Had a vegetarian meal. Decent choices. If it's someone's birthday you are celebrating,do let your server know and the dessert is free.
Had the worst to go experience of 15+ years. My order wasn’t correct. And it was over an hour and a half for it to come out wrong. But.. Charles whom I spoke with afterwards was the saving grace. He acknowledged the the missteps, took accountability and apologized. You could not ask for a better manager. I was heard and that doesn’t happen often. Thank you 🙏 giving Charles a 10+ and is the only reason I will come back.
The first time I went to olive garden was with my mom and my grandma. The wait wasn't too long even though the restaurant was full. We got seated and our server was super nice. Not only that but the food was delicious. You can repeat soup and salad and even take bowls of these ones home. The amount of kindness that this place has is super heartwarming. Honestly, one of the best restaurants I have ever laid a foot on. Every once in a while I go with my family or my friends, which by the way two weeks ago I went there after homecoming. Even though they were about to close, they were still super nice and the food was just as great. One of my friends left a big tip that night. Recommend 100%
The service was the best thing of the night, she was tops, very attentive the whole night. The food was only so so, portions were really small and there was hardly any sauce on the pasta, which is crazy because pasta is general is very cheap to make, and the most expensive part of the pasta is the sauce. Had to ask server for more sauce on all of our dishes.
The staff was nice and on the ball. The food was prepared perfectly and the pacing of the meal was on point. I will definitely return.
There are reasons for Olive Garden, and for me the main one is the salad and a quick plate of simple pasta. Service is great. The decor is consistient. Stick to what they do well and you will not be disappointed.
This place is better visited by a group of people, since we found it a bit hard to finish all the food by just two people. The portion size is more! My absolute favourite was the fettuccine alfredo and stuffed ziti frita. I also liked the fact that we have an option to get never ending dipping sauce which we can use for the free garlic breadsticks. We took the remaining sauce for takeaway. The salad portion is very huge and kind of salty. It can probably be finished by a group of 4. Oh and they also top the salad and pasta with any amount of cheese you want. My personal suggestion is that it would be better if they had a vegetarian version of lasagna.
I had my best Olive Garden experience ever at this location. My server Jason was PHENOMENAL and very attentive, he is one of the best waiters I’ve had. We came with a large group and he constantly checked to make sure everyone was happy. I got the endless soup and it was great, but I’m biased because I will always love Olive Garden.
we came to the restaurant, registered, they said to wait 5 minutes, but they forgot about us, after 20 minutes we came up and reminded them about themselves, they took us to a table where we sat for 25 minutes and no one came up to us once, after which we left and this is not the first time such a situation has happened
I have been a very loyal customer to Olive Garden for years. Being in the military I have lived lots of places that have had Olive Garden. This Olive Garden experience was horrible. I had to ask multiple times for certain items. The customer service of this establishment was really not that great. If anyone comes here in the future and you are already In a bad or uneven mood the service will make you feel even worse when you leave.
The server was great, and the food was good. The unlimited bread and soup I had filled me up, so I barely ate my entree, but it was good warmed up the next day.
my favorite
They need to freshen this place up. Other than that - I don t come here for anything else but the toasted ravs, bc I haven t been able to find them anywhere else. The servers are nice, but overall not a spot I d recommend or visit frequently.
Their food is always good and tastes the same. My daughter is 6, quite talkative and all the staff engage with her, which i truly appreciate. We go here every other month. Kid-friendliness: They have good options for kids and the staff is usually kind towards kids.
Parking: A lot Kid-friendliness: Games 2.95 Food : 4/5 |
If you like a lot of pasta and bread, its the place to go. Service is a bit pushy; quick in-and-out.
You can t go wrong with a lot of selections on the menu
overall decent, bathrooms were disgusting
Everything was fine until they let a couple in with a DOG. Thats not possible. People want to give dogs human life, everything in its place, gentlemen.
Great experience every time we go. Also awesome that they support military veterans with free meals on Veterans Day!
Very tasty!!!
Terrible service, when we asked about commercial advertising 13.99 never ending pasta the waitress said um I dont know that I have seen that then walked away. We asked again and same answer. Finally got the manager to honor the commercial ad price, after shaming us stating because washinton is so expensive to live in. Asked for more of the never ending items and waited over 15 minutes before we asked to see our waitress and Charles (manager) showed up saying we asked for him. We didnt we asked for the MIA waitress. Also soup, salad and pasta all delivered at once, not typical at most venues but may be a Olive Garden thing. We wont go back.
