I am extremely disappointed and I won t recommend this place for anyone.They took 18 dollars from my account without my permission and I already tipped them cash.and I am waiting for the money back to my account

Its my favorite pizza in the area. I only get to visit when Im on business in the area, so its a treat.

Ordered pizza and salad for delivery and had an stated delivery time 35 mins later. I received a cold pizza 75 minutes later. Tried to call to location 3 times throughout the evening to refund the salad, but no answer. Service has declined over the past year.

Fun environment and atmosphere in DT kirkland, great and quick service and good pizza.

Last delivery the driver apologized for the delay. It was 15min past the estimated arrival time. I said no need to apologize and said that seeks is always worth the wait.

Floors and chairs needed to be clean. I had to change chairs, as sticky and full of leftovers...

Zeeks is my favorite local pizza place. The food is consistently great. The beer is really good too. Both delivery and dine in service is fairly quick. I love the open air environment at the Kirkland location when the weather is nice. Prices are reasonable (comparable).

Bummer service. Ordered online for delivery and got an email confirmation. When the pizza wasnt showing up I called to check in. I was told they didnt get my order and they are closed. They then indicated that the transaction would be voided with an insincere apology and no offer to make it right.

Great pizza!

We re new to the area, and we re just driving around, looking around. We were all hungry and wanted something to eat. Our child of course wanted pizza, so we ate here. We all got water, that contained no ice. Pepperoni pizza, that was ok .. it was burnt on the bottom, so not the greatest, and supper tough! We also ordered mozzarella bread which was not what I was expecting AT ALL!! I think total for 3 of us with a tip it was just over $50.

Large Dragon was cooked on the bottom, raw on the top and cold on delivery. They forgot the side orders as well. Even if the pizza was cooked properly, I still dont think Id be impressed for that price (>$60). Never again.

Delicious pizza. Full of toppings. Small 9 was more than enough for one person. Salad was huge and fresh. Good beer selection as well.

I have been going to zeeks green lake and the others for over ten years. Then I came to Kirklands zeeks. I ordered 3 slices for me and two friends working on a project. 19 bucks. Ok all good split three ways. Cool. But got the slices and they are mini mini slices. All three add up to one green lake zeeks slice. Further they doused it with so much pepper we couldnt eat it. Very very disappointed in zeeks Kirkland. The others all good excellent crust. But this one gave us inedible food and the three slices we bought were size of one normal green lake slice. So mad. I normally dont post but these guys ruined three peoples lunch.

I just tried Zeeks for the first time and I have added the app to the front page of my phone, and their number is now on speed dial. The Kitchen Sink is my new favorite. Absolutely recommend to anyone who loves pizza, or food in general .

The employees who work at this location are very polite and attentive, unlike a tall employee who was at the cashier, a grumpy person who does not even thank customers.

We enjoyed our experience with the healthy choices on their menu certainly contributing to that.

The girl who works here with the extremely grown out blonde ish / dirty blonde hair who had an orange hair tie on today was SO rude. Me and my family & friends noticed her attitude very quickly. We were very nice to her and didn t understand why she was being mean but it s fine. Will just ask for a different host next time. (the lady who usually hosts when we come is super sweet)

The pizza was delicious, but ordering was slow and the service was somewhat unsatisfactory.

I love the dragon and ice cold beer Vegetarian options: Yes have and very hood Parking: Parking is limited and the surrounding building that arent even open on the day i was there had metered parking on side lot but was nit posted in front of the main building only to the right and back be carefull eye out 65.00 ticket for privare lot parking . Terrible service from employees who worked on September 15th at lunchtime. Especially a girl who wears glasses, they are totally unprepared and unprofessional, they need people to teach them how to work.

The girl with the glasses is the nicest and best server. She made the whole experience one to remember. 5 stars.

Hi we ordered a pizza last night we live in your neighborhood. And it was horrible. It was absolutely horrible. Your delivery guy was nice the pizza was disgusting and horrible.

Zeeks is a staple of Kirkland that never disappoints. Their pizzas are always consistent, the staff is friendly. There s always a nice selection of beers and the tables are very comfortable and wide. Parking: There are two paid parking lots within a block of Zeeks. Free street parking exists but it s rarely available Kid-friendliness: There s always families with kids here Wheelchair accessibility: The place is wheelchair accessible

That is the worst pizza I have ever tried! In the same time it s most expensive that I ve tried! How did it happen?! I thought how pizza can be screwed?! Now I know how - it s just Zeek s pizza! If I cook pizza at home it would be 10x better, considering I can t cook at all! Also restroom is dirty, plates are greasy - I wouldn t recommend this place to anyone!

