The only reason indid not give it 5 starts is because the size of the pizza for the price. If the crystal was thicker then I would understand. But I ordered 2 of the regular and Im still hungry lol pizza is way too thin

Not as savoury as the Belleville location. Ordered delivery, arrived ice cold. Topping portions is less than desired. Cannot comment on service or atmosphere.

Yesterday was my birthday, I work downtown, so I decided to treat myself to a score pizza on my lunch break. The line was long but I figured it was worth the wait to build my own pizza. The girl making my pizza missed a few ingredients when building it but I didnt want to make a fuss about it as they were busy & its my birthday after all, why not be easy going. As I go to pay for my pizza, I see the guy working the oven dragging a garbage can over to the oven, then trying to fish out a dismembered & mangled pizza he failed to place into the oven correctly, at which point the young girl behind the counter looks at me & asks umm... can you like... go to the back of the line again?. I quickly put two & two together that it was my pizza destroyed & I had to completely remake my custom pizza. There was more than half a dozen people behind me now & I already spent more than half of my alloted lunch time at this point, so I opted to just leave all together as I was short on time. I ended up not being able to eat anything at all on my lunch , & was pretty dissapointed (but oddly not suprised) in the lackadaisical level of service. There was no explanation of what occured or any attempt to make things up to me. Just oops...go to the back of the line... your patronage & time doesnt mean anything to me. Probably wont be returning anytime soon after that.

Ordered delivery and it arrived quite quickly, given it was a Friday night. The pizza itself was absolutely wonderful. Crunchy crust, non-greasy cheese and meats, overall one of the best thin crust pizzas Ive had. It was also a reasonable price for the quality of the ingredients. The brownie and cookie were also quite good, but a little pricey.

Popped in with the fam to grab a ceaser salad, garlic sticks, a mini pizza and a 12 inch. Everything hit the spot. Lots of seating inside on a Sunday around dinner time, as well as patio seating outside. Be prepared to wait a bit as everything is made to order. Food was tasty, and the vibe was great.

Way too salty and the ingredients are not fresh.

Food was good. However the server set my pizza tray on top of the counter and said here you go. When I picked it up the tray was piping hot and I burnt my fingers. Turns out they gave me my pizza still on the tray that came right out of the oven , instead of transferring it to a new, cool tray. All they said was oh, sorry about that. I wasnt seriously injured thank goodness but it could have been a lot worse.

We came in at 8:55 super hungry for food and Sarah, Lawrence, Priyansh and supervisor Prachi were extremely helpful to give us food. They were extremely patient and helpful even though we arrived 5 minutes before closing. So much appreciation and love for them! Jesus loves you Vegetarian options: Amazing veggie options. Its always a wonderful experience to visit Score Pizza. Its one of the best pizza places in town. Although they dont offer halal options, the vegetable pizza is awesome!

I get the same thing every-time I ve ordered here and it s normally really delicious. I think they changed an ingredient or something has gone bad because the pizza I got tonight tasted chemical-like, almost like it was soaked in antifreeze. I had to throw my pizza out after two bites. I hope it was a just a fluke because I really loved their pizza.

Great pizza, we ve been going to this place since 2018 when our son got accepted into Queens, though quality, quantity and service is down, still it s okay and unique. Unfortunately we might not go as our son is done university and no reason to travel to Kingston.

Not sure what happened, but maybe don t have 1 person train 8 new staff. Had a very hard time getting my order and things were a mess.

When a restaurant offers a gluten free menu option, one assumes a SLIGHT understanding of what it means to be celiac or to have an allergy. However that was not the case with the staff at the restaurant. I had to be hyper vigilant while they were making it and I still got so so sick. One bite of my completely tasteless carboardy mess of a pizza and I was vomiting. Give this place a skip if you have gluten allergies. Dietary restrictions: See above review. Do not go if you have an allergy. Major cross contamination.

