Went here last night with some friends, and our server Haeley was so sweet! She made the experience a 10/10. Definitely recommend!!

Steak was good, great mash potatoes and good variety of drinks. Overall great experience

Butternut squash ravioli is TOP TIER - had the most wonderful service from the bartender - Jordan - he s so funny and makes a VERY tasty sangria

Went for a staff outing. Had reservations booked several weeks ahead. 6pm reservation and by 830 only just getting food most of us had to take to go as we had continued staff plans to attend. We were told 2 other bookings showed up late for their reservation but were served ahead of us and there was also a mix up in kitchen. I asked for something specific to not be in my food and yet they left it in there and other than fries could not eat my food. It was not an experience I will be returning for even in a smaller group.

Perfect for a family dinner. Impeccable service, good wines, pleasant setting, well located, fair price. Be careful, some dishes are quite spicy.

Great food but very slow service!

Worst restaurant experience ever. Main course took 90 minutes from the time of ordering to delivery to the table. Repeated broken promises about how long food would take. Appetizers so bad the restaurant took them off the bill. But they were actually better than the steaks that were ordered - appears that they were on the grill the entire 90 minute wait. They ran out of necessities to make loaded potatoes (at 7 pm!) but didnt bother to tell us, and still billed us for them. Restaurant manager completely inattentive. If you want to be a restaurant for 2 1/2 hours to eat overcooked and tasteless food, then go to Milestones Kingston. They wont disappoint.

Steak sandwich was just covered in gross sauce, dripping, not edible. 1988 burger was mid. Servers gossiping about each other. However would highly recommend the gummy bear martini.

Me and my family had dinner here tonight for my brothers birthday. The service was okay, the waitress was nice until the end. They gave us a free dessert for my brother s birthday and there was a problem with my dish and they fixed. When it was time to pay, we tipped in cash $20 and the waitress was visibly upset which we all saw and don t think is right because we still tipped and are not sure why she was upset. We then see the waitress walk away and didn t say anything and then proceeded to talk to her colleague about us tipping $20. $20 is 15% of our bill so not sure what the problem was. Tipping is optional but we always tip in cash.

The appetizers were delicious, my main was surf and turf, there was very little little surf and quality was not the greatest but the steak was cooked perfectly, our waitress was lovely and very profesional

Was told 30 minutes wait, so was placed on waitlist and got Text confirming. After 45 minutes we checked and was told there will be no tables available today, as per front desk management messed up!!! No text or call telling us about cancellation Service : 1/5

Bartender was great. Took our orders & delivered our drinks quickly. Our meals (3 steaks & a special) took a ridulous amount time & the vegs were stone cold & hardly cooked. Mashed potatoes & steaks were luke warm. The manager took off $7.40 our bill. Which was equalivent to a dessert. We are Canaduan visitors to Kingston & had two people from England with us. So we know Milestones is normally a great restaurant. It will be a long time before we go back to any Milestones again.

Our server was friendly and prompt. The food wasnt as good as usual, the portions seemed smaller on some menu items, one steak came cold, and the meatloaf was way too salty, but the server was helpful.

We ve been to milestones many times over the years and been truly happy hence repeat customers. We always sit in the bar area. Love the windows seats. However, this was our first visit in over 8 months for various reasons and some things have changed for the worst. We enjoyed our usual calamari appetizer but without our drink order(wine and martini) the drinks came when we were pretty much done the appie. The martini was delivered without olives and went back so another long wait. Thank goodness we had water. The TV Color was terrible. we watched sports but the players and commentators looked liked smurfs (blue faced) definitely time for new TVs. The blind at the table near us was broken shut so no view of beautiful k-town. The kicker was the introduction of live music but it was an electric guitarist rocking old rock very loudly. We asked to turn it down and it helped. We felt trapped between the bad TV and awful electric guitar noise. The dinners were delicious as usual but we couldn t wait to get out of there and didn t enjoy our usual after dinner drink and dessert. We were anxious to leave but there was only one functional payment machine for the entire restaurant so we had to wait again. If there is a next time it will be take out for us. Too bad because it is a beautiful restaurant going down hill in our opinion.

