Anthony’s HomePort Kirkland Anthony’s HomePort Kirkland is located on the Eastern shores of Lake Washington with stunning views of Hunts Point, Sand Point, and the Seattle skyline. This location was founded in 1975 and was the very first Anthony’s HomePort.
This place was a perfect pick for my dad's 48th birthday. Very good food and beautifully cooked salmon. Atmosphere was awesome even though the power went off; the staff handled it perfectly. Even gave us cards for appetizers and free drinks as a compensation for the power going off. Great place, would recommend. Good prices 👍
Had an amazing meal here… As always! Service was impeccable. My first time ordering the Weathervane scallops and they were to die for!
Heard good things about their all-you-can-eat Dungeness crab Sunday dinners for $55, so I booked a reservation for my family last Sunday. It was truly a delightful and absolutely delicious experience from start to finish. The complimentary valet parking was great, service was impeccable, the Dungeness crab itself was fresh (served hot or cold) with large meaty pieces and accoutrements, plus the seasonal peach cocktails were a hit. We had fresh green beans, corn, and potatoes on the side as part of the meal. My 3 year old ate an entire kid’s meal 6oz steak dinner too (& lots of families had small kids). All in all, I would book again without hesitation for the value, beautiful sunset view over the water and ambiance, and quality!
We tried the all-you-can-eat crab on Sunday for $55 per person, but it was definitely not worth it. The first round was just okay—the crab was cold, but at least it was a full crab. However, the second round was really disappointing. All I received were a few loose, mostly empty legs. I wouldn't recommend this experience.
Place looks great when sunset. First we waited about 10 minutes just for the waiters to come up. Second took about literally hour or more for food to come out. I ordered steak with shrimp. $46 dollars got me literally 4 peace’s of small shrimp, 6 peace’s of 1/4 of potato and a small steak that was literally raw. Also the waiters said that all this food comes with a side dishes for free, nah $12 dollars for salad was added and $8 dollars off soup added which was supposed to be free.
Pros: - BEAUTIFUL harbor view, absolutely perfect for a sunset date - Solid service - Hearty portions - Reasonably priced Cons: - Food a little heavy, but quite tasty There’s a handful of restaurants on Kirkland that have slightly higher quality food, but Anthony’s HonePort is solid all around. 4.5/5
It is a famous kirkland waterfront restaurant and the view is spectacular. Sunset dinner menu is amazing and such a good deal. My complaint is they only have GF dairy based desserts. I had a hard time afterwards due to my lactose intolerance condition.
We had friendly service, great food, and beautiful views. We came for an early dinner and the restaurant wasn't too busy. We ordered off the copper river salmon and seasonal strawberry dish menu. 1. Seafood tower - this was great for the group to share with the calamari being my favorite. The fried dishes were prepared well, still light and tasty. The ahi taro chip nachos were a close second and delicious. (7/5 🌟) 2. Copper river salmon cakes - these were soooo good. Some of the best salmon I have had (7/5 🌟) Overall, everything we ordered was tasty and fresh.
Fine dining with excellent menu and service, even reserved parking. This will impress her! Went there for our anniversary and it exceeded our expectations but we didn t order off the top of the menu.
Don t come here for brunch.
We had the crab stuffed mushrooms, sockeye salmon, sirloin steak, and chocolate cake with peppermint ice cream. All wonderful. Nicely decorated with holiday lights in dining room.
Over the years, quality has gone down. Food was marginal. Service was rushed and felt obligatory.
good
The food was delicious although the portion size was on the smaller side. The service and atmosphere were also good. I did take off one star in the overall rating because the cost here is higher than similar restaurants. If you arrive before 5:30 pm on a weekday they do have a 3 course meal at a reasonable price. Parking: On a weekday there was enough garage parking but it is not very big and I suspect it will fill on a weekend
Fantastic dinner experience the other night. Everything we ordered was stellar. Great service as well and a beautiful view.
We had been here for the first time and we loved it. Absolutely everything was great.
Lexi is great!!! She deserves a raise!
Lexi is a great mixaligest (server) and appreciate her very much.
I was there for Sunset dinner on a Thursday night and they really do a nice job for the price. However, they just replaced the steak with cauliflower steak . Sorry, that changes everything.
