Delicious Persian food. Welcoming atmosphere. Friendly staff and owner. Small and basic space, but comfortable. Not busy for lunch on Friday. More people should try their food. Large servings.

Wonderful food. Large portions so best to split or go in a group, or take leftovers home. The service was very friendly and kind. Highly recommend the Bibbi ganoush, bibbi bowl, and the hot sauce was great.

Came here for an early Sunday dinner and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Great service and even better food! The meerza, ghanoosh, and hummus with warm pita served as excellent (and quite addicting) starters. For our mains, the spicy shrimp kabob was plump and had just the right amount of spice. The koobideh and chicken kabobs were wonderfully tender and well-seasoned. Come hungry as portions are well sized and perfect for sharing. Lastly, the saffron rice pudding was uniquely tasty and was an excellent end to the meal 5/5 would certainly come back!

The food is great and the owners are so nice and dedicated to quality. The portions are generous and the chicken breasts are organic...tasty as well. Don t expect white tablecloths, fancy waiters or padded seats but do expect food of that quality.

What a hidden gem!! Went here to eat a late lunch and was pleasantly surprised by the food. Everything tasted amazing and arrived fast; Simple and beautifully presented. Love everything about this place!

The food looked really good online. So I called to inquire about allergens in their food, including dairy products used in the meat (marinades, etc.) and cooking process (butter, ghee, etc.). I only got to ask a couple of questions because after the lady answered my first question, she didn t want to answer my second question. She got very defensive and said she didn t have to answer my questions. Unfortunately this interaction over the phone did not assure me that the food is safe to eat since they don t disclose allergens on their menu. Extremely disappointed because I m sure the food is great.

The vibe of the place is good but i was not impressed by food. Their special item, chicken kabob plate had too much rice and chicken was very flavorless. And the food was expensive for the quality and flavour. Even the hummus was very bland, tasted just like mashed chickpea with no flavor. Pita were also cold and try. I dont think i will come again.

I wanted to try Iranian food, therefore this restaurant showed up with positive reviews. It wasnt what I expected. We went to lunch, and the place was empty. Its a really plain restaurant, not particularly fancy. The food was tasty, although more Middle Eastern than Iranian. However, I was not satisfied with the service. We picked up the utensils from another table, although the cups were unclean, so we asked for clean ones. It took a while for the server to take our order and deliver the food. The restaurant might be okay for takeout but not for dining in.

Authentic Mediterranean food in Kirkland. Their menu selection is interesting and the dishes are well spiced and cooked to perfection. They serve their sauce on the side as a complement to the dishes. Portion size is large enough to be shared by two adults. Must Visit! They also cater for large events.

I had special guests visiting us from Italy and I wanted them to try a Persian restaurant for the first time. I wanted to make sure it was somewhere with the best food quality and impeccable service. Well, BiBi exceeded my expectations and my guests were impressed by the whole experience. The owner was very welcoming and the food was truly exceptional. We ordered Chicken, Koobideh, and Lamb and they were all so tender and juicy. BiBi has now become one of their favorite spots in Seattle and they also mentioned it to their friends back in Italy. I strongly recommend trying the delicious food at BiBi. Once you try it, you will come back again.

We had catered kebabs and some of their rices. This place is absolutely terrific and the food is fresh and authentic.

By far, the most authentic Mediterranean food I ve had in this town. Everything was incredibly fresh and perfectly spiced. Most of the other Mediterranean restaurants, load on sauce to almost cover up their food. At Bibi s, sauce was served on the side and intended to be consumed as a compliment to the rest of the meal, nothing to hide. Absolutely delicious and I m looking forward to coming back with my husband.

Went here on Saturday for lunch with a friend of mine. There was an older lady standing talking to another lady who seemed to be a friend. We were standing since we were not sure if needed to wait to be seated or else. Then I asked what we should do, and she said go find a table anywhere you like. We sat there for a good bit of time. No water, no menu or any waiter. The whole time the lady was talking to her friend. Then she came and asked what we liked to order. After getting our orders, still no water. Then a guy came in and asked whether we were helped. But still no water. Then, I decided to go look for water in the restaurant and my friend found cups. The guy came over and brought the food but no silverware. And he didnt even apologize. We found the silverware ourselves as well. At this point, we were pretty much like, we are not going to tip. When we paid for the food and didnt tip, after saying thank you to the lady and goodbyes, she just gave us this vicious look and didnt say anything. Definitely, wouldnt go back. Rude people!

