Highly recommend this little gem in Kingston! Great spot for a date night. We sat at the bar and had delicious drinks and a wonderful service by Aria. The playlist was on point and the food was good for a bar. We really enjoyed the chicken empanadas!

Great restaurant, the food was very good and the portions were perfect for 2 people, the shrimp and croquettes were amazing. We received great service by Johnny, he was very nice. 10/10

It was deliciously enjoyable. A must go to for Sunday breakfast. We had the Serpme for two. It comes with small portions of many different items. The food is Turkish inspired and oh so flavorful. Highly recommend going at any time. Tapas menu as well with wine and cocktails. Turkish coffee is soooo good. The bread basket with Turkish bagels was very good. Its definitely a little pricey but well worth it.

Amazing place for chillin with friends and eating delicious tapas. Mushroom croquettes and beef carpaccio were my favs. Hibiscus cocktail was too sweet but was still good.

**A Disappointing Birthday Dinner** I recently visited this restaurant for a birthday dinner, hoping to recapture the delightful experience I had on a previous visit. Unfortunately, the new menu left much to be desired. The previous offerings were far superior in both flavor and creativity. From start to finish, the food was underwhelming. The dishes lacked the vibrant flavors I was expecting, especially given the prices. Simple ingredients like cauliflower, fries, and mini burgers should be elevated with unique twists, but these fell flat in both quality and taste. While the service was generally friendly, it was missing the personal touch that made my last visit memorable. I believe this place has potential, but it seems to have lost its spark. Perhaps a fresh approach could bring back the magic. I hope to see improvements in the future.

Excellent food with a variety of influences, all well executed, and well made cocktails. Very busy night and service was a bit slow at first but the staff made up for it and we had an excellent evening.

Not comparable to their sister restaurant Tango. Beautiful space but food was very meh (and pricy) which was surprising because we love Tango. Definitely not worth going to Myla when Tango exists. All in all don t bother with Myla and just stick to Tango!

This place is a gem!! Food was out of this world, drinks were amazingly crafted and they even created a special Dessert experience for my friends for the Anniversary I absolutely LOVE this restaurant We even got a tour of Jardin which just added to our experience We Will recommend this spot to all and will definitely be back again.

Relaxed tapas , good atmosfer.

This restaurant is a gem. The staff were courteous, professional, and well organized. The tapas menu was fantastic and full of flavour. Finally, the oysters were extremely fresh and contained no shells. Very professionally shucked. This was my first time going to this restaurant and if I am in the area again, I will definitely visit again. Thank you!

Super disappointed as I was told by a few people this was an amazing spot. I am visiting from Toronto on business so thought I would try. I sat at the bar and the bartender was lovely and super attentive. Ambience is nice and music had a good vibe so I had high hopes. I couldn t believe the prices $17 for 2 mini sliders, or 2 mini fish tacos that were nothing special. The food was mediocre at best. I am from Toronto and used to paying a pretty penny for food, but this was just not it. Basic, nothing special and small. Took me 30 min to get my oysters which were not even separated from shell. Spent $100 on 4 small tapas dishes and leaving unsatisfied. Would not return other than maybe a cocktail. Staff were lovely and will give them the that.

Overpriced the smallest portions of the average food served on the smallest plates possible. Neither me or my friends who visited Mayla eat XL portions, but serving 4 bites for 4 people of each tapa for $17 each is not inviting. After $250 bill we all could go for a dinner. The service was great, the drinks very thin, and the atmosphere nice. Love the interior. Not for us.

Bar Mayla was incredible. My husband and I were there on a busy summer Saturday night and the food, service, and atmosphere were amazing. The food is fresh, flavourful, nicely spiced, and is brought out at a perfect pace where youre not rushed, but not waiting. Our server Johnny was soooooo personable and attentive. He brought us out a delicious complimentary cauliflower dish because it was prepared by accident . Overall, we cant recommend this restaurant enough. The dishes are so unique and delicious and the service is fantastic. Well definitely be back!