I love Zeeks Pizza, but my wife and I are still currently in the ER for food poisoning unfortunately. Absolutely miserable pain for hours and can hardly drink water without it being returned. Kitchen sink pizza sure made us feel like one. Became evident through multiple....events lets call it to avoid details for audience. No problems at other locations. Personal experience, and may not reflect others experiences. Like I said, pizza from Zeeks is good, but writing this in the ER will unfortunately change things for the both of us.

First of all these teenagers who work there are rude. I had requested an item that was missing from my pizza and the girl over the counter only gave me one option. I said I guess that s fine , as soon as I said that a teenage boy and girl workers walked passed me and laughed. No customer service on their part. In addition, we ordered to go so we wouldn t wait the thirty to fourth five minute wait and when we went to pick up we sat outside and were told it was for dinning only. First of all we may not dine in but we ordered pizza it wasn t like we were sitting at their tables eating from another place we got kicked out. The ten minutes we are our food at a different area the original table we sat at zeeks wasn t used at all. It was left empty the whole time. Overall the experience wasn t great with the staff. Don t recommend.

Great place for pizza with kiddos

Amazing place. We had the Veggie Thai pizza and it was delicious. The area is also a big plus, try to eat outside weather permitting.

Pizza was delivered an hour past the time they estimated (1 1/2hr total from time off order) - it was almost completely cold. I requested a discount when I called them and was assured I would get it but nothing ever came from that conversation. I was told they had a new system and didnt know how to create a discount on their new system. Customer service was very poor!

Awesome environment, it was really fun to sit outside and and enjoy my dinner. The waitress was awesome very nice. Very attentive. The pricing was out of the universe. $70 for a few beers and a medium Pizza for one person was crazy in my opinion.

Complete bull shi*t I get there and tell them I m pregnant and my blood pressure is through the roof because I haven t eaten in hrs and I m shaking and out of breath . I had already stopped at three different restaurants looking for food and they were closed or doing delivery only . So I order $50 worth of food and then they tell me they don t take cash that they could but wouldn t give me cash back . I m not giving them $10 for a pizza to be handed to me . So I had to walk out and run to a cupcake store near by and scarf a cupcake before i fainted . What as*ses they could have said we do card only when I showed up

Excellent pizza! I am Italian and I know my pizza! I ordered a large Puget Pounder It came 20 minutes prior to ETA!!! Hot fresh, Pizza to last us for dinner that night and the next night and one slice left over for lunch the next day! Hats off to Zeeks pizza for the best pizza I ve ever had!!! If I could give them more than five stars, I would! Dietary restrictions: We always order from Zeeks when we have family get together s. We have gluten-free People in my extended family and it s the one food we can all agree on! Parking: Downtown Kirkland near the waterfront Park right in front!

Easy to walk in and pick up your order. I would suggest grabbing a spot in the lot before Zekes - street parking is iffy at the best of times.

Ive been to pizza so many times, its one of the best pizzerias Ive tried, I highly recommend it. My favorite pizza is the Capricciosa, definitely to try. Friendly and friendly atmosphere and excellent staff, express every your wish.

First off, the ceasar salad has some non discriptive dressing that doesnt impress, the pizza is always great, and the service lacks attention

Pizza is okay, but their ordering is a mess. I ordered online, got there at the time they said, and then had to wait nearly and extra 15 minutes without any update from them about when it would be ready. Although I probably could have stood outside, the pickup counter is not visible so I had to stand inside, during COVID, for an extra 15 minutes. When I brought it up to an employee, they brushed me off and ignored me. DONT TRUST THEIR TIMES AND BE CAREFUL WITH THEM DURING COVID.

Went in last night and sat down with some friends. After 25 minutes and nobody had checked on us, I let the hostess know. Another 10 minutes passed before somebody came by. We ordered and after our items arrived another 20 minutes before anyone came back to check on if we needed anything else.

A fantastic array of options (traditional and not) for both the pizzas and bread sticks. They have both house offerings (customizable) and a great variety for a fully create-your-own. Our group tried 2 of the named pizzas and one personal creation and were very happy with all of them. Personal preference, I would try the Thai chicken pizza with extra sauce next time. We bought way more than necessary for the 3 of us, but it was all in the name of science and I love leftover pizza

I was on my way to grab some lunch, but upon arrival today, I saw a rather large dog standing on the table bench drinking water from a bowl on the table!! That bowl looked like a salad bowl! And no server or staff said anything as they walked by the table. Absolutely grotesque, I am not there to share food or germs with a dirty animal. This should be reported to safety restaurant protocols.

