Came to watch Bills game. Left with an amazing experience. Whoever is on aux did a great job music was incredible. The crispy chicken sandwich was sooooo good and the spicy aioli dip was 10/10 could’ve drank 3L of that stuff. Would highly recommend coming here
One of the best, if not the best pub in Kingston. Food is ridiculously good and one of the few places in town with Guinness. Can't go wrong. Also very clean and a surprising amount of seating given the small space.
I really enjoyed this place! It has a great atmosphere, great service, and very reasonable prices! Burgers and fries were amazing. We also got the poutine... I'm a bit of a snob when it comes to Poutine due to my Quebec origins, but this one really missed the mark unfortunately. The curds weren't fresh and the gravy just wasn't good in my opinion. Everything else was delicious though, so I still definitely recommend giving this place a shot!
A group of friends and I got together last weekend and had a great time at the Duke. Food was really good, I had the cheesesteak, the fish and chips at the table looked really good and the Finger blast looked like it did the trick for one of our other friends. Fun environment, our server was super nice (I wish I remembered her name). We laughed for 3 hours solid, thanks for unintentionally hosting our little reunion.

Overall a good pub experience. Nice seating and good service. I got the chicken sandwich with a caesar side salad The sandwich was good, the caesar salad could’ve used more dressing. Also got the nachos, they were okay however didn’t appreciate the the paper lining because it made it hard to take off the crispy cheese, and the portion of salsa given also could’ve been bigger. We also got the chicken finger which were good. This is a good place to go, seems popular, but isn’t anything exceptional but I would still go again
Always loved this place. Kingston has the most unique bars in old historic buildings. Fanfabulous menu!! The Barback is so personable and remembered me after only being there twice in 3 years. If friends had a bar. This would be it.
My favourite pub in Kingston and I'm here at least a couple of times a month. The friendliest staff, shoutout to Jeff the bartender who always remembers your name and your usual drink. I don't believe I've ever been disappointed by a meal here - be it a regular or new menu item, or a special. Their poutine is excellent. Many refer to their wings as the best in Kingston and it's hard to disagree. I really enjoy their burger - it's just the basics but for a burger like that it's all about the beef, and theirs is always excellent. Great beer selection. Even when busy you should be able to find a seat here. Highly recommended.

Don t go anywhere else. Do your self a favour and get in there. Some of the best wings I ve ever had and gotta be the best in Kingston. Pretty busy but who cares, killer vibe! Maybe call for a reso cus you don t wanna miss out. I live about 45 mins from here, only been twice but I think every time I go to Kingston this might be the spot. I d recommend this place a million times over. Super elite joint with so much class and absolutely amazing food. A million stars out of a million stars buddy. Stay Blessed

Always impressed when we drop into The Iron Duke. Fast, friendly service is coupled with a nice variety of pub fare...but make sure you are hungry because the burgers are very generous.

Food and service were excellent! Was in the bar to watch the England game and we were advised that the sound could not be put on the sound system! Then later on it turned out one table had specifically asked for the game to not be on and they accepted the request !?!!? Bad decisions

What happened to the old iron duke?? The poutine is tasteless. And the chicken fingers were flat as my exes breasts. Overpriced for what you get.

One of my top 5 pubs to go to in Kingston. Very historical look on the outside, really catches the eye. Been a couple of times and never been disappointed by the service or food. The food is delicious. The staff is amazing. Very friendly, polite, and very attentive to our table. Highly recommend.

Super cool pub in the heart of kingston. Its where you feel like a regular whether you come every so often or once in a blue moon. Vegetarian options: There are a couple of veggie options. Parking: Big lot across the road. Wheelchair accessibility: Totally accessible (I think).

Used to be one of my favourite restaurants, and in terms of atmosphere, its still a favourite. However, the vegetarian options are always a letdown. They usually only ever have one option, and sometimes its been good in the past (falafel wrap as an example), but overall its disappointing. I feel like not even offering a veggie burger as an option is a strange choice, and really limiting your customer base.

The drinks where good the vibe is a bit more relaxed and never had a bad meal one of the cooks and I had had very good chat I think his name was Cody I would go there again just for him

The chicken fingers were ok but the honey garlic sauce was just honey. Sweet potato fries were burned and inedible. Coleslaw appeared to be dressed with thousand islands dressing. Ewwww Wait staff were excellent. Whoever is cooking needs training.

Very nice old English style pub. Good selection of beers. Food, good quality pub grub. Had the chicken curry, good size portion very tasty, personally would have liked a bit more spice but thats my preference. Very attentive server. Highly likely well visit again while we are in Kingston.

This place has the best wings in the city, hands down. For years, people have been saying this to me, and I just now learned how right they are. The flavor, crispness, and tender meat were cooked to perfection. I had the Raging BBQ, but I sampled the Buffalo dry rub. Fantastic. From now on when Im asked, wheres the best place to get wings? I wont hesitate to say The Duke, no question.
Great place to go eat if youre visiting Kingston. It feels lquite authentic and the service is great! The food is also really good with a very solid range of choices.
Would not let us in to serve us at 9pm on a Saturday because we had 11 people Seemed they were too lazy I m sure owner will be impressed Service : 1/5

Very nice pub restaurant. Food is great and service was wonderful. If youre looking for a quiet environment however, this is NOT the pace to go! :) Kid-friendliness: Not a good place for kids.

I had a delicious fried chicken sandwich for lunch here. The jalapeño gave it a wonderful kick. The patio was open and the service was quick. I really enjoyed the pineapple Radler. My friend had the calamari and that was cooked perfectly. I would come again gladly. The restaurant is right across a cheap parking lot.

Weve spent so many evenings here, its a great spot. The draught is really good, as are the wings (get the buffalo-sriracha dry rub).

Cozy and has old time comfort...very pleasant and helpful staff. Pub food well above average for quality. Parking is losing ground to development but still available..Fridays are very busy but still fun..All in all a predictable gratifying experience
Stopped in for a light dinner for one during supper rush. I was greeted with a huge smile by the bartender, and then promptly seated and served. Despite the fact that I didn t order much (salad and a soft drink), and that they were also quite busy, the service I received was fantastic, and I felt like a valued customer. Will definitely return!
One of the best pub fares in town. Honey Sriracha wings, hands down best wings. Great environment but get there early as the place tends to fill up in the evening. Close to the Leons Center.
Decent pub. Packed, waitress was friendly and sharable food was good besides the calamari.
We ordered the chicken strips and honestly those were the most tasty and most life changing chicken strips that I have ever had. It was so crispy and perfectly made!! Honestly it deserves 1000 stars.