I can t say I would recommend this place. My pizza was only so so. Almost no cheese, maybe 4 slices of pepperoni and they didn t listen when I specified no green peppers. You get what you pay for. Food

Ordered two orders of large garlic fingers, when handed the order it was one box. Said to the guy hey I ordered two of these, He said there was two in the box. When I got home and opened the box and found one, was just so frustrated! Unbelievable!! This is not the first time they screwed up my order. I tried calling the west end store manager left my name and number but did NOT hear back. Also when waiting for order they close at 9pm it was 845pm another man walked in to ordered 2 pizzas at 845 the employee said no were closed when my order was still in the oven. If you are open till 9 they you should serve your customers. You have great pizza but terrible service in the West end. Downtown is great! Whats up with the west end location like I said this is not the first time my order has been messed up. Would love to hear from someone. My phone call never got returned from the last order that was a terrible situation. Employee tried to sent me home with my take out order; with Hot BBQ sauce on it. I didnt order that. I cant believe it and he was upset with me for not taking the pizza. Had to remake pizza and was so pissed at me.

Edit: Food was amazing as always! Wanted to also add an extra thank you! tonight I ordered through Uber, there was an issue and Ubers app glitched out and I had no way to talk to a real person from Uber. I called score even though it wasnt their issue, and they were able to help me through their end! I really appreciate the staff going above and beyond!!

Really impressed with Score. One child has food allergies (eggs, peanut and tree nut), and they advised which items to avoid and when it came time to cut the pizza I asked them to use a clean cutter and they completely understood. Pizza is good, thin crust, fresh toppings. Even if its busy they do well to move people through pretty efficiently. Pizza could spend another 30-40 secs in the oven and it would crisp up and cook the toppings a bit more

Consistently great pizza and sandwiches here, a very unique experience! The staff are always kind and work efficiently, and Ive never had a problem with quality or the ordering process. Best pizza in Kingston

The pizza we got was so delicious, the vibe was great and the service was light and fun. I definitely recommend going to this one specifically, it s a great little spot better than the basic chain pizza places like pizza pizza or Pizza Hut for example.

Pick your own toppings from the crazy selection right in front of you, thin crispy crust, watch it go in the stone oven, even finish it the way you want with fresh arugula or balsamic drizzle or whatever, and ready to eat within 10 min just the way you like it....REALLY!... you cant go wrong :) :) :) THE BEST !!!!

Awesome pizza. You get to pick your toppings, all for same base price. Price is very good (7 for 6 inch, 11 for 12) and the toppings all look fresh! Then they cook it up fast in a wood oven. The service was also great! They made a mistake on my bill and not only did they fix it promptly, they comped my pizza/pint! 100% recommend over the cookie cutter pizza places in kingston like Woodheads or Atomica! They are good but this was a welcome change!

We got 2 margherita pizzas yesterday, from the Princess Street location. Toppings were good but crust was WAY overdone - burnt on edges. It was like hard tack, hard to chew. They left it in cooking way too long. If I d been at the restaurant, I d have sent it back. Hard to do that on Skip the Dishes. We bought 2, ate 1, and are tossing the 2nd one. We ll stick with our regular guy. Their crust is not only chewable but delicious. Bottom line: if you can t chew it, why buy it?

We were very disappointed tonight with Score pizza. We got two pepperoni and cheese pizzas and there were only 4 pepperonis on each pizza. And the cheese was very skimpy. I didn t feel it was worth the money.

Second time in, ordered great white pizza. The only thing I could taste was garlic. Took off a tablespoon from a mini. Told the girl behind the counter and she didn t say anything about it. Then, the girls were playing with their hair and then putting their hands into the toppings right after. Normally I am not one to complain but that wasn t good to see. After all this, the cross contamination in the vegetables was unreal. No very happy with my second and last visit

Had a problem with our Skip the Dishes order from Score Pizza - our two pies were way overdone. But the manager contacted me and told me to drop in and theyd replace them for free, plus a freebie drink bonus. The replacements were delicious, unlike the first (burned) ones. I think its probably not a good idea to order from here on Skip the Dishes, or any delivery. If Id been at the restaurant when I got the two bad ones, Im sure theyd have replaced them. As it was I had to drive downtown to get the replacements. But very professionally handled. Thank you for that Score Pizza.

