B15 is where it s at. Pho Mignon has quickly become my go-to spot for delicious, consistent food in the area. The pho is always flavorful, with fresh ingredients and perfectly seasoned broth, making it a meal I can count on every time. So I had not come back here for a few years since the last time I didn t get the quality and serving size of the meats in the soup that I normally am used to with Pho. I came back today and I had the Pho combo and they absolutely nailed it. Everything was great; the broth; lots of Meat, tendon, tripe. Super friendly staff.

ONE STAR - I cant believe this restaurant has 4.4 stars. The broth is totally no taste! Usually I empty the bowl, but I left almost all broth. AND I saw the rating of the kitchen cleanliness is not high. I will not return this place.

My favorite pho broth!!! It is very tasty and flavorful and salty (but not too salty). I didn t have to adjust it at all. And the potstickers are really good! They have a nice solid crispy bottom but then chewy on the inside.

Decent pho and decent value. Could be very busy so expect some wait time. Pho soup is good and with decent amount of meat. Less pricing than neighboring competition. Service is as quick as it can be but they get pretty busy during dinner time.

Food was delicious. I got pho ga and it was great. My husband got pad thai with tofu and he loved his meal too. He said the tofu was very nicely made and was appropriately soft. I will certainly be coming back to this place. The server was also very kind. I am probably going to be a regular at this place

We found one and they replaced it, but guess what again? The other 2 also had insects! I love Mignon cheese which is very special like Tim in the past but the flavors have been missing for a long time. Usually I leave out chili peppers, but I leave it out as I get used to it because I want to enjoy the taste of cheese...

Good pho. This is our go to spot in Kirkland if we re craving pho. I always only see one girl working the tables and she does a great job! A couple chairs I ve sat on were wobbly.

I eat at a lot of pho restaurants and this was one of the best bowl of pho I ve had. Soup is very important and you can tell they spent time to make it. Also my waiter was friendly and place was clean and welcoming.

Great vietnamese food, more than just Pho. Good quality meat in dishes, well prepared, fast. Great crispy chicken banh mi, rocket shrimp, pho, eggrolls, so many good choices.

The food is usually awesome! However, a little frustrated on how they use their spices. Every time I request NO spice and/or VERY MILD SPICE on my papaya salad, it arrives so spicy (like 4+ stars) that I cant even eat it! I have had to throw away the salad multiple times (just as recent as yesterday!) and the salad is NOT cheap! I knew as soon as I had opened the container and saw that the papaya was covered in a ton of red flakes that it was going to be way too spicy as always!! I always choose 1 star and make a note for it to be very mild, nope! If you cannot go by the stars selected, why even give us the option! They are my most favorite Pho restaurant (we have ordered there every week for the past few months) but I think I will need to find another one unfortunately!

Everyone needs a lil pho to make them happy

We ve come here a couple times for decent pho and the service was pretty good so I tip accordingly. However they are dishonest and added extra tip to an already 20% tip I left. Maybe they thought I wouldn t notice but I won t be back and I do NOT recommended a business that steals.

Excellent food! I recommend the short ribs plate and freshly squeezed lemonade. Also the Mongolian beef is great! I m glad I found a location with such good food and great price.

Pho-nomenal!!! As a self-proclaimed broth inspector & pho connoisseur I hereby declare Pho Mignon amazingly delicious. The service is also notably incredible. Talk about attentiveness. WOW! Try the Pho Garlic Beef if you re into garlic as it s is unique, savory and oh-so garlicky! Just tried the egg rolls and they were delightful! Menu is huge and eclectic, so there s definitely something for everybody. Best pho on the Eastside for sure, if not King County. Pho get about it .GIVE IT A TRY!

We were there for lunch, we ordered large sized seafood pho, fillet mignon and salmon rolls. We liked all of them especially salmon rolls. Fillet mignon pho has very good quality, thinly sliced beef and seafood pho doesnt have many seafood as expected but was tasty. Salmon rolls win our hearts. We will definitely be going back there for pho and especially for salmon rolls. Parking: Easy free parking, we were lucky to get a spot just in front of the restaurant.

But heads up, if youre hitting them up on a weekend for lunch, expect a bit of a line. Who knew this place was such a hidden gem, right? Their menu is like a Vietnamese food lovers dream come true. From Pho to noodles, rice dishes, sandwiches, and spring rolls, theyve got it all. But lets talk Pho, because thats where they really shine. My personal fave? The rare steak with tendon. The small size fills me up just fine, but if youre feeling extra hungry, go for the large its a beast. And let me tell you, they dont skimp on the tendon, which is a win in my book. Do not order the beef rib pho. The beef rib was not thoroughly cooked. The meat is hard to chew and stuck to the bone. It needs to be cooked for at least another hour. The fried chicken appetizer was dry to shreds. Very Disappointed about both

This is the local pho Restaurant near my mother its our favorite place to go Theyre fairly fast service and phenomenal Vietnamese food. And very friendly.

It was okay overall, but the amount of meat was pretty underwhelming. Maybe I feel this way because I had pho yesterday in Shoreline for about the same price but with about 2x meat/tendon overall. The bowl looks big but it was filled with too much soup to make it large. Soup was not too salty but I had the taste of MSG in my mouth on the way home. The place was pretty clean, though.