Always great food & service
I visited here a couple of weeks ago, and everything was fantastic food, service, and atmosphere. We were fortunate to have Bijan as our waiter; he truly deserved a generous tip as a token of our appreciation. Thank you for creating such a wonderful experience for me and my guests.
Bad service , greasy food. Salad is full of only lettuce.
Outstanding in every way
Great service!
As always, the Zuppa toscana lives up to its reputation as delicious and the salad cant be beat, though the bread sticks were cold and dry, which is unusual.
You can say what you want about Olive Garden but this restaurant is a hill I will die on. It is consistently good, regardless of which one I go to. Our waitress (I am so sorry I forgot her name but it started with an M) was an absolute doll! She was amazing, attentive, checked on us regularly, gave great recommendations, could not praise her enough!! The food was delicious, my only gripe was there wasnt enough Gnocchi in the chicken and Gnocchi soup (my absolute favorite). Ended up also getting the Never Ending Pasta. If you like mushrooms, I cannot stress enough to give the mushroom sauce a try. It is so delicious, I almost prefer it over the Alfredo, which trust me, has been a ride or die for ages. Also recommend getting the Alfredo sauce to dip your breadsticks in. You wont be disappointed.
Delicious
Good food and service. This is what spaghetti should look like.
The service was horrible it took 10 minutes before our order was taken and then 15 minutes more to get soup and breadsticks and the server forgot the cheese so another delay and another 30 minutes to get dinner our lasagna was overdone the manager apologized but didnt offer a free dessert or discount not sure if we will be back
Typical Olive garden, plenty of parking and good service.
Great meal.
Took us 40 minutes just to get our wine bottle. Slowest service of my life
Delicious food and deserts.
One of the only places to get eggplant parmesan!
Went in for my birthday and had a great time, Our server Jose was awesome and did a wonderful job serving us and being attentive. Food and drinks were great will definitely be back soon!
Took great care of us. Bagged up left overs and even sorted it
Wish the level of service is not directly proportional to the amount of food ordered. The water I asked for my kid never came.
Great food!
Endless soups, endless happiness. But be careful not to get water poisoning from the endless drink refills
People complain about OG. My first time. Could be a guilty pleasure place for cold days when stuffing with carbs is needed;)
Our server Jason was great and very attentive. I think he s in the top 3 servers we ve ever had. Definitely made this a great experience! Thank you!! Give that man a raise!
when we entered the restaurant, the host said he put us down on the list and said it would be about 5-10 minutes. when we checked in with him, he said we were still near the bottom of the list, while we saw people who just entered get seated in around 5 minutes. the second time we checked in, it was like he didnt even put us on the list. he told us to go to the other worker and get a table. it took about an hour to get seated. when we were seated, the lady dropped one of our utensil sets and said they would get us another one which NEVER came. the calamari was soggy and the sauce tasted off. probably never going back go olive Garden again.
Always enjoy eating here. Tonight was no exception.
I usually visit olive garden for special events and all you can eat, however this time the all you can eat was not good, food was lack of tasting, very simple, even the additional $4.99 on top of 15.99 already for the Italian sausages/chicken/meat balls did not worthy :(
Very attentive waitress, great food and atmosphere
Wheelchair accessibility: Good access Food
Very bad customer service. Had to ask for water couple of times and server was staring at the table and got the water after few minutes.
Service and Food pretty good.
Jonah and bubba did an amazing job tonight. The food was great but the service was greater. I am very impressed with Jonah s performance tonight, he deserves a raise 100%! I will absolutely be coming back to this exact Olive Garden because of the service:)
Really nice experience. There was a reasonable wait of around 30 mins. Food is rich, and the soup is really tasty.
This location was, by far, the best Ive been to. Highly recommended.
I went here the other day to grab a quick bite before work, and it ended up being a stressful experience. I came in and the manager and some hosts were up front and he asked me if Id like a quiet table to which i responded sure, or just a booth if you have one anywhere. He said okay we have a booth in our cafe area and I said sure whatevers easiest for you. I was seated at a booth and the waitress comes up to ask my order and I ordered a plain lemonade, water, and ravioli. After I get through saying my order she asks for my ID, and then I got confused for a second and said, Oh I just wanted a non alcoholic lemonade. She said Well yes but you have to be 21 to sit at the bar. I was confused because I didnt choose this seat, they brought me over here and the booth was next to tables and the bar was not next to me, and there was nobody else being served there. I assumed they sat me there because it was a quiet little corner booth. I said Oh well they( referring to manager and hosts up front) just sat me over here because it was quiet, I can move though to wherever you need. And she responded rudely with Well my manager is the one who said you look a little young and asked me to card you. I explained that I turn 21 in 2 months and I didnt even order any alcohol, nor was I trying to. i also didnt really care that much where I sat. It was just embarrasing and that was my 2nd time eatung by myself ever because I usually have anxiety in social situations like that. I was just hungry and had a long day and I came there and got embarrassed and they made it seem like was trying to work the system. The manager never said that where he sat me was the bar. There werent signs at the table that says no minors. They didnt card me until after they seated me and asked for my order. Really unprofessional and probably not following liquor board rules and protocols
Food is always a value. OG recently made a mistake on take out order and rectified the issue beyond my satisfaction.