I got a pizza on my lunch break, it took 17 mins to get my pizza, I get it was busy but when I got back to work it was very burnt, I tried to eat it as I didn t have any other lunch for work but couldn t finish it due to it not tasting good

Took the build your own pizza option. They have several varieties of everything - base sauce, crusts, toppings and drizzles. For BYOP we could choose any number of veg n nonveg toppings. The taste and quality was very good and the staff was helpful and polite. The pricing is quite decent ($16 for a loaded 12 BYOP) and considering the quality, this is certainly a recommended place. For people who have been to Blaze Pizza, this place may seem similar in terms of quality and price.

Probably the best pizza I have had! It is cooked to perfection with quality ingredients. I loved how its a subway style restaurant where you chose your own toppings. Overall, I would definitely go again; the staff, vibe and food were all amazing!

Food was good but the handling is not. Ordered pizza and salad. Salad was in a box where the hands that prepared the food tried to seal it with his hands on gloves that took all the ingredients for the salad. Looks eewwww! They didn t seem to notice what they did. So gross!

I honestly can t understand how this place has such a good rating. The pizza is just ok- nothing to write home about, ours were definitely on the soggy side. The service on the other hand was terrible. We were served by a couple of teenagers who looked like they were incredibly annoyed to be there and treated us like we were a pain in the neck because we hesitated a little when choosing toppings. We were the only ones there, it s not like the staff was overwhelmed or pressured. They were rude to me and then to my daughter, which is a whole new level of poor service. I will never be back and neither will be anyone in my family. It was so bad that now every time we walk past this place, my daughter asks if we remember how rude the staff there was. I doubt she remembers the pizza at all.

The pizza itself was pretty good. Well cooked, though somewhat skimpy on ingredients. Annoyed that someone unscrewed the top off the parmesan, which fell all over my pizza in a big pile. I never thought of checking. The only thing that irked me is when I told the guy at the counter, and suggested they should check all the lids, he just shrugged his shoulders and walked away.

We went for the first time on a Friday, tried the build your own and went back the next day for another one that is all I need to say.

Took the wife and kids to the downtown location for dinner and the food was great with lots of topping options and solid beer on tap. The staff were attentive and quick to help, but there was an older lady that seemed to be stressing them out, over their shoulder constantly, with a bit of a temper. It was really distracting and sad to see and I hope that gets sorted out, because we re a bit hesitant to come back although the food was great.

Went through the build your own pizza process, the dough was on 1/3 of the pizza wasnt round, the toppings I used should pop fire in my mouth but unfortunately was tasteless and there buffalo sauce is red water sauce no heat at all, overall huge disappointment the produce used is just not quality products I guess. Score is a new favorite! Not greasy, quick service even when busy, pizza could have been cute better, but thats the only complaint!

Having been to an Orleans location we were excited to try the one on Midland Ave. We were disappointed. The service was very slow and although we ordered together, our pizzas didn t arrive together. The girl on meat toppings had braids that swung into the toppings. The toppings were tired and sad looking. The chicken looked like it came from a can so I skipped it. I asked for extra cheese but there was very little cheese on mine considering that s all I had along with some bacon. The Marghereta pizza arrived with no basil. The pizzas were extremely salty. There are not many non alcoholic drinks available, I had lemonade ( no ice available) which was so sour I couldn t drink it and the beer was served in very small glasses. Although it s a unique idea this location doesn t do it for me. I will say the crust was good as we enjoy thin crispy crust. I was mistaken in my review with another similar pizza location in Orleans. After seeing the reply, I still think that the pizza is really BAD and Salty. For the prices charged not worth it. Will not recommend.

Love score Pizza! You lways get exactly what you want. You dont always get exactly what you order when you do uber eats, but in person ordering is the way to go to get more/less of any topping.

Wasnt too impressed with the pizza from here. They dont spin the dough as they should (its done by machine), the dough, once cooked, doesnt really taste v good. Probably wont visit again. My opinion is subjective.

