to me.

Regular run of the mill Beaver Tail product. Taste was average and in line with the expectancy of the franchise. Price was very high. It smelled like cigarettes, not sure if their vents need servicing or if there was outside odours entering their establishment.

We enjoyed some excellent ice cream in the market square. Great location for dessert!

Thes is a very very bad ice cream shop my dauther got sick and whent to the hospital and they have a very bad service

Probably one of the best beavertail place I ve been to! Tons of unique food options that I d never seen and I ve travelled across Canada! It has seating inside and ice cream! Beavertails themselves were fresh and yummy, staff was friendly and quick.

We had the chocolate hazelnut beaver tail, puteen and cider. Excellent quality and taste. Good quantity. Great value for money too.

Really disappointing. Pastries were pre-cooked so were cold and tasted stale. A far cry from visits to other locations in the past. Especially for the prices they are charging. Will not return.

My family and I were looking all over for a reasonably-priced ice cream for the kids this past weekend - all of the options downtown are crazy expensive. We saw a sign outside of the beavertails that they had single-scoop (any flavour) kids cones for $3. The kids had strawberry w/ sprinkles, and my wife & I had the dark chocolate w/ peanut butter chunks. Delicious, and didnt crack the bank. And the lounge chairs just outside the door are great for enjoying the treats :)

Im used to the small Beaver Tails where you walk up and go. But this had an indoor space that was well decorated, and friendly staff ;)

Tried these beaver bites for the first time and wow, for something so simple they were so good. We mixed two flavours, French toast and Choco Luv. They were so warm and fresh and we are still talking about them days later.

We first came across BeaverTails in Halifax over ten years ago. Now we search them out. The one in Kingston is located in a shop unit on Market Square. Given that the fare is fixed by the franchise, it is good to compare the service and quality. Kingston did not disappoint with a friendly smile and courteous service when we placed our order and then when we received it. Although there where only a few people in when we arrived it got busier and the staff remain calm and friendly with the BeaverTails, being freshly produced without delay. We have the Smores and the Hazelnut spread.

I ordered the pecan pie bevertail and the classic cinnamon sugar beavertail the flavor alone was amazing the dough was perfect and generous toppings 10/10 would eat again.

Love that we have one in Kingston! So yummy!
