I was a regular customer for over 2 years until I experienced the worst customer treatment I ever have by Shaurya. He has been consistently rude to loyal customers such as myself and others who I know have had similar experiences whereby he has had a sour attitude, talking down and losing patience unnecessarily. I personally knew the owner who took no measures to resolve the issue/simply did not care to. Update, it seems the owner has requested someone to post a five star review after I posted mine and in that review specifically mentioned the employee who was disrespectful towards me. This is no way to run a business, respectfully. If you want to be treated with any respect or decency do not go here.

The food here is absolutely delicious! I tried burrito and nachos was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. Highly recommend the place and service is also very good.

It is a mexican quick food store. They have ample sitting space, the burritos and enchiladas are better than other regular Mexican stores. I ordered veggie beans burrito and chicken burrito with wheat bread.. the server was also very kind and helpful. Their flavours, and fillings are fresh and taste better than others. The only negative for these mexican stores is they act very pity by asking for extra even for little sauce or dip on side.

Have ordered several times from here and in the past generally has been good. Last order however one of the barbacoa Burrito was sent without meat, this was one part of an order of over 100 dollars. The store was called and initially said they had made a mistake after reviewing the footage. They then said they would send a replacement. Nothing arrived and when called back said that the owner did not feel they had done anything wrong and had cancelled the replacement. I have ordered from here for a few years and they have missed small things before and I have not called. I am quite surprised at their attitude and would recommend not giving them your business, I certainly won t be in the future.

What an amazing experience I have everytime at Guac Mexi Grill in Kingston!! We get hungry working at the hospital and the guys at this place take amazing care of us. Food is fresh and always made as quick as they are able ( impressive considering the size of our orders(6-9 people on average) usually and 2 guys running the show. Cant wait to order with my crew again or just to satisfy my late night cravings!!

Consistently bad experiences, but today was the worst. I waited nearly 20 minutes in line to place an order when there was one customer before me. The girl working was taking her sweet time doing nothing at all. She decided to call her friend on the phone halfway through making the person before me s order. Called her friend, that had walked in to distract her while he hung around the cash. She also did not change her gloves between holding the phone and touching her face. Awful experience with incredibly incompetent staff.

Very slow service

Had these guys cater our hockey team s dinner in the hotel conference room! Food was amazing! Veggies were fresh, and the protein options were delicious! Ordering was easy, and the staff were helpful and friendly. We would definitely order from them again! Thank you!

Ordered nachos, these were the worst nachos Ive ever ordered, we ordered extra cheese, there was hardly ANY cheese, not even what I would consider normal amount of cheese, the cheese wasnt even melted, nachos were under cooked and cold, they were missing items on the nachos we ordered, and it was a VERY small portion. We called the restaurant and they had nothing to say and didnt offer any solution to their pathetic effort at nachos....DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

I am from Toronto and was in Kingston for work and wanted something quick for lunch. Searched online for options and this store happened to be 3 mins away so decided to give it a try. Customer service was excellent, store was a little busier but still managed to get my lunch in no time. Food tasted really good and staff was fantastic, store looked pretty neat and clean. Would definitely recommend this place.

The WORST customer service experience I have ever had at a take out style restaurant. On the several occasions that I have been there, I have stood and waited for 10 minutes or more waiting for the employees working there to acknowledge me. Even when the store is empty they prioritize working in the back over taking orders and it feels like they don t respect customers valuable time. For all the time they spend preparing there always seems to be empty bins of ingredients that they have to completely refill mid order which takes even longer. It s extremely frustrating to have my time wasted. On top of that the employees often give what feels like dirty looks. Food is okay. Worse than chipotle. Edible but mediocre at best. If you go here be prepared to wait for nothing.

First time over here. Quality of food wasn t that great, felt a bit stale especially the salsa. If you have nothing to eat and want to try Mexican for the FIRST time, this place is just fine else you wouldn t like it if you have already been to GREAT mexican restaurants. Customer service was good overall, the server was helpful and informative. Vegetarian options: Does have a couple of vegetarian options. Parking: Paid street parking and that too limited spots. Only 3 spots as of June 2023. Wheelchair accessibility: Does have wheelchair accessible entrance.

The worst nachos Ive ever had. Made an order on Uber for nachos and got soggy cold stale chips. They put whatever toppings they wanted and not what I asked for. No cheese and the chicken I paid extra for was maybe 2 or 3 small cubes. My husband got tacos that they again filled with whatever they wanted (he just wanted onions and it was filled with everything.) They also had no meat on them. We ended up having to order somewhere else since it was not filling and not good.

I used to get burrito bowls from here and loved them. But they re not the same anymore. Bowl was about halfway filled, lettuce was soggy. Spent almost 17$ before the tip which is a bit steep. I d suggest going elsewhere.

Lukewarm ground beef, unripe vegetables, incredibly small portions, no attention to quality, unhappy staff, and overpriced when compared to other Mexican options in the area. Have pretty good Mexican food. Taco Tuesdays are a great deal. Portions are a little smaller than I had hoped.

We ordered to hospital through Uber Eats. One of the items from the order was missing not Uber Eats problem. Called Guac and explained the issue and that we had no transportation to pick the missing food up. After some problem solving, they came through and found a way to deliver the missing food to the hospital. Much appreciated.

Smallest burrito i ve seen for $12

I ordered a chicken enchilada as well as a churro with caramel. Absolutely delicious! Definitely ordering from here again. Not to mention the fact that they leave actual chunks of a avocado in the guacamole. Makes it taste so much better!

Taco Tuesday is such a good deal. It s a minimum of 3 tacos, but you can add as many as you want after that. The staff was super nice. It was my first time there so I didn t know the whole procedure so the staff was really helpful with telling me all my ordering options. There weren t many tables inside so dining in was limited to small groups of people. Bathroom was clean which is always nice to see.

This was by far the worst taco I have had. Theres was only 3 tiny cubes buried in the toppings and when I took a bite out of my taco it dropped so much water just plain water cause of how soggy it was. I will it be ordering from here again.

The cleanliness of the store, however, makes me not want to return. Tables are never wiped, garbages are usually filthy and/or full, and the food service counter looks like it is never cleaned; its covered in old dry food that was never wiped up. This is the only place Ive been ordering from for the past few weeks because their burritos are SO GOOD and they have an amazing gluten free option for tortillas that taste great!! I literally cant find that anywhere else in Kingston. Theres also the option to have a completely vegan or vegetarian burrito too! So so yummy !

Wouldnt recommend this to locals. Decided to go here as its a short walk from KGH, and placed the order on Uber Eats for pickup ahead of time. Received the notification that it was ready for pickup, but when I arrived, they didnt even start it yet. I went outside while they made it, came back in, and they skipped my order and continued serving the Queens students. The order wasnt correct either. They really require supervision to get things done, and they prioritize the Queens students. Horrible experience. Ugh.

I have been to 6 or 7 different locations, and this one by far makes the smallest bowls! All other locations, the lid barely fits! This one... theres lots of room between the lid and ingredients. You ask for more rice or veggies and they just look at you like you are from another planet
