Definitely the best Thai Express Ive ever been to. The staff are really nice and welcoming. No matter where I am in Montreal I always come to this place.

The food was good, but the restaurant needs some love in terms of cleaning and cleanliness. The bathrooms were bathrooms, the restaurant too. I think the ceiling could use a good cleaning...

The worst food I ve had in Montreal in a loooong time. Rotten vegetables, raw onions, and rice that is beyond old. Who wants to pay 25$ for guaranteed food poisoning from a chef that s high out of his mind?

Ordered shrimp pad thai with extra vegetables, didn t receive one single piece of vegetable.

Service is fast and friendly, food was excellent. Finally some people who know how to work the wok and balance heat and flavor.

drove 30mins, only to be said the fryer is closed... its 2:45am. so much for opens until 3am these new crews.. wheres the old crew? them they serve until 3:01am.

I just stopped by to get some soup for my kids and my daughter found a spider in the soup.

I can t believe the price of Thai express. I think this may very well be my last order. I paid $20 leaving there with a meal for one (no trio). I know prices have gone up but for a takeout order for one it was too expensive. I could have eaten at a sit down restaurant and paid cheaper. Really disappointed. And the food but not so excellent that I would have said it was worth the extra bucks

Last night, I ordered green curry and there was ZERO curry. Just bland rice, chicken and vegetables without any sauce or spices. My wifes pad thai was also very bland. Maybe we got unlucky and got a bad/new cook? Also the location on google maps was a few hundred meters off.

My wife and i loved the soup..the cashier who helped us explained everything on the menu and recommended to try out the tom youm soup because the change of the weather did not help us. Thank you young man for the recommendation you will definitely see us more

Insane level of stupidity and laziness...30 minutes for a simple General Thai take out. Never go on a Sunday afternoon...only one person behind the counter and probably the slowest one I ever seen

I never share a review for fastfood places but I had to for this one! Ive tried so many locations of Thai Express this one was amazing! Food not too oily, and fresh. Great job definitely noticed a difference.

Not the best. Shrimp spring rolls are not good. They fall apart. The peanut sauce comes in a very small amount. They don t really check your COVID pass. The guy didn t even used a scanner!!! This doesn t look good at all ! Avoid!

The server was super rude, was on the phone the entire time while I was ordering and while I was there. The two orders I place was cooked for about 5 seconds each and tasted really bad. And even though it was super fast to have it cooked, we waited a long time to receive our order because cleaning the wok and counter and talking on the phone were a more important priority than giving us our food. I have been to Thai Express several times, but I will not go back to this location.

Zero taste, zero effort, and no where close to the quality you should be getting for the price you pay. The guy working there doesnt care.

Bought a gift card here for 25$ cash for my friend the machine didnt work with it for some reason and the employee was completely unable to help barely knew any english this place is grimey and dark.

One of the good Thai expresses, very courteous service, super nice cooking and nice portions. I will return there without any doubt.

Food is alright. The owner there is cheap. He changed all the 20oz bottles for 12oz cans to save money. No cool cause you for board says 20oz.

I find it pretty handy to memorize the Thai express menu so that when I get invited to super fancy parties, I can sound exotic when I talk about the intricacies of basil.

Bad service. Employee was not able to answer my questions. No nutrition information. Even tried to locate my meal online to find nutrition information and was unable. I thought this was a requirement as per Canadian law?

Typical Asian quick serve. Decent food given the price. Shares the premises with a M Burger. Plenty of parking. There is a movie theatre close by so you can grab a bite before or after a flick.

Friendly staff and great food, in my opinion and experience at least. Wait times can get pretty bad during rush periods. Highly recommend the General Thai Poutine!

I was not as lucky as most. The only staff, the chef and cashier at the same time was not friendly at at all. I asked for 1/2 tom yum and 1/2 regular broth in a small size soup and he refused to do it. Oh well there are plenty of other thai express around. Will go elsewhere

One of the worst Thai Express Ive visited. I ordered a very spicy pad thai...nothing like it. I asked for peanuts, but the manager brought out a one gram bag as if it were a brick of gold.

