9745 NE 117th Ln, Kirkland, WA 98034, United States
Traditional Thai cuisine served in a dining room graced with wall murals & lanterns.
Absolutely horrible restaurant. Food was incredibly mediocre at best (coming from a long time Thai food lover). Waitress was blatantly hating every second she was there; felt like she did not want to serve us from the start. Overall atrocious dine-in experience, I would highly suggest not coming here if you want to have a nice meal/experience.
We all love this food. A great Thai restaurant in the area
Such a terrible experience and horrible customer service. My family and I ordered delivery for dinner ( we have eaten here and gotten delivery on more than one occasion from this location before) however this time the food was terrible. While the food arrived hot, all 5 dishes had absolutely zero flavor. We ordered spice level 2, however the food had no spice and no flavor whatsoever. Because we spent about $200 on dinner in total we called as the quality was not where it has been before, we were simply told to "order higher spice level next time if we wanted flavor". Truthfully the food didn't even taste like any salt was even used. My aunt proceeded to go in person to the restaurant to see if anything could be done as this was a very disappointing experience, they refused to do anything. We will never eat here again. In a time and age where customer service is so important to establishments success, clearly it is not a priority here.
When we first moved to Kirkland back in 2002, Noppakao used to be one of our local favorites. I moved here from LA, re land of a thousand Thai restaurants, and i dared say the 2002 Noppakao was up there with some of the best I've had. Over the years ownership changed and so did the food and after several disappointing experiences we stopped going. On a quiet Monday evening we worked later than planned and had to scramble for dinner. Our usual go to restaurants were closed so we thought we should give Noppakao another try. There were only 2 other tables there with us. We ordered chicken wings, pad woo sen, and Lemongrass chicken. The chicken wings were not fresh, tasted like the wings had long expired before being fried and served up. After a couple bites i could not eat anything anymore and we just left with much sadness.
You can enjoy great Thai food after a stroll around the Juanita Beach area. This restaurant has an attractive exterior, interior, and really delicious menu options. The service was timely, and the prices are reasonable. We felt very welcome to stay after the meal and enjoy more beverages and good conversations. A large attractive fish tank is a special featured decor. Booth and table seating are optional. It is a wheelchair friendly place with a peaceful vibe.
The service was very friendly. Our food came out hot and the portions were large! The thai ice coffee was great. I love the high-back, large booths. Noise level was minimal and the restroom was clean. For reference, we arrived at ~6:30 pm on a Wednesday. We were seated right away. I will return soon. :)
It's been awhile since I've been here. The place has gotten a little worn in. My menu was a little sticky which I didn't like. The service was really good. I liked all the dishes we ordered...tom yum soup, 3 flavored trout, crying tiger beef salad, appetizer sampler. They are also on the passport which was a bonus. I would go back.
We ordered red curry and pad thai. If you following my other reviews you know these two kind of dishes we (almost) always order. I can say their food is one of the best thai food in Seattle's & surroundings. The worker doesn't talk too much which you might experience cold welcomes, but who cares as long as they do their job and the food is good, I'd like to recommend this place! The price on the menu doesn't up to date I guess, after we got the bill, but their price still reasonable. The only thing is I feel the toilet a bit creepy, I'd try not to go to the toilet if I visit the restaurant again.. good food!
The middle aged lady who was manning the counter as well as was responsible for taking the food order was downright rude. She had no patience to take the order, or answer any questions about the menu options, and sounded irritated and rushed. Such a bad customer experience
Pad thai was a little sweet. The waitress was not happy, not good service & she was busy talking with her coworker.
Ordered takeout. Ordered cashew chicken and it came with no cashews. Not one. And it tastes fishy even though its clearly made with chicken. Wont go there again. Ever.
4 of us in our party of 7 mentioned to the staff that the tofu, tasted off. He responded by telling us we were wrong and that he fried it himself and tasted it and it was fine and he walked away. He then left the uneaten tofu at the table while he cleared all the other dishes. The tofu remained until we left. Disappointing as we loved this restaurant.
Wonderful service and food
Pad Thai smelled like puppy breath
Wonderful service and amazing food!
