Weve been going to Mezcal for 9 years and it never disappoints! Food is flavorful and well portioned, service is wonderful, and we just get all around positive vibes. Glad theyre in the neighborhood!

We came here for lunch on Easter Sunday and the service and food was impeccable. The server was very kind in greeting us with fresh tortilla chips as soon as we sat down. And she was patient in answering a couple of questions from our table. And the food - authentic, fresh, and very satisfying. Were from Vancouver BC but well have to keep this lovely spot in mind for our next visit to town. Parking: Free parking for the first 2 hours

I recently dined at Mezcal Grill and was thoroughly impressed with the excellent customer service and delicious food. The staff were attentive and made sure all of my needs were met. The menu had a great selection of traditional Mexican dishes, and I was impressed with the quality and flavors of the food. I especially enjoyed the margarita, which was crafted with a perfect balance of sweet and tangy. Overall, I highly recommend Mezcal Grill for anyone looking for delicious Mexican cuisine and great customer service!

Wowie ... I am so happy to have found this lovely restaurant. I am from Southern California so grew-up on fabulous Mexican food. After trying lots of their competitors here in the PNW, I found this JEWEL in Juanita Bay. YOU MUST try their Chili Relleno which is light battered. You really get the full flavor of the chili. ALSO - the avocado salsa is incredible and is hard to find. Most restaurants provide guacamole. Avocado salsa is so much more interesting. You will fall in love with this restaurant and the family that owns it. I sure did!

Excellent service, very clean, and great salsa bar! But, boy or boy, the food was just awful! Chicken was too dry, rubbery, and very little. Charging $7.50 for a beer was even more ridiculous. A NOTE TO THE MANAGEMENT: If the business is slow, dont punish your customers by charging ridiculous high prices. Instead, improve the quality of food, and youll have more customers. I am a professional chef and I am trying to be helpful!

The sauces on our Arroz con Pollo and Camerones was the best! Oh my. So good.

Love the tacos here especially the 3 taco special for 6.99 just tacos no rice no beans it is the perfect lunch. The people that work there are amazing and the salsa and pico bar that they had pre covid was the best. Havent tried any other desserts but I did take home some flan it was delicious and enough for 3 people. They also have different drinks that make me wish I wasnt doing anything after lunch...maybe one day I will plan it so I can get the drink too. My Dad had the arroz con pollo and said it was a different from other ones he had but very good.

Expensive food and very little portion. I ordered shrimp tacos and in each taco they put 2 or 3 sad shrimps, what a disappointment, and I also ordered a carne asada and very little and expensive. I would not recommend this place

Best food in town and great staff

Thus place is fantastic. The pollo a la crema is really good; I order this dish at every Mexican restaurant I go to so I can compare them.

Came here for cinco de mayo with gf lets just say last time we come service was very poor when you have to wait 30 minutes just for your bill thats a no go. I realize theyre busy but service was horrible i had an empty margarita and they didnt even bother to ask if i wanted another....

Needs more flavor

My wife and I just moved from Texas and had a mad craving for Mexican food. The chips and salsa were a perfect start. We are used to a little more enchilada sauce and cheese but this place HIT THE SPOT. We had the beef enchilada platter and shrimp enchiladas. Both were delicious with the meats being cooked above average quality. The Vampiro Margarita special was delicious with fruit - fresh but not too sweet. Well definitely be back.

First time here. I got the fajitas combo. They give you so much meat. I was pleasantly surprised. Normally places give you so much veggies and less meat not the case here. The steak was so tender. The staff was so nice. Great customer service.

Got a massive container that was a quarter full of salad. I didn t think there was a way to make the heat wave worse, this did the job. Dissatisfied

Great food and service! I love that they let us pick out and try our own salsa in a mini-buffet style! We visited before the pandemic hit, so Im not sure if theyre still doing the salsa buffet style now. But we found it different and fun for a date. Hoping to patronize again soon!

Ive lived in Kirkland for just under a year and havent tried too many restaurants yet, but Mezcal is one of my favorites so far! Their prices are amazing, the portions generous, and the service is very friendly. The restaurant has been run by a married couple for the last THIRTEEN YEAR, the wife told me. Their investment in the restaurant is much appreciated by this neighbor!

