Ive only ever had one problem with this location in all the times Ive ordered. Good food for a competitive price.

We always order the gyoza and veggie noodle soup from here. It is great for when you are feeling under the weather and it is chock full of delicious veggies. Not too greasy or heavy at all!

No cutlery in the order, I asked for a brown sugar boba I got a milk tea, and when I called to warn the lady apparently I was telling stories about the brown sugar tea. I even offered to send a photo, to prove my words. Plus I asked for extra mushrooms, they didnt put any mushrooms. A Brown sugar boba looks absolutely nothing like what I took a photo of. In addition, the food is clearly reheated, the vegetables are overcooked and soft, the noodles are also overcooked, in short, completely disappointing for more than $50 spent, its absolutely not worth it.

Their sushi and bento meals are delicious and affordable. The restaurant is clean and the ambience is good in this restaurant, highly recommended.

Food was good but I found chicken in my tofu teriyaki bento. Service was okay. Dont eat in, there is loud music coming from the kitchen and different music playing in the front.

I ordered through skip a few times for delivery. The first time everything was perfect. Sushi was fresh and delicious and so was the beef and shrimp teriyaki. Unfortunately the next couple times we ordered from there it wasnt great. One time we ordered the Ramen noodles and they gave us different noodles. They also did not give the sauce on the side even though that was the directions. Sushi was still good though. The last time we ordered I asked for no unagi sauce on one order of sushi. Well they didnt put sauce on BOTH orders of sushi (one was supposed to have unagi sauce and spicy mayo - it had none and came plain). There was also no Wasabi or ginger for the sushi and it also didnt seem fresh like the other times (I ordrered later in the afternoon that time so maybe they pre make it when they open or something and that is why it was better first couple times). They also only gave us one teriyaki sauce and no chili sauce even though I ordered two of each. I was so sad after this last time because I was so excited when I first ordered it because it was so good. Very sad. Maybe Ill try one last time in the future. I cant comment on the staff or atmosphere cause it was always via skip.

Food is always perfect.

Owner was very mean, didn t recommend anything. I asked if I could park there after I ate, he said yes, left for 20 minutes, and my car was towed once I came back. Would never recommend this place.

Me and my friends visit this location really often. Very good food and we always get wonderful service. Joana, somya, andJaime are the best, they give us the best service. Would definitely recommend this restaurant to my friends and family.

Ordered delivery the other night and tried the teriyaki chicken, suyaki chicken&beef as well as sushi rolls and I was left very pleased with the portion sizes and the value of our meals. Everything tasted excellent and so fresh. Will definitely order again in the future :)

Vegetarian options: Lots to choose Food

Good size portions. If you are hungry, the bento box meals are a good choice. Tempura shrimp was a little dried out. Good value. Friendly staff.

Food is good in general but their plate is definitely not enough for one person. Hawaiian chicken and beef udon was good. The veggie rolls I had were bad.

The food was good and reasonably priced, all of the utensils were easy to find and get, drinks were cheap, the seatings area was clean, the food is very balanced with vegetables, meat and rice, and the employees were very kind and greeted us when we came in and left. I would definitely come back again!! :)

Absolutely disappointing. The food was delivered through door dash without utensils. When I called the restaurant they first claimed that there was an option to ask for cutlery when there wasnt any. They offered to deliver them and never did. I had to contact them a second time about it and they claimed that they couldnt find the address mentionned on Google map. Which was false. Directly after they claimed that they were now too busy. This is the worst service Ive ever experienced.

Food served is extremely delicious with freshest veggies! I have not that service quality since long time anywhere! The person working there is so patient while explaining whole the menu with always a big and warm smile on their face!! Also they checked whether all was ok whether our expectations met or not!! With this special interest to us as their client, I am so happy to eat here and we enjoyed with our first experience with teriyaki shrimp!!! So very Highly recommended! Thanks for offering us that fresh and tasty meal and being so kind and smiley!

Ordered a takeout on Door Dash. The food was delicious, the quantity was good and their packing was excellent. Fresh veggies and meat. Their Teriyaki sauce is the best Ive tasted in Kingston. Looking forward to dining in someday.

I ordered the 8 piece salmon roll. The rice was a bit dry and flavorless. The salmon was stretched razor thin and didnt even cover the end pieces. Very disappointing lack of flavor, overpriced for meager portions. Service was friendly, restaurant was clean but not conducive to dining-in. I will not be returning as there are so many other options for great sushi at the same or lower prices for better quality and quantity.

Ordered Uber eats from the restaurant tonight. Food was very well packaged and very fresh. I m very impressed and hope to dine in soon! Much respect to the staff for their skills and care for all orders :)

I am a sushi lover and did not like Edo s quality of sushi. They use too much rice and almost no avocado. The service was excellent so I want to stress that. The employees were polite and friendly. Dietary restrictions: They had gluten free options

Picked up a chicken chop chop bowl for lunch today. Extremely satisfied with the service and food. Happy to have this restaurant so close to where I work. I will definitely return for more choices off the menu. 5/5.

Excited to try it, but was very disappointed. First, let me tell you service was great, store sparkling clean. Food however was Meh. We ordered the Kami platter and two spring rolls. The platter was taken from a display case (already made) which is too darn cold! It was tasteless. Very skimpy portion of ginger. And it was to go, but opened the bag to discover no soy sauce. Spring rolls were kinda blah too. Pretty sure made from frozen. Perhaps their hot food is better.

If you are looking for great value for freshly made food with outstanding favour Edo Japan knocks it out of the park. Super clean and greeted by a friendly staff. My son had the grilled beef bento box and as soon as he finished it he was already talking about his next visit and what to try. I had the sushi and brought the leftovers home...loving the fact that I had some incredible sushi to look forward to for dinner. Will be going back guaranteed.

A great dine in experience! Enjoyed the Kame sushi platter, shrimp noodlefull bowl and teriyaki chicken bento box along with a refreshing passionfruit green tea. All were fresh and tasted great. We will be returning for sure.