I just had brunch with friends at Mayla and everyone enjoyed what they ordered. The food was great and so was our waiter. I am looking forward to returning.

This is a cool spot with great character in a very nice building! The service is fairly good. The dishes are tasty but very expensive for the portion sizes. The salad had 3 small thin pieces of halloumi and for $21, I definitely felt a bit taken advantage of. Overall a nice spot if you have $$$$

I m still at my table, but with the service that I ve received and the amazing taste of the starters. I have no choice, I must give them 5 starts. Can t wait for the steak

We visited Mayla for the first time referred by a friend. We were served by Jonathan and he made our experience even better. He had full knowledge of every dish and a big smile on his face! The food was absolutely delicious from start to end. The restaurant has a vibrant atmosphere, with great music and drinks! We will come back for sure!!!

We visited Mayla for lunch and we liked the atmosphere, the staff was attentive and engaging, recommended and was not wrong about the food choices. The steak was really delicious and loved the tuna tartare. The beef taco was really tender and might have been my favorite dish overall.

Loved the food! Went with a group of 6 people and felt like we ordered a lot (about 7 dishes) but we were still pretty hungry by the end.

Avoid this establishment for Turkish brunch. The service was terrible - we had to wait over an hour just to receive our food order. When it finally arrived, the portions were shockingly small and did not justify the steep $67 price tag.The dining experience left much to be desired. The tables were small and cramped, making for an unpleasant atmosphere.Overall, I cannot recommend this restaurant for brunch. There are far better options available that provide better value, service, and ambiance. Save your money and time - look elsewhere for a satisfying brunch outing.

Excellent Turkish Breakfast. Excellent mixed spicey margarita.

What a great find on our stop over in Kingston while driving from Toronto to Montreal! The tapas were all superb - flavorful and fresh. The service was top-notch thanks Johnny. And the outdoor patio was the perfect space for an evening summer dinner for our family of four. I would highly recommend it, especially if you enjoy tapas and wine (or beer or mezcal).

As New Yorkers, it takes really good food to impress us, and Mayla really delivers on flavor and quality. We had the mushroom croquettes, chicken empanadas, sliders, pork belly and brisket tacos, and the shrimp, and they were all perfectly cooked and seasoned. My sons favorite was the pork belly taco with pineapple. We just happened to find Mayla on a road trip, and we were told to stop in Kingston on the way to Montreal. So glad we stopped here, because while its not cheap, the food and service are excellent.

The ambiance is so elegant and the food is amazing. The staff was so friendly but also they served in a professional manner. The servers really care about your experience and they explain every single ingredient on your plate. It was my first time but Im sure it wont be the last! Looking forward to coming again!

I got the breakfast for two. Wow it was incredible good.

I visited this restaurant for a friends birthday, having recommended it to my group for its Turkish brunch. Unfortunately, I was disappointed by the experience. The portions were surprisingly small, often just a spoonful per dish, which did not justify the $59 price tag. The flavors didn t meet our expectations either, lacking the wow factor we anticipated. Additionally, the table space was inadequate for a group of eight, making the meal feel cramped. The coffee was cold and the Turkish tea tasted like boiling water. They changed the coffee upon our request though. The staff was professional and respectful over the time we were there.

Absolutely divine! My sister and I went to the RC tapas restaurant the first evening in Kingston and it was so extraordinary that we went back the 2nd evening to try the Garden on the 2nd floor! I would be ready to drive 3 hours to go back with my boyfriend!

It is the perfect spot for friends gathering, but also very intimate, the perfect date night vibe. The cocktails are so perfectly designed by well trained bartenders Aria and Omer. They put such passion and flavors, to bring the drinks alive. The menu offers such an experience in culinary delight, the way the chef blends the freshness of the food with the perfect spices .