Swung by for a late lunch on a random Wednesday - super nice owners and service. We got Fesenjoon and saffron rice pudding - both delicious. Two of us could split a serving and had leftovers to take home. Gluten Free options were clearly labeled (appreciate this as a celiac). Nice, calm environment - would definitely recommend. Our club swim team had Bibis cater a meal at a recent swim meet. Their service was awesome as everything we agreed upon was provided and in the right containers to make serving over 50 officials and coaches very easy! The food was simply amazing! So many compliments on how tasty the chicken kabob was, the flavor of the roasted vegetables, the softness of the pita, and creamy hummus! Even the salad has a really great dressing over it that wasnt too heavy or strong! You have to try this place out! Bibi is an amazing person and it shows in the food she serves! You will be happy that you tried this and found a great place to get some great food!

Bibis food stands out because every morsel is packed with rich, deep, and delightful flavors, pleasing textures, and the care and love of the chef, Bibi, for the food and the stories they represent. We were a group of four. We sampled their hummus, dolme (the best Ive had), eggplant meerza, marinated olives (the best Ive had), labneh, and ghanoosh. We also had Roasted Cauliflower with tahini. All were so good! We couldnt stop eating them and asked for more bread. For entree, we had fesenjoon stew with chicken - so so good! We also had Kabob Koobideh (very very good), and Ghorme Sabzi (very good). Go and try them - highly recommended. We will definitely be repeat customers! Thank you, Bibi! Ive been in the area over 10 years now and confident I have tried all the different Persian spots in the Puget Sound. This one is the best, not only for the food but the staff are the friendliest and really take care of you. The food across the board is higher quality and more expertly prepared than anywhere else Ive seen.

Out of all the buffets I have been to, this is probably my favorite one. Very nice restaurant. They have a large selection of Persian food. They also have other food options, if you are not comfortable with eating sushi. It was juicy, palatable, delicious. Joseph was our waiter, and he did a great job

I love this Mediterranean restaurant so much. We order often as it is so nice to find delicious foods and tons of plant based options. My favorites are the roasted cauliflower, the shrimp tacos (packed with veggies too which is the best!), veggie kabobs and hummus. My kids love the hummus and baba ganoush. So nice to find healthy delicious food for pick-up or delivery on those days we are too busy to cook. Fantastic customer service too. Once the door dash person gave me someone else s order and the owners made my order again and drove it to my house even though the error was by Doordash driver and not them.

The owner is a very generous man. As for service - theres a self-serve bar that has everything we need. Food was good; the chef said that auch reshteh is only on weekends so ill need to return on a weekend. My only wish is that they are open for later!

Excellent place for Persian food. Its hard to find it here but Im always down to have Persian food. It was my first time having fesanjoon and ash resteh and BiBi didnt disappoint. I also had their tacos with koobideh and they were excellent as well. My favorite part was the tahdig! Definitely recommend visiting!

BiBi is probably the best persian restaurant in Washington! I highly recommend it!

Everything Ive tried tastes fresh and homemade. I especially loved the roasted cauliflower, lamb chops, and hummus.

We ordered chicken kabob, koobideh kabob, marinated olives. The chicken was delicious, tender and soft with roasted vegetables on the side which was cherry on the top and koobideh wasn t greasy but tender and delicious. We got green salad on the side which was free. The vibe was chill and relaxing and the staff were all very friendly and warm. The best part was the fresh flowers on the tables! Also the portion you re getting is a lot! The only reason I gave 4 stars is the need of sweeping under the table, other than that it was great and our favorite restaurant in Seattle area.

I have eaten her food at friends parties dozens of times but this was my first time catering. From my first phone call, Bibi worked with me on my budget, choices, every detail, even serving dishes!!! I picked up my order for 15 adults. Everything was being made up until the minute I arrived. Hot, fresh, delicious. They carried everything out to my car and even asked me if I thought the quantity was sufficient. This is what I mean by humble. Only an honest business that truly cares for its customers would care to ask. Ofcourse the quantity was more than enough. So Im in town for work and I came here my first night, the food was absolutely delicious and the young man who helped me was super nice and happily tailored my meal to my requests (I cant eat raw onion). Fast forward to today, I was looking forward to coming back and raced to get there arriving at 6:37, I was curtly told that they couldnt serve me it was too close to closing (7), I told her my story and she (Im guessing the owner) shrugged, stinks to be me I guess? I wont be back. Two stars instead of zero because of the great guy i first encountered. Ok, so the food was too good not to come back, I made sure I came before 6:30, and again the food was great, service was very good, so I bumped up my rating to four, but I left one off because I still think my previous experience could have been handled more diplomatically. Ill return.

