Authentic. Emphatic. Inviting. Think about the realist of real Italian cuisine served while receiving a warm hug. That s Rimini. What a blessing to have such a stellar restaurant in the heart of Kirkland. We ve been back several times, and each is as good as the last. The Carbonara, Vodka Parm, Pesto Pasta you can t go wrong with any of them. As a huge cannoli fan, I judge the true excellence of an Italian restaurant on how they finish the meal. These cannoli are fantastic. Give me twenty please. No fork necessary. Just drop them into my mouth. Check out Rimini as soon as you can. We were there last night and our next reservation is already booked in a few days!

This is the restaurant Kirkland needed. Cozy, busy Italian restaurant. Everyone was super friendly and service was great. Pasta was not the best I ve ever had, but definitely good. HUGE serving sizes.

Small Italian with Opera singer..that try to sing to every table...we r not big on opera by the table ...I do love opera in theater....my food were ok nothing special..my partner steak came rare...so we sent back ....the waiter were trying to be nice...but they r slow...by slow i mean every step from taking order to deliver food to desert menu...the only good thing was that while we were waiting for the table they gave us a glass of champagne

Went for a third time. Again had a great experience with awesome food. This place has become my favorite! What a great restaurant from a true Italian family who are super hospitable. Food is excellent with each having an amazing presentation. Had the sausage & peppers pasta w Caesar. My wife ordered the lamb chop which looked and tasted perfect! Photo wall, decor and live music from a Frank Sinatra style guitarist made the ambience a perfect fit to match the food style. They even sell a pasta cone you can walk around with - great idea ! Just an amazing experience all around Kirkland s new hot spot

Have visited Rimini a few times this year - for both personal and professional events. Everything about these experiences was wonderful -- terrific food, friendly staff, and an all around great time whenever Ive been there. Highly recommend and will be back (again) for certain.

I m not crazy about Italian food, but this restaurant changed my mind!!! They have the best meatballs and caesar salad, I can t enjoy those anywhere else now. Also the shrimp scampi is to die for! The menu and atmosphere is authentic, and elevated with their live entertainment. Very classy. One thing is their reservations book out fast, so keep in mind.

Literally everythings amazing, everytime. Same guy who owned Montalcino in Issaquah and the menu heres even better. HIGHLY recommended

Was visiting family in Seattle and we went to Rimini. We were drawn here because of the atmosphere and were pleasantly surprised by the large portions and the noteworthy service. Will be returning.

This was our first time dining in the restaurant. We had Rimini cater an event and that was fantastic, but this was another level of fun and community. The food was exceptional, the entertainment and bringing people together was so much fun. We are 30 plus year Kirkand residents and business owners and this was the most fun we ve had downtown in a long time!

We had their spicy ragu and carbonara and the portions were huge and the drinks strong! We sat at the bar had a great time

Wow. What a restaurant Authentic food we had the short rib ravioli and the chicken vodka parmigiano. Very tasty fresh you can taste the quality. Atmosphere is like no other restaurant fun dining. My husband s Birthday!! I can t say enough about the food! We had six people, we all ordered a different dish and shared one bite of each other s order. OMG amazing. We brought our own wine for a reasonable corkage fee. The cork was SO old 1998 bottle, it crumbled they actually walked across the street to get a coffee filter to filter the wine and remove any cork that may have fallen into the wine. From the cocktails, the service, the amazing food and presentation, seriously my new favorite place. Thank You Rimini Staff and Owners, very special!

We had such a wonderful experience, Fernando and his team make you feel so at home. Well made Italian dishes that are authentic and so good I planned our next visit before we finished. This is a gem in downtown Kirkland, a must visit for the experience as much as the food.

Had a lovely dinner on a Friday night. The service was terrific. The food was okb the use of raw tomatoes in a ceasar salad and in my pasta dish was a bit odd. The front room is incredibly loud, so I recommend sitting in the back.

Went to Rimini without knowing anything about it and was thoroughly shocked by the quality. Service was fast and attentive, only being outshined by the artistic expression of the food. I ordered the short rib ravioli and it was better than all the ravioli I had in my visit to Italy! Cannot recommend this place enough.

Weve been here with another couple twice. Both times we really enjoyed the experience and everyone loved their food. This is a lively place to go in the neighborhood and has a fun vibe. You can dress up if you feel like it and wont look overdressed (then again plenty of people are super casual, so no need if you dont want to). Favorite dishes so far are the Chicken Parmigiana, the Halibut with Risotto and piccata-like sauce and Sausage and Pepper Rigatoni. Well be back!

Rimini is the place to be seen, a place that is full of energy. The food is excellent and the service is even better. They have a back room that gives you a view of the lake or you can sit in the main room and watch the people walk by. We had five dishes and all were different tasting that we had no problem giving them all 5 stars. The owners are a husband and wife team that make sure you have everything you asked for. I would highly recommend this restaurant for a fun and fulfilling evening.