Explosion of flavours at this place. Saw the reviews and thought it was slightly exaggerated but after trying the food, I also have to give them 5* all around. Will definitely be coming back!

Food was very delicious was there last weekend Saturday with no reservations they had us seated our server was very nice and had great recommendations, we had ribeye as our main big enough for 2 of us was very tasty and the mushroom pasta was excellent and we also had shrimp entree was just amazing, i will definitely come back when we are back in Kingston.

I came here with my wife in order to catch up with a few friends in the class. The ambience, the food, and the service were top notch. The food items on the menu are mostly starters but they go very well with the drinks served. The service was on cue and the server made sure we were busy with something or the other. This was the first outing with my wife in Kingston downtown and it was definitely worth it!

Beautiful place. Cocktails were delicious. As a group we got tuna tartare, mushroom croquettes, beef brisket tacos, shisito peppers, the steak, Lebanese potatoes, the sliders and frites. I ordered oysters but they didn t have any which was a drag because they were my number one choice. Tartare was lovely. Tacos were yummy. The mushroom croquettes tasted like cream of mushroom soup balls (not a great description because they were sneaky delicious). The sliders had too much bun. Steak was tiny and way too salty and the chimichurri was flat. Both potato dishes were way too salty. Way too salty. The garlic dip on the frites was heavenly. Peppers were good. Server was very attentive and we ordered a lot of different cocktails. Bartender was fast and efficient and knew their stuff. It was loud in there but in a good way. We didn t have to yell to have a conversation but we could speak freely without worrying about anyone overhearing. Music was great. Perfect tempo for doing and enjoyment on a buzzing Saturday night. Place was packed but surprisingly not cramped. The men s washroom was very nice which isn t always the case in restaurants. Overall it was a great evening but the food was way too salty. Way too salty.

I went here with my best friends and Caroline, our server, made us feel more than welcome. Her service was impeccable and she made the experience perfect! The food and service was better than any michelin rated food i ve tried (and surprisingly affordable). We ate in the Tapas floor of the restaurant and our bill came to about $250 for 4 apps and 4 mains. I will definitely be coming back! The atmosphere was incredibly cozy and I genuinely could not recommend a better server than Caroline!

Had a fantastic dining experience here last night - made a reservation, and it was obviously necessary when we arrived: the place was packed. Ordered four plates and two rounds of drinks between the two of us, and could not be happier with the meal; easily the best restaurant fare that I have ever eaten in Kingston (Tuna Tartare, Halloumi Salad, Brisket Tacos, Boniato Frito). Highly recommended - we ll be coming back to Le Jardin next!

Mayla Concept is a fantastic dining experience. Inviting decor, great atmosphere and service. The food and drinks were outstanding. Most of the plates are smaller sharing plates, and about three per person was appropriate. Lamb chops were a standout, but everything was delicious. Highly recommend!

This is one of the best restaurants I ve ever been to. Super friendly, attentive service, great cocktails and mocktails and the food is beautifully presented and equally delightful to the tastebuds. Lovely ambiance, attentive service, and absolutely everything and everyone was excellent. Food was delicious fusion of flavours that danced across your taste buds. The mezze sampler was delicious as was the broccolini, wagyu sandwich bites, scallops, and kibbeh. Of course we made room for the dessert! No Joke, The Best Meal I ve ever eaten in my entire life. This place has service that brought me back to my childhood when waiters and waitresses actually catered to their customers. The food itself is OUT OF THIS WORLD! It s literally a journey of incredible combinations and flavours that the chef & his sister create me and my wife where literally BLOWN AWAY! I can t wait to come back to Kingston.

The best dining experience my wife and I have had in quite some time. The food was amazing, the service was fantastic. We were able to walk in without a reservation. It is a very cozy atmosphere and not too large, not too loud, you can carry on a conversation with no difficulty. I would highly recommend coming here, it is a little bit more upscale so you will pay a little bit more. But it is so worth it. I would recommend both the beets and the squash. Trust me you wont regret it. The cocktails are really fun too. Worth trying a couple for sure.

