Every single time I take out, there is an issue with my order.

While waiting for my car to charge during a major power outage at home, I was able to enjoy an excellent piri piri chicken at the St-hub bar! Excellent service from Jasmine and warm atmosphere! Parking: 50kw fast Vé charging stations for the electrical circuit

So Ive gone to this outlet 4 times in the last 2 months to pick up chicken. Two times successful and 2 times not because they were either out of chicken or there were technical problems. Be cautioned.

Walking into the restaurant, greeter doesn t even say hi or anything, we can hear the employees in the back screaming and swearing. When you look in the back, it s so filthy, food all over the floor, garbages overfilling. Honestly left without even ordering anything, was nasty.

Good meal and excellent service

After 1.15 minutes of waiting for my meal I was told that there was no longer the burger I ordered My daughter and mothers meals arrived cold. We were not even offered to reheat our dishes or offer hot fries. Everything remained on the plate Unacceptable

We live 10 minutes away and every time we have ordered they say it just left! Food comes cold and we have to call and complain ! Such terrible service !

Correct with reasonable prices. Couples meal in the middle of the afternoon on August 28, 2024. We ordered two classics at $15.00. I paid $2.00 more because I wanted breast instead of thigh and my wife paid $1.50 more for I dont really remember what. Total of $38.52 with taxes. We left a $5.78 tip. We were served no 42 Louane. We offer three photos, two of which are those of the receipts. Our waitress was overwhelmed. The restaurant appears to have a staffing problem. Excellent service, the food although classic always delicious, fast, efficient and courteous service. Kid-friendliness: Yes Wheelchair accessibility: Yes its accessible, Ive seen the layout and it seems adequate to me, but Im not in a wheelchair so I couldnt really try it.

I ordered their steak and it was soooo salty. Usually when a meat is about to go bad you put extra salt on it and that is what they did. Super disappointed especially after such a loooooong wait to be served. When brought it up to them, they simply denied and did not offer anything in return for such a horrible quality of their food!

I ask for a diet Pepsi. Its flat. Im asking for a second one. Same thing. Finally the waitress brings me one that comes from the kitchen: much better. I had taken the trouble to specify a WELL DONE steak (it was the steak with lobster dish). My meal takes a LOT of time to arrive, but I guess thats normal because I asked for well cooked. Saute as the steak arrives almost rare. I point it out to the waitress. She brings the dish back, it still takes a while. When she comes back, ITS BARELY BETTER. I didnt want to stay there until the restaurant closed, so I ate my meal with an unsatisfactory steak. In addition, everything around, fries and vegetables, was cold. With tip: $70 for a very ordinary meal. Restaurant to avoid: mediocre cooks.

Very bad pick up experience at noon July 2nd. If the front desk lady doesn t want to serve people, she should quit her job.

Nothing like sitting down, ordering your food, and it arrives in less than 5 minutes along with your drink. Great service, friendly atmosphere, hot and fresh food. Merci beaucoup.

St-Hubert restaurant et bar knows how to please. Great BBQ chicken, rice and cole slaw combined with tasty cocktails. Try their strawberry mojito or espresso martini. Yum!!! Great place to gather and watch latest baseball, hockey, basketball or football and then move on to your next adventure.

The chicken was TERRIBLE! I ordered a half chicken and started with the white meat; DRY! I skipped to the dark meat; DRY! The wing; DRY! They sucked every bit of moisture out of that bird! I left my plate, I was gagging! St Huberts used to be delicious! I hadnt been there in probably 20 years since I moved to Ontario, what happened?! The waiter did not offer to reduce my bill. Never again!

We arrived at 8:15 PM and was told that the restaurant was closing in 30 minutes. The waitress told us she was not working past nine oclock and told us that there was nothing to be served. We left disappointing.

We arrived and were made to wait when no one was there. Once seated we were completely ignored finally a hostess had to tell a waiter to help us. It was another ten minutes before he came to the table and what we ordered wasn t available even though it was in the menu We ordered our drinks and he didn t even go towards the bar. So another ten minutes later we decided to go to Jack Astors where we had a lovely dinner and drinks.

The cheese curds were cold and dry, the sauce was too liquid and the fries were soft and undercooked... in short, a very disappointing poutine! Too bad the service was good!

Our visit to Saint-Hubert turned into a nightmare from the moment we walked in. Lou-Anne, the manager, greeted us with a level of rudeness that left us speechless. To our shock, she even had the audacity to tell one of our children to shut up when they were merely being kids in the designated childrens corner. It was beyond appalling. Lou-Annes complete lack of professionalism and basic decency ruined what should have been a pleasant dining experience. Needless to say, we will never set foot in this establishment again, and we strongly advise others to steer clear unless they enjoy being verbally berated by the manager. Her behavior was utterly unprofessional and ruined our entire meal. We will never return to this establishment and will be sure to warn others about the abysmal service provided by Lou-Anne. Avoid this place at all costs if you value basic courtesy and respect.

