We were a big group and ordered gyros and sandwiches, everyone was impressed. The gyro stood out. It was tender, full of flavor, and one of the best I ve had in the US. I highly recommend trying this place. The food is amazing and I hope they don t change a thing.

One of the best and most delicious Turkish meals Ive ever had! My wife and I went there for lunch on a Sunday and were absolutely blown away by how tasty and fresh the food was.

This was our first time here. My daughter ordered food to go, I had asked if any of the pastries were vegan. He gave an annoyed look, i figured he might have not heard me so I politely asked again do they have milk? His response was all have milk you can t make dough without milk and walked away. Awful feeling after that, very rude we WILL NOT be purchasing from this place again.

Authentic and family owned and operated. EAT the meat pide. You will love me for it.

THIS is the place to go when you want authentic, homemade Turkish food!!! Had an incredible doner chicken and doner beef/lamb plates. Ms Alanya makes everything from scratch daily. Its about 20 min wait for Turkish Pide (pizza). Last order placed is 6pm and they close at 630pm. Love this place so much.

The man that took our order was so nice and welcoming. Food was good. Really liked the kunafe and sausage pide. We ordered to go and went for a picnic by the water. They were kind enough to provide utensils. I ll return and try other dishes!

TL:DR - 8/10 - A little overpriced and cramped. Decent food/service. I very much enjoyed the food. The service was pretty good. The prices were slightly north of proper and they will charge you too much for anything more than the minimum. Worth a stop if youre nostalgic. Vegetarian options: They exist per the nature of the cuisine. Parking: You will have to walk to this location a bit.

Best gyro in seattle (ive tried pretty much all). Food is all halal. They also have halal turkey subs.

Their lamb and beef duner plate is amazing. Ive had it in Istanbul before and this place is truly authentic. Try their home made salty yogurt drink called Airan.

Nice couple own the store. Tried the iskendar and döner sandwhich kebab and both were amazing. Homey and delicious food, definitely coming back on a rainy day :)

Real deal, the food is fresh and delicious. The owners take pride in their work and it shines through in each of their dishes. I tried the beef sandwich. The meat is high quality and highlighted by careful seasoning. The hot sauce is tasty too!

The food was excellent. Dessert was better only thing missing was air conditioning.

The owners are very nice. The food is good. I only tried the lamb donor as this is my favorite Turkish meal. I wish they have Turkish kabobs but I think the place is too small to add kabobs . The desserts are good too. Parking is so tough.

This place should be called the no-doner place. We ordered takeout for a doner sandwich and the doner pizza. There was like 10% meat in both the sandwich and the pizza. You don t do a $50 bill and leave the customers chewing on bread. Very disappointing.

Best doners Ive ever had and such generous owners who brought out Turkish tea for us to enjoy with our baklava! Well definitely be back!!

Fast service and nice people. Some of the best doner/shawarma wraps you can get. Halal Meat and chicken is on a rotating spit which gets it cooked well and charred evenly. Good mount of toppings and sauce. A little pricey but can be filling. Will come again if I m in the area

This place smells delicious, even from the outside. It made my mouth water before I even stepped in. I stopped by for some gyros and bakalva, I am in love with both. You can tell they are made in house, the flavors are so rich and delicious. I will be coming back to get more baklava and to try the coffee!

I love Turkish food and this place has great Turkish food! Ive eaten a lot of iskander kebabs in my life and this definitely ranks near the top. I could not recommend this place more, the couple who runs it are very kind and you can tell they put passion into the food. If you like Turkish/Mediterranean food or just enjoy good food in general you should definitely check it out.

Being back from Turkey, we really craved Turkish food. Ordered the chicken doner sandwich and salad and it tasted so bad that had to throw it out half way through. Such a waste :(

Full halal menu. They make their own doner (gyro) which is quite good. Also tried the Turkish pizza (pide) which they add egg in. And maybe most importantly, they serve freshly made kunafeh which was amazing!

Delicious Turkish food! The Doner Kebab was amazing especially with their house made hot sauce, and their kunafa was the best I ve had in the states.

Turkish coffee, bagel were superb. Donairs didn t skimp on meat, which was seasoned beautifully.

This is one of my all time favorite places to eat. The owners are just wonderful people, very polite and friendly. One of the things I love Alanya Cafe the most is the quality and richness of their ingredients. I usually order the doner plate of beef and lamb, though you cannot go wrong if you order any other item, such as chicken doner plate, Turkish pizza, Iskender kebab. I would highly recommend trying out the desserts too. I usually get the coconut chocolate cake, it is just sweet enough though it ll definitely satisfy you if you have a sweet tooth. Baklavas are also good and homemade. Finding this place made me really dig more into Turkish cuisine and restaurants , but I haven t found anything as good as Alanya Cafe in the Puget Sound, maybe I ll just need to go to Turkey, and visit the city of Alanya, who the owner speaks so fondly of.

