We had an amazing culinary experience and our waitress Veronica made it even better with her recommendations and attention to our satisfaction. We would definitely go back again!

I would rate Le Jardin 10/10! Everything we ordered was so delicious! This place has a beautiful ambiance too and the staff statisfied us with excellent customer service. I would recommend to try their ribeye steak, something to die for!

We came for my birthday and were taken care of by Emma! She was absolutely fantastic, and we all had such a wonderful time. The food was incredible, would highly recommend the oysters, steak, and peach dessert!

Its a nice looking restaurant with some nice dish options. Best tasting carrots weve ever had prepared. BUT...some of the tables are absolutely freaking tiny to the point of being uncomfortable. Never ate at tables this small. Got a dish of those tasty carrots and saw them plated beside another order of the same carrots for a normal table. Ours were served in a smaller dish the other order in a normal dish. Our order contained less of the carrots and saw that with my own eyes, same price of course. So Id do a hard pass unless you get a normal size table. Also got a ribeye and it was mostly fat. Tasty fat but way too much of it. Yes I know its a fattier cut but not 50% fat fattier. Ive had it elswhere a bunch of times and never have I had a cut that fat, by far. But everything did taste good. If we come back, itll be normal size table and a normal sirloin steak or something, because it is tasty on their grill and its a nice environment.

Wow! Honestly, I have high standards and this place met them in all areas. Our waitress Tori, was so nice and knowledgeable about the menu. Drinks were prepared really well (one of their specialty drinks, dirty martini, & an old fashioned). We had the burrata appetizer- so fresh. Then the dry aged rib eye with Brussels sprouts. Everything was absolutely delicious. We finished with their pistachio baklava. The place is as beautiful as the google pics show, and even their bathroom was beautiful! (My mother always said you could tell a lot about a restaurant based on its bathroom.) I highly recommend this restaurant if you are visiting Kingston. So thankful for previous visitors reviews that led us to this place!

Right as soon as you walk in you know you are in for a treat. The atmosphere is amazing and the food is even better. Might be the best meal I have ever had. This is a must visit if you want amazing food and an amazing experience.

Cocktails were inventive and delicious. Food was incredible. Service was fun, kind and helpful. Atmosphere was comfortable, intimate and relaxed. We sat at the chefs table where we were able to watch them cook on the open fire. It was a really nice treat. The food, starting from the appetizers (NS oysters) to the main (house dry-age rib eye and a side of fingerling potatoes), and the dessert (baklava with floral ice cream - such a delicate balance so that it wasnt so sweet) - everything was delicious! Highly recommend the restaurant.

We have been to this restaurant 7 times so far. The chefs table 10/10. The waitresses Meg, Wendy and Carolyn are warm and welcoming, making your experience the best. Gogan the owner makes us feel very special. Andrew is by far the best chef in town. You have to eat here.

We had an amazing night out at Le Jardin the other night. Wonderful food and a great experience overall. Our server Carolyn was fantastic! She made us feel so special as if we were the only ones in the place! I highly recommend checking this place out:)

Circumstance: dinner for 8 on Feb 23, 2024 This restaurant excels in all respects. This was my fourth visit to this restaurant over a 4 month period. They are consistent, if not better each time I ve been there. The Atmosphere is spectacular. It is worth visiting just for the interior decorating. The music is background beats. The sound level is moderate - no problem for a group of 4 but you won t be having a singular conversation for a group of 8. The food is exceptional. The flavours, and flavour combinations are creative, fresh and flavourful. The food presentation is artistic. The portions are fair to large. We had the following appetizers: broccolini, oysters, squash, tuna, dips with bread. We had the following mains: half octopus, mushroom pasta, lamb pasta, chicken skewer. We had the following sides: carrots, cabbage. We had the following desserts: chocolate torte, chocolate pudding. Beverages were cocktails and wine. The cocktails are balanced and well crafted. The Sauvignon Blanc was one served by the glass and was to my likening which is dry. We would order all of these dishes again. And the first three times at this restaurant I had the meat dishes for mains and they are to notch. In a town with many good restaurants to choose from, Le Jardin currently sits as the number one restaurant in Kingston for atmosphere, food, and service. I highly recommend this restaurant.

First off, it s a beautiful place to enjoy a meal. Upscale but also cozy as well. The food it s self was exactly what you expect and while pricey, at least you know you are getting a great meal. Now the best part of the night was the service! Can only speak about the one who served us but Carolyn was incredible. I ve been in the client service industry and she was amazing! They lucked out having her serve at their restaurant. Very knowledgeable, funny, and it was my dads birthday and really made it a special night. As we told her, we will definitely be back and might have to try and tackle that tomahawk steak next time!

Hidden gem in Kingston! Some of the best cocktails we ve had. Decor is phenomenal. S/O to Amer for the lovely, attentive service.

Absolutely fantastic experience - excellent service, from the staff downstairs at the door to the servers upstairs, and had an outstanding chefs table assigned. Great speed of service, great wine selection, and the food was absolutely perfect. I think that between my wife and I, that was probably the best steak we have ever eaten (dry aged ribeye, 23oz, with fingerling potatoes). Appetizer (Tuna) was fantastic, although next time well order two, as it was very much a one-person starter. Expensive, but worth it. Very happy overall with the dining experience.

