Great burgers, typical quick stop

Ordered two burgers, and two fries one with cheese and bacon. The burgers looked like they had been pressed into a ball inside the bag. I had to pry away the paper and take them both apart and put them back together in an attempt to salvage it, and the bacon fries had next to no cheese, also looking like someone had just tossed them in. Very disappointing quality for what is already an expensive product, and usually better service.

The food here is good besides the chocolate shake that tastes like cold milk and cocoa powder. The fries also aren t the best as they remind you of the frozen ones you buy at the grocery store and taste like them too. But this location is SUPER over priced. We got shake shack at PHX airport in Arizona and it was way cheaper. Go to Coastline instead if you just want a good burger.

The food was straight up bad. The food had no flavor, the staff were rude, and the shakes were much too sweet. I don t recommend eating here. It was all very expensive.

Feel obligated to write this review: I had the pleasure of observing Chantel during my visit, and I was really impressed by her kindness and positive attitude. It was clear that she treated every coworker with respect and patience, creating a friendly and supportive atmosphere. Her cheerful demeanor was infectious, to the point that I even told her.. and it s evident she makes the workplace a better place for everyone around her. A real asset to the team! She went above and beyond observing we were taking to go and offering a box & helping us pick up. Very impressed

2024/10/06: Pretty decent location Food

Traveling from out of town and we decided to eat here, the burgers are amazing, wish we had one where I live.

Since I dont eat meat, I was excited to finally find a decent local restaurant that has fake burgers that taste real -- the Shroom Burger and sweet potato fries were amazing (expensive but worth the price). The second time, I ordered the same thing, but they had forgotten to put the sweet potato fries in the bag. I was at work by the time I realized it and didnt have time to go all the way back. No big deal. Nevertheless, I thought I would give them a third try today... I ended up receiving regular fries (instead of sweet potatoes fries) and a regular burger instead of the Shroom Burger. Unfortunately, I didnt realize it was meat until after I had taken a bite (my fault), so I spent the next hour in the bathroom. In summary, they have great food when they get the order correct. Unfortunately, I cannot afford to keep ordering from here at that price, waiting for them to get it right...

Experienced the larger bar tender whos name was phanny on the ticket cuss someone that wasnt even in the bar and jerk someone around ripping their shirt that hadnt done anything at all wasnt even asked to leave dont know if he was just having a bad day or what but either way hes aggressive and a liability.

The food was absolutely delicious. I ate a burger and my kids had chicken nuggets. The burger was perfect, smash burger style. The nuggets, however, were out of this world spectacular. I ve literally never had a better crunchy coating on chicken. Here s where the trouble is with Shake Shack- the long line and wait time are terrible. And have the self ordering kiosks that are popular- I HATE those, it s just cheapness on the part of businesses. Pay someone to greet your customers, answer questions, and take their orders. Dietary restrictions: They have dairy free options for ice cream and shakes, but I didn t try them.

Ive been here 2 times and both times my food looked like it was thrown together as fast as possible, which honestly wouldnt be an issue if the food was just a little bit cheaper. The food tastes good, so thats a definite plus, but the presentation and service leave much to be desired.

Its been a while since I came to eat Shake Shack with my family. Thank you for the still delicious burger. The not-too-sweet vanilla shake was also good. The service is better than before. The staff is friendly and the cleaning is satisfactory. I look forward to your next visit. It was rewarding to overcome the traffic jams in Tacoma.

The store claims that they dont have double burgers saving the patties for potential future customers!

For $10 bucks each the burgers were nothing special. I wouldn t even consider it delicious. We waited for almost 15 minutes for two burgers so it can t qualify for fast food. The plate was never wiped clean as seen in the picture. To say it was a disappointment would be an understatement. Won t go again and won t recommend anyone this place.

Its basic burgers, fries, and shakes. Its tasty and fast. Love the splash pad outside. (Full disclosure, my kiddo is obsessed with water) Love that its close to the park. Its the perfect spot to treat your hot kiddos this summer for a quick bite, but it is just your average shake shack. Definitely the location that makes it special.

The employees are nice enough and the food is good, but it s ridiculous that it costs $18 and takes 30 minutes for two stock-standard Shackburgers The tables/benches are kinda sticky, too. I counted 13 employees what the heck is going on here?