Noppakao Thai Restaurant impressed me with both their food and service. particularly enjoyed the Pad Thai, which was flavorful and perfectly cooked. The staff was attentive and friendly, making for a very enjoyable dining experience. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for delicious Thai food!
Ive never been to this Nopakkao, but its just as great as the one in Mil Creek! The Tom Kah soup is the best. Also good, the Pad See Ew and Thai Fried Rice! Food : 5/5
I wish I could give a zero. I ordered swimming rama through Doordash. The food arrived with raw spinach and some frozen chicken on top of it that smelled awful and some peanut sauce on the side! It was the worst Thai food Ive ever had in my whole life. I will never order food from this restaurant as it is only waste of time and money.
Best pad see ew
The ingredients are not fresh. And food is too salty.
This restaurant gem for Thai food. The owner and staff are delightful. We frequent this restaurant regularly for dine in and take out and they always take great care of us. The food is delicious every time and its consistent. I regularly get the Massuman curry!! Yum! I highly recommend visiting here. The atmosphere is great too. They have several large fish tanks to complete the feel of being in Thailand. Parking: There are plenty of free parking spots in the parking lot outside.
Great food and service! Ordered here both takeout for quite a long time and dined in, always enjoyed it.
Great food and great customer service!!! We enjoyed our experience a lot, and will definitely return :).
Ordered Green Curry, Eggplant and Golden noodles. We loved the food. Flavorful, good service. We enjoyed coming here and will come here again.
I had spicy curry, the usual I get from Thai restaurants. Very well done
One of our favorite Thai restaurants for 15+ years. Always top flight food.
Disappointing. The service was attentive and friendly, but the dishes were quite bland. Even the dipping sauces lacked complexity. For the price, there are much better Thai food options.
The food was good, however, I had to ask 3 times to get extra sauce for my mixed vegetables and chicken which equated to more waiting and food getting colder. Server was nice but food is kinda on the spendy side. Parking: Plenty of parking except at meal hours.
Very rude Staff! Enough said!
Authentic Thai taste and hospitality! Tried the panang curry and cashew chicken, which were very tasty. Perfect (Thai) level spice with the authentic Thai chilis offered on the side to adjust for extra heat. Hands down the best Thai food we have had in the Seattle area, we ll be back to try the Tom Yum, pad Thai, more curries and mango with sticky rice. Topped off with excellent service and nice ambiance s
Be warned, this place is addictive!! Hands down the best Thai in town! Their Sen Me is amazing and I crave it at least a few times a week. Their customer service is incredible and they always have smiles and kindness to give along with their delicious food!
Delicious! The duck curry is our favorite!
Great food with great service!
Been three times now and somehow they added zero flavoring or sauce to the phad see ew this time. Usually it is a black soy sauce if I remember but this was just rice noodles, broccoli, and beef. Delivery order, otherwise we wouldve happily mentioned it. My favorite food on top of it when done well
Amazing service, very kind and attentive. Food is great and inexpensive.
Delicious food and good services. I love it.
Best Thai place in town! I love this place so much that I drove all the way from the other side of the town to come and eat here. Fresh food, clean place and friendly staff. Thank you so much.
Mmmm
I had an issue through door dash with my order with missing & left food! They were quick to respond, resolve, and even gave me extra! Everything is hot, delicious, and good portions. Beyond the snafu with DoorDash, the to-go order was packed excellent for transport. Thanks!
Good vegan options. They usually do the order well and correctly and when not, they fix it complimentary. Honor. Love supporting local businesses whose food and art are authentic to the ethnic culture. Wonderful staff including Bo who really respects the customers.
Service was great. Multiple employees checked in with me to make sure I was doing OK and had everything I needed. I ordered 2 entrées and both had great flavor. I ordered a 4/5 star on the spice level for both and felt it. I drank my Thai iced tea and water faster than usual to dampen the spice...thats what I look for in a Thai restaurant, food that makes me feel the heat on the upper level spice meter. Pleased with the portion of food, I enjoy having leftovers. I will return!! Thank Noppakao!
Good service, my water glads was never empty! Definitely get the chicken satay they were delicious.
Tofu pad thai is amazing and can be made vegan upon request (I ask for no egg or fish sauce). Big portions.