Some servers could be polite. They need to remember that guests are paying for food and they expect service.
Perfection!
Service is hit or miss usually pretty slow. Food is average. Overpriced.
Yum! Salad and breadsticks never disappoint. Kid-friendliness: Kids love the menu Food : 5/5 |
I would give zero if I could. Imagine enjoying your birthday dinner hearing a handful of people have Happy birthday sang to them while you eat and being so excited for your turn just to get through your whole meal and dessert waiting for your turn and then being the ONLY PERSON to not have it sang to them, how heartbreaking. Despite me talking to someone at the front right after being seated and mentioning to our waiter TWICE during the meal that it was my daughters birthday AND then specifically asking for them to sing Happy birthday to her AFTER bringing the dessert out *when they usually sing* just to sit there and be disappointed and have to explain to your her why she was the only one they didnt sing to. WHAT A HORRIBLE WAY TO END HER BIRTHDAY. If you have ANY special events or birthdays there are far BETTER places to celebrate them.
I usually don t write reviews but this place is so bad I don t want others to have the experience we did. I could give negative if I could. The 2 hostesses couldn t give a damn to seat us. They ruined our night completely. We were a party of 5 including 2 toddlers. There was plenty of space available and we were told we ll be seated in 20 30 mins. We said okay and we waited at the space next to the hostess. We let them know that the kids were super hungry after a soccer game and we can adjust in a 4 seat table as the kids dint need that much space. Then we just see people getting seated before us for the next 30 mins and the place went from busy to half empty . We were still not seated and told another 20 mins. There were party of 4s and 6s just walking in. Patience reached a limit when she said she can do nothing and then a group of 20yr old girls giggling and laughing just walked in and were seated . That s when I asked her what s the policy of this restaurant we literally saw 10 other parties seated before us that walked in after us. To my utter shock she said she dint have table for 5. And that s when I thought this bozo is waiting for the exact number of seats at a table and the restaurant dint have anything 5 seater . We wasted an hour and now we wouldn t be able to go anywhere else as places would start closing down. After telling them multiple times she seated us in a back room with no music or ordering panel like a storage room separate from the main restaurant. When we raised an issue that we are out to celebrate as a family and this feels like we ve been seated at a staff lunch table with no one around and no music or service. We asked to be seated in the main dining area that is the actual restaurant. The manager comes out and we explain it to him, he made a gesture like his mind is blown and we are being difficult. Everything was just so horrible and the staff were super rude. They din t care for our order or even bothered to make up for completely destroying a happy outing with kids. Because the kids were hungry we just let them order and eat. We as adults couldn t bear to eat at this place that had no hospitality or even sensitivity to understand that families go out for dinner to have a good time at a lively restaurant. They dint even come back to check on us once the kids order was served. Never going to Olive Garden again. Being in hospitality and service industry, it s shocking the people running this place have zero EQ. Go somewhere else(Romeo s) or eat at home rather than putting yourself through this.
Graduations night for your son! 14 of walked in and everything was wonderful thank you so much!!!!! Food
it s olive garden
Great food and service.
Good food and helpful staff.
A quiet but suitable place to take children or large families, because they have adequate spaces. The waiter who did not serve was very friendly and helpful, he was always attentive to see if we needed anything else. I really liked the restaurant in general, I recommend it 100%. Kid-friendliness: They ask you if you have children and how many, because they have a special menu for children, plus the menu is a small book with activities (games) so that the children can entertain themselves while you wait for your order. Very good there.
Its a quiet little place located in the heart of Kirkland. The food is really good and well the quantity is good, specially the salad....i liked a lot. Vegetarian options: There are 4-5 vegetarian options but you can easily create your own dish, with a variety of sauces and veggies.
Everything was just Great !
Olive Garden is one of our go-to restaurants because we can get good quality healthy food. Unfortunately, the quality at this location disappointed. My spaghetti was badly overcooked and sitting in a pool of water. It had almost no pasta flavor.
No real service after your food has been dropped off. 20 minutes of waiting for the server before asking for a manger only to be told, eh what can you do.