The perfect place to celebrate a special occasion! The décor is beautiful. The restaurants design has lots of little details that make for a chic and comfortable atmosphere. The service was also great. We ordered cocktails, an entrée, and the grilled octopus with a side of potatoes to share (which we would recommend). The food was all delicious and we look forward to our next visit!

Wow, love being a tourist in our own town! Le Jardin is absolutely exceptional in every way! The living walls, the atmosphere, the care in service, the FOOD!!!! I m a through and through critic and this place nails it in every way! Hits all the senses. The smoky fiery smells, the constant live movement, the cool upbeat music, every bit! To end on a sweet note, the impeccable apple crumble is a must-try, showcasing a harmonious balance of textures and tastes. The place looks nice but the atmosphere is meh. Hosts and waitresses are not as friendly or professional. Food is okay Baklava was too sweet but the lamb pasta was good. wouldn t go back there. Music was too loud and people were too close to us.

Le Jarsin creates an environment you want to exist in, provides exquisite morsels full of style and substance, and does so with service that knows the definition of the word. The same ownership as Tango - a Kingston staple, and the newer Mayla Concept, which has hit the mark for the couple years it has been on scene, Le Jardin truly is the piece de resistance. Recommend.

The most beautiful dining experience! All the food is cooked on a wood fired grill in an open kitchen. The smell of the fire greets you warmly as you walk in. The dining room is absolutely gorgeous! Great use of natural materials and plants everywhere! The space is so inviting and has quite a communal feel. Service is professional, welcoming and genuine. This is a top notch, cant miss, highlight of the Kingston dining scene!

It s not often we book reservations for opening night of a new restaurant (too much can go wrong)but we made an exception and it didn t disappoint - Best upscale/fine dining experience we ve had in Kingston since Clark Day hung up his apron. Beautiful setup, and really dig the vibe. Our waitress (Rachel) was excellent, walked us through the menu and knew when to check in and when to leave us to our meal. Didn t feel rushed but also got us the check quickly. The steak was one of the best cook steaks I ve had in a long time and sides are big and offer their own unique flavour. Need to know 1: This is a a sharing menu, portions are large and designed to be shared by two or more people. We found one app, a steak and two sides was perfect for our meal Need to know 2: The steaks are priced by the oz, and depending on your cut can start at 6oz and others start at 30oz. Trust me their worth it, and hey you can also pick your own and watch it be cooked. Wheelchair accessibility: This is an upstairs restaurant and I didn t see any other way to get their other than a long climb.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a charming ambiance that set the perfect tone for our celebration. The restaurants atmosphere is breathtaking, making it feel like a romantic oasis transporting you to a new world. The food was exquisite, highlighting fresh, locally sourced ingredients that the chefs prepare for you over an open wood fire. The service was impeccable, and the staff made our anniversary truly special. The wine selection added to the sophistication of the evening, and is beautifully on display for viewing. Le Jardín is a must-visit and truly a unique experience you cannot find anywhere else here in Kingston. We cant wait to return!

Took my wife here for our wedding anniversary and shes been smiling for two days since. Ive been to a lot of fancy restaurants but this one was by far the best, Michelin star quality. Sit at the chefs table if you can its an unreal experience. Expensive but worth it. My favorite part was that you get to pick out your steaks and they cook it right in front of you. My wife says she cant pick a favorite part because everything was so incredible.

Like stepping into a beautiful piece of art, and then having your tastebuds have the most wonderful experience you could imagine. What an incredible dining memory I have now -dined with 8 close friends, shared ballon bread, shrimp, both style oysters, potato, cabbage, octopus and steak. Everything was tops and service was impeccable. Vegetarian options: Balloon bread was delicious as were the cabbage and potatoes

This place sets the bar for fine dining in Ontario. Its worth every cent just for the overall experience. Cant wait to go back again soon.

Our waitress was fantastic, the atmosphere was amazing, the food was very good, my only criticism is the chicken shish kebab was too expensive for the amount food we got, the pasta we ordered was only 4 dollars more and was a much more filling meal, I would recommend having two squeres of chicken in the future

We had a wonderful evening at Le Jardin! The first thing that hit me upon entering was the smell - the wood fire oven smells AMAZING. The second thing that impressed me were the friendliness of the staff and the beautiful decor. These things all work together to create a place where you could easily spend hours. And then there was the food! Everything we had was delicious, my favourites were the strip loin steak, grilled cabbage and the dark chocolate dessert. I can t wait to go back and try more things from the menu!

My wife and I went to Le Jardin for our anniversary. The staff were wonderful and friendly. The atmosphere took us away to another place with no worries and my words could not do the food justice but I will try...Srumpdillyicious!!!

The service and the ambience of this restaurant is excellent. While they offer a few other dishes, their main one is steak--probably the best steak in Kingston. Pretty expensive but if you like steak and want a special treat, Le Jardin is it.

Wow, this place is fantastic. 4 of us went to celebrate a birthday and the food and atmosphere were phenomenal. The 33 ounce ribeye we shared absolutely melted I your mouth. The sides and starters were unique and delicious. Excited to go back and try the octopus!

This place is a hidden gem! Its gorgeous and the food here is amazing. The food here has been one of the more memorable culinary experiences I have had. Will be returning for sure next time i am in town.