Great food, great service and great views!
Waitresses are super nice.
Food is good, service is nice but cocktails are really bad made. Bourbon smash and mojito they are not well made. Basicaly alcohol with juice. Food
The environment is great, the staff is very patient, but there is significant room for improvement in the food.
Excellent food and service. Great view. Easy free parking. The toilets are even free. What more can you say?
Excellent place to eat, and you cant beat the view. Their sunset special is fabulous!
Excellent seafood with incredible views
Ive been here twice, and both times I had great experience. Wonderful atmosphere, very friendly and attentive service, delicious food! Spotless glasses (a must for me). I would highly recommend this place.
Delicious black cod. Cooked perfectly!
Consistently delicious food. Have never been disappointed. Great place to take guest for a great dining experience.
We were in downtown Kirkland around 8pm on a Wednesday, and we wanted seafood. Lucky for us, there was a table available. We had an excellent table with a Lake Washington view. We were looking salmon and fish and chips. Anthonys always delivers. Service was fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal.
Certain locations in the restaurant get very loud. Still great views and food.
I had the top sirloin steak on the $33 meal. I would have enjoyed another meat option on that plan. We also had the shrimp meal, which was very good.
I decided to give Anthonys a second try after a very abysmal dinner experience a few years ago. Figured it couldnt be too hard to screw up breakfast. Sadly, they did. The San Juan Scramble was so bland, given the yummy description on the menu. The eggs felt like a premix and were not good, the herbed sauce was oddly flavored and the cheese wasnt melted properly. The potatoes served with the scramble were mushy and seemed like they had been nuked (maybe not but the texture reminded me of nuked food). The slice of bacon was delicious, so yay for that. Hubs ordered fruit instead of potatoes and he barely got any! Like two strawberries and two slices of cantaloupe. So disappointing. Hubs ordered the seafood omelette and said it was just so-so. Given the price, he said it was absolutely not worth the money and again thought the egg used was some sort of premix (guessing the same used for my scramble) and very tasteless. They accidentally messed up our order and brought out an Eggs Benedict. Knowing it would just get thrown out, I asked them to box it up for us. I have to admit, it looks quite tasty. I mean ya cant use a premade egg mixture for eggs bene so thats probably a safer choice than the scrambles or omelettes. Lol All in all, Im glad it took me two years to try this place again and I will not be giving it a third chance. Tasted like low quality ingredients. So much blandness. The ONLY thing I will rave about is the complimentary cinnamon sugar coffee cake they bring out for the table. YUM! Go for the beautiful view, grab a mimosa or coffee and eat the coffee cake!
We ate outdoors. The waitress was very friendly and helpful. The lobster dinner was excellent as were the appetizers of clams, calamari and coconut shrimp
All you can eat crab! Every Sunday in September! Highly recommended. RESERVATION is a MUST.
Hidden gem
Always a great place to eat at, especially when they offer the limited time AYCE crab.
One of my favorite restaurants: beautiful scenery (there isnt a bad seat in the house) and delicious food. Ive been going to Anthonys for years and they never disappoint.
Waiter was polite, but not overly friendly. Food ranged from AMAZING -crab fettuccine, to meh-steak and fried oysters. The ambiance inside and the view of the water made the experience ! Cocktails and wine were all fantastic.
Lovely place, great food, very nice waiter. HIGHLY recommend, especially with a window seat
Our server was amazing on the patio. Had to wait a little before being seated but everything else was wonderful. It was a perfect date night.
Its always fresh, tasty seafood
Really very well eaten, the meal was really excellent, the prices are fair given the quality of the restaurant. And a view of the magical lake.
Unfortunately this is the last time I m going to be disappointed by Anthony s. We arrived for our reservation. We checked with the hostess about table status after about 20 minutes and a walk in couple being seated to be sure they hadn t forgotten. The hostess then covered her mouth with a menu to say something to her coworker. We waited and then checked again. At that point she seated us. We got to the table and waited some more, having to wave down a waiter. The waiter had first attended to the adjacent table to check for any additional drink orders. We got in an appetizer order in before he continued on (we were not asked). We were being treated like an inconvenience. After almost an hour from reservation time we decided to simply go. It was an unpleasant situation from the start and just not an enjoyable way to spend an evening. We don t usually have this type of experience out but similar unpleasant experiences at Anthony s restaurants. This was the last time we will go at an Anthony s restaurant. We ended up going very late to Cactus restaurant in Kirkland and had an absolutely wonderful experience that redeemed the evening. Thank you Cactus!