Fantastic dining experience. The food is a fusion of Middle Eastern, Turkish and French cuisines and is truly a unique experience. Every bite is a burst of many different flavours and together they work like magic. In addition, the service was top notch. I have been to many restaurants all over the world and I have to say this was one of the best dining experiences. Worth every penny!

Food in general was only good. Waiter was great. Portions small and overpriced. Went for lunch (2 person) , there was only a bunch of people eating, waited 45 minutes for the beef taco with too much fat. Other plates were very good. We wre served separately. When you go out to eat one of the joy is to eat together... Would not go again.

Delicious food with gluten free options. Fish tacos were tasty! It is an intimate spot with lovely decor just a little too dark for me when dining with friends. A little more romantic atmosphere. My only regret was that I didnt realise it was tapas portions so I/we would have ordered differently. One complaint, the fish tacos came out for the two people who had ordered them while the other person waited for 10 minutes for their empanadas to arrive. I would recommend this restaurant as a lovely tapas restaurant.

My husband and I went Saturday night for our Anniversary. We sat on the patio which was lovely. Our server was Aria and not only was she extremely friendly and personable, with great recommendations, she was also, very attentive and efficient. Top notch service. Food was delicious. My favourite was the Mushroom Croquettes and Sliders. My husband loved the Burchetta and Pork Belly tacos. Will return.

Based on their website, we expected a fine dining experience but to our disappointment, they were serving Tapaz and appetizers. The nice waitress informed us that the actual dining will not be available until end of August . It would be nice if their website mentioned that.

A friend and I had dinner here and we would absolutely go back. Food was delicious and fast. Cocktails were yummy, and the service was great. We ordered the tuna tartare and roasted cauliflower to start. Both were very good and would order again. Then we had the beef brisket and pork belly tacos, which are some of the best tacos we ve had. Portions for sharing were perfect and we felt very satisfied. We both ordered the Cloud Nine cocktail and I will be thinking about it for days to come. Will definitely be back!

Didnt get to really give the food a try cuz the sister resto next door, Tango Nuevo, had us stuffed. But the drinks are a whole level above tons of places we been to. Favorites are the inverse mojito and the coconut cold brew.

Excellent service, but above all, incredibly good tapas and tacos no matter what you choose. The drinks are all well made, tasty, it looks like youre eating dessert. If only this restaurant could open in Montreal, you would have to reserve more than a month in advance to get a seat. Superb discovery, I will happily return there every time I am in Kingston. Finally a quality of food worthy of what we pay for.

One of the best restaurants in Kingston. The food was exquisite and extremely flavorful. My mouth is watering writing this review. The staff are also extremely friendly and kind; the service was exceptional. They accommodated to all allergies we had. Definitely try it if you haven t yet!

We dined here for lunch as we were attracted by the menu. Excellent food and knowledgeable staff who had great recommendations. Excited to try the more formal Le Jardin upstairs for dinner in the near future.

Went for a quick lunch at Bar Mayla and grabbed the Pork Belly and Beef Brisket tacos. Good sized portions for both (2 tacos per order) with a good amount of meat and toppings. Flavours really worked well together. Will definitely be back and planning to check out Le Jardin upstairs on the next visit.

Great atmosphere to sit and share some tapas over drinks

My husband and I were visiting Kingston and had an awesome dinner at Bar Mayla! We sat at the bar and had the pleasure of having Omer as our bartender/server. He was very friendly and engaged in good conversation. Amazing tapas, great atmosphere, the cocktails were yummy. Recommend the Kingston sour cocktail, tuna tartar, and shrimp! We can t wait to come back next time we re in town!