Absolutely amazing pad Thai and crab delight!!
Great portion sizes, amazing flavor and very kind staff, would highly recommend
The only thing they cooked well was the tofu and soup , beef tough , trout was not flavorful . Would not recommend
My partner & I are regular customers and enjoy the pretty good Thai food. The taste is pretty consistent most days which is great since it s a place we have come to rely on when we re craving Thai food.
Food
Amazing cashew chicken, everything was cooked perfect and the sauce was so flavorful. Plus finally a place that gives you a decent amount of sauce. Service was also excellent. Pricey but rice was included and worth the money for sure. Will definitely be returning!
Not sure how this place doesn t have a higher rating - some of the BEST Pad Thai I ve had on the Eastside. Our server was super nice and attentive as well. Great experience all around.
Very consistent delicious food. I have been enjoying their cooking for many years. Not sure why their review is low. Their curries a full of vegetables and meet, noodle dishes are addictively amazing, and yummy salads.
I have no idea why the rating of this place has a low rating !! I visited this place for my mom s bday and we got the best service and amazing Thai food! I have been to a few Thai places including some fine dining places and this place beat them all in terms or food and service!
Be careful when you order a takeout at this restaurant. I ordered a Sweet and Sour Trout ($20 meal) and found out when I got home it was dry, maybe days ago, and taste awful.
This was a Go To for yrs for us for both dine in and take out. Always consistent and excellent. The food has been disappointing over the past yr. The dishes/ flavors we ve previously enjoyed aren t the same.Average at best. No longer worth the $$. Looking for a new Go To Thai.
Yes. This is it. Do come here. We love Thai cuisine and while it s almost always good we found this to be exceptionally tasty. The staff are so warm and welcoming. The prices are fair and the servings are generous. We look forward to dining here again soon. Our child appreciated be sat near the fish tank :) Vegetarian options: Tofu option for most dishes
Service was atrocious. The server didnt write down our order, then came back a few minutes later to verify the order again without writing it down. She didnt bring our potstickers, and when she brought us our main dishes, she brought us two of the same dish. At least it was what one of us ordered. We had to wait for the correct dish, and had to ask for potstickers again. She then asked if we still wanted the one plate that was incorrect, and we asked if we would need to pay, and she said yes.... Even though Im sure she just threw it out. What a waste of food. This seems to me that she just doesnt care, and doesnt take the time to do her job correctly.
fantastic food fantastic service amazing everything super super nice people great
I only come here for the fried rice. By far the best I ve ever had and worth the price every time.
This is the best Thai restaurant! I ordered takeout and everything was so fresh, flavorful, and amazing. The employees are so kind and the prices are very reasonable. It s also super clean too. This is definitely my new favorite restaurant!
Good Thai food! We had the crab dumplings and chicken satay for apps and they were tasty and also probably the largest portion of chicken on each skewer of satay which was great and perfectly cooked, not dry like some. Did all our dishes family style, 4 people, 4 entrees and had plenty for leftovers! Special fried Duck Curry was delicious, their different-named version of swimming rama, red curry, and pad Thai, all good. One thing is as a group some of us like spicy and some need pretty mild. We ordered everything 2 star and some dishes were a little too spicy for two of our group, they still enjoyed it, just with more water, lol. If youre sharing with a group like us and have non-spicy folks, order no stars or 1 star and then just ask for their tray of spices and oils to spice to taste if youre a spice lover, and everyone will be happy!
Ordered a noodle dish. It was so bad. It didn t have any flavor. I have been to a lot of Thai restaurants and this place by far is the worst one. Would not recommend it. I talked to other people too and they had the same bad experience.
Best Thai food on the east side. Great vegan options as well.
They are slow as hell
Excellent Thai food. We have been going here for many years (lately ordering food), but always with 100% satisfaction. We also discovered a VERY TASTY soup, Tom Kah, which you really need to try. I have also had a couple types of curry (along with some other dishes), but my go-to dish would have to be the (wide noodle dish) Phad Kee Mao.
We there to celebrate my brothers birthday and we had great service and wonderful food. Highly recommended.
