STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!! It was not bad until they moved to the ARC in s booth. Probably the worst pho ever on this planet 🥲 Very few noodles in the soup that tasted like hot water and soya sauce. Not to mention they even used the wrong noodles. And, who put raw mushrooms in pho soup ??? Go to Timmy's, food truck, library café, anywhere but KHAO in ARC. AVOID BY ALL MEANS.
Terrible, the vegetables in my stir fry were dry and flavorless. Noodles and sauce were bland, and the chicken was sparse. Very obvious they took many shortcuts. I've eaten here twice and that's enough to know I'm not coming back.
This is basically pretty much like a typical North Americanized Asian food place. Though many things taste extremely weird (anything sweet&sour and ginger/orange sauce stuff. Rice is always undercooked), they do have some signature foods that always taste good like the Lo mein noodle and pad Thai. General Tso’s Chicken has always been too salty. Most of the time, they serve food pretty quickly and there are fancy snacks you can buy next to the counter like egg tarts and sesame bars.
My friend and I waited 40 minutes for our food to cook. We asked the manager where our food was after some time and the order receipt had fallen on the floor so the cooks missed it... We were both late for class and the food was bad. I won't be back.
Good place to hangout and eat. Really appreciate it when they add more spice when I ask.
For something quick and easy (but not pre-packaged) on campus, KHAO is a decent place to get a hot meal. I wasn't overly impressed, but there wasn't anything particularly bad about it. Pretty average.
This isn't real Chinese Food - the food they serve is drenched with sauce & made with bags of frozen vegetables - Definitely not worth the $11 they want for a small rice box. You're much better off ordering takeout to campus, instead of walking to the JDUC for poor imitation chinese food.
KHAO Restaurant in the JDUC advertises Spring Rolls for $3, with an extra roll for $1.25... and the order comes with only ONE ROLL. It's an absolute ripoff and they should not be in business for this. They won't let you order just the "extra" spring roll either.
Slow and poor customer service
I heard the pad thais pretty good!
Nun uh
Too slow to get my food.
disgusting
There were too few dishes. . . Some taste pretty good
Yum
Great Asian fusion
Very ok butter chicken.

Waste of money, their Pad Thai tastes like cooking oil.
Disgusting food