A very nice atmosphere, very good service and with a smile.

The food was of very low quality. The chicken skewer was reheated, the rice was overcooked and mushy, the Caesar salad had no sauce and the vegetables were burnt and too dirty. This place got so bad over the years. I ve been going there since 2010-2012 and after covid it s just incredible. Few times I have a salad and the salad leaves were off. I did return it once but then I was feeling bad for thr girl serving us. Last time we ordered the quarter leg special and when we got home not only we were missing the salads in all 4 meals, but the leg was extremely small. Not even a kids size meal this thing. Not recommended!!

Near the bar at lunchtime, no TV on when I arrived, I had to ask. The service is great, the waitress listens and speaks French. The club burger was the saddest to eat. A single slice of bacon folded in 2, no effort to please with a crazy price.

It was for a delivery. I live 10 minutes from the restaurant. The fries were cold and hard. Is there a way to keep them warm? I have had delivery of fries from another restaurant in the same area of St-Hubert and their fries were warm and freshly cooked.

We ordered take out and it took less than 10 to be ready. Amazing! And food was delicious, as always.

Website needs a complete redesign.

The chicken was extremely dry and difficult to eat. I ordered a caesar salad with chicken and there was very little chicken. A thin dry half of a very small breast. We got both styles of coleslaw and both were very bland. The lunch menu was pretty small, so I had to get a main course dinner salad. Our server was very friendly. Kid-friendliness: Our server brought water for my nephew. Which was nice, but he is two and a half and the water was in a glass cup.

Chicken is the specialty here. Do not expect anything fancy.

Ordered delivery this evening. Not up to St. Hubert standards. Creamy slaw was dry, chicken, fries and sauce were delivered cold. Very disappointed.

They lured me with an offer sent via email. But back at the restaurant they dishonestly refused to honor the promised offer

Called for delivery because the website said they don t deliver to my postal code which is a mistake because we live close by. He said they do deliver to my area but can t because of the weather . It wasn t snowing and the roads were totally clear. When I stated that he said well maybe there s no driver. We chose another restaurant and will continue to do so in the future

We ordered and paid online, chose the pick-up time at 5:45 p.m. Order time is 5:10 p.m. We arrive on time at 5:45 p.m. There is a line waiting for several people. Apparently they are late for a short while. There are people who have been waiting for more than 20 minutes. What s the point of choosing a pick-up time if you have to wait 20 minutes more? I hope they cooked well. For the waiting time I give 3 stars.

This restaurant has a major problem with the creamy coleslaw that is NOT creamy. It is completely dry. I have complained 2 times already, it has been reported many times in the reviews all over the web, the management AND St-Hubert does not seem to care.

This rating is for delivery. Not in person! In person would have given a 5 star. I ordered Piri-Piri chicken for dinner via delivery. It was being prepared around 6:30 even though delivery was for 7:45. At 7, it said it was on the way and only arrived at 7:45 anyway. So let me get this straight.... my meal was in the back of the car for 45 minutes, even though it was ready well in advance. By the time it got to me, my fries were cold and hard, chicken was still good but luke warm, cheese sticks were cold as well.

Terrible experience seats were uncomfortable and the staff was not professional. Food wasn t terrible tho but the staff talking about drama right beside my table and hearing the screaming from the kitchen

We saw our favorite waitress Louan again for the first time since covid. what new finds. Louan is exceptional, it shows that she is experienced. We love him.

The receptionist has no knowledge of products or how to navigate a cilent threw their own website when placing an order. Very unprofessional very rude. Total waste of time it s better to go in person then to order for takeout or delivery. That way no choice but to put the professional act on. They need to do more people training and serving training on the young girl who answers the phone.

I was at st Hubert tonight & had a terrible experience. I ordered a breast dinner which I enjoyed. My wife ordered a club sandwich the white meat was frozen she sent it back they microwaved the dinner it came back very soggy. She then was pissed & said just get me chicken fingers which was tasteless. I hope not to go back there on St Charles. What a waste of $ 60.00 I Hope management see this & emails me compensation. I hope you all read this.

Excellent Angus steak and vegetables. On the other hand, accompanying sauce is lukewarm on top but cold from the middle (?). The waitress didnt seem to be well at all, I hope her colleagues took care of her. A little annoying to see and hear the kitchen and reception staff walking around chatting between the tables, it lacked seriousness. Overall not a bad experience, but Ive had better ones at other branches.