Excellent!!!
Good Italian food at a great price. Pleasant atmosphere.
The lunch deals are really good value
These guys have been around so long and always deliver a 100% quality experience. Servers are all awesome and the food is consistent.
Amazing service, everyone was super friendly and the donuts are delightful. And when youre here... Youre family (I hope everything works out with Theo. Slay girl slay).
When youre here youre family
My food is literally moldy, don t come here.
My friend and I went there last night, we sat in the bar and for being a Sunday it was pretty busy. Our server / bartender was attentive, kind and has amazing customer experience! I will definitely be going back and I hope I get the same lady every time she rocks!
Excellent service, good food
Great value for your money. Friendly staff, good food, and good value! You can even take away extra pasta meals for only $6.
I think about Olve Garden when Im not there.
Delicious food, friendly staff. They immediately brought a high chair and a coloring book for my baby. But very dirty on the floor and quite sticky tables, its disappointing.
I want to share my recent dining experience at the Olive Garden :: Kirkland & specifically highlight our server, Boyo. Our group was a party of 24 (half adults & half kids) in the private dining area. Boyo was friendly, professional, warm -&- very accommodating of all the kids..! I really appreciated her patience and taking the time to split the bill into numerous checks. Drinks & food were brought out without too much wait. So, I hope that management will see this review & give kudos to Boyo. Thank you so much..! : )
Very very good
We all know what Olive Garden tastes like. Not crazy high end, not hole in the wall cheap. Somewhere right in the middle. And that s more than good enough. I m writing this to shine a light on the spectacular server I had last week named Faith. She was kind, funny and attentive to our needs. Faith deserves a raise and a promotion! As someone who works in food service and has for a decade now. Not to much slips by me when dining out for the evening. Faith absolutely crushed it. And that deserves some recognition. Go Faith- you rock!
Large portions (too large) but great service
Great taste
Foods were good! And Our server Yoshie was very friendly and always there when we needed her. She seemed to really care about making sure our needs were met. We really enjoyed our dinner! Thank you!
The food was excellent and our hostesses were so kind and efficient being that there were about 50 of us to serve! Kid-friendliness: Plenty of food to choose from. My 15-month-old grandson left feeling very satisfied and happy Wheelchair accessibility: It was an open space which made it easy to maneuver around in my mobility scooter
Update: the food improved!!!! Ive been getting great pasta from here recently. Parking: Theres parking. Food : 5/5 |
Loved it
Dietary restrictions: Servers are very accommodating to allergies of all kinds Food
The food my family ate was the best food I ve had here every time it is amazing
food was tasty and service was amazing!! jason slays
The food for the entire table was sub-par. Granted, we only had one server, but he was distracted, couldnt keep orders straight, and was forgetful. It was past the dinner rush but good amount of time before closing.
My favorite place,I don t eat meat and for pasta I usually ask to add vegetables and they do it for me and employees are rea nice,I love everything there
16 ladies for lunch, most ordered endless soup, salad & breadsticks, $11.00! plentiful & prompt refills, excellent servers too Food
We remembered why we havent been to an olive garden in years.
Our waitress had super cute hair and was really nice! The chicken Gnocchi soup was bomb, and I got quite a few dumplings in it over priced though
I remember this place being way better as a kid. its expensive and the food is subpar
Zero complaints. Great staff here server was exceptional. Food was enjoyed thoroughly throughout whole family from kids to Gma!
Very good
Gotta love olive garden! This Oliver garden was great l! The food was super good ( I would recommend the zuppa Toscana!) And the staff was very friendly. The service was quite prompt- as we were seated and served quite quick even though we were there at prime dinner time. Overall, a great olive garden experience, better than most in my opinion!
Food & service was awesome
Excellent cost-benefit ratio. You eat a lot and delicious, for a very reasonable price. It has a large parking lot.
This spot bangs every weekend lmao. I bring all my shawties here. Vegetarian options: Fettuccine Alfredo as well as many sauces for the pasta. Bread sticks and salad is the best part and is. Parking: Parking is easy.
Waitress was so accommodating.
Food and atmosphere were standard to an Olive Garden, and what we were expecting, but what really made the evening memorable was our server Rita. She absolutely. MADE. OUR. NIGHT!! I only make reviews when things are amazing or absolutely terrible, and her service MADE me write a review. Honestly, Ive worked in the service industry before and she was what every server strives for. Her entire service made us feel welcomed and a priority, and I dont think I had as much fun during a meal than I did tonight. I appreciate you hiring her and thank the hostesses for seating us in her section!! Also a shout out to everyone there that helped us tonight!
