I liked Kingston mandarin restaurantso much. Even though I was vegetarian there was a lot of food to try out and all of them were so delicious. We were serviced by Riza and Miguel. Both of them were so friendly and provide us very outstanding service. We felt so grateful and warmed enough . I would say its a very good restaurant to go with family and friends.

I had a very bad experience from one of your staff Rosemarie, kindly please train your staff especially how to behave with the customers. This was not the first time visiting Mandarin. Even some of my colleagues felt the same. Not happy with this. Sorry to post here, hope you guys will resolve it.

Everything was excellent. Riza and Lara are our server and they are the best. Always smiling and approachable.

Love the barbecue ribs, lemon chicken, sweet and sour pork, is all you can eat and I have emptied racks no issues. Also a nice dessert collection and a funny little robot.

The seating layout is quite cozy. Excellent service. Really good food, a little pricey. If you want to spoil someone, or yourself... GO!! Kid-friendliness: Yup!! Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.

Make sure the sushi is fresh before serving too customers as I went their with my family on Thursday night of last week at 740. The food was mediocre too the point our teens ate half a plate each. We spent $154+$10 tip as it wasnt waitresses fault. We have been here before and food wasnt this bad so dont know whats going on. Nothing is fresh from rice too meats to dumpling soup. Oh and there was more liquid than dumplings in the pot

The Mandarin is The Mandarin. Most visits to any Mandarin location are normally top drawer, and the odd visit, its kinda meh. The Kingston location isnt any different. Our last experience was top drawer. We went for supper on a Monday night, the restaurant was busy enough that the food was rolling out hot and fresh. Traffic was moving well through the dining rooms and in the buffet area. We had a party of six, and everyone left happy and full. Parking: Value Village next door, ether work up an appetite or work off dinner with some thrifting.

This was our first visit and it won t be the last! From the moment you step into the door the staff are beyond friendly and welcoming. They introduce themselves and are very attentive to every table. The restaurant itself is very clean and beautifully decorated. The Buffett well marked with what everything was including calorie counts. The food was VERY good, I wish I wasn t so full so fast as I couldn t possibly eat everything..but I tried! Overall, 5 stars across the board on all aspects!

This Mandarin restaurant is a bit smallish and appears to offer a reduced venue, menu, and atmosphere relative to other locations with the chain. Mandy, their robot, guides you to your seating in place of servers, and contributes to the high noise level with its singing of Happy Birthday on later location. While it may reduce the need for more people it does not add to the open friendliness of the staff.

Love coming here but the manager told us that when we come back we have to bring a birth certificate to prove our kids age because theyre tall. Im sorry but Im not bringing a birth certificate so we can save a few dollars on severely overpriced food. We just wont dine in again

The Atmosphere was magical. The food so fresh and the service was super fast even though the place was quite packed with people.

This use to be my go-to place but not anymore. They forgot to include the sweet and sour sauce for the chicken balls and now all of a sudden the portions are in half. When you expect something that was consist and then it isn t you are disappointed.

Ok. Its an all-you-can eat buffet. Obviously, the food is not always pipping-hot-right-out-the-kitchen fresh, but they put the food in smaller bins that others, meaning the turnover is quicker, so the food is fresher. Great variety. You can go there with a vegan, a keto, a fast-food lover, and a gluten intolerant, and everyone will find something to eat. The food tastes great, the service is great, its clean... what not to love?