Very disappointed in our experience here. There seemed to be lots of servers but evidently no one in the kitchen. We waited OVER AN HOUR for our food and they did not comp any of the meal we ordered. They also had to change the order about 45 minutes into our wait because they ran out of large pizzas. There were probably 5 other parties besides us in the whole restaurant. We knew that their kitchen was somewhat backed up when we arrived, but with that extreme wait time and the change in order, we should have received a full compensation for the meal.

Love Zeeks, but sometimes the pizza, especially delivery can be spotty. Its good fresh stuff, but delivery isnt always hot and crispy. Otherwise its a great place to hang out and they always have great beers.

Veggie thai pizza has been my favorite here. Their gluten free crust is one of the best GF crusts Ive had.

Came to eat pizza in this joint and it took them more than 30 minutes to make pizza. Restaurant was not that busy for us to wait that long! Customer service sucks in this place. Never return back!

This place is extremely overpriced. I was about to order online and they literally added $11 to the menu price at the last second for a MEDIUM PIZZA. It was literally just under $30 for a one topping medium pizza that would be half that at an actual restaurant. Ive eaten here before, $30 pizza is not the quality they serve or even close to it. Just go to Little Caesars across the street. Its almost as good and less than 1/2 the price for a full meal with breadsticks and a 2-liter. Cant believe this place is still in business charging customers ridiculous prices like this.

Cool place. Went with a friend. The classic bread sticks were really good. Got a large pepperoni, pineapple, bacon pizza, which was pretty good. Good flavor and great with the provided ranch. The staff were pretty cool as well. With all the craziness going on they were still very friendly and helpful.

I wanted to love this pizza because they had good reviews and a lot of choices. But it was horrible. And for paying 60 dollars for two pizzas Im extremely disappointed. Barely any sauce, hurts your jaw to chew.

I asked to add bell peppers to my pizza, emphasizing that it was not spicy. I cant eat spicy food. The pepper was added but in large chunks of hot pepper! plus to everything she was burnt from below. my dinner was ruined. And I paid 55 dollars for it. Before that, I once bought at Zeeks pizza in Kirkland, everything was great. But now I am very disappointed !!!

Unfortunately, the experience at this restaurant is the worst I have had. When I came in i asked about the waiting time and I was told 15 minutes which was excellent! After, the 15 minutes passed we checked in for status and was notified that due to some unforeseen issues with take out orders it would be another 30 minutes. While this was inconvenient, we were drained from a day of hiking and decided to wait. After 45 min of waiting we again checked status and was told 30 minutes nothing has changed, it s still 30 minutes as if we hadn t already waited.... In total, we waited an Hour and a half before the Manager came over to explain that while he could seat us it would be yet another 45 minutes before they would even get our food out. While I could see they had a situation on their hands and weren t seating anyone, they never, not once tried correcting their mistake. What is most disappointing is that we weren t informed earlier so that we could have chosen somewhere else to eat. We now have a 2 hour drive ahead of us and it s 9:20 at night. I highly suggest that they be more courteous in notifying customers of delays.

I was pretty disappointed with the service. We ordered 3 mini pizzas and an order of bread sticks. When the waitress brought our 3 pizzas, she forgot to put our order in for the bread sticks and said we would have to wait behind a couple of orders before they could began our order of bread sticks. I thought it would have been common sense for them to make our order a priority since it was their fault and we already placed an order before those other orders. We had to wait an additional 20 minutes after eating our pizzas to receive our order of bread sticks.

Ordered a tree hugger pizza and it was very tasty. Got the small one and it was perfect for me and hubby to share, along with the Greek salad. Sat at a sidewalk table and enjoyed the small town feel of this section of downtown Kirkland. Its nice that theres still places where people nod and say hello to strangers, and where the streets are clean. Zeeks takes full advantage, along with the other venues on the street. Fully recommend.

Considering that were regulars, I cant believe that I havent reviewed this place before! We love Zeeks! The kids love Zeeks! The pizza is fresh, the toppings are fresh, the crust is bubbly and perfect! Were big fans of their Thai pizza (because its yummy and unique). The wait staff are super friendly. One of them even gave my children a piece of dough each, which kept them quiet and in their chairs for the entire time we were there. In the summer months they can roll up their garage-door style doors and folks can sit outside. We cant wait to come back!