Great place to go eat if you have 3.5 hours burning a hole in your pocket. Don t expect service or warm food

A fun place to eat at in Kingston. When I went in I saw a definitely not average menu, but I thought, why not give this a shot? And I did. The Garden Burger sans relish was pretty appetizing, and I ate some fries too, although I didnt feel well to finish it. (Dw guys it wasnt from their cooking I just get sick sometimes.) Nice and polite waitress made a drink change when asked to, and of course I appreciated the tall chairs since Im a tall person. If in Kingston, you shall try this. Vegetarian options: Clearly marked with a V on the menu.

Both our meals were mediocre. The sweet Thai chicken bowl tasted ok-ish, but smelled... Bad. Like old vinegar. The linguini was identical to a flash frozen reheated sous vide bag. Meh. Not cheap though and the service was also not great. Hostess seemed angry. Waitress seemed disinterested, although she was friendly, just very inattentive and slow. Took forever for everything during a slow time and waited close to a half hour for our bill.

Very slow, food was ok

First they put us on a leaky table. Then we went to a table next to the bar and it took them an hour to serve us. They forgot the drinks/drinks and all the orders were wrong, including after warning that one of us was allergic, asking for a change to vegetables, the dish came back as normal. After many complaints, they came to apologize several times. We are already Milestones customers in Toronto and even though we have visited the one in Kingston we have never had such bad service. Not to mention the bathroom, which was dirty and unusable. I dont know what happened, but our experience was horrible. A shame, as it was the students arrival weekend and many will certainly not be returning.

We visited on a Wednesdsy evening for our 25th Anniversary and discovered the Wednesdsy Date Night special. What a fantastic deal. We left full! The choices were good and we both enjoyed it all. To top it all off, our server Chelsea was fantastic!! We told her we dont get there often but will look for her working whenever we go back. She was having a rough night but she was doing her absolute best!!

My son bought burger with beacon. The burger was overcooked, and the beacon was burned, hard as rock. Reported to the manager, but the manager didnt a thing about it. The waitress was also not great, but she never showed up after delivering the food. I had to call her from the hallway to report the burger issues. It was a total waste of money. It would have been worth to go to McDonalds. Very bad Milestone experience.

Been sitting for 10 mins. No one came over to take my order or even give me a water. I be trying get a waiter to take the order, she kept saying that she is not my waiter and she is going to grab my waiter. However, I been waiting for 10 mins, no one came over. When I was about to leave, someone finally show up to take my order. So disappointed for the service.

This restaurant is a disaster! The mashed potatoes were almost as watery as the broken bathroom stall. The entire womens room was being forced to share one roll of toilet paper, and there was mysterious fluid leaking everywhere. My steak was horribly dry and under-seasoned and the rest of the food delivered to the table (a lot later than we had hoped) was not much better. For the price you are paying, I guarantee you could find some food of MUCH better quality. The only reason I added a second star was because of our server Michael, who was quick, polite, accommodating, and very apologetic.

Worst experience ever at this milestone location. Arrived for brunch with a party of 4. Waited almost 2 hours for food to arrive at the table only to have the orders mixed up. Nonetheless one order to contain ingredients which was an allergy to someone at the table asked to speak with the manager which I was declined . Talk about no respect for your patrons or pride in your service. Will not be going to this location again.

I made a reservation for my partner s birthday last Sunday. Despite arriving on time and the restaurant not being crowded, we waited over an hour and 20 minutes without receiving our food. Other customers who arrived later were served before us. Our waiter was attentive and checked on our orders multiple times, so the delay was not her fault. When we informed them we needed to leave and asked for the bill, another staff member approached us just as we were about to pay and told us our food was ready. Extremely disappointing experience; we won t be returning.

Our experience is excellent. Friendly and smiling waiters, ambient music but not too loud to hear each other talking. As for the cuisine, simply excellent from everyone! THANKS !

Ordered a steak that was not cooked slightly. The worst steak I have ever had. Very disappointing.

Dont come here if you have allergies. I mentioned my childs allergies in my reservation, called ahead and spoke to the manager, and then again at the restaurant and to my server. Despite all this, the dish came with a heaping pile of his allergen. The replacement dish must have contained some too, as he violently vomited as soon as we left the restaurant.

Those chefs make the bestest food - My five year old after taking a bite of a steak sandwich and indulging in the calamari. Milestones is our go to for takeout on Uber eats, because of the quality and consistency. Edit : I just ordered through Uber eats. I got calamari and the 1989 burger with a Caesar salad. My order came and the calamari was missing it s sauce. My Caesar salad was missing and my burger was a brick :( hoping it was just an unfortunate day. Milestones was always my go to because of consistency.