Service at Bibi was great. We were greeted by a kind server who entertained all of our questions given that it was our first time there. He was very knowledgeable and gave us great recommendations. We liked the food and will be back. Fesenjoon is definitely a lot for 1 person and better to share. Cauliflowers could have been roasted a bit more and needed more Tahini sauce which our server has happy to bring us a cup.

So excited we have this place in Kirkland! The food here is amazing. Very authentic and tasty. We tried the roasted eggplant, koobideh, sirloin, and chicken. Everything was perfectly cooked, tender and moist. Rice was fresh and delicious. Our kids loved it as well. I d compare the food quality to Caspian in Bellevue. The ambiance is more cafeteria style, order at the counter and seat yourself. Kid-friendliness: Not a fancy place, kids were welcome and comfortable. Very family friendly! Food was great and the kids devoured everything we ordered.

Amazing place! I came here today for lunch. It was empty and seemed like a slow day. I was greeted by a friendly woman (perhaps the owner?) I ordered beef kebab I think it was, and oh my am glad I stopped by. The meat was fresh, tender, juicy, seasoned to perfection. It was truly homemade, you can tell. It came with generous size of seasoned rice and hand made hummus and a salad. This is my new favorite Persian food spot. They also have these delicious imported dates that come in a solid box, not a typical dry date but soft and moist on the inside. A tender treat for anytime of the day. I will be back.

Bibis is fantastic. Being a huge fan of Mediterranean cuisine, I was blown away by the selections. To my knowledge there are Persian dishes served as well. Notable items to order: Bibi Ganoush, Chicken and lamb kabobs, beef tenderloin, the crispy basmati rice with barberries, hummus and pita bread, and all their homemade dips and salads! (Everything, pretty much honestly fam.) Man, these are bold and exciting flavors! Great portion sizes. I always have leftovers for the next day. The basmati rice is banging! I am always impressed with my food and how delicious it is. A wonderfully run family business in Kirkland. Im not in the area often but I crave the food here at Bibi ALL THE TIME! Will be coming back. Bibi is up there with my other favorite restaurants in the Greater Seattle area. Yall need to be put on game honestly. Easy location to find, right across the street from Metropolitan Market and near the freeway.

BiBi hands down is the best Persian/Mediterranean restaurant in Seattle. Throughout the years there have been many, some good, some not so good. BiBi delivers on all accounts, the kabobs are fork tender, the rice is fragrant and soft. The beef is organic and sourced from Oregon. Best baba ghanoush I have ever tried, even the Turkish coffee is done perfectly, not too thick, not too thin, just sweet enough.

Large portions and excellent fresh tasty food. Ready on time. Perfectly cooked vegetables- not mushy or charred. Would highly recommend and eat there again. Stayed fresh as a take out by the time we got home.

It s not only the quality of the food that brings me back to BiBi week after week, it s the whole experience of being in a modern, tastefully decorated venue with the art, flowers and the music and of course tasting the food that is prepared to perfection by chef Parvin. That is what culture means to me and that is what I value the most about BiBi.

We ve been here several times now, and it s a mixed experience. Sometimes the food is outstanding - fresh, delicious, tasty, but other times, it s been stale, dry and hard, food lacking in flavour. They used to have compostable containers but recently used plastic so we will avoid getting take out from there in the future.

We did a take out for our party. It was very delicious and all our guests loved it. Definitely the best quality, home cooked food. The service is also excellent. We highly recommend this place.

We ordered take out. Chicken Kabob, kabon kobibideh, shirazi salad, labne pita, and saffron rice pudding for dessert. The owener was very kind. Our Persian friend was impressed with the authentic flavors. Highly recommend

I ordered a Greek salad with chicken. I thought it would be a simple basic salad, but no! They out-do themselves! It was sooo delicious!! With variety of buttery veggies, whole chicken breast that was seasoned so well! I am in heaven and will be ordering from here again. Thank you BiBi!!

We came in 20min before closing time on a Sunday and had the best meal in a while. We ordered the chicken and ground beef kabob as well as the roasted cauliflower following the recommendations of the lady taking our order. Food was fantastic, they even offered us an eggplant appetizer on the house. Such a good experience. We will make this spot our new regular kabob spot for sure!

My husband and I ate so fast I didnt take pictures. Great food, kind owner, fast service. We came in at 6:30 and were able to get takeout easily before closing. Support Iranian businesses! We will definitely be back. I cant wait to take my mom who misses grandmas loobia polo.

Lovely family owns this restaurant. They are very welcoming and friendly. Food is top notch and everything they have is made there and taste great. At first, you will think the prices are high, but actually they are not since the food portions are big. Their appetizers are so good and meat is juicy and very tender! Just the I love it!