First of all they are extremely slow like other have mentioned. If you are a delivery driver beware! They are extremely rude, will pick others before you. You will actually be sitting there and they will be smirking. When I asked how long it will be the staff told me dont worry about it and sit down lol.. Wish this was fake news, but unfortunately they dont like delivery drivers.
Outstanding garlic pork. Ill be back for that
Service was good but the food is mediocre at best.
Ive tried the Pad Thai, Pad See Ew, and Tom Kha Gai. Pretty basic dishes, but all met my expectations. Good food, but service could use some improvement. Restaurant seems like it would have a nice ambiance in non-pandemic context.
Best Thai food in the area! Their pad Thai is hands-down the best Ive found. Only reason for the star deduction is that it can be quite inconsistent. Some days it is amazing, and other days it can be so so.
Love, love love this place. I have been coming here for over 3 years now and have never had a bad experience. The wait staff and behind the scenes people are all amazing. The food always perfect, I usually get the coconut, chicken soup, however all the food is fabulous. Love it.
Best Thai food around here. Love the Thai basil fried rice.
Been here twice with my at first girlfriend, and then fiancé, and going there now the third time, she s my wife
Friendly Thai place, great food, friendly staff. They have been at this location for ever and popular with the locals.
Ordered take out pad see you, massaman beef curry, jasmine rice and sticky rice. Good food and good service!
The BEST Pad Thai Ive had since moving to Washington. Perfectly peanutty, not too sweet, and exactly the right amount of spicy at a 3. Crab Rangoon was equally as delicious. Perfect amount of cream cheese, not too sweet, and the dipping sauce was awesome! Highly recommended.
Our go-to Thai place, gotten most items off the menu and love all of it
Good food, friendly staff.
Pad Thai was delicious and the portions were huge! Service was also great
Tried to order to go at 915 when they said they were open till 930 and they told me I couldnt order. Get you businesses in line, this closing early is getting really old. At least tell the truth on your hours of operation
Great lunch specials, tasty and relatively fast with online orders.
Great lunch specials, relatively quick take-out; large portions.
Very friendly staff and decent food. A little too expensive.
I had the Phad Kee Mao paired with a plum wine. Food was excellent and arrived quickly. I give 5 stars for the service. The team working here was excellent. Very friendly and attentive staff.
Walked in at 8:59 and they said very rudely that they were closed. They close at 9:30.
Good food, my favorite satay peanut sauce. Excellent service Thursday nights.
Great service with prime location with free parking. Our server was very polite and caring help us to understand the item. Its good for people who like thai would recommend to visit this one. 1 of the item we didnt like so, server understood and remove from our bill. Very nice and thanks to management as well as serving staff.
Good food just the owner its not very friendly
Chicken bone in my meal! Good thing I only broke one tooth.
BAD SERVICE AT THE COUNTER, IT SEEMS THAT THE RULE OF THIS PLACE IS TO TREAT CUSTOMERS BADLY, THE EMPLOYEES DONT KNOW HOW TO THANK THE CUSTOMERS!!!
Excellent service and quality food. Each dish had amazing flavors! Glad to find this Thai restaurant.
Nice
Meh. Overpriced and not very good. I can find some of the best Thai food for under $10. For their prices, the food should taste better.
Have eating here for years. Love their crab fried rice.
They are great!
Amazing culture, food and management here. Highly recommend! Been going here for years with my little brother, family and wife.
Some Staff not wearing masks
I ordered from DoorDash so payed over $25 (with tip) for pad Thai, but wow. I loved it and for the first time, since moving here over two year ago, a Thai restaurant actually read my request and acted on it and made it extra spicy! This is now my favorite Thai spot on the eastside. I can t wait to dine in when that s an option. Ordered: Pad Thai w prawns (xtra spicy) - note: serving is enough for two people or two meals.
Doordash had 4.6 rating. Dont know why . Average food quality, did not feel authentic Thai taste.
Love their food from crying tiger to phad thai and thai sticky rice with mango. Everything is so good and the service is wonderful. They work so hard and make you feel like family when you are there. Dont miss out on this gem when you are in the area. You wont regret it!
old lady is super rude, need to fire her!!!! everytime she has my food ready but says its not ready, it just sits behind the counter getting cold, gave me wrong food multipul times, she makes the company look bad! fire her!