Had some wonderful food from here for Cinco de Mayo! Really appreciated how hard the staff worked to fill orders given the huge rush they had. It was obvious they are down to a bare minimum staff and were overwhelmed by the number of orders but they worked incredibly hard to fill them in a reasonable amount of time! The food was absolutely amazing and a great deal when compared to the prices of some nearby Mexican restaurants. Highly recommended!

Sub par mexican food. Ordered a burrito that was missing ingredients, the pico was old, and the whole meal had no flavor. Id rather drive 15 minutes to The Matador in Redmond than walk to this place and eat again. The food was prepared quickly though.

Mediocre Mexican food. Pretty disappointed, but Im still going to finish my plate. Pretty nice people. Probably wont go back. My Al pastor wasnt near what I expected. Onions and peppers were basically raw underneath

It s ok... that s about it. Bland at times. Nice enough I guess. I live right near this place so I ve taken friends and family and they always complained about needed to use the bathroom several times after eating there.

Tonight was our second time dining here. They have only been open a couple weeks and have not had their Grand Opening yet. Our first visit was last Monday and it was fantastic! The food, drinks and service was terrific!!! Tonight was Friday night 2/22/19 and the place was packed!! They had a 35 minute wait and we decided to take a seat in the bar. The restaurant is obviously still ironing things out and after over an hour waiting for our food, we had to requested it to go. I m giving this five star review based on our previous experience. Sebastian stepped up tonight and handled our disappointment. The food, service and atmosphere is a great addition to the area and Mezcal will be a local favorite.

5 stars because its such a good deal. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. The food is very fresh and good. Its on the mild side for me, but they have a salsa bar and you can nuke yourself to your hearts content. The scratch margarita is excellent.

I do not believe in lying. This place is so chill and the food is really good. Their service and customer care is impeccable. Get those happy hour tacos for $6. Best deal in town.

I ate a burrito. delicious. The beer garita was bigger than I expected and I got tipsy during the day. The store had a nice atmosphere and the staff were friendly.

Three of us and a newborn, enjoyed a variety of dishes and all were delicious. A small salsa bar to help yourself to was also clean and fresh even near closing. Great fast friendly table service. Lots of light at night and vibrant color. I always order the giant burrito when trying a new mexican place and I was not disappointed.

Consistently excellent food with quality ingredients. Servers are very friendly and accurate in the orders. We come here regularly and it is my favorite Mexican food in the area. I usually get carne asada or the seafood trio. Very good black beans too!

So so. The sauce this is only paper paper paper. there are no prices and size for alcohol, and you need to hope that the waiter remember the price.

Excellent Mexican food

Nice people, but the food is kind of expensive. The prices posted on Google Maps arent accurate. I let them know this several months ago and they said they were working on it, but it still hasnt been updated.

The chips werent amazing, so far ive only tried the huevos tacos(theyre good), i will be back a few times this week and post an update.

Great food and atmosphere and the staff was very accommodating and kind. But I was disappointed by the restrooms lack of a changing table at the supposedly family friendly restaurant.

Went to get a take out meal for my husband. Ordered the shrimp enchiladas .. What was in the take out bag?? Two miniature enchiladas in a small styrofoam box with about 3 tablespoons of each the rice and beans . 1 tablespoon of discolored pico de gallo and some wilted lettuce for 17.25!!! And a black hair on the avocado slice. Big thumbs down to this place.

beans were made on a friday and served on a monday. I asked the server myself! I will never come back.

Great food, friendly service, and the Margaritas are tasty. Salsa bar is the best in town (get the Borracho, you won regret it), and their Enchiladas sunrise is to DIE FOR. Easily my favorite mexican joint.

Not even close to real Mexican food. My wife is from Mexico so Im spoiled. Youd be much better off going to the taco truck parked at Chevron. Our meals tasted like they came out of a can. Overpriced as well. Salsa bar is not bad though. Service is average. Was a patron from 2005 to 2014. Wont be back. Watched the quality go down and prices go up.

The space is reasonably roomy with outdoor seating available. Service was fairly friendly. I just didnt care for the food. The Gold Fajitas marinade tasted strongly of stewed tomato, and no other flavors. The Deliciosa salsa (medium) tasted and smelled like red pepper, and again, no other flavors. I need more flavor!

The food is good, but not great. The salsa bar makes it all worthwhile. Also, there are typically bogo coupons in Kirkland coupon books which make eating here a great deal.