Good place for dinner dating, and they have free valet! Food taste is OK but not outstanding. Atmosphere is perfect, and its more cost-effective than some famous restaurant in Seattle. Parking: free valet!

People, is this the best you can do writing a bad review? At this place, theres a game in town and youre it! Forgetting the very mediocre bas-cuisine, the service is a joke. And with service this bad, you have to wonder how your food is being handled. They secured the location, and thats all thats needed.
Lovely water front Kirkland views, home town location.
One of the best seafood + bar experiences ever. Beautiful view, awesome service, amazing food, and wonderful drinks. Definitely will recommend trying this location to anyone I know.
Brunch with a friend good food on the patio. Lovely sunny day and they sat us taking the sun exposure into consideration.
Great place for a late Mother s Day meal!
Food
very good food and very friendly!
I was very excited to try 3 for $33 and wow it did not disappoint. Here is my detailed review of the evening: - got seated and was very excited to try rhubarb cocktails. Very reasonably priced! Tried the rhubarb / strawberry margarita. Lovely. - apps were a highlight! Great Caesar. Salmon dip was amazing. - oysters were also great! Very cool to have a specific Anthony s oyster. - Mains were a classic (I got prawns and loved the butter sauce). Also loved the Chardonnay I got to go with it. - dessert was AMAZING. that baileys chocolate mouse is Overall great evening and will definitely be back soon!!
Arriving after 1p on a Sunday we walked right in and sat down at a window viewing Lk Wa on a sunny day. Always a delight to eat here!
great food and atmosphere
Overrated and poor service throughout. I wouldn t recommend this place to anyone unless you wanna waste some money.
Nice view, great cocktails. Fish was little bit dry, crab cakes too greasy, artichoke dip was good.
Great waterfront view, wonderful place for a brunch. The menu isnt much, but enough. Great drink options. The signature bloody Mary tastes amazing.
The best seafood restaurant in the area! Phenomenal lake view when the weather is nice
Always great!
My server was amazing!!! The food was great! Love this place.
A beautiful sunny evening, an excellent view, moved us to a different table upon request, and the food was great.
Great food and friendly staff. The location and views are amazing Food
A favorite! Great food, great service, great view!
Could NOT get dinner in the bar.
Paggy serve us very well. Loving her vibe and beautiful smile.
View is perfect, but food is not good
Top notch food, service, and a great waterview! The crepes were divine.
The food was good and the service was great.
The food was alright and way overpriced. An entree salad with a little crab and a bunch of miniature shrimp was $34. And mine had a big shell in it. The fish in the fish and chips was crunchy but very fishy. For a pricey seafood joint, the fish should be more fresh. I think Anthony s is past its prime. Parking: Covered parking, but not enough.
The only thing I can say is disappointed and didnt even eat there. We went for an all-you-can-eat crab special and were told when we got there they had already ran out. That was the main reason we were going there to be honest, so we left. They do have their own parking but you best not have a tall vehicle or you wont make it. I would have probably left a better review had we actually eaten there.
Somehow I did not get good pictures in low light environment. I wish to pick up a time for lunch rather than dinner. Parking: About 20 spots of free garage parking and a few street parking (additional to unknown valet parking)
Were a big fan of Anthonys in Everett and really enjoyed our time here as well! Fantastic sunset views!
Always a great place to relax, have a drink, and have a fantastic meal looking over the water.
Classic spot to dine! It was my sister s birthday and also, her and her boyfriend s first ever Anthony s experience. Our server was amazing! A calm demeanor, friendly, displayed a great balance of giving us enough time to catch up and also answering questions on the menu. She loved the Oregon Coast Shrimp Fettuccine and then wanted the cheesecake and ice cream for dessert. They put a birthday candle for both of them, making her feel really special. Spectacular all around staff as well from the moment walking in and of course, the ambience is always a treat. Thank you guys!