Food was horrible, took over an hour for a burher & salad, She crushed my hamburger bun on my plate try to put out the fire she set. Not only was the patty not fresh it was a recooked burger and fries. Youd think for $25 you get fresh food. So we are clear its my mother and I that where the victims of times wasted, money wasted & still hungry as food was uneatable. No you didnt deserve the tip and honestly thus automatic tipping is destroying the service industry as you people dont care about the food and services you offer yet expect a tip, this is insane. I know you people lack education freedoms to think for yourselves and cluess as why you should be embrassed and ashammed for the state of this Milestones resturant. Dont worry I am embrassed for you! Shane on you, the right shouñd have is being embrassed for the service you had offered today. Nothing else.

Close to 3 hours to get served for dinner. One server who was also bartending.

Everything was good! The welcome, the cuisine, the service and the atmosphere.

Took my mother in law for her birthday and I hadnt been to Milestones here before. The rooms are beautiful, the food is definitely above par and she recieved a complentary birthday dessert. How lovely. I had the steak sandwich and it was elevated with flavour and presentation. I highly recommend you try this! My MIL had squash raviloi and it looked wonderful. Family had mushroom soup (this was the only thing we did not enjoy much, seemed similar to gravy than soup), the breaded cauliflower bites (this was my 2nd fave after the steak, seriously, cauliflower! It was so good) and teriyaki tofu bowl which was very flavorful. Well done to the chefs and support staff. I hope to return!

Keeping the usual standard dinner

I received my ordered bag with food. Bad was closed but with missing salads. I called the restaurant nice administrator answer the phone and tried to help me, but all what I hear back that it s not there problem. And I paid 120$ for food! Just want to warn you when you will do your order from this restaurant! Food

Sunday June 30, 2024. On ordering at 6:15, informed no filet. Ok. Ordered Ribeye. Starters come, 6:54 informed no rib eye either. So only 7oz sirloins available. What a joke. Last time I waste my time here.

They didn t have a record of our very special birthday reservation, but we got seated anyhow. Despite the website stating no availability online right now, the restaurant is perhaps at half capacity. They seem very understaffed. They were out of two out of three steak options on this long weekend, and brought out incorrect orders that weren t corrected for about 20 minutes (fries, which should not take this long, a missing shrimp skewer, and aioli for fries that never arrived ), at which point our meals were otherwise done. No one stopped by to pour more wine at any point during the meal. They did end up giving us 1 of 4 desserts for free, and one shrimp skewer order that arrived after we were done our main courses, but this seemed inadequate for how slow the service was, and how many errors were made. It still ended up being quite expensive, for a mediocre experience at best. We used to love this place, but I would not go back based on tonight s experience.

Short staffed for sure. Waited a long tile for drinks, after having to ask for drink menu. Had to ask for water. Server was super friendly very eager but seemed to be be also working bar. Food was excellent in every way!!

Food was stellar as usual. The wait staff was good, But it seemed very warm and uncomfortable in the bar area.

The dish was scrumptious.

Service was great as was the food! Server was amazing as was The bar staff (even as though they appeared to be short staffed during a peak weekend). There was no AC and the bathroom had many bulbs that needed to be replaced.

My family, it tastes better than the keg! ! A paradise for mushroom lovers. I didn t take any photos of the baked mushrooms and mushroom soup Mushroom soup and the side mushroom are the best!! And Maddie is proving me the best service ever

Milestone restaurant in Kingston benefits from a prime downtown location and the stylish decor typical of the chain. The food and drinks were reliably good. However, the service was merely adequate, with our server performing the basics without much engagement. A significant issue was the deplorable condition of the washroom, which was the worst Ive seen in Canada. Given these shortcomings, I cannot recommend this restaurant if other options are available in town.

Weve been here a handful of times, and the food has always been phenomenal. The last time we were here we had amazing service, so my husband and I decided to go here to celebrate our anniversary. We asked the hostess if we could have a table, not a booth. She indicated that she didnt understand us, so we asked again, and again she didnt understand. A different worker came over, asked what we wanted, and then told her where to seat us. She then proceeded to walk us to a booth. We again asked for a table, not a booth. There were no tables ready, even though it was very early in the evening and there were hardly any other customers. We eventually were sat but our waitress was also slow and not attentive. The food was good but the poor service was very disappointing.