Wish I could give them zero stars. My husband and I were sat down and we waited for 20 minutes for service that never came. No water, no waiter, nothing. We saw multiple tables get sat and served within 30 seconds of arriving to the table - that came after us. My husband got up and found a waitress and politely asked for someone to come serve us. The next moment they sat someone at the table next to us and she was immediately greeted and served by a waitress. Will NEVER come back.
Delicious food Kid-friendliness: A nice family atmosphere.
Nice lunch with some friends. Good food and fair prices.
I go to Olive Garden as my guilty pleasure sometimes when shopping. This is the best Olive Garden food Ive had in a long time. The ingredients were well chopped for the soup and salad, and there was a new soup I tried with creamy potatoes (not pictured, I ate it). I used to go to Olive Garden for special occasions as a kid and still like the place though Italian friends give me a look when I say so.
Always a great place to spend with the family
Good food but even more amazing service. Exactly what you would expect from an Olive Garden.
As usual great overall experience, kids love the breadsticks and Alfredo Sauce boat
Susy and I, had a great meal. meatballs were fantastic as was the tossed Parking: Plenty
Server Emily G was really bad. She never cared about us which was so disappointing. Due to delay in service, we opted to pack the food and left the place. I had great service so far at this branch and now writing this comment, so leadership can take a look and take necessary actions.
Absolutely love this place cannot get enough of their breadsticks and salad
The girl who served us on March 10th today was so kind and the best server we ve ever had. We didn t catch her name but she was very sweet and deserves every tip she gets!
Great experience, tasty food, good price
There is a very funk smell in this location for the last two visits. Food not as good as other locations visited. Food : 3/5
our waiter, Faith was very nice
Fantastic food, service & atmosphere. I did have an issue with silverware. Even the waiter was disgusted. Promptly got new and problem resolved
3/2024 Yoshi made our night! She was super patient and helpful. Giving her the 5 stars thank you so much 2022 I usually love olive garden but I will deduct 3 stars because Caterin G. did not order the correct pasta I wanted which I told her and repeated 3x on the phone . she was bubbly for no reason and still got me the wrong pasta !
I agree with the other reviewers when I say that this was the best Olive Garden experience ever. We started out in the bar with a pitcher of Sangria. Our bartender Zack was wonderful! We took a second pitcher to our table and were greeted by the best waiter we ve ever had, Jason. He was kind, funny, attentive. The food was delish! We will definitely be back! Parking: We were parked at the hotel across the street where we were staying and walked here.
I have to say this place is one of the best Olive Garden I have ever been. I have been moved around quite a bit and been to Olive Garden in WI, CA, VA, TN and here at WA. This place has a nice atmosphere and the service was very friendly and kind. She was very attentive. The food was also great. You can feel like you are in nice Italian restaurants, not like franchises. I always like bread and soup, but this time, I tried calamai and a few pasta. It was great. I would recommend this place for nice Italian food.
One of my favorite Italian places to eat. Their breadsticks are amazing and the surface is usually superb. Even when they are busy they still take time to make small talk and joke with the customers. All in all I would highly recommend this place as I keep coming back again and again
This place never disappoints, be it the quick service or the best quality of food. Please do ensure you queue yourself up online to avoid wait times upto an hour during rush hours ..eggplant Parmesan is a must try and the fries/ cheese pizza was a delight for the kids
This time it was terrible service. We had to wait a long time. So that they would bring us food. We ordered bread and they didnt bring the Alfredo cream. And the salad was very ugly, almost no lettuce, the little that came with it already looked old. I didnt like it at all.
I have visited Olive Garden multiple times. Initially enjoyed the food, but as a vegetarian, limited options made me stop considering it. However yesterday, my husband wanted to have Italian food and because he is not a vegetarian, we decided to give it a try again. Matthew provided excellent service. He understood my vegetarian needs, suggested customizations, and offered a variety of options. He was well informed and told us about the sauces that they have started creating in the restaurant and it was possible to prepare vegetarian customisations for me. I was pleasantly surprised by the choices, including vegetarian desserts. Overall, a positive experience for both me and my non-vegetarian husband.
Ample parking, good food, old classic dishes Vegetarian options: Soup, salad, breadsticks, pasta, pizza, fritte lasagne with marinara sauce( if you do not specify then default is sauce with beef), egg plant parmigane Food : 4/5 |
My kids really like this restaurant. The service was amazing and the food is what you expect from Olive Garden. I did have one of the best peach bellini drinks Ive ever had-- I will definitely order it again. I wish they had grated parmesan cheese on the table. Its a must for our family. Love the parmesan!