They are always busy so that should give you a good idea at how awesome their food is. This location and the one in Everett are excellent
Excellent
great Thai food, fresh ingredients; but the servers are very unhappy.
Great customer service. They accidentally gave me the wrong order and had no problem fixing it. On a side note, when I picked up there were 4 women yelling at the young waitress and waiter and just being nasty. If you re reading this, you all should be ashamed of yourselves. You re grown women, please act like it. Thank you for the great customer service!
The tastier Thai restaurant so far. Good value for pickup.
A good option to get takeout from. I will likely order here again.
best thai food
Very Bad customer service.
Love the food and the service was great.
Ordered Panang Curry & Phad Thai Curry: typical small portion that you would expect from a thai restaurant here in WA. Tasted good and worth ordering in the future. Get it if youre about quality. Phad Thai: The portion is big. I think I had this over 3 meals. Thats how much you get. Problem is there wasnt a lot of meat so the ratio of meat and noodle was off along with the veggies. It didnt taste spectacular and was just average. Get it if youre quantity. Forgot to mention. I had stomach problems from eating the pad thai every single time. Dont know what was in it (wasnt spicy) so just be aware.
Delicious!!!! Lots of very traditional items on the menu I havent seen at most Thai restaurants. Give this place your local support!
Great food nice atmosphere
Not great Thai food, not bad either. Its meh
My favorite Pad Thai in Kirkland
I didnt dine in yet. But the staff whom I tried to place order was so worst. Have no other words to describe. She made me wait for ten minutes on hold and then didnt have patience to get my order for even a minute. She hung the call when I said give me a second.
Still a very solid place for Thai food and great service! I had a noodle dish and it was delicious. It remains one of my main go to Thai places in the area. Ill definitely be back.
Food was ok, but service definitely needs to improve. I got takeout here and although my food was ready, they didnt even realize it was ready and it was just sitting on the table ready to be pick up. Luckily i decided to look at the table and saw my food. Foodwise, The pad thai and calamari salad was pretty typical. The ribs was on the chewier side and the halibut was a little overcook as well. It is a big place so maybe it be better dining in
I used to order pad thai from here all the time. The spice-level has always been inconsistent. I would order the 4* spice level and some days it would be so spicy I could barely eat it and sometimes it would have no spice at all. A few months ago I found a hair in my pad thai and I thought it had turned me off of this place for good. But today my coworker and I decided to give them another chance because everyone makes mistakes. ANOTHER hair in my pad thai today, and the spice level was basically a 0 when I asked for a 4*. Never again.
I am a regular customer here, love their curries! The service is not very good but I almost find it charming.
I wont go anywhere else for Thai food! Sadly moved north, but hoping the Nappakao up here is as good as the one in Juanita. Preferred Dish: Green Curry with Chicken!
Horrible food. If I could, I would have sent back all the dishes. We ordered lemon chicken and it was so unappetizing, we didn t even take a bite. It says it was supposed to come on a sizzling hot plate, which it didn t. We weren t even sure if it was chicken. We also ordered the Laird Gai or some chicken cabbage wrap dish and it was just disgusting. They add this raw couscous seeds in the meal which just stick to your teeth and taste horrible. All the food was so smelly and just made us feel nauseous. This place does not know how to make Thai food at all. My family and I won t be eating here ever again.
Great Thai!
Great thai
Emerald Curry on the menu says it includes fish balls but there were none. More of an issue with the Orange Sauce dish, the orange peels are cooked into the sauce making it taste horrible. Who eats orange peels?
Thai basil eggplant 3 spicy works (2 spicy can t cover the bloody smell of the meat) Popular spot -> Order your lunch before 1130 to avoid waiting long time
Located in the Juanita Beach area in Juanita Village oh, I really enjoy there Thai food. Good size menu with lots to choose from. Fast service.
Check your takeout order!!! Placed a $95 order for a smorgasbord of dinner options. Picked up on time. The paper bags were stapled shut so I didn t bother checking the contents. Bring it home (20 min drive) and discover that they forgot three different sides of rice. Thai food just isn t the same w/o rice. Called the restaurant and was essentially told to go fly a kite. The best they could do was refund the rice which they mentioned is FREE with most entrees. Yep, they offered to give me a refund for my FREE items. What a farce.
