Fabulous server (Jess), great food.

Good food, too many choices. Which in this case isnt nessassarily a good thing. I had the bison burger and fries. Very good -slightly overdone. Service was very good. Atmosphere was dark and hard to find the washroom. Why was it so cold inside? Forced to wear a jacket inside a restaurant. Overall Id recommend it, but wear a jacket.

Highly recommend this restaurant! Such a fun and inviting place to spend the afternoon. Huge restaurant with a big bar and tons of seating (with tvs in every booth). Probably the biggest menu Ive ever seen. So many different styles of food to try. Everything you can think of is on there. Food was 10/10 and so was the service. We had Lindsay as our server and she was very friendly, attentive, and always had a smile on which was awesome! We will most definitely be back here for group gatherings in the future!

I didnt feel like it was extremely busy or under staffed the day, the 4 of us went for lunch. Felt our waitress wasnt coming to our table, had to flag her down. Theres so much yummy menu items will definitely be back. Service was not the best that day. But I wouldnt say its always like that. Overall I do like this sports bar styled restaurant.

Ordered delivery from One Eyes Jacks. Ordered 2 apps: Fried cheese curds & Lobster crab dip . Also ordered 2 meals: Atlantic salmon and shrimp & Bison burger Unfortunately everything was freezing cold when it arrived :/ The fried cheese curds were wet soggy & cold The burger bun was soggy wet & cold. The Atlantic Salmon & shrimp plate look like it was literally thrown together & no shocker, it was freezing cold. Overall, everything was pretty much inedible, it was all thrown in the garbage. Complete waste of money I ve always loved this restaurant, But after wasting the money I did on my garbage order I ve changed my mind.. 0/5.

Very nice plate and service

Pepsi was flat onion rings dripping in grease told waitress who said oh sorry and was not until we were leaving she said can I ask my manager to swap them out after second complaint. Tomato on club was green and hard. Very noisy. Kid was bouncing a basket ball beside us for half the meal.

My friend and I would come in every week for the .90c wing night but now Im not too sure, you put a limit of 12 on and if you want more you have to purchase another drink, their delicious wings and love the sauce but no where states there is a limit now

Had mac and cheese with BBQ brisket. Mac and cheese not so much. It wasnt thick and gewy like I was hoping. Lobster dip was good. Service was very good. Prices are reasonable.

My mom and I had the brussel sprouts, the beetroot salad and the vegan chicken wraps the food was absolutely outstanding. I like the bus boy that was on staff. He was always smiling and making sure everything was clean. The two managers also came over to see our how our meal was doing. Very very pleasant, wonderful experience all around. Our first time here and well definitely be back

I had two great waitresses heather and Rachel they cattered too everything i needed and made sure i was satisfied and always checked up even tho it was jam packed in here the chicken soulaki was amazing and so was the poutine but the burger was very dry and grey i wouldnt recommend the burgers but everything else was great once again the service is outstanding and the waitresses are very kind and did an amazing job! And remeber it is very their fault for the food thats served they are just here to make your life a little easier!

Accidentally tripped across this little gem of a sports bar!!! What a great choice! Food choices abundant, Jessica (our server) was out of this world and we are going back tonight again for my out of this world beet and goat cheese salad! Great vibe, a little noisy but thats kind of normal for a good sports bar.....clean, fun and wonderful food. What more could you ask for!!!

I was honestly hesitant to come here at first because I thought the food was expensive but I was honestly shocked with the price , we ended up paying $61 for 2 drinks , 2 BIG plates of food & dessert. The restaurant is absolutely stunning inside I love that the booths have Tvs in them & our server Phyllis was ao friendly & sweet 10/10 recommend & Ill most definitely be back

I have never had a bad meal here and as usual Jess, our server was spot on. There when you wanted her to be and not when You didn t . The true art of a professional server. It was a little loud but I assume that is because so many people want to eat here. 100% will be back.

My colleagues at work and I had visited this location a few Fridays ago. The atmosphere was pleasant, the food was delicious and the portions were more than satisfying. I had the blackened shrimp pasta that was pretty good (sorry I devoured it before thinking of taking a picture ). Our server was Jessica and she was very attentive. We never needed to call her over for anything. She frequently checked on us to make sure we were well taken cared of- thank you Jessica! The manager, personable and very friendly. We all enjoyed that evening very much and will definitely be patronizing One Eyed Jack Kingston again.

Its quantity over quality. I wish the food had more taste to it. Will not be driving for 45 mts again to visit this place. The variety in the menu was the only point that made us go there but we were disappointed. Their portion sizes were great but no taste in the food. After spending close to $200 we were left disappointed.