Love the ability to choose so many toppings and love the thin crust. One issue that bothered me and the others customers by me was a pizza split while cooking so it was thrown out and pizza was re-made. It should of been offered to customer even free or as a discount or offered to someone. Pizza would of been cut anyway. Such a huge waste of food. Just not right.

Had a great vegetarian pizza, fast and uncomplicated service, can only be recommended.

This is like a Subway but for pizza! You go through the window counter and pick all your toppings as you go. Im gluten free (gluten reactive, not celiac) and they did a good job of changing gloves, getting sauce from a brand new container, etc. I would not recommend to a celiac however as the regular pizza is all around so risk of cross contamination is likely high but I dont feel that I reacted to anything myself (I can usually tell). The pizza itself was pretty good. The crust is thin and a bit like cardboard... so not the best texture wise. But it tasted good and price was less than I expected. Dietary restrictions: Gluten friendly. GF pizza crust available and they do a good job of changing gloves, etc. But there is bound to be some cross contamination.

I was in town for the Jim Jefferies show and went to get a pizza. The woman making my and two other pizzas proceeded to have a coughing fit and coughed on all 3 pizzas in a row. She then just continued to make the pizzas like nothing happened. As infuriated as I was Im a very passive person and didnt want to make a scene. I had to leave the store without the mucus covered pizza that I had paid for. Absolutely disgusting and a health violation on top of that. Im very disappointed in Score.

Vegetarian and vegan options including dairy free cheese and beyond meat crumble. Toppings are unlimited and they have plenty of things to choose from. Staff were friendly and changed their gloves for dairy free and meat free toppings.

Our go to for pizza night! Whether we eat in or order to go we are always left happy!

Came in for lunch while at an event at Nexus nearby. Wed been meaning to stop by for a while now and decided it would be perfect for a quick bite to eat before going back over to our event. We each had their 12 Build Your Own pizzas with lemonade to drink. Service was quick and friendly, and we had our pizzas without too much waiting. Pizzas were quite good and came fresh from their oven. My only criticism would be that our pizzas werent fully cut to the edges on a couple of slices, so we had to pull/rip them apart, but that was only a mild inconvenience. Definitely recommend trying here!

Excellent pizzas, I was there Saturday and went back Sunday because it was so good. The pizzas are crispy and well-stocked and the preparation is fast, the workers are very nice too ! What made the difference is that the pizzas are backed with wood fire (I think, at least I saw the flames in the oven) which made them so crispy and the price is attractive as well. I highly recomend :)

Subway but for pizza. Sauce has little flavour, meats are dry, didn t use the requested ingredients, crust was like cardboard. The pizza as a whole was not very good. However the staff were friendly and the atmosphere was nice.

Absolutely awful. Will never go back. Used to be a regular of the Kingston downtown location. Third straight experience in which order was screwed up, missing toppings, adding items that were not asked for, burnt absolutely atrocious. Will never return.

PRICES WENT UP, SERVICE WENT DOWN! We absolutely love Scores Pizza. Definitely a favourite. However, the service was extremely poor at this location. While waiting, one staff member was filling the tubs and taking her time without any acknowledgment of us. Staff would come in and out of the back and not a single person would take our order. Staff were unfriendly, unwelcoming and had awful customer service.

Not sure what happened to the dough recipe, but its chewy and rubbery. Apparently Sunday evenings are a bad time to go as well. I waited close to 40 min and paid almost $35 for two, very burned 12 Margheritapizzas

I saw all of the bad reviews on here but I still ordered and I should ve listened to them :( way over priced for what I got. I ordered through Uber and they didn t add toppings on both pizzas that we asked for, they cut the pizza incredibly sloppy, they added random toppings :( and the $10.50 Caesar salad was just straight up theft.

Great service, very friendly and accommodating staff. Pizza was great and both pizzas we chose off of the menu were unique! Definitely recommend if you are nearby. Super tasty!

Amazing pizza. Basically, like Blaze pizza but this is the Canadian version. Would definitely recommend to anyone craving pizza. Unlimited toppings and lots of options for customizing the pizza.
