Manager on duty was kind enough to include a promotion that was shown on website even though it technically wasn t available in Quebec. 10/10 customer service, highly appreciated.

Ever since the change of ownership the quality of the food has gone massively downhill. I recommend to not eat there. Its too bad because their service quality went up ever since the new owners, but food quality is now a 1/10. Food

This is my sons favorite pizza. He will not eat any other pizza. The staff is very polite and friendly. Its always easy and convenient to put it in order ahead of time and have it ready when I need it. Because of these reasons we are frequent to Flyers. I highly recommend the deep dish meat lovers!

Bad service , called to place an order and asked for the pricing , the service kept saying I have to type it in the cash I m not sure repeatedly and after asking three times to please say the price so I can bring in the cash. The mail on the phone said oh my God and took five minutes and said the price and did not give me a chance to say thank you and cut the phone very rudely.

Congratulations to the 2 employees who run the place in the kitchen, seriously I find them really courageous to begin with, thank you very much the wonderful service we received today we received great pizzas, well garnished, a very crispy crust with super good seriously toppings it was a 10/10 for service. We went there an hour before closing and then we were welcomed without serious indifference thank you very much Little Caesars Pizza Kirkland your customer service is incredible like I have never seen thank you very much! 5 stars!

Affordable and good food. I rarely buy pizza from this pizzeria because you don t really hear much from them in terms of advertising. I honestly I loved the food and it s reasonably priced. I would recommend - good food, great price! Especially in this economy!!!

Food was fresh and very tasty. Took the 4 flavor pizza and it was quite satisfying. New m&m cookie brownie however wasn t good, mushy weird texture. Would not recommend. Chicken wings are top tier for me, juicy and a good mouthful!

I have never had bad exp .. but today ordered 3pizzas don t know if policy or owners changed .. dough was thin not much cheese in the cheese crust.. was disappointed.. like I say never had issues before

I ve been going to this restaurant for over 5 years, never had any complaints generic little cessera pizza hot and ready as advertised.

I received someone else s order after paying 30$. The worse part was that I couldn t even enjoy what I got instead of my order since it had porc on it. Uber ended up paying me back the cost of the order, but I still lost 15$ on service fee s and tip and I have nothing to show for it.

Great. Service was quick. Polite and fun. Food was ready quickly and in li e with the estimate they gave us. Very tasty. Deep dish crust was light. Chewy and crisp. Nice sauce. My teenager loves this place. He says its best of the big chains.

Good pizza

This Little Cesars is a hidden gem in Montreal. Theres none really on the island so this is one of the only ones left. The pizzas here are decent and delicious. I one time tried their limited edition Quatro pizza which is like one whole pizza but with 4 different toppings in the corners of the pizza and it was good. The service is good and the employees are kind to their customers somewhat. Wait times may be long depending on the pizza you ordered. other than that no complaining about the food whatsoever. Of course it can be slow or take time when they are trying to make your pizza so you need to wait. Also their breadsticks with the marinara sauce is one of their popular choices at this branch. Get it with the two sauces marinara and the other one and you are good. Another thing is that they need to renovate the place or change locations.It feels rundown a little bit and old. The place looks old and has not spruced up or fixed because if they want to attract more customers they need to update the store. Other than I had no problems with the food pizzas or breadsticks at this location. Great place to grab a pizza from to time and will visit in the near future.

Little Caesar s what happened? Your pizzas are now 8$ they re smaller !!! And you don t even give marinara sauce with your bead sticks !!! That have also change, you got lost. Your taste ! What happened ??

Got the wrong kind of pizza once, got pepperoni burnt to a crisp a couple of times. You basically get the quality that goes with the price. Cheap is cheap! Parking: Tons of parking always available Wheelchair accessibility: Ground level entrance and floor. No obstacles for wheelchair accessibility. Reserved parking.

I went in for a pick up order. A pretty big order that I placed in advance. I give 5 stars to the kids working there because they were super friendly and polite. I give 3 stars to the lady making the food as she forgot to make one of my pizzas and I had to wait an extra 15 minutes while the rest of my order sat on the table. Then when my order was ready I started to check to make sure I had everything and the employee said it s all there . When I got home I saw that they gave me a cheese bread (attached picture) instead of the cinnamon bread I ordered. Needless to say that the wife and kids weren t impressed with me. Yes I should have checked everything thoroughly but I trusted the guy and got burned! Check ALL your boxes. Conclusion = young guys working there are really nice, the lady preparing the pizzas needs to pay attention more to the orders.

They owe me a pizza from before and they they couldn t find inside the system but with a good customer service I got my pizza finally

The last remaining jewl in the west island...its a guilty pleasure of mine loving Little Ceasars! The staff has always been friendly and the pizza normally hot and ready prices are exactly what youd expect. I personally I find the quality of the food has good up crust and sauce were on point. Its a fast food pizza thats a good value. (Please stay open) ahahah

Probably not the best pizza in the world but the best stuffed crust pizza in town. The service is always good; the staff is always cheery even though the job can seem very repetitious and mundane. I drive from Ville Saint-Laurent to Kirkland just for the pizza. Worth it. Beats Pizza Hut.

IF I COULD GIVE THIS LOCATION 0 STARS I WOULD. I usually like Little Ceasars but not this place. I rather drive to the next location. In my experience : The staff is terrible, extremely rude and do not care about their customers. (Wrong order and didn t follow instructions) Food is most of the time cold , soggy or hard. I refuse to return to this location!

I love little Caesars. Some ppl might say its over rated but its always fresh, right from the oven. First time I ever tried this place was when I used to live in Toronto. And when I moved back to MTL, I didnt have any other pizza place for awhile, bc it wasnt the same. The mini bread sticks are tasty. Perfect midnight snack when theres left overs.

I ve been buying pizza from this store for over two years and it always has been great for me. Don t know what happened recently but the last two times I bought pizza here my pizzas were totally burned and this has never happened before. Used to love the chicken wings with the hot sauce mixed but the last time it was a disaster . Won t go again unless I definitely have no other choice.

Ordered a vegetable pizza and it came as a black olive only pizza with a written message on a piece of paper : We ran out of tomatoes. Sorry Like if someone cannot run to the closest grocery and buy tomatoes for a vegetable pizza! Besides the crust was stale and cold.

I try to stop at Little Caesars every time Im in the area. I find it better than pretty much every place in Anjou Ive tried, the prices are better, and if youre short on time the hot and ready pizzas are literally the fastest food youre ever going to find. Its a shame that this classic chain doesnt have more locations in Montreal.

Very impressed with the young man working the counter. Very prefessional and hard working. Restaurant was crazy busy tonight. Pizza was awesome tasting. I will be back.

$6.99 for a pizza thats waiting for you? You cant go wrong with that. Makes for a great ( calorie dense ) snack. The sauce cups help personalize your pizza as a dipping sauce for $0.99. Giving this a 4 star only because once the pizza gets cold you might as well just throw out the leftovers.

The pizza leaves much to be desired compared to other chains/shops. Crust is not crusty outside and is too crumbly inside. Pepperoni were also pretty tasteless and there is very little cheese. Hard to put into words but we threw away more than half of it. Bought at counter, at least it was ready quickly.

First and last time ordering from this place. Pizza was of lowest quality. Maybe the one I actually ordered would of been better but...who knows? Stuff missing from order. Usually I would call the restaurant and find a way too fix the issue but in this case, since I will never be ordering from this place again I opted too share my thoughts.