I had the clam chowder, crab salad , and peppermint sundae. This place in Kirkland has nice views and atmosphere, and there is a variety of items on the menu. It is worth a visit.
It was a very good experience
This place we came out with my coworker for a xmas party and the view and atmosphere was so amazing watching the sun set and being able to see the water is just spectacular. The service was amazing and food came out very coordinated given how packed it was. We did the 3 course meal option and i ordered 1) salmon dip which is what you see with the crackers 2) salmon and shrimp for my entree 3) burnt custard for dessert I would the best part was the dessert hands down lol . I didnt order any holiday drinks as the boss man was paying and just didnt feel right. The appetizer dip was one of the best season dishes ive ever tasted it was really really flavorful Overall place is nice for special events such as ours.
Our family tradition brings us back here for my birthday annually. The waterfront ambiance and quality food at reasonable prices make it a perfect spot. Its a fantastic fine dining option thats budget-friendly. However, the service tends to be slow and somewhat underwhelming, the only drawback to an otherwise great experience.
really flexible hospitable staff. we made a reservation for @4. then, the day before, we called and moved it to @8. then we got stuck in traffic in the pass so we called and they let us come @8:30. food was good. friend had clam chowder and she loved it, but everything else was pretty mediocre. if not for the great service i would give 3 stars.
Its a brunch spot with a great view and no need to wait for a table or a reservation to chat. Its in Kirkland downtown. To be honest, there arent many choices. However, you can have fried oyster and chowder in the morning. The price is not cheap and the portions are relatively large. Pre-dinner cakes - the blueberry cakes are quite delicious. Free sea heat. Just order it with a cup of coffee and its enough for breakfast hahaha San juan scramble - enough for two people. The bacon is fried very crispy but too salty. The eggs are very tender. There are red onions and some cheese in it. It has a lot of milk flavor. The side dish is fried golden small potatoes. Latte - Its just bad. The milk foam is not dense and there is no latte art. Its very perfunctory. It cost about 40 dollars for two people. It s so expensive in the United States.
Great evening for a group of friends!
Anthonys is always all-excellence!!
I like the bread and cinnamon butter spread
Did happy hour. Had the calamari and poke. The we had a half crab each. All very delicious!!
Always a Seattle favorite doesn t matter the location. Seafood, food, things to eat! If there were 10 stars for ambience they would deserve it. Food
Beautiful food, served incredibly beautifully! Some of the best service I have ever experienced. I was a owner of a 7 unit fine dining group out of Tampa 80s thru 90s and have enjoyed many epicurean adventures. This is beautiful, classic late 20th century culinary art done at its best. Warfside Lakeview views immediately lowers my blood pressure. Vegetarian options: One guest is party is Vegan and was extremely happy with the choices available to her. Parking: Building design is so very mid-century with clever protected parking that delivers a brief walk to elevators that wisk you off directly to the restaurant entrance. Very Handicap Accessible! Great celebration venue incredibly produced! Wheelchair accessibility: I use a upright rolling walker, plenty of handicap parking, just feet to a brief elevator ride right to the host stand for this beautiful restaurant.
Food and service were both awesome. Need shades for the 90-degree days so you can sit in front of the windows without burning. Spent a lot on a dish that seemed very sparse in expensive ingredients, but the peach drops were delicious. Prawn melt in your mouth too. Parking: Number of free spots in the downstairs lot isnt many. They have free valet which is really nice. Wheelchair accessibility: We had no issues with space, restrooms, or parking with a wheelchair.
Seafood was great
Incredible waterfront dining with amazing lake and Seattle City skyline views that has been part of my extended family for decades. Treasured memories of celebrating my mothers birthday here with my brothers every year until she passed away. Such amazing seafood and a great selection of entrees as well as some very creative dishes that will always make you. Wish your hungry all over again. The upstairs is excellent for just a quick snack in the view bar area and the serving staff here is always so attentive and warm and friendly. One of my top recommendations in a small little lake front town that I have watched grow up into this cool little village bubble. Come to Kirkland, come down. Denise
Cant beat the sunset happy hour here. Great time
Always reliable, even after all these years.