A great place for delicious food, large portions without being too overwhelming, huge selection, and servers Callie and Jess are super delightful even under pressure! Many tables of hockey teams to serve and they were cheerful and even took time to thank us!!

It was an extremely busy night with multiple walk-ins of 30+ people, but despite the crazy rush of people dining the servers were fast and communicated fabulously even while managing so many tables, and the food was absolutely delicious! Very impressed with Cali and Jess who handled our table with professionalism, spirit, comfort, and genuine care from beginning to end!

Service by JESS was amazing!!! Friendly, funny and had an enjoyable conversation. However, KAL the manager needs to go! Before we arrived at our reservation, we rec d a call stating we could only be seated for 2 hours. Upon our arrival, 2 staff notified us that we had to eat and be cleared out in 2 hours. This was not a last minute reservation request. Because of him, we will not be back! We were a table of 15 and he hoovered over the table 30 mins before our 2 hour cut off sweating and wiping his forehead because we were not allowed to stay beyond 2 hours. We ordered appetizers, bottles of wine and were literally rushed out at the end. Our leftovers were taken before we had a chance to get them and we were not able to finish our wine. When I approached the manager about his lack of professionalism and customer service, he nodded and smiled and said thank you. As I stand outside the restaurant writing this review, customers are coming out talking about the manager ruining their experience tonight. This is not someone you want managing your customers experience as the food and service was great and would have otherwise been a 5 star but the manager was just too much. The food was amazing. The service was even better. Our waitress was amazing. Super kind super sweet. The only complaint was the noise and lights. It was super loud the lights were dim quiet dark. It smelt like so many things all at once. But once you sat down it got better. I enjoyed my evening after all. Kid-friendliness: The waitress was very kind to my 11 year old. First time trying One Eyed Jacks. Restaurant was completely full but we got in quickly. The service was very fast: drinks were refilled, food came out quickly and the server was quick to ask how we were doing after receiving food. The food itself was very tasty with large portions. There is something on the menu for everyone at reasonable prices! A great place for a fun outing with friends or family. There are small personal TVs in booths and the staff was very accommodating to change the channel when asked. Definitely a restaurant to throw into your rotation!

Oversized menu gives the impression that the restaurant doesnt quite know what it wants to be with offerings of Eastern, Italian, Seafood, and typical Bar and Grill staples being offered. Food wasnt anything special, good but nothing really noteworthy. Saving grace is its front of the house staff but I feel sorry for a kitchen that is expected to cook from such a diverse menu. Atmosphere was what I expected of a bar and grill restaurant, lots of screens for viewing sports but it did kind of feel claustrophobic with how many people they were trying to fit into a small establishment.

Gross food and did not get order correct. Water tasted like old bucket!! Will not return. Had good food there 3 previous times. Food

Just returned from One Eyed Jack restaurant in Kingston. It was our first visit there. I ordered chicken souvlaki. Our other 5 guests received their lunch. I waited 10 minutes for mine. Another one of our guests also had the chicken souvlaki. Hers arrived at the same time as everyone elses, but mine did not. What was the holdup? The host came and said it would be just a few more minutes. The waitress came and said its coming. After watching everyone else enjoy their meal, mine finally arrived. The chicken was dry; overcooked and hard. I could not put my knife through the pieces. There was no taste. It was like eating reheated food from yesterday. I thought I was eating plastic chicken. Everyone had to wait for me to finish my meal.....which I didnt....or should I say couldnt finish. Last visit. No thanks.

3 of us went to dinner early last evening Asked for a seniors menu ( they do not gave one ) asked for a children s menu stickler for children ( no problem)my friend and I split a Beef Philly Sandwich ) SO TOUGH and hard to chew only at the bun my other friend ordered the French onion soup It appeared to have slice of mozzarella (like a Kraft singles slice) on top of the bowl waitress didn t ask just brought one bill although she said she could fix that I said never mind I ll pay it she brought the machine I tipped 15% she promptly returned and said our table was reserved and it was needed in the next 5 minutes ( we were in the restaurant no more than 40 minutes ) I looked at my watch and realized the time of reservation would have to be at 520 PM BTW there were lots of empty tables The three of us will never return

Jessica was excellent! Halibut was great, coleslaw needed less oil, kids pizza needed less cheese and longer in the oven. Kid-friendliness: Good.

The servers were super friendly and it looked fairly clean, it was also quite busy for a Tuesday afternoon (11/19/2024) . However, I got food poisoning from here, I ordered the chicken club sandwich, I thought it was a fairly safe option considering the things I ve heard of about here. I unfortunately was incorrect I don t think I d be willing to risk it again