Ordered a 7 oz. Sirloin. The meal was 70% fries, 20% steak and 10% vegetables. I ordered Medium Rare and I received Medium Well. Waitress was very nice and brought a replacement steak which was cooked properly but was so grizzly that it was hard to cut with a sharp steak knife. I think the chef was having an off night.

We had Maddie as our server on a busy Saturday night. She was an absolute PLEASURE. Kitchen was backed up with multiple 20+ reservations but Maddie was extremely calm, cool and collected and let us know. She was extremely accommodating and checked in on our table multiple times, she was quick and super helpful. Thank you Maddie you made our night better! Give her a raise Milestones!! Kid-friendliness: Food options that are kid friendly options, booths to hold kiddos! Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps and able to pull up to a table if needed

Not sure what happened but we went to milestones tonight and after two hours decided to give up getting our food Our waitress was amazing , attentive and VERY apologetic but what the heck happened. There was a number of staff just standing around, bathrooms were atrocious and we were one of only 6 tables that basically waited 2 or more hours. When the food finally came out for the table across from us it was inedible (they left without eating). We never saw a manager , and the poor waiter was so embarrassed and upset SHE offered to pay for our drinks It was the most surreal experience and was so disappointing Literally still baffled by the entire evening. And the fact that we not once were visited by management even tho none of the tables were ever belligerent is a true testimony to our poor waitress who was left to deal with this mess. Shame on you milestone

Had the best time here tonight. The decor was nice and modern & the food was delicious, I had the ribs, my dad had a ceasar salad with chicken and my mum had a sirloin steak, I also had the dulche cheesecake (it was unreal) & my mum had the ganache tart which was lovely too! We all really loved our meals. But I d really like to say thank you so much to our server Lydia she was so friendly, polite and attentive and it really made our visit that much more enjoyable so thank you! Would definitely recommend

Great atmosphere and staff

I regret to say that our recent experience at Milestones was quite disappointing. We had a reservation for 14 people (10 adults and 4 toddlers) at 5:30 PM on Sunday, May 19th. While our drinks and appetizers were delivered promptly and were both hot and delicious, the rest of our dining experience was far from satisfactory. By 7:00 PM, our main courses had still not arrived. Our server, who was gracious and visibly upset, came by to apologize for the delay. When our meals finally did arrive, they were a huge letdown. The steaks were not cooked to order, and some of the meals were cold. It was clear that the restaurant was understaffed; we only saw our server, a hostess, and a bartender the entire time. From our vantage point, we could see the kitchen struggling to keep up, as indicated by the red screen showing they were behind. Throughout this ordeal, a manager never came by our table to check on us or address the delays. Adding insult to injury, an automatic gratuity of 20% was applied to our bill. It was evident that the restaurant suffers from poor management and does not adequately support its staff. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and we do not plan on returning to Milestones.

The service is so bad and the servant was not respecting me when I pay the bill. She asked me how much exchange you want me bring back . That s so rude, you shouldn t ask for tips like that when the customers were paying their bills! I felt awful that time, even though I used to love this place.

Great place to have drinks with friends.

I definately will not come back. First they forgot my drink, then the food was cold, Ceasar salad was so soiled with dressing I could not eat it, even when they brought a new one. I was given coffee full of coffee grinds! All I got was oh sorry. No offer for a new one! What really upsets us that we were forced to pay 30% tip due to 8 people even though our service and food was terrible! I would NEVER recommend this location!!!

We had a group of around 20 my wife and i ordered a coffee to start and it was cold the waitress did go put a fress pot on and returned with a coffee the size was at best a small compairing it to say tims and was $4 each cup .and it wasno starbucks coffee. When we placed our orders we waited almost 40 minutes before they brought the food out and they had sent mine to a different table so i then waited another 10 -15 minutes before i got my steak sandwitch and fries the steak was execellent i will give them that much but the fries were cold . And they didnt charge me for my meal because of the mistake of sending it to the wrong table however when we got our bill and seenthe auto gratuity of 20 % already added to bill was not impressed .i always tip according to service but to have it there already for all the issues i will not be back to Milestones

I went to Milestones for my birthday. The room was nice, and I had great times with friends. Our server was new and nervous, which is understandable. My best friend ordered a dirty martini they had no olives. I had ordered a white sangria and could not drink it (maybe 2 sips) and it started to give me a migraine. At first, I wasn t going to send it back, but my friends encouraged me to. I sent it back. Because it had been over a half hour since I sent it back, the manager said no and could not take it off the bill. Our server was very apologetic. I could see if I drank half, but it was full. Just for my husband and me alone, our bill was over $200. Our table was about $800, give or take. They couldn t take a $11 drink off? Sadly, Milestones has gone downhill. I wasn t offered a birthday dessert, even if I had to pay for it. They knew it was my birthday, as my husband had reserved it that way. Hopefully they do better in the future.