Vegetarian options: We had this catered. The food was absolutely fantastic. We had the chicken, falafel, babaganoush, hummus, roasted veggies, and saffron rice pudding. A healthy mix of mouth-watering delights leaving you wanting seconds, thirds, even fourths. I highly recommend this restaurant. It is easily the best falafel around.

We ordered chicken kebab, lamb kebab and shrimp cooked in Aleppo sauce. The owner immediately gave us pita bread and hummus on the house upon arrival. Everything about this place is customer service and clarity and explanation of even the simplest questions. And finally we rounded it up with Persian tea and Turkish coffee. Overall great time spent.

Wow wow wow. The lamb loin kebab is absolutely delicious, I cant get enough. I get it medium rare or rare and its perfect. So flavorful, tender, and juicy. Pairs perfectly with the saffron rice as well. The prices are very fair for their portion sizes. The roasted cauliflower, beet salad, and hummus appetizers are also very tasty. One of my new favorite restaurants!

This is our go to place for Persian stews and other dishes. And it is as close and lovely as having your auntie cook you a home-made meal as it gets in this area.

My friend and I found this place on google and came in a few days ago. It was quite empty and it seemed like they hadnt gotten a lot of orders during the day! We ordered the Falafel to-go, but the owner told us she also wanted us to try their pita, tahini, and rice pudding so she gave each of us these extra servings for free! It was so sweet. We had a nice conversation about where we are from and she said the restaurant is only 2 years old. It was so delicious and made us really happy! Will order from here again for sure :)

Great spot for lunch

Although no dine in at this time I picked up to go donner. I loved the new set up inside the restaurant turned into a mini market with great mediterranean finds! The food I got was good. Very friendly staff/owner. She even offered me a free chocolate cake too!!! The chocolate cake tasted heade for sure!

Ordered zereshk polo ba morgh from them online. After not getting notifications from them for 40 minutes, went to restaurant realizing they have not seen/prepared my food. Waited another 10 minutes for my food just to realize they were also out of white rice. They offered to give me lubia polo instead. So my food became lubia polo with beef and zereshk and chick! They were at least nice enough to give me shole zard on the side for free. However, their lubia polo was old! Like couple days old! As of writing this review I have thrown up twice. Not recommend.

This is the best place to go to for Mediterranean food in the area. Excellent service and everyone was very friendly. Will be back soon.

Great homemade food

Deeply disappointed to have to write this. I stopped today to grab lunch. Ordered zereshk Polo with grilled chicken. What I got looks nothing like the picture, the chicken is definitely not grilled and to be honest it doesn t have much flavor. Sucks I really wanted to like this place.

Veryyy tasty and authentic persian dishes. The menu rotates which is very refreshing and exciting each time. BiBi is really offers the best Iranian dishes in Pacific Northwest. Highly recommend to try it at least once. You will keep going back...

I placed an order for a belated Mother s Day. We order ghormeh sabzi, khoreshte bademjoon and Persian rice with potatoe tahdig. The lady who took my order was incredibly sweet and she even made an exception to make our order on a Monday which is when they re normally closed. Unfortunately, the quality of the was below that of exceptional. Ghormeh Sabzi While lamb shank was cooked perfectly, the herbs were chopped in credibly large and hadn t stewed long enough making it bland and undesirable Khoresh Bademjoon The eggplants weren t cooked properly and the khoresh was incredibly bland Persian Rice with Potatoe Tahdig The rice was hard and undercooked and there wasn t any tahdig at the bottom rather there was just lumps of potatoes. She loaned us the pots and pans she cooked the food in for us and asked us to return them. When we returned them and brought up our concerns it wasn t taken well. She told us that this was the first time she received any complaints, she was disappointed at us for returning the pots late because she s been looking for them, she claimed that she told us that the rice needed further cook which I don t recall her telling me that. I was really looking forward to spending Mother s Day with two amazing mothers that have worked very hard. On this day, I really wanted to support local Iranian businesses and enjoy their creations around our family. There are countless reasons why some dishes come out undesirable and our goal were not to get a discount or our money back but rather raising these concerns to the owners so they can take this constructive criticism, use it to their advantage and grow as a business so we can continue to support them in the near future. Unfortunately, it wasn t well received. There is always room for improvement and constructive criticism shouldn t be taken personally. I truly hope the best for this business, and I hope they improve their quality.

We went all in for our first time and guess what... we are in love!! They exceeded every expectation that we had. We are always searching for the most authentic local restaurants and we are very happy to have come across this spot! We ordered the chicken and beef kabob, kufta, celary beef stew, bibi ganoosh, and roasted cauliflower. Came with an abundance of rice unlike most places. We also tried their chocolate cake and rice pudding. Please check them out, they are the truth!!