This place is always busy when I go- which I dont mind since that seems to be the norm for all restaurants in Kirkland. The food is okay, not better and not worse than any other shake shack Ive been to. The staff are friendly and are definitely trying their best. The drawback is that most people have to order using a kiosk but since there are a lot of tourists in the area that are not familiar with technology/english, the lines tend to stay long. I did not get the name of the lady who I assume is the manager (usually working the cashier or filling orders in the front) but she is awesome! Always upbeat even when people are asking about nonexistent coupons and she seems helpful as she can be! A good casual take away food if you are in the area and also have time to wait.

Im not the biggest fan of burger but shale shak is just quality with unique menue items. Their lemonade is so good and their fries is crispy.

Ordered online for pick up. Walked up to the window right at pick up time. No order display over the window. Rang bell to alert for pick up, had to do that 3 times and waited 15 min before someone came out. By that time the burger amd fries were cold. Sounds like they need to staff better or train better or something.

Good atmosphere for a fast food location. Four service stars for the company pushing customers to order via a Kiosk. That said, an employee did take my order when asked. Four Food stars because the burgers and shakes were great but the fries are as good as grocery store frozen fries. Parking: Parking is in a paid garage but the restaurant will validate your ticket making the first four hours of parking free.

This is my first time visiting Shake Shack in Kirkland. I feel that the price is higher than in downtown Seattle. It is right in front of the Google Company and there are not many seats in the store. The service is average. You order by machine, and the meal is ready in about ten minutes. There is water to drink in the store. It s not bad to sit here and enjoy it on a nice day. Four burgers + three drinks for three people costs about NT$2,200, which is indeed a bit more expensive than in the city center. Parking: There is a parking lot in the building next to it, where you can park for free for three hours.

The burger patty was meaty and satisfying! In addition to the patty, Shack Stack also includes fried mushrooms and cheese, making it quite filling The potatoes were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside I added cheese sauce. You can add ketchup freely in the store The shake was easier to drink than I expected, and even though it had a lot of calories, I ended up drinking a lot! lol There arent that many seats in the store, but I was able to sit down without waiting around 1pm on a holiday It might be a good idea to take out and eat at a nearby park Thank you for the meal

Burgers are great, fries were cold, hard and over salted. They could do a better job of keeping the dining room clean.

Very disappointed. The place was not very busy but I waited 15 minutes to get nearly cold fries and burger, plus they forgot to include the cheese sauce I had paid for.

I would give 0 star if there was a option. The food is very disappointing. Had burger at other locations before, and the kirkland one is much worse than the others.

Food is good. Price is reasonable. Service is slow and bad.

Save your time and money. Burgers are ok, service is embarrassingly bad. You would think in 2024 it should be easy to order a burger and pick it up but no. Order estimates are way off, you get texts saying your order is almost ready more than 20min before the order is actually ready. Staff has no clue whats going on and gets annoyed when asked where is the burger you ordered 45min ago. Its miracle this place is still in business.

OK lets start with the great service, they are always friendly and are busy bees taking care of their customers. The burgers are ok, sometimes really good, sometimes so-so, they are not consistent with grilling, toppings and the sauce. The burgers are generally very small with a high price tag. I also dont like the patty smashed ultra thin, that burns the patty and takes out all the juices. The other thing we have noticed in the past months, the fries are horrible. They taste stale and are oddly soft, even though they should really be crispy and were deliciously crispy in the past. Something is going wrong in the fryer department, either they are pre-fried, left on the side and tossed back in for a couple of seconds to reheat or the oil isnt hot??? I dont like McD, but their fries are always on point. You gotta figure out whats wrong with the fries, they are also expensive and I hate to throw food out. Overall, their food is pretty expensive for fast food and Im hoping that they are looking at ways to improve their fries and burgers. At that price point, both items must be perfect at all times. They were advertising the Korean menu today in the store and online. It was not available to order on the app or on the kiosk in the restaurant. I wanted to use the Oscars SmokeShack deal and today was the last day. I tried to order via kiosk but I got an error with the promo code BIGWINS, although it worked on my mobile app. I had to place 2 separate orders so that I could get a total of 4 burgers (2 SmokeShacks). I placed my first order on my app and it took about 15-20 minutes to get it at the pick up window. I tried to place my second order after the first, but the app told me I could not place another order because I already had one being processed. Well, its not like I could use the kiosk to place this order, because it wasnt working properly. I waited for the first order to finish and then placed another order. I had to log out of the mobile app to place the second order because it was STILL not letting me place the second order after I had already picked up the first. I also wanted to use the BOGO shake deal, and this deal wasnt even available at the kiosk because it would not let me add a promo code with 2 shakes in the cart. My brother has to place the order on his phone so that we could get the 2 remaining orders together. Well, we did not get them together, even though he ordered before me. The staff clicks READY on your order when they havent even started it. We placed the order around 3:20 and did not receive it for about 30 minutes. The app said the order was done, but the staff at the window said they were still making it. We had to wait another 10 minutes for them to make 2 shakes and people were lining up at the pickup window and being told their orders werent ready when their apps said they were. The last time I visited this location was 2-3 years ago. I remember the burgers being bigger, and remember they were good. The ones we received were pretty small and sad looking. One of my burgers had the toppings thrown inside the sleeve instead of on the burger. Bare minimum number of toppings covering the burger. The shack sauce/house sauce is not very good when you compare it to other burger joints. If I had ordered without using coupons, this would be a rip off. I probably will not return to any Shake Shacks in the future. I think it is overpriced and their tech (app and kiosks) just dont work for the customer, and so the customer is left wasting their time trying to circumvent bad UI. By the way, the app automatically tacks on a 10% tip to your order and you have to manually remove it, or you will end up paying it if you dont notice. This should be an illegal practice.