Superb experience

Maylas service and atmosphere were outstanding. I really enjoyed the experience but it is difficult not to compare to sister restaurant tango. My biggest beef with Mayla was the menu - I believe that certain things such as the cheeseburger and tacos are cheap cop outs for their original menu idea (Earth,Wind,Fire). Having around 40% of the menu last night everything else was outstanding but not nearly as consistent as Tango. I give it a 4.5 / 5 but give it a year to refine their taste and it should be good to rock :)

By far one of the best restaurants I tried in kingston while there this month. Fabulous service, and evidence that fine dining and great service are possible even in smaller towns. Always stop here if you re in Kingston. Some of its dishes took my back to the tapas of Valencia,

Impeccable food, service and atmosphere. Delicious fusion tapas! Thank you for being creative with vegetarian options. Its much appreciated! Guests joined me from out of country who share the same thoughts. The experience accommodated all of our needs and left a sweet aftertaste.

All I can say is an amazing experience with very kind friendly professional staff that are really know the products have suggestions. The atmosphere in the restaurant is really interesting the exposed brick the energy the owner has put a lot of thought and personality into the design of the restaurant. The food is outstanding the tastes you get from what we had started with charcuterie plate, then seared tuna with a mouth watering ginger and miso cream, then beef tartare mouth watering they bring this under a glass that has been smoked mouth watering, then was tortellini which l haven t had a dish that tasted so amazing, next was lamb on sweet potato which was mind blowing and the dessert which I m amazed by was foe gras dessert absolutely mouth watering. We will very happily return here.

Happy Valentines Day is an understatement.... Valentines Day Extraordinaire best describes our scrumptious intimate dinner at this new establishment. Read the reviews as I was looking for the perfect upscale yet relaxed restaurant to reflect high quality ingredients, service and comfort. Must say we were not disappointed in this gorgeous place! Service personnel were welcoming, knowledgeable and added to our amazing experience in a discreet fashion. From the charcuterie board through to an elegant chocolate dessert every morsel was mouth watering. This was an incredible experience suitable for this special occasion! Already looking ahead to book for the next celebration.

I rarely write recommendations for restaurants. But Mayla is so amazing that I will take the 5 minutes to do it. The ambiance, the decor and the staff are very cool. The food is just sublime. Presentation is a work of art and the food is just perfect every bite you take. The tuna and Wagu sando were my favourites! I travelled all over the world, been in so many restaurants for work or pleasure, including Michelin s stars, and Mayla will forever be in my top 3 experiences . Highly recommended

It was an amazing experience. We food was really good, tasty, perfectly cooked and very well balanced. The room was cozy, with a friendly personnel, who gave us good advices. The price was really reasonable compared to the pleasure it brought us - overall really good price for the quality.

Quite arguably the best dining experience I have ever had. A special spot and an incredible atmosphere. The entire night felt like a Michelin star experience. Right from walking through the door this was a five star night. The owner greeted everyone and removed everyones jackets. The server was experienced and nothing was missed the entire night. We had amazing drinks and elected to let the waiter pick our food. It was perfected portioned and so well executed i wish i could rewind time. The owner was working every table and the staff were so attentive to everyones needs. My hat goes off to the entire team but the Chef needs to be noted. This meal was like nothing I have seen in Kingston. Excellent variety and the presentation was outstanding. Then there was the flavors - So well done ! Finished this night off with a unique Turkish Coffee and Baklava! We are so happy Kingston has a option like this as we cant wait to go back. Thank you to the entire team for an amazing experience.

Woah, everything we had was not only delicious, it was beautiful. Our server was so professional and had this tone and excitement in her descriptions. The space is beautiful. These are fancy munchies, but we totally recommend!

Very pricey and not worth the money.

Mayla offers a unique experience. I went with my boyfriend and we ordered plenty of dishes including the courgette, the steak, and the shrimp which were my favourite. We ordered lots of cocktails as well and enjoyed them during our intimate time sitting at the bar. The green furnishing of the chairs is vibrant and beautiful to see while seated at Mayla and the service is friendly while also being professional.