The workers looked completely exhausted and overworked on Saturday night when we ate there before our movie date. Sad part is, this location only had two employees running both Thai Express and oburger on a Saturday night. The cashier was running back and forth between both counters in an attempt to keep up with the clientele. Our hats go off to the fantastic employees at this location, they both did excellent work and that is the only reason why we are giving this place 2 stars instead of 1. Just because it is possible to squeeze that workload onto two people doesnt mean you should. Sometimes the pros of paying the one extra employee to be there to pick up the slack when the momentum shifts far out weighs the cons of having to dish out one more minimum wage. The manager must be on another planet if they think that this form of underemployment is maximizing profits in any way. Its a bad look and gives off the impression that the person who is running the place could care less about customers ordering their food on time before making it to their movie. It also showcases a complete disregard on behalf of the owner when it comes to the mental well-being of the workers. The employees werent complaining at all and were taking it like champs, but it really wasnt hard to see through the tired look in their eyes and the way they were carrying themselves. It took 35 minutes to get our food, way beyond what one would expect with only 4 people in line in front of you. But once again, I wouldnt even think about blaming the employees. We saw two couples walk out after taking notice to the wait time. We almost walked out as well, not because of the wait time.. but for the reason why the wait was long. A managers negligence shines through way more than negligence on behalf of any employees. Some may criticize the workers at first glance, but the problem runs much deeper than the workers themselves. Its a shame, our pad thais were some of the best weve had at any Thai express so far. We dont think we will be returning though. Next time we want to hit up the colisee, we will eat somewhere else.

I was a regular customer to that Thai express and I enjoyed every time I went there with the Asian family who was there, who was working there.Now they changed the chefs, it s not the same thing as before. All those 5 stars are from their family who are rating the restaurant. If you wanna try go ahead, sorry for everyone who didn t have the chance to meet the old chefs. The place is dirty and not well maintained since they changed the staff.. very disappointed that they left.

O Burger. Average service. No smile. I had to repeat my questions several times. No service in French. Correct hamburger, nothing more. The bread was almost cold. A little relaxed music would have helped with the ambiance. The place is way too hot; I had to leave quickly because I was too hot. The employees disappear as soon as they have served us.

I went there today and bought a pad sew instead I got the wrong order and the food was cold so the noodles tasted like plastic. Im never going back. Very unhappy. The story was dirty too.

SO NOISY! Very stressful visit today. The meat in both my husband and my meals was very tuff. Didn t ask me if I wanted my pad sew spicy and just didn t add any spice at all. Apparently men s bathroom toilet has flushing issues as well. Never going back.

Walk in and no one was there and then they finally appeared and in no way in a rush to serve me. If your gonna run a business do it right and dont put someone with the emotions of a slug to serve paying customers.

Ive been going there for ever this place can get super busy on the movie time. But its fast and get great service. I love this place and I recommend for everyone.

Horrible customer service and mediocre food.

Food was great however both the person taking our order along with the chef did not understand us either in French or English plus they were very rude. Considering the fact that this particular location was right next to the movie Theatre plus the fact Friday and Saturday evenings there are a lot of people going to the movies, they should have staffed it a lot better. One cook and one person at the cash taking orders from many customers. I have no sympathies for any businesses especially franchised ones that do not staff their places properly and likes to do this on the cheap. I can understand Family or very small individual businesses where there are simply not enough resources; but franchises or large scale businesses; to do this, is absolutely inexcusable and unacceptable. Unless there is a change in the staff in the restaurant or action taken by the franchise, I will not go back there - strongly not recommended.