Chicken sandwich had more sauce than chicken. Very messy and the bun was crispy rock hard. The food was not fresh but precooked, it wasn t hot. They could not serve Bellinis (their signature drink) because the machine froze up- what!? Dessert cheesecake was missing the sauce- they were out and the cookie dessert was not fresh and very tough. We needed a knife to cut it, a fresh warm cookie should be spoon tender.

This is the last time I go to this restaurant the service is bad and I booked 3 days before they give me a table beside the kitchen and u hear all the kitchen crew screaming I had very bad experience

Made reservations one week prior to Valentine s Day for a date night out..as we had an awesome experience the year prior ..I asked in the special request section for a booth by the window the tiny table we got way in the back was no where near what i asked for very busy as you would expect on a special night, very tight quarters, tables way to close together which I hate!!! we ordered drinks and appetizers, both were ok we both ordered steaks I had mash potatoes and my husband had Parmesan cheese fries they were so over salted I could see his blood pressure rising they were awful .and had about a two hour wait time for our meal seemed a bit excessive.

With our minds thinking about our mother in the ICU we decided to finally go out for dinner, needed something different from cafeteria food. From service and especially the FOOD it was incredible. Highly recommend and try the portabella mushroom chicken. Thank you for an amazing dinning experience!

Went in to get takeout on Christmas Eve at 4:00 knowing they close at 5 just to be ignored by the server till 4:30. Her excuse was she didnt know I was there even though she was told by the host that I was seated. When she finally saw me she said the kitchen was closed. Its never I good idea to ignore and lie to customers.Grow up

Great food, location and bar.

We waited for 15 before someone came to our table. They had no bartender or waiters that day and only 2 people who had no clue what to do. So after ordering our drinks we waited for 30 minutes to get them and then we could order our food!! The kitchen staff was scrambling to get everything done and they did an amazing job! The food was good but management of the place is horrible. I never had to wait so long for a drink or tto order food in any restaurant before! I would not recommend this place at all!

Always good service. Once your meal gets at your table they also make sure everything is all good and they make sure your water is always full as well. Cooking of my steak is always as asked too!

The food and service was great, but if I rate it a 5 star for that alone the main issue is dismissed over and over again. For a high-end restaurant my wife should never have been escorted to her seat that is clearly tore up. Even as she mentions it to the server the issue is disregarded and excuses given. People should never be seated on a bench seat that is ripped in any restaurant, especially Milestones!

Amazing, everytime I come its like the food gets better. My favourite was the chicken mushroom with pesto pasta. The server was polite, extremely friendly towards us, accommodating to the children. Will visit again, thank you for keeping your service great and your food excellent!

I went to this place last Thursday, i did not enjoy my night. Over priced, food was not up to expectations and staff overall was very rude and not up to standards. The only bright spot was this very sweet server that started serving me and my girlfriend, however she suddenly stopped and was replaced by someone more rude. I don t understand why you would change the server when i thought I had a good rapport with the first server. Will not come back.

Good varied food and great drinks, with a pleasant and elegant atmosphere. Somewhat expensive for a low key meal, but great for a night out/date/special occasion. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian and vegan options are offered.

Amazing food

Great service and good food. Been here multiple times and it is always a great experience. The waiter told us about a great Wednesday special for two people. Food is always delicious. The atmosphere is fantastic and the bar is beautiful! Vegetarian options: Has some vegetarian options that arent just salad. The butternut squash ravioli was very good! This place is great. The building and decore are spot on. I was in town for business and the server, manager, and even a regional manager Mark came over to say hi. Honestly felt like I was home. Thank you for all the hospitality. You gotta try that black and blue burger.

Pretty good food and great staff who are very helpful/kind. If you call they might not pick up the first/second time, I assume their phone is not the most conveniently placed but they do Bellinis to go so 5 stars from me

Food was good, when it finally arrived. Took way too long to receive service, get our drinks (20min) and then our food (40 min). To top things off, the group behind us, who came in after us, got their meal for free because their food was delayed, even though they got their meal faster. Very disappointed.