Family owned and operated. These people are so nice, but food is really what we go for, of course. Ingredients are excellent, best Turkish restaurant Ive found so far. Donner plate of beef and lamb is impressive!

Great doner, make sure you get it with the lavash bread. I love how thin they slice the meat. Great Turkish coffee as well if thats what youre into. And its in the heart of downtown Kirkland so its super accessible when you just go for a walk there or at the marina park.

For those who miss Turkey, this is the place! Nothing fancy, simple Turkish food. There is no excessive politeness to tourists, but the cuisine is authentic. Everything is homemade. At average prices, it is much more pleasant to eat such food than in chain restaurants.

I like this place. I am not often in Kirkland, but if I want some good quality Turkish coffee this is a place I go, especially at nice day sitting outside. They also have super tasty deserts. Always hard decision what to buy-))) The owner is very friendly, and polite. His wife also makes super cool tea, I used to buy a couple times to go. Please support those hard working people! They deserve it!

Worst experience!!! The food was awful and the guy who was serving was very rude! It was total waste of money!!! I will never go back again! *I could have passed on your awful food and not give 1 start but for rudeness never!! So try to treat all your costumers nicely.

Ordered two beef & lamb döner sandwiches - one in pita the other in lavash (the lavash was actually a tortilla). Best kebab I ve found in the Puget Sound region so far. Was a bit disappointed about the tortilla but next time I ll just order the pita. The owner made a point to tell me the donor meat is real meat - not the fake pressed meat. You could definitely taste the difference! Also the house hot sauce was quite good. I ll be returning next time I need a kebab.

Fabulous food and superb service! Been here on a few different occasions and am always impressed. Nice sized portions too! Definitely try the Kufeme dessert, its totally different from anything Ive ever had and its delicious!

Came to Alanyas Cafe for lunch and wow was that the best decision. I am not one that likes to try new food or new places but the husband talked me into it. I had the gyro plate and my goodness was it amazing. The lamb meat had such an amazing flavor. So good. I will definitely have to come back when in town.

Had the beef and lamb doner sandwich with lavash. Good sandwich and size but Id get pita instead of lavash next time. Lavash is just a thin wrap, not that exciting.

Theres hair in the baklava I bought from this place.

Wouldn t allow me to purchase a Perrier as I didn t order a meal. He must be doing very well in Covid shutdown. Bravo!

The Chicken donor salad was really bad, almost felt stale, hard and chewy. Not sure if the reason was going just before closing, but certainly not edible.

This is one of just a few places in the region to not use pink slime Kronos gyro cones that come from the back of a freezer truck. Its all hand-stacked daily by the owner with meat from local butchers; a process which he said takes 3 hours. Worth the effort and 5/5 based on that alone. Its not any more expensive than regular gyro shops, either!

Nice little spot for some real lamb doner. We liked the sandwich, lots of meet in there and hard to wrap and handle but I m not going to complain about that lol.

Say Merhaba and stop by! This is a 3.5 star review... great little dive with big potential. Great prices, good friendly service, and very relaxing casualness about it. They have some of the most popular Turkish fast foods/ cafe foods and desserts. So its great to sample or go to eat things you miss/ crave. Having been here several times; we have enjoyed it and liked it. I would rate the food 6 out of 10. This is normal and they are not claiming to be the gourmet, Michelin star spot in town. The Turkish tea and coffee is great. Baklavas could be better for sure. The pide is quite good; try a variety and find the one you like. Good location to eat then continue shopping down the street. Behind the building there is a parking spot; usually pretty full but we seem to be getting lucky.

The owners are super friendly and color me impressed since they came all the way from Turkey to make their cafe and support themselves and their kid. The stuff you see in the pictures isnt even remotely a lie. Like they give you so much food.

Good döner. Not the meatloaf-like consistency one often gets but instead small cuts of meat. I had the salad, it was well balanced with meat and sauce and it was a good size.

Great food, it was my first Turkish food, so take it with a grain of salt... One thing is for sure though, the owners are super friendly and ready to please.

This place serves the best turkish food in seattle. It is much better than cafe turko, seattle in all respects. Since they are a family business, they make only a few things, but they make it real good. The portion sizes are HUGE, platters good for 2 adults. The price on the other hand is super affordable. The hosts are great. Highly recommended !!!

This is a cute little Turkish cafe. Not much seating room, but good food and nice homey atmosphere. Also a nice eatery just off the marina, so nice to take a stroll afterwards.