Not my first Thai Express, but my second time here going to see a movie in the afternoon and stopping to eat there around noon, and both times, not impressed. Service was very slow, they are understaffed, they had two people that were trying to take care of both Thai Express and the O Burger. So when one was at the burger, the other was handling boxes. I ordered a Chicken Yellow Cury and some of my Chicken was undercooked or I had a hard time chewing it. I had to spit out a few pieces the last time I went there. I usually take this plate at other thai express, but this one had no taste. I couldnt taste the sauce, it wasnt spicy at all, and usually they have pineapple sweetness that will cut the spicy, but not here. I give it 2 stars, because the other people I was at said their plates were alright, but mine wasnt. I dont think Ill be going back there again anytime soon.

Food was good, portion generous. For 20$ we got one pad thai and one cari, I was concerned about the portion I got since I took it to go, but I had plenty. I was really happy with the price/quantity and it was pretty good! BUT there is always a but, the cashier I got didnt seem to understand french nor english and it took some time for him to get my order right. He seemed to be really rude and didnt seem to care to much about what was going on. He seem annoyed at me that HE didnt get the order right the first time. Will I go back? probably not for the service but for the food yeah.

Staff is lazy and really dont care about customer service. The girl that is always there seems to be talking to friends or on the phone every time I go(dont know who hired her but they must either be her parents or clueless). The cashier/cook at the thai express doesnt seem to care one bit about anything and he also doesnt seem to speak any english or french. I felt like I was offending him by ordering my food... Ordered a general thai, started to eat and realized there was a hair in my food. I thought it might have been my own so I pulled it out and kept eating. After 2 more bites I realized there was a total of 3 long black hairs in my food.Went to the counter and again the guy at the counter seemed offended and pissed that I was complaining about hair in my food. AVOID eating at this thai express and this will definitely be my last time eating there.

Slow...slow...slow..slow..service, no respect for costumer.

I order delivery from them very often and service has never been consistent. There has been moments where they forget utensils, condiments, etc that have been requested for in the comments. This time, when I selected to have delivery to be done as soon as possible, the delivery STILL has not arrived almost an hour and a half later. I called to ask about the progress a while ago and they said, theyll be there within 15-20 minutes. Youre kinda far, you know. It has passed that time and theyre still not there. I dont appreciate them being late and also being extremely rude on the phone. If my location is far, you leave earlier so that the delivery can be made in the max one hour promised. Not only that, Ive also faced rude drivers. Not appreciated at all. I wont even comment on the inconsistent quality of the food delivered.

I am reviewing the O Burger portion of the restaurant. Got horrible service from the lady; she was rude and seemed to be expecting a tip at a fast food restaurant... The next day, boyfriend and I were extremely sick. Burger was probably not cooked properly...

Food was good but cleanliness horrible!!!! Not even one table clean. Bathrooms disgusting. Garbage bins full and dirty. Restaurant completely empty with two employees who clearly dont do anything. We even had to wait for the guy for 1 minute, because he was smoking outside. What a shame for the Brand.

Absolutely the worst Thai Express around. I spent $13 for an order of General Thai and Beef Pad Sew, both extra spicy. What I get, a single take out boul with the two orders mixed into one. I didnt bother correcting the mistake and walked out. Back at work I sit down to eat and immediately noticed a weird odour. The Genral Thai was a funny beige colour and smelled so foul. As well, the Beef Pad Sew had equal amounts of chicken in it which was not ordered. Needless to say, the entire order was thrown away. Should be mentioned that the cashier doubled as the cook and he could hardly speak english or french. The 10min i waited fir my order, the other staff member spent the entire time leaning on a trash bin talking on his cell.

Worst burger EVER! Went there less than 2 months ago and ordered a vegetarian burger. The one I received was FROZEN (except for the salad and slice of tomato) so I asked for an other one. The second one come around...still frozen but less than the first. Again, went back to the counter and the manager told me well, all the vege burger are the same so even if i make an other one, it will be the same. REALLY???? So they know something is going on with their vege burger and they still sell it??? Everything is wrong with this place Finally, I ended up by having a falafel burger and I declined the extra fries as a compensation for the whole situation. Never going back to this place!