Had a dinner with my fam during Family long weekend. Mediocre food considering the prices but what is really disappointing- poor service. We were forgotten a few times but what made me think that I won t get back there - a waitress treated our table like it s a table of two not three and totally ignoring our toddler - like there is no kid at the table. If you read this email (don t want to mention your name so you won t be fired) - consider quitting this job - it s just not for you. All the best!

Decent place for decent price

The drinks and food were delicious. Our service was great too. However, we were sat at a table by the kitchen and the chef was yelling for the wait staff at the top of his lungs. Kinda killed the mood of our date.

Unfortunate that the manager would rather socialize than do her job and help her staff.

Wings are surprisingly good. Calamari also good. Spinach dip is not as good as it used to be.

Went here for our 41st anniversary. The steak was done to perfection. The Wagyu meatloaf was excellent - a small amount of crispness at the edges and juicy, tender and tasty throughout. The accompanying mashed potatoes and vegetables were also excellent. Our server, Leigh-Anne, was absolutely wonderful. Friendly without being intrusive, she made us feel very comfortable and appreciated. She was very knowlegable about the menu, drinks, etc. and took the time to answer all of our questions. And the dessert was a very nice touch - thank you Leigh Anne. Certainly one of our best anniversary dinners ever. Will definitely go back.

My buddy and I had dinner tonight and it was amazing. I had the classic Wedge Salad with a medium rare steak. I asked the server to give me additional blue cheese and it was just amazing! I loved the wonderful flavours of bacon, tomatoes, hard boiled eggs and the wonderful blue cheese dressing, just awesome! Our amazing server Leanne was just awesome providing everything we needed. Great dinner!

They went above and beyond to help me out with an online order that I had placed incorrectly. The manager handled the situation well and with a smile. I would 100 percent order online with them again. Plus, to top it off the food is always good.

Visited here a couple weeks ago. Had my service dog with me and boyfriend. Food was delicious but took quite a long time to get it. We were seated out on the patio which was fine ,however it was a pretty warm day out and very little shade. My dog was quite warm laying down and I am surprised they did not offer water for her before I had to ask for it.

Cant say I would go back there again. Food was meh, servers were overworked, management needs to do more to speed things up. Was told the delay was in the kitchen, but it took 25 minutes from seating to seeing a waitress.

We stopped at Milestones for dinner (family of 4 with 2 younger children. Service was great, food was very good. We would definitely return.

The food was fantastic. But let s be honest in Kingston, where we have so many great restaurants, the experience is what I am looking for. Ashley our server, absolutely crushed it. She was so nice. Also she was serving a huge party in a private room, and you would of never known. She was so on the ball and attentive. She set the vibe for what we hope will be a great night. If more people like Aspen were as heart felt at what they did, the world would be a better place. Also the Thai Basil noodles were absolute fire. Don t sleep on the noodles. Thanks Ash you were great we will be back!!

Excellent service at lunch last Saturday after Art un the Park . A menu for everyone, and nice airy space and ambiance.

I gave this restaurant a great review on brunch but dinner was another story. Beet and goat cheese salad with salmon. Dry. Dressing tasted like oil. I asked for additional dressing and was surprised to not receive it. Never asked how our meal was and at the end I left half a salmon and half my salad. A good server would have asked if I wanted it packed up or if everything was good. Very disappointed and another friend order the salmon and it was also dry.

Never had a chance to try the food. It was busy with a 90 minute wait time. My partner we re accepting the wait time. When I asked the GM. Why there are over 8 empty table. His reason was a show was finishing in 2 hours. I said to him again that acceptable. But we would be in and out in 45 mins. He must have not had enough excuses as he asked if I owned a restaurant, when I gave him my answer he called me combative. I don t think his management skills warrant his operating of the establishment or he needs to learn better personal skills

I hadn t been to a Milestones in years so I was glad to see that the Mediterranean Chicken was still on the menu and it was still as tasty as ever. The place seemed to be understaffed despite it not being a full house so the service was unusually slow.

I ordered the Surf & Turf for $44. Dish was advertised as a 7 oz sirloin topped with scallops and shrimp (with seasonal vegetables). I received an unedible cut of beef that was ripe with grizzle and membrane, likely from the cheaper end of the butchers cut. I was also expecting some (at least 2 for $44) seared sea scallops. Nope. I got dime-sized scallops instead. Shrimp were also small. The Manager told me that its hard to get the larger sized scallops here in Ontario (Im from Ottawa, 2 hrs away). Go to any seafood section of a reputable grocery store (Farmboy, Foodland, Independent, etc.) or a fricken local fish market and you will find them. I know very well that this is a post-COVID era in the restaurant industry. But cmon, be truthful in your advertising or lower the costs if you are serving sub-par food at this price point. Final note: overhead light nests were covered in dust. I blew on it as we left and dust fell down to the table.