We could not recommend BiBi more highly! We hosted a small outdoor reception in late August in Seattle for about 40 people, with BiBi providing appetizers and dinner. From the time we first reached out to the BiBi staff in May, they were so responsive, communicative, and thoughtful. They helped us craft a menu that included several appetizers with bread, hummus, meats, and other items; and then salads, rices, kabobs, and vegetables for the main course. They even added in some appetizer items beyond what we asked for! And their prices are incredibly reasonable. All of the food was just superb -- we had at least 5 of our guests ask for their business card so that they could use them for future events. Further, they provided the food on beautiful platters and ceramic containers, arrived exactly on time with the order an hour before the event, and even helped set up a system in the kitchen to warm the food. Finally, the next day they arranged for a convenient place in Seattle to have us meet them and return the platters, even though the restaurant is in Kirkland. We were so thrilled with our event and the meal, and cant wait to use them again in the future. Thank you for making our wedding celebration so special!

So happy to have been referred to this restaurant as I was looking for a caterer for my wedding. We did the tasting prior to the wedding & were blown away! The catering at the wedding was superb! The food was delivered hot with warmers. Gorgeous colorful presentation, amazing mixture of flavors, spices & colors! My wedding guests raved about the food & helped themselves multiple times. There was barely anything left for us at the end of the night which is a good thing! The prices are higher than other Persian caterers but they are worth it. The food is authentic Persian similar to homemade cooking. We can t wait to return to the restaurant again. It will be one of our favorites for sure!

The food here is fresh and local and made with care. It is underspiced for my taste. The buffet concept is confusing since the one staff does not do much to explain it. It needs a lot of work to be a sustainable and realistic alternative for lunch in Kirkland.

Food was good but cold.

It got a homey feeling, we were greeted right away and seated. The chairs were NOT comfortable at all. We got our menus, water and tableware about 5 min in and ordered a beer and tea. The menu is simple. We ordered the roasted califlower, the lamb chops and falafel. We waited and waited for our drinks, they never came, when the appetizer [which I liked alot, very lemony] came we reminder the wait person that were were still waiting for our drinks, he looked at us like, what drinks? We reminded him, the drinks came once the entrees arrived. The falafel was fabulous, the beets were good, it came with tahini, I was looking for hummus. Usually the falafel comes with hummus. The salad was ok. The lamb chops were cooked unevenly, charred on the outside and rare , in one spot and medium in others, I guess that makes it medium rare? Lol. Is what he ordered. The rice was ok. Salad ok. There are no condiments. No salt, pepper or sugar for the tea. I ordered hummus half way through dinner., after I hailed one of the staff, no one came back to check on us, after we were done, I again hailed the help to get some to go containers , as they were getting them, a staff member comes with the hummus. I told him too late, he apologized and said it was on the house. $55.00 . We drove from Renton. We are a bit disappointed.

The Strangest Experience Ive ever had at a restaurant. We arrived shortly after they opened for dinner. It was empty except for two women sitting at a table by the door talking. We waited for almost 5 minutes before one of the women looked up and told us we could go find a table and be seated and someone would be there to help us. We sat down and waited at least 10 minutes. No waiter, no water, no menus...nothing. Her friend finally left and she came and said No one has come to help you? Strange since she could see us the entire time. She came back with a pen and pad and said What do you want? We said menus would be nice. (Still no water) She left and came back with menus and said My staff is late again! I always have to do everything myself! and walked away. No apologies, no water. We waited another 10 minutes and saw no one. At this point we got up and left, so I have no idea if the food is any good or not.

Bibi is amazing, they always use organic ingredients, which makes the food even tastier in my opinion. They have the best babagannush! Most places I have eaten eggplant isnt even visible, Bibi gannush is authentic with perfect balance between eggplant and tahini. Their fessenjoon stew is amazing! If you like a bit sweetness in your stew you shoulg go for it. Their dolme is the best I have had in Seattle area, with the home made very thick greek yogurt and sourish sumac spice on top, it is a go for folks on the sourish side. Their turkish coffee has a unique texture and caramelized like sugar flavor. Bibi is our go to place when we dont have food at home, and want to go with tasty home made food.

The place is nice but the food was not as I expected. The food at the buffet was cold and from my experience it wasnt fresh. I dont think Ill go back to that place anymore.

I am not going to sugarcoat this, this place is awful. I went there with a friend last summer, and I did not have a good experience. The food is disgusting, and the staff was very rude and disrespectful to us, so we left. Their pudding makes you want to throw up. Do not bring children here, it could impact their development