Every Shake Shack Ive visited has great food, and this was no exception. The fries were perfectly deep fried and salted, and the Shack Burger was grilled to the top quality level Ive come to expect. I had a strawberry milkshake to pack down the lunch and though their shakes are slightly thicker than Id like, it tasted great. My order was punctually brought out as service was prompt and the dining room was clean. 10/10

Not good. They were out of the non-dairy milkshakes. The fries were room temperature. The chicken burger was salty. It was way overpriced! $38 for two small bugers, fries, and one drink. Why did the kiosk ask me for a tip? All they did was walk my food from the counter to my table 5 feet away. No napkins on the tray. Avoid this place.

I wanted to eat at this restaurant and at the same time ask for hot water to drink my cold medicine Theraflu. the staff said that they had no hot water at all. I even asked them in the kitchen. they answered yes. I don t believe that there is no hot water in the restaurant kitchen. I needed to take cold medicine. I was ready to pay for a measly glass of hot water. I hate it when they blatantly lie to me, there is hot water in every kitchen. You have heartless people working in your restaurant. Had a little trouble with an order kiosk but they were quick to help. The food arrived quickly and it was an excellent, juicy burger with a soft, fresh bun. Better than Five Guys IMO. Way better buns and juicer beef. Not as sloppy. Excellent crinkle fries too. I love crinkle fries because they hold more ketchup.

I drive for Uber eats. I arrived at 9:26. There were four customers inside as well as three staff numbers. The door had a sign saying it was broken and to use the one to the left. I tried both doors at the main entrance but neither opened. I tried the other entrance since left is subjective. They were both locked. I then knocked. A staff member made eye contact with me and looked away. I went back to the main entrance, which is really not that far away, to knock again. A younger man who worked there let me in. I went to the counter to let them know I was picking up. The woman at the counter told me to go to the other counter and literally huffed. Then she said yeah we close at 930 so . I said I m not sure how to get inside before 9:30 if the doors are locked and then she said yeah that s not my problem. Anyway overall, not the best service experience to say the least.

Great burgers. Which is what makes the next part of the review so surprising Unbelievably, soul-wrenchingly, heart-saddening chicken sandwich. It s one of those things you ll randomly remember, and just get ticked off. The most disappointing $10 I have ever spent in Kirkland. If you want a chicken sandwich, you can get two at chick-fil-a for the same price of this one and it will be 3x the amount of food.

Seems like these guys were overworked when I came to visit on a weekend evening. The dining room was full, but seemed crammed. Took a long time for food to arrive. Theres no ketchup dispenser, only packets. I asked for more and they gave me some, but said they were running out. When the food arrived, some of the fries had gotten a little cold. It was fine, but not the excellend experience I usually get from Shake Shack. Also, they seemed not to have their veggie burger, which is available at the U-vill location.

Good is great as long as you probably need to pay a little higher than at McDonalds, Burger Kings as it is a relatively small chain from East Coast. Glad to have this store in Pacific North West.