Truly an incredible culinary experience. Extremely upscale/high class, yet still relaxed. It is pricey but you definitely get what you pay for. Amazing service; waiters are very attentive and informative about the dishes and any dietary restrictions you may have. The food is out of this world. I dont even know what these pictures are of except for the caviar, but it was all 10/10. I love the interior decor as well.

This has to be one of the best restaurants I ve ever been too. We travel frequently all over the world and have dined at some spectacular locations. Mayla, hands down is one of the best. Everything was fantastic from the greeting to the bill. The food and presentation gives you an experience that you will never forget. The cocktails are also phenomenal. If you haven t been and are looking for a night out that you will remember them this is your spot. I will say this isn t for the value shopper and the items on menu are quite expensive but it s worth every penny in my opinion. We will definitely be going back, hopefully sooner rather than later!

Wow what a treat, so many unusual and well executed dishes. Fantastic service from all the staff, from the owner, to the waiter to the bartender. It is a great dining adventure. We sample 6 different dishes plus dessert. Each one was delicious and would be ordered again on the next visit. Perhaps because of the brick walls and metal ceiling it can be a bit noisy, but otherwise it is a must do, to experience flavours like you ve never had before.

Foods are good under the hand of Chef just like art pieces, my 5 stars for food decors, however quality of AAA was so bad, hard to chew, and it s not AAA. You have my 3 stars for the beef. My waitress was good and had her professional service. She has my 5 stars. Overall, my 4 stars for the visit. People complain about pricey, but I don t. Everything is written on the menu, if you see it too much for you, you still can leave.

Decadent, flavorful beyond words and a true dining experience. Greeted by amazing staff who walked us through the menu and answered our questions (hubby is a picky eater). Shared 5 dishes and thoroughly enjoyed all. Stunning and tasty meal experience well worth the price. We will be returning in the near future!

The food is extraordinary and our waitress was wonderful. She provided excellent guidance on the dishes. It was a perfect Canada day dinner.

The owners have done a wonderful job of remodelling both the exterior and interior of this space. The staff were very friendly and helpful without being over the top about it. The food was quite good but only on par with other higher end Kingston restaurants. We are fine to spend money dining out on great food but this restaurant s pricing is far above their food and $100 more than other good local restaurants like The Frontenac Club, Olivea, and Casa. Would happily eat there again once their prices come down. The couple we ate with also felt this way.

The wife and I chose Mayla to celebrate our 6th wedding anniversary. It was the best dining experience we have ever had. The food was just amazing. The Chef and his team do a great job on presentation, flavor and atmosphere. The price was lower than I expected for 5 dishes and a bottle of wine. We also got a bonus appetizer while we waited for the mains to arrive. Well done Mayla!

My wife and I decided to stop here for a cocktail on a whim, and we are so thankful we did!! The service was top notch! We asked our server to recommend a drink that was sweet but not too sweet , and he delivered !! The fortune teller cocktail was perfect!!! Starts a little sweet finishes a little tart , it is definitely my favorite cocktail now ! The atmosphere was exactly what young successful people would be looking for , we cant say enough great things about this place, our server even brought us a muse bouch as we were inquiring about the menu , and it was to die for!! If we hadnt just ate a full dinner elsewhere we would have happily asked for a plate of these tantalizing mouth full bites !! We were so blown away by this place that we booked our wedding anniversary dinner there in the spot ! The menu looks absolutely incredible! We plan to get the 30oz tomahawk steak on our anniversary, absolutely cant wait !! If I could give more than 5 stars I would and strongly recommend everyone try this place out you will not be disappointed

Possibly the best restaurant in the city now, but you pay for it. Each dish is an adventure, meticulously designed in both flavour and presentation. Im really happy that there is a place in Kingston that attempts a true fine dining experience. I can really recommend the truly unique beef tartare. There is one bad table here by a pillar, and we got it. Lighting at the table could have been a little brighter, but thats my personal preference. Parking: Youre on your own. No dedicated parking. Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly.