Specifically for deliveries : St-Huberts only has 1 location in the entire west-island so your food will never arrive hot or fresh unless you live close to St-Charles Blvd. and Highway 40. Their food has gotten ridiculously expensive throughout the years and is simply not worth it anymore. Their fries are NEVER cooked properly and the food is cold when you receive it. Did you ever try to reheat chicken fingers? They become a soggy mess with soggy undercooked fries that cost you over 35$ with tip. 4 soggy chicken fingers with soggy under cooked fries for over 35$ because of the tip. Never ordering again unless they open other locations in the west-island.

Ordered a full rack of ribs today and WOW it is so hard and so dry. It tastes and feels like it s very old. It s not even edible. Sweet potatos were good to be fair. Sauces are what you expect. However the inedible rack of ribs is not something to look past. Will not go back

Ordered online for pickup. It was promised in the next 20min. Arrived at the expected arrival time to see a crowd of people waiting. Some customers had been waiting for 30min and asking to cancel the order. The staff at the counter looked confused and annoyed. Kitchen was busy. Got the food after waiting with the crowd for 30min. Looked to me like they have a glitch in their system between their promised food time with their website and the actual time it takes to get the food ready. At minimum, the counter staff should inform new customers ordering at the counter that their food wont be ready in minimum 40min. It didnt look like they did, so St-Hubert doesnt value its customers time, therefore you should not give them any of your money. Food was ok, but not worth the time and money spent. Get a chicken from the grocery store and you will come out less frustrated, and youll have extra money for dessert!

I ordered a combo of chicken and ribs with a bottle of wine. After placing my order and paying ahead I get a call no wine they will remove from my bill. The delivery arrives and the man tells me I have to pay..no one had warned me the entire ordered had been canceled...nonslip was provide . The delivery guy instead of explaining calmly raised his voice I had to tell him to watch his tone he then provides the restaurant number who finally cleared it up..the ribs have got to be the worst Ive had ..all in all negative experience will not order again.

I always order from the St Hubert in Kirkland. The take-out staff are always friendly and our order is always ready on time and delicious!! I ve ordered from others but they usually disappoint in some way.With the Kirkland staff I m always satisfied!!

St Hubert never ceases to impress my family with the quality of its food and service. This location especially is convivial, speedy, and high quality. I have found, however, that the food in the actual restaurant is much better than food that you get for takeout. Not just from a freshness perspective: they seem to be more generous with portions on the dining room meals than take out. Either way, good value even with the increases in price due to COVID.

Very disappointed with our meal this evening. One of the club sandwiches/white meat was full of pieces of gizzard and they also forgot to give us the apple juice for our kid meal. At $66.51 for a meal I would appreciate quality even if it s a fast food chicken venue

St Hubert is always a miss or a big miss. Never impressed and this was really meh. Literally frozen meal from the grocery. Tastes like nothing. No spices no salt no quality. Frozen and bland everything. And it s not cheap to top it off. Do better. Our boss ordered for our office and even the lobster salads and other salads looked and seemed unappetizing... Nothing was decent. Not even the gravy which is usually good

I loved St. Hubert and make it a point to eat there every time I visit Montreal. I was disappointed. Chicken is small and dry, thank goodness their BBQ sauce is still awesome

Ordered from the app for 6:00pm pick up. Went to the Kirkland store to pick up at 5:58pm. Was told to stand in line with the people that were ordering!!!! Why I ordered on line? I waited in line with the other people ordering all to be told my order is not ready yet. At 6:07 I asked where us my order since everybody that was ordering when they came in was getting their order first???? What is the point of ordering from The app if you make me wait in line with people that are just coming in and ordering? Horrible service. The girl that was at the counter could not have been more rude. It seems that someone needs to understand what it is to bother going thru the trouble of going on the app to order.

Great service. My pot pie wasnt perfect and they immediately took it back and replaced my order. Always attentive and never wanted for anything.

Nothing to say about our waitress who was very nice. However, we were disappointed with the food. The chicken and vegetables on the 2 plates of skewers were dry. The skewer sauce that is served in other restaurants was also missing. Concerning the plate of fried chicken there were only 3 pieces compared to 4 in other St Hubert. Finally, the hand dryer in the mens toilets did not work and there was no replacement paper.

Once again, this Kirkland restaurant should not tarnish the reputation of St-Hubert by not improving. Still having problems with this restaurant. My meal yesterday was missing my ribs.....receiving the ribs an hour after receiving the initial order.

Although picked up within 1/2 hour after we placed the order, (for 5 people) the chicken was lukewarm, dry, the fries lukewarm, the sauce also lukewarm .the Coleslaw ordered was creamy and the one delivered was traditional, in short, not satisfied, very disappointed, yet our order was around 7 p.m. Sunday evening .should have been tender and warm ..