Loved the sunset special (weeknights before 530) had clam chowder, rainbow trout and burnt cream. All delicious! Treat yourself.
Food and views were very nice. Enjoyed their brunch menu. Eggs Benedict, French toast, and avocado toast were delicious.
Anthonys is a reliably good restaurant especially for fish. Our party took advantage of the sunset menu (before 5:30 on weekdays). 3 courses for $29 before tax. We all had the trout which was cooked perfectly and moist. I would have preferred less breading on the fish, but the trout flavor still shone through. Service was friendly and unobtrusive even though we spent a lot of time talking and catching up before we ordered. Nice, comfortable place! Still good food and the sunset menu is a great deal. Parking: Plenty of parking underneath the restaurant
Food is toooo sweet, but warm service and good place to enjoy brunch.
Anthonys HomePort Kirkland offers a delightful seafood dining experience with fresh catches, stunning waterfront views, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. I dined there with a friend when I visited Seattle for the first time and it was a great experience. I had a 3 course meal , starting with a cup of clam chowder which was absolutely delicious, then the king salmon chargrilled served with mashed potatoes and green beans and my dessert was a peach slump served with vanilla ice cream... Divine a glass of Chardonnay .... I just love good food and good company #Foodlover
The best happy hour in Kirkland. Goes until 6:30!
Anthonys never disappoints. Food is always good, service is impeccable and view is stunning.
This was my first visit to Anthony s on my trip from Canada . I loved the atmosphere and the views. The service was also great. Food wise, the calamari was just ok but the crab cake and the seafood fettuccine was top class. Would visit again.
We went there for our anniversary. Everything was wonderful! <3
Our family (2 adults, 5 young kids) went to Anthonys for Fathers day and had a wonderful time! It was our first indoor dining experience in 2yrs. and we enjoyed ourselves and the delicious food. So excited that they are serving brunch again. My husband even recognized one of the servers from a couple of years back. It was a sweet moment. We will definitely be back!
Wheelchair accessibility: Park in the garage and take the elevator up and there were no stairs to our table. Specify you have a wheelchair when making reservations. Food
Great food, wonderful atmosphere and awesome service!
View was nice, food was better than average but not great
Well we went for anniversary dinner, made reservations for 6:15. Sevice was super slow, and we were seated in a corner . Im thin but it was hard to get up gracefuly from where i was seated. Didnt enjoy my visit. Food
Great food, service, and view over the Lake Washington.
This Anthony s is so cozy, and love the seasonal huckleberry martinis! Clams were great! Be back soon
Awesome place to grab dinner and watch the sun set. Parking is fairly accessible, and theres a valet option as well.
All you can eat Dungeness Crab festival is back this October, Sunday nights. Most people ordered the crab feast. My family enjoyed this.
Had dinner with my wife in the upstairs open seating area. Our waitress was fantastic! The atmosphere was excellent! I had the King Salmon which was delicious. The best part of the meal was the Huckleberry slump dessert, I would highly recommend!
Our food was great, our waitress was amazing, the restaurant had a clean cozy atmosphere, we loved the view and watching the boats. The huckleberry dessert (slump cake) was amazing!
Always coming to have good seafood in pleasant atmosphere
Wonderful brunch, delicious food, good service and a great view.
I visited this place for the first time on a very busy Saturday dinner hour this past weekend. The restaurant was packed, and although we had reservations, it took quite a while to be seated. The restaurant was dark and somewhat cavernous. Got the impression that the restaurant was packed with tables as tightly as possible. Our four top was wedged in a space that required Tetris maneuvers to enter and leave the seating area. The waitress was young, energetic, and attentive and seemed experienced but also overwhelmed, probably with the number of people in her section. For example, I didnt see any evidence of expediters or bussers and the servers had to do everything themselves. We ordered our food quickly to save the server trips to our table. Our food came out relatively quickly, but she made a mistake on one of the entree orders and that created a 30 minute delay for the correct dish. We ordered an oyster on the half shell dish, plated on a bed of ice. The oyster seemed surprisingly fresh, however, there were some shell fragments in one of the pieces I was eating. Some positive notes: The server was graceful in serving and pouring wine. The wine I ordered was quite high quality. One in our party had a seasonal blackberry mojito that looks delicious. The salmon that I ordered was well prepared, but there was a very tiny amount of vegetables as a side that I found odd. For dessert, I had the burnt cream. I dont think I would want to return on a typically crowded night. In order to test the food and atmosphere, I would recommend coming for breakfast or earlier in the day before sunset.