I order Uber eats on Thanks giving evening. After an hour there was no driver so I went to pick It up myself. Not only did they stay open late on TG so I could come get my food, they remade it so it was hot when I picked it up AND gave me some free spring rolls. Appreciate you guys.!
They have fresh and aromatic stir-fried noodle dishes, fried rice, and curry. Weve had takeout from here several times and every dish weve tried is good! The mango sticky rice is tasty as well. The monthly coupons in Valpak make this restaurant an even better value. I highly recommend this local spot for your next Thai food meal.
Restaurant with the rudest staff in Kirkland !!!!
The employees are very rude, I was having dinner and saw two employees being very rude to a delivery man!!!
Great atmosphere and the food was really good. Best thai iced tea!!
Wondeful food, great service. Exactly what i need to start the new year!!
Taste good as dishes are altered American style. It s like extra sugar and ketchup added. If you already know authentic Thai dishes you may not satisfy.
When we lived in Kirkland this was our go-to Thai restaurant. The food was always delicious and the service excellent. We ate there a few weeks ago for the first time in about five years, and were really disappointed. The Tom Yum soup (which used to be the soup I judged all other Thai restaurants by) was lukewarm, tasted bland, and was completely different from how it used to be made. The other foods we ordered were equally disappointing and the service, as others have pointed out, was quite slow even though the place was almost empty. I dont know if they changed owners or chefs or recipes, but something was definitely different. Makes me sad for what was.
Good food but the staff arent very friendly
Love it!!
Good food, good service, decent price.
Food was really bad tasty Service is very not good and then not best communication Your guys check customer reviews.
Get lunch once a week, always fast and delicious. Phad se ew is my favorite
Excellent food competitive prices quick service. Pleasant personality.
Very tasty food and nice ambiance. Their prices are very reasonable and we are planning on returning sometime.
The food is good, The atmosphere is decent, Well worth it for the prices
Solid Thai food. You get a lot of bang for your buck when you order out. The interior is a bit dark but we usually get takeout.
Quality of service and quality of service both have gone down significantly. Ordered appetizers and then ordered main dishes. They served both of them in like 5 min and rushed us out in 30 min. Pathetic food. Would never go again
Great Thai spot in Kirkland! If you havent tried them you are missing out. Highly recommended Ive come for years and always enjoy the meals they serve.
Food is decent. Service is lacking. Will be back but for the food and for Togo.
Staff is friendly. Food is fast, fresh and tasty.
Ordered take-out of 5 star spicy Tom yum chicken soup Se ew noodles w/tofu Panaang curry w/ beef Boyfriend said second best panaang he has had however not spicy at all (we eat Thai spicy relatively frequently) Tofu was well seasoned and portion was good for the noodles. However noodles were not cut so each one was a LARGE bite, meaning each noodle was 2.5 inch or longer and hard to maneuver. Also not 5 star spicy, more like 2 or 3. Broccoli extra crunchy Tom yum soup was disappointing with 1/4 - 1/2 tomatoes not cut ( like how am I supposed to get that much tomato in my mouth at once?) Not bad, not memorable
Horrible customer service. Lady who takes order on the phone does not speak English. She cannot understand the order, then she says I have other customers and hangs up. Lost the client forever.
Used to go there regularly since day they opened. Last time there found they must have sold as the food was terribly disappointing, not one good dish. Tom Kah Gai soup contained nothing but too-large mushrooms. Panang Curry NOT the formerly delicious curry. When even the fried rice is a loser, you have to listen and realize its a failure.
Just went to buy 5 order for my crew, and the lady at the front desk had a terrible attitude seems like I wasnt going to pay, they when finally got my order to go I notice that she didnt put any fork or spoon inside, so I ask her for some which she only gave 3, I told her that I order 5 dishes and she looked at me an told me you should told me how many u need in a really bad manner. Honestly havent try the food but I know for sure the service its the worst.
Food comes out piping hot. Fresh vegetables and seafood, however the flavor is inconsistent and staff is not very friendly and argumentative. Well see if it improves
Good food. Fair prices. We got the Tofu Red curry and the Pad Thai
The best thai salads Ive ever had.