Always a nice restaurant to go to whenever I come to Ontario. Food is definitely always delicious, with some new additions every now and then. Though it was a bit slow, it was worth the wait.

Super over priced. Dont let them stick you in the back, at least eat in the bar in front and look out the window.

Upon getting caught in a downpour, we ran into Kingston Milestones. Opting for a streetside table, we were politely greeted and chose two refreshing new options from their drinks menu. After browsing through the mains menu, we were again delighted with our choices. While my choice was the Mediterranean chicken, my partners choice of the portobello mushroom chicken was particularly intriguing and delicious. Ultimately, for a quick dash in, we slowed it back and casually enjoyed a rainy afternoon at this Milestones.

Food and drinks were very tasty! And the servers and wait staff were all so friendly and nice! They made us feel welcome and comfortable, asking about our diet or allergy restrictions, and did their best to accommodate our every need! Definitely will need to go back and try some other cocktails and dishes! Food

The food was delicious. The Mediterranean chicken was nice. The waiter was friendly and helpful he really made our visit that extra pleasant. They made a little mistake with one of the orders and the waiter immediately offered a free dessert, most restaurants would only say sorry period. Its was nice to see they cared and offered the dessert.

Great food and staff. I love the atmosphere of the entire restaurant as well.

Horrendous experience. Two nights in a row we arrived over an hour before closing to have a drink at the bar - both nights we were turned away with excuses. We re cleaning the roof tonight not sure how that has an effect on the Bellini machine. Don t bother coming here if you actually want service.

The atmosphere and service is worth the money, whether its for a formal or intimate or casual affair (they have both dining and bar areas). Its indeed a bit on the pricey side but the food is good and the staff are friendly.

Excellent meal, especially the Burrata we loved! We were served in French, everything was perfect! I didnt give the atmosphere 5 stars just because we could hear the music from the kitchen over the little chill lounge music from the dining room.

The only thing lacking was halal options. Otherwise food and service is great.

Wait staff and food were superb. Came with a large group booked months in advance, waited over two hours for our food in otherwise empty restaurant. Some of us were entirely finished their meals while others hadnt even got their meal yet. Worst part was management was unwilling to admit their errors. Simple rule is if you cant handle a large party, dont do it. Staff appropriately.

Wonderful servers, tasty food - horrible, unapologetic management. Booked months ahead for two dining events with approximately 30 people. Our wait time was >2hrs and served the bride and grooms table last while the party was already getting their bills and having tables cleared. Manager remained unapologetic and blamed the guests for ordering different menu items. If a party this size was an issue, I would assume they wouldnt book us. Very disappointed as our rehearsal dinner and post-wedding brunch ended up being the most frustrating part of our celebrations.

Do not book a large booking here. Servers were doing their very best but the kitchen and management was incredibly slow and unhelpful. We booked our rehearsal dinner and wedding brunch here and both times it took over 2 hours for all the tables to be served. The bride and grooms table was served last at brunch while the rest of the party had already finished their meals. When we had reached out to book these reservations months before management staff said that they were thrilled to have us and that we would be taken care of. Seemed like they did not staff the kitchen properly to accommodate the booking that was made 6 months in advance.

We were here with a large group on September 29 for dinner and again on October 1 for brunch. Despite knowing in advance of the group size, the service on both occasions was terrible. Our group of about 25 people waited over an hour and a half for our meals on each occassion. While a long wait for dinner could be expected, with only 3 other people in the restaurant on Sunday at 11:30 for brunch, that wait time was inexcusable, especially as they knew we were coming. I am not sure if the delay was deliberate in order to sell more beverages, or simply not enough cook staff to get the meals out in a timely manner. Regardless, both times the wait times were well beyond what anyone could call reasonable. The food itself was good, but not worth waiting an hour and a half for.

Kudos to the staff and management for hosting our little event. Excellent food and service! Nothing but compliments from all in attendance. Thank you Milestones!

Great service and excellent atmosphere. Staff were warm and welcoming, accomodating , and pleasant. The atmosphere was coordial and lively. The music pleasant and entertaining, but not so loud that you couldnt hear. When the steak came slightly overdone, the manager came to ensure they made everything right and it was a great supper.