We ordered the mushroom appetizer and the prawns entree. The app was good but the entree was ok. The star though was the dessert huckleberry cobbler (dont remember the exact name). Always order that if you go !
The outdoor dining was a beautiful ending to a great day.
Food is great. Service is really slow. Kinda loud for a nice restaurant
Enjoyable place to end an evening. The food, the service, the view made for a beautiful evening on our last day in Seattle. Everything about this place was perfect.
Service was really great and the food was good but not great. Enjoyed the valay parking. Thought the restaurants offerings were overpriced regarding the amount and quality.
Nice place, have good time with friends.
I hit the all you can eat crab and put in that work. The complimentary valet for my large SUV made it easy to pull up and get busy. The crab kept coming & it was amazing. I was able to catch the Seattle skyline sunset from the bar and plan to return this Sunday for the final day of the promotions. A+ experience Parking: Easy breezy
Embarrassing. This was my first time here and I am never coming back. Booked a table for my birthday dinner and when we were seated, we noticed a spider had built a web in the overhead lamp. When we asked the server to remove it, he was kind enough to do so with a paper towel, but he knocked a layer of dust onto our table while it had bread on it gross!! When was the last time those lamps have been cleaned?? Also the bread plate they initially brought me had dirt on it so I had to ask the server to replace it which he kindly did, but how does a mid-upper scale restaurant like this miss that and serve a dirty plate in the first place? Then, when the hostess first came by to give us water, she only filled my girlfriend s cup and then left. Didn t acknowledge me and left me hanging ?? I was also disappointed with the size, taste, and texture of the crab and corn souffle. It was so small it was like a cracker, dry and chewy, and tasted like really bad cornbread. The rest of the food was slightly above average. I was greatly disappointed with my first visit to this place and was expecting a nice birthday dinner experience, but sadly didn t get it. Will not be returning.
Great place to celebrate with friends and family. Always consistent always good. Not cheep but you get a million dollar view( I guess its probably closer to a 5 million dollar view now!)
Went to the lounge the bartender (young woman with pony tail) neglected me and my friend. Not the first time she has been this way. Never brought us a menu. Didnt serve us and was too busy dancing and talking to the old gentleman at bar ( owner?) She was rude when I finally left my table and went to the bar and said, we havent received a menu. It was as if I was putting her out! Her shirt was a mess and her hair was too. This isnt what I expect when i go with friends to Anthonys. We decided we wouldnt be ordering the food we had just asked for and when I said we were still thinking about food. She said oh well I didnt put the order it anyway! How much more abuse can a customer receive! She walked right past us twice and never acknowledged us. I am very disappointed. Get a nicer server!!
Great food and atmosphere
This crew is great! Keep up the hard work!
For the price I paid it wasnt anything special. The atmosphere is great if your 60+ and are cool with boring, overpriced food.
Absolute 10/10 the view, amazing service and a well crafted menu. This place bleeds with casual class and romantic undertones.
For the price mediocre food, although the chowder is fantastic (better than Ivar s, which I like). Good service and amazing views. Based on more than dozen meals there.
Our server was great, the meals, a tad disappointing.
The serving staff was very professional. Our waiter made everything sound great! I could tell she was trained... Not necessarily a real vibe from her. I commend her for the professionalism. The crab dip was too fishy for some. I noticed salad shrimp in it. Im sure thats why. Why is there shrimp in a crab dip? The Alaskan sea scallops could have been cooked by a sear to each side. I feel like someone dipped them into a deep fryer. No good! The rice needs more flavor/sauce. Over all I like the marina atmosphere. The chocolate cake was awesome!
Very much understaffed. They re doing the best they can but they need more help.
Went here for drinks. Nice atmosphere, good drinks. However, several of us in our party got overcharged on our credit cards with the tip.
Anthony s is guaranteed for good views and tasty seafood. My family and I love coming here for brunch!