The food is excellent although a little expensive for the quantity. The service is professional and friendly. What affected our experience was the noise. One group of diners was very loud and no one warned them that they were blocking others from hearing each other. We were offered dessert and regretted taking it because it cost $16. We had a regular coffee and had the unpleasant surprise to find that it was $7!! It ends the experience badly.

Three of us had a spectacular dinner at Mayla Concept in Kingston, On. What a delight! The concept is that each person orders two dishes, which are shared, and oirtuoned for the number of people in the party. We ordered theTuna, Scallops, Beets, Foi Gras, Tortellini and Shrimp. The chef and the wait staff determine the best order in which to rig them to your table. Each item is served separately, with a few minutes in between to savor. Each one was an experience. We ordered two deserts a bourbon icecream with a delicate apple crisp, and an amazing multi-chocolate dish,plus two decaf coffees. Everyone should have this unique experience. The staff are atte tive and really know the dishes and how they are made. An amazing experience. I forgot my cell phone, so unfortunately no photos, but the Google Maps site has plentynof photos of the dishes and the atmosphere.

Great food. Bit pricey. My only complaint is around atmosphere is the acoustics make it a bit loud in the room (so it wasnt as romantic as I thought for a couple) but would definitely go again in a group of 4.

Best restaurant food/experience Ive had in Kingston! We were a group of 4 and ordered several dishes and cocktails, and every dish was exquisite. The ingredients were totally transformed and I wanted seconds of everything. We were seated 15 minutes late but to make up for it they sent us prosecco on the house. Our waiter was really great too. Cant wait to come back here!!!

Informed and friendly servers a tasteful and intimate decor just one problem: I don t know how you do justice to the food using words. While each component of each dish is wonderfully prepared I found myself obsessed with a search for the perfect bite . The food combinations are imaginative and complimentary. The textures strong enough to be noticed but not so strong as to distract from the taste. Not a big wine list but you can tell they have done the food wine pairing for you all you need to do is ask. We have anew favourite restaurant

Finally, fine dining has arrived in Kingston! A place this city was missing. Absolutely delicious with wonderful atmosphere and great service. Highly recommend the beef tartare for carnivores, and the meze platter for vegetarians. We will be coming again and again and are looking forward to the tasting menu launching in November!

We had a wonderful date night here Friday night (Oct 1, 2021). The restaurant was stunning, the service was impeccable - our waiter made the experience so enjoyable with his vast knowledge of where the food was sourced, his recommendations, timing of our dishes, as well as his sweat nature. The food was incredible both in presentation & taste. The owner was on site and was walking around delivering dishes and sharing his vision for the restaurant as well as future plans which sound very exciting. From start to finish we had an incredible experience - this isnt just a meal out - it truly was an experience and one we thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you! Angela & Trevor

Delicious food, great service and lovely atmosphere BUT when we ordered a glass of wine- a 3 oz serving does not cut it in order to feel welcomed and valued- especially when paying premium prices for the dining experience.

Simply amazing and friendly staff, food quality is out of this world, and the overall setting is both high end and inviting. Very comfortable and truly somewhere you need to dine at.

Warning - there is a genius at work in the kitchen. We had an outstanding meal, the kind you might find in a Michelin-starred restaurant. Every plate needed to be nibbled at slowly to savour the complex flavours. Particular stand-outs were the mushroom tortellini and the Bao Beef, which is worth ordering for the presentation alone. The crab with greens and avocado puree was one of the best things I have ever eaten.

I cannot say enough good things about Mayla. Every single dish is such an experience with incredible flavours. If theres a dish with an ingredient you typically dont enjoy I encourage you to try it anyways, Ive had my mind changed about a few things I typically wouldnt eat. The environment and atmosphere are so welcoming, intimate, and stunning and the service is top notch. An incredible visit each time from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave.