Well we went out for supper as a family last night, hadn t done this in years. Got to the restaurant at 5:30. Waitress comes 20 mins later to ask if we want drinks and type of coldslaw. She doesn t return after an hour. Three different tables with kids came after us and got served within 10mins and got their meal 10 mins later. We thought our waitress left the building. Ask to speak to manager waitress comes and says I am assistant manager. I said I don t want to speak with you only the manager. She kept trying to push. Finally a young guy looked about 20 yrs old. comes and listens to me and says I will talk to your waitress. But that is not the point. 87.00$ later and no tip from us. All she kept doing was eyeballing me . While we waited for our food, she was telling her colleagues the story. Seriously St Hubert s do better. Get some experienced and professional people in your establishment. Clearly these people are not. Sad because when my out of town family members come this is where we go. Now gonna go find a new and better place

Stopped to eat with one of my friend food was good no complaints but the lady who serve us want me to pay 15% tip on take out food as well. She came back and ask me to add more tips on that, but she forgot i paid her enough already, and she added chicken wings in my veg spring rolls. Not quiet happy

Overall I like the place, especially the bar, and the pleasant staff, but something is going on for sure. The last 5 times we went there I couldnt get a Stella beer on tap. If its that popular why not make sure you always have it. Last night they were also out of Fanelli which they typically push when Stella runs out. They also used to have Wing night which was reasonable and seemed popular. That too seems to have dried up. With the amount of restaurants in the West Island, it wont take long before people take notice and take root elsewhere. In future I will be calling to see if they have Stella before I commit to going.

People handling takeout lastnight forgot to mention to cooks I wanted my fries well done (they were a little too raw and flimsy for my liking). In addition they forgot to add the sauce and spicy mayo in the goodie bag for takeout, so I had to go back and ask for it. Otherwise food is great.

Club sandwich no chicken it should be called a blt

Must say I am disappointed in a chicken restaurant that runs out of chicken at supper time. They knew this when we walked in and waited until we were seated with kids before evening mentioning this. At the very least they could have offered a free appetizer or a free dessert to be like sorry for the inconvenience. Instead we got nothing. And my bottomless drink apparently had a bottom and that was one.

Sorry but I ordered a family 4. The chicken was dry especially the thighs. Finally, after ordering 4 traditional salads at the same time, we got 4 creamy ones. No one likes creamy so we had to go without salad. In summary, quality and customer service were lacking.

Clients are pretty dumb, dont really understand that there not the only ones ordering food on a Friday at 5. Some of them are nice but quite alot of rude people. Ps please give us more then 1 microwave per restaurant

Our waiter was amazing but the service in general wasnt that great. They served half the kids then half the adults before the other half of the kids. The meals came out way too slow. Couldnt order any alcoholic beverages until we were all there and seated. Kids meals come with dessert but only the adult meals that came with dessert where we offered to go. Was way too pricey . Definitely not a good place to go if you are a big group. Dietary restrictions: Not the greatest place if your diabetic, but not many places are. Parking: Way too many spots are reserved for pickup. Kid-friendliness: Not many options on the kids. Kids menu is for 9 and under. My 12-year-old son was unable to finish his adult meal. He would have preferred animal shaped nuggets to just plain chicken strips.

We had a very disappointed lunch. The service was extremely poor. The food was not good. We were not given water or offered coffee refills. It was. rather expensive for such low quality. So sad. I really expected better.

Wanting to support the restaurant directly, we ordered online instead of using Uber Eats or something else. The order took 1 hour 40 minutes (no exaggeration) and once it arrived, the fries were soft and not edible. Customer service wanted to give a $6 credit on an order of $47. I finally convinced him to give $18. Damn long evening and very disappointing.

Saint-Hubert BBQ Kirkland is an average good BBQ place. Ive been here a few times and let me walk you through. First, if you are thinking of dining in, the service is not that good. Waiters dont come often to check on you. No water refills for cups if they are empty. They are polite and kind which is a good sign. In July 2021, for takeout. Service is extremely slow and unorganized. During Covid, they make you wait outside. If you have a large order. You will have to get the food. They dont tell you that it is ready when they should at least let you know since you dont just. Management is not doing a good job of training and getting employees on track and being good to them. They should treat customers well. So that their business would grow. Other than that it is just your typical roast chicken style restaurant. Their chicken is decent, their ribs are okay for me and side dishes are on par. French fries are good as well. The only thing about this this place is customer service and training of employees that need to improve and be better. That is the only thing that prevents me from coming back and eating there. Other than that I love this location but I probably wont dine in often. Possibly do takeaway orders for now.

I loved the food and the staff!! The appetizer ribs without any sauce, just seasoning were soooooo good. My partner loved his steak and the side of rice. Even the cappuccino was awesome!!