Great place for dinner, dont go for Sunday brunch. It took forever and the food was less than acceptable. Eggs and sausage and no plate appeal. It used to be great with some fruit and a good looking dish, now its drive by diner style. Very disappointing.

We had a private room for a work dinner. Everything was very nice. Food quick and hot.

Stopped in for a meal here after not being able to reserve online and was greeted by a young man who was so professional in placing us (waited 15 max) Service was exemplary and food ( although we waited a bit) was fantastic. Really nice to know of a spot we can come back to!

Went here to celebrate a friends birthday. Very lovely place. They offer a wide variety of cocktail/mocktails. I got the goat cheese salad myself which was quite good. Overall a placental experience and nice place for a date or family outing.

This is a lovely restaurant a little out of the bustling of downtown. The service was pretty slow and they did take over 15 minutes to bring us our drinks. The food was incredible and very flavourful. There are many choices of food on the menu. In terms of price, this is a place that is slightly above the average price for a restaurant in Kingston without adding any unique element to their menu

The Mediterranean chicken was to die for!

I visited on Nov 19 for drinks and dinner to celebrate a birthday. There were nine people in the party; four of us have previous experience working in hospitality. The food was delicious, hot and fresh. Serving sizes seemed weird but the quality was great. No complaints. Our server wanted to be anywhere but there. She was very curt and highly inattentive. No one was rowdy or demanding. We were all very clear before ordering about billing; only three bills total. We were not asked how our food was or if we needed anything (ie steak knives). The restaurant was surprisingly not busy and was definitely not short staffed. Here s the kicker. When she brought the bills (which we needed to ask for) we were informed that an automatic 20% gratuity was added because of the party size. This was not mentioned before hand. Had the service been even good no one would have had an issue but the service was terrible. We are all happy to tip generously if the service is deserving. We did not have time to speak to the manager because our ride was waiting. Needless to say there are nine people who will not be returning.

This Milestones Corp location is unwilling to adjust pricing for Vegetarian version of dishes. The price for a Thai Noodle dish with Shrimp & Chicken remains at $25. No consideration for removing the protein and adjust the price to reflect a lower ingredient cost as a vegetarian meal. Why return? Cant eat salad only nor am I interested in overpaying for an already pricey menu. Vegetarian options: Very poor selection and inflexible pricing policy.

The food here was tasty, came out nice and hot and the server was attentive. You really cant ask for more. The portions were also good. Its like a fancier version of Kelseys and Im okay with that!

Outstanding service from the Manager on duty this evening. We had a major reservation issue that she took care of and made it happen! She saved our Business Christmas Party! Husband and I go for date night dinners and its one of our favourite restaurants! The food is superb, the atmosphere is even better. Definitely worth the prices. And the mixed drinks are so so good. Thanks Milestones!

We booked a reservation so I cant say alot about getting a seat as a walk in if it was a busier night, but it was a little slower than we expected (although our reservation was for 6pm, so we may have just come a but later than the bulk of the dinner rush.) They had their holiday menu available, and I ordered the Braised Lamb Shank, served with seasonal veggies, a trio of mushrooms (not entirely sure which mushrooms and forgot to ask), truffle jus and garlic mashed potatoes. The lamb was extremely juicy and tender and fell right off of the bone with out needing a knife, the mashed potatoes were fairly good, although not the best Ive had at a restaurant, and the veggies provided a nice bit of crispness to round out the meal. Id say my only complaint about the food was that the beans couldve been steamed or cooked a little longer. Our server was extremely friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere in the restaurant was cozy and intimate. Will definitely be back again, and I can say I recommend it here.

Please bring back the Mediterranean goat cheese platter. I only gave this low rating to get the chefs attention or the powers that be... The food is great... But the goat cheese platter is missing. Please bring it back....!!!

We were a group of 20 for a Birthday party, 1 server for our table. They ran out of steak, mashed potatoes, mushrooms. They forgot to bring a spinach dip that was ordered, and messed up everyone s bill. Our waiter was very kind and pleasant, he did his best. The manager should have been helping our waiter but was no where to be seen until we went to leave. The wait time for our food was extremely long, as it was for our bills. It took so long for our bills that one person decided to pay the entire bill just so we could leave. The food tasted great, but our waiter should have had some help!! Poor management!!