Best Thai food in the area! Always great quality and portions are huge.
Ok this place is no good ,customer service is zero ,they don t care to be even open on time or close on time ,, they say that the are open till 9.30 pm today I called to order some food at 9.22 pm and the told me they are already close,, VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE,
Foods pretty good, sometimes a bit too sweet. Price to portion is reasonable. Thai iced tea cup was only filled 80% after asking to not put ice in it
Really good food!!!! I ordered the Thai fried rice (chicken) and these crab wontons, and I was so presently surprised! The rice was exactly like expected, maybe even with a tinge of garlic, and they definitely did not hold back on the quantity as well. I asked for it spicy and spicy it was made. Crab wontons were really good as well, and the presentation for them was even better even though I ordered my food home via doordash. This is definitely going to be my go to thai restaurant (:
Cost savings they don t provide utensils for take out. I got to the park to realize that I cannot eat food and then food is cold. This is. Cost saving measure but brings lots of inconvenience to customer
Best Thai food anywhere.
Always good food. I have been eating here for years and have never had an issue. Just good food and good people.
Since Thai kitchen is no longer in Kirkland my wife and I have been trying to find a new Thai place to eat at. This is the third time now that Noppakao have messed up our order, and left out food that should come with the order. How do you leave out the rice? Seriously!
Ive gone a few times and my experience has been mostly good. People are nice and the food is good, if a little bland. The meals are pretty large so unless you have a huge appetite, you should be able to get two meals out of it.
Some of the best Thai food I have had. Try the Cat s Eye Rama - Doesn t sounds the most appetizing, but is soo good!
Asked for no onions, received onions
Fast service good food the serving are big and its affordable
Went here a while ago with some of my friends. They started us off by handing us a wanton soup bowl that was clearly not washed and dirty. Then, despite my friend specifying he wanted a specific not spicy dish with no peppers, they gave us a spicy noodle dish and peppers with no better quality than top Ramen. Finally the server, who was an extremely rude woman, came by when we had all tried to the noodles oh, that wrong dish, then never came back again with the right dish. When we confronted her about the dish, she demanded we pay for it and said what you gonna do, call cops? As we were resolving the issue and expressing our frustration, the busser came out of the back, slammed the table and went you pay or not!? resulting in the waiters son to start chanting fight fight fight. If I could give 0 stars I would, but this made for a pretty good story for a party after our dinner. To the people who rated this above one star, you must be a homunculus or a primeape, because you are not yet evolved enough to be deserved the title of being a human.
Again I drive for UBER EATS and DOORDASH and this place is a Kirkland HOT spot!! The food is excellent, quick, and the service is GREAT!! You can have it delivered which is equally GREAT!! Finally had the pleasure of eating here and it s now one of my favorites!! Didn t even know I liked Thai food this much! From 1 to 5 , Delicious!
Some of the food is a bit to sweet, but that is my only negative. Otherwise it is a fine dining experience. Friendly employees and great service.
The paintings and props with a Thai feel and the food tasted good. Sanmi noodles are delicious. There is a lot so I packaged it.
Great food and service
Yum!! I recommend the Thai Fried Rice, prices are pretty fair, service is fast and friendly and the location is good but always busy so parking can be tricky.
Pleasantly surprised at the attentiveness and quality of food. Will be back! First time tonight.
I would give them zero if I can. So disappointed experience. The service is super slow. And the woman who served us , she is not pay attention , and slow movement with everything. We have ordered a to go order, but they start cooking it when we check out. Terrible!! Definitely not coming again
The waitress hardly paid attention to us, when we came in for lunch. It took her 10 minutes to take our order and we re in a limited lunch hour rush, since we had to go back to work. She took our order and told her we are ordering something to go, ahead of time, so it will be ready by the time we are done with our meal. So, after we re done, I asked for our bill and my to go order. She kept saying it s coming. But, she forgot to charge us with my to go meal and just letting the cook know of my to go order, just as we were about to leave the restaurant! This has been the worst service ever! They were so slow and unorganized!
Very good! Love the peanut sauce
Just an ok Thai place. Nothing special.