I love this restaurant! The location is great, the food and service is excellent, and the atmosphere is great too! If you like wine, they have an excellent wine selection as well.

My husband and I came here for our 8 year anniversary, and we absolutely loved it! Everything was perfection, and the food was the star of the show! We got the short rib ravioli and the bolognese and both were 10/10. The portions are also large, which we loved! (We got some great leftovers out of it.) The live music was also wonderful, and we got an anniversary table-side performance to make our day even more special. Thank you Rimini for making our anniversary so wonderful!

Amazing food and atmosphere!!!

My friend made a reservation here on open table that was canceled by Rimini with no notice, just because she did not reply to their spam autogenerated 24h reminder text (reservation was only made 3 days in advance anyways). Since they didn t provide notice we only found out at the host stand when checking in they were no longer going to seat us, and told us there was no chance we would be able to get a table (which is ironic since risk of having an empty table is why they claimed they needed to cancel the reservation in the first place). Would rather spend my money at the many other better options nearby that actually care about their customers. Luckily Ristorante Paradiso was able to seat us and their service was 5 star as always.

Yet another great experience tonight. This is such a fun great atmosphere restaurant. Food was perfect service was excellent. We will be back yet again highly recommend. Dined tonight we had a great experience we were a party of four celebrating a birthday. We are local and heard great things from neighbors we were not disappointed. Where to start many great things I can say about this restaurant. Fist noticeable is the decor which is amazing looks like you are in New York love all the photos on the walls. Place was packed. Then we were greeted with a glass of Prosecco while we had to wait for our table. Had a nice conversation with the Italian owner very Charismatic person. We were seated by a pretty and friendly hostess. Let s go to the food ;menu is extensive and great choices. I had the veal chop with gnocchi have to say flavors were perfect right amount of seasoning veal was tender nicely breaded. Gnocchi were soft you can see they were made fresh /tomato sauce was very good with small chunks of tomato. Everyone loved there dishes from rigatoni spicy chicken to short rib ravioli topped with a nice piece of short rib. Calamari were the best I ve had. They bring truffle cheese between courses which is excellent. I can go on and on. Gold toilet was cool atmosphere was amazing and energetic. Service was perfect and professional. Ended with a flair candle birthday dessert. Actually didn t end there. They brought us a digestive drink which actually worked. Can t say enough great things about this place. But to say is a new favorite. Already made a second reservation. One of the best restaurants I ve had the pleasure to dine.

We went there for a special 60th birthday dinner. They greeted us with a glass of champagne! They have a wonderful wine list. We had calamari and the specials halibut and lamb shank. Very authentic!They brought out a fun dessert with a sparkler in it! The guy singing was going around taking requests and had a great voice! It was a very special night!

Went to dinner last night with my parents...and we all loved it! The service was welcoming, the vibe feels like a classy family joint in Italy, the food is spectacular. Our table shared the Ceasar salad, the halibut special (lemon cream sauce), the bolognese (spelling?) and the Pollo parmesan, followed by the Gelato lemoncello. The wine offerings were lovely too. Id read a few reviews about service being slow...but we did NOT experience that! The place was full, but service was excellent. Give this place a try...you wont be disappointed!

I had the beef short rib ravioli. The beef was not as expected. It tasted like pot toast and the texture was also that way. It wasnt good at all. Very mushy and as if it cooked in a crockpot for days.

The Cone Pasta is for to-go. The food is amazing.

Just came back from second trip to Italy, spoiled by all that wonderful food over there, decided to check out this new restaurant and see if it would come even near to what we had had. Wow, we were not disappointed, the flavor, the freshness, the way the pasta was cooked, made us feel like back in Italy! A spectcular addition to the food scene in Kirkland. We visited during the soft opening and everything was perfection, from the food to the service to the ambiance. What an amazing and excellent experience. The food was fantastic and everything tasted fresh with a focus on quality and taste. Reminded is of our recent trip to Italy. I can not provide a higher a higher recommendation. We can not wait to go back. It is more than an hour from our home and absolutely worth it.

If you know East Coast Italian food, then this place is freaking wonderful! Their gravy (tomato sauce aka marinara) is freaking delicious! Classic NY/NJ/NE Italian food. Delicious flavors, great quality, and a chaotic/familial ambiance. Being accustomed to a certain level of quality for Italian food on the east coast, this place is freaking wonderful. If all you know is Seattle Italian then its going to be very different in every way. For me, this is the only space here that hits the spot. My only warning is the entrees are family style, very very large. Kid-friendliness: This is a classic Italian family restaurant. Kids are going to be welcome.

Best Italian food I ve had outside of Italy

Great food, great experience, and one of the best places for a date night! Attentive staff and flavorful food - they really make you feel like family when you are dining at Rimini. Started off with their Nardone wine and calamari - then moved onto their tortellini (for me) and a chicken Caesar (for the Mrs) - absolutely phenomenal! And Tony walking around with the guitar playing Frank Sinatra hits - this place really hits it out of the park.