Going out to eat can be a nightmare if you have food allergies. My daughter has delt with the problem by finding a short list of places where she can safely eat. Ph Mignon in Juanita made the list. Last week, we threaded our way through all the street construction to go there for lunch. There were quite a few cars in the parking lot for the shopping center, but we managed to find a spot without trouble. Inside, about half the tables were full, so we were seated with no wait. They use one of those QR code things for the menu. My daughter knows exactly what she will order everytime, so she does not have to deal with the fact that her phone has trouble downloading the PDF with the menu. My phone works better and I already have the menu on my phone. We like to get appetizers - my daughter goes for the crispy spring rolls and I try something new each time. This time I got the shrimp dumplings. We asked for the sauce (contains soy) on the side so that my daughter could try one. We each got a small bowl of Ph . I like to try different things, but I was not in the mood for tripe or tendons this time. The woman who took our order memorized everything including my daughter s special customizations. I was so impressed that I forgot to ask her to leave the cilantro out of mine. Our food came up quickly and was fresh and hot. We scarfed up the appetizers and then added bean sprouts, jalapenos, basil and lime to our soup. I picked the big chunks of cilantro out before getting serious about eating. The small bowl has more food that I need. The broth is flavorful enough that I don t leave any of it behind. The noodles are the perfect texture. I recommend adding a little hoisin sauce to amp up the flavor. The bits of meat are tender and tasty. We each add just the right amount of jalapenos to get to our preferred heat level. We were perfectly satisfied when our bowls were empty.

They tend to skimp on the meat in their pho, but this is just ridiculous for a sandwich. Two small pieces of pork in the whole thing.

The meat in my bahn mi sandwich was COLD!! Don t order the special combo. The garlic beef sandwich also was wayyy too garlicky and I love garlic so please fix your sandwiches. They used to be good. Y all weren t even busy. So the price was not worth it.

Big clean space with tasty broth and tender cuts of meat however the portions for meat were a bit stingy on the pho ($14) and the sandwich ($9). It was authentic.

Pretty good food but for the price, I expect more meat. These businesses need a reality check. If I am leaving your restaurant hungry after ordering a plate of steak ribs/eggs, there is lack of protein in your meal.

Giving five stars because the sweet lady who waited for me and my girlfriend was amazing and was there to fill my water and soon as it was almost done! Even if it was super busy she was top notch professional. It was my first time being back in years and i liked the people there compared to the guys who would be in the restaurant when I would go years ago and were rude which is why I didnt go back regularly in the first place.

Edit: They improved the website for ordering. Five stars now. Website ordering is a bit challenging with no descriptions, but the food is great.

Its surprising to see average ratings on this place. Phó here is amazing and fried rice I tried was delicious. I ordered phó vegetarian and pho Mignon fried rice. Quantity is amazing for the price, food tasted fresh and served super hot. Zero wait times and what else can you ask for? Fried tofu is just superb.

Weve been going to this pho shop practically since theyve opened, so weve seen a couple changes of ownership that corresponded with the quality of the food. Over the years weve seen a slow decrease in the quantity of meat, which could be normal given the increased price of meat, and not wanting to raise the price of the pho and sandwiches (banh mi). The banh mi are consistently good, especially with a fried egg added to whatever protein you choose! The pho is clear without a lot of grease, and very flavorful. Service is consistently fast given how busy they get during peak feeding time, but my biggest issue is the lack of air circulation in the place. Even if I just run in to pick up a to-go order, my clothes end up smelling like grease - and if you dine in there, youre definitely going to smell it on you later. Still, close by, convenient and consistent pho and fixins!

i ve ordered for pick up twice now. the first time, excellent. the food was absolutely incredible. today was the second time and once again, incredible. i m so happy i found this place, i will probably order from here at least once a month now, it s so good lol. i loved their tofu, shrimp, and salmon fresh rolls. my favorite being tofu & salmon. i m impressed with their shrimp soup dumpling! several places fail to have shrimp soup dumplings so i was quite happy to see it on their menu & it never disappoints. their papaya salad is good too; fresh. the shrimp fried rice is also great. everything is so fresh! the person who takes my order is always so friendly too. 100% recommend! edit: i come here at least once a week now it s too good! i always get their salmon or tofu spring rolls & their shrimp soup dumplings, they re always so fresh, so tasty, delicious. i love a restaurant with consistency!! couldn t recommend this place enough :)

Went for lunch and ordered veggie/vegan pho, large. Food was delicious, served quick and service requests were attended quick. Reasonable price. Quantity (portion size) was smaller than expected (order large size and it looked very normal). Food was also warm (instead of hot - typical in any pho place). Overall, food and experience were good. Vegetarian options: Vegan friendly (just ask for veggie pho with tofu, veggie broth, no meat, eggs or dairy.

Today I ordered take out (as I have in the past), Spring Rolls and a small Pho Filet Minon. Every meal has been wonderful EXCEPT for today. The small broth seemed short on broth, but it still smelled wonderful. Then I opened up Spring rolls and took a bite. It felt like something was off. But then I took another bite and spite it out. There was a long black hair wrapped up in my roll. See the photo you can follow the black hair through the roll over th lettuce. Almost three up! *(Original post) This is probably the best Pho on the Eastside. Great flavor, no msg, and large portions. Great variety of food. Gets crowded at lunch time so plan ahead.

Pho Mignon was pretty good. Flavorful broth and fast service. I usually get my food to go. I would say the only downside is the price for the portions. Their large pho Tai is only a few stripes of meat for nearly $18 with tip, which means theyre just compensating with more noodles to bulk it up. I would eat here again, but its definitely not an affordable regular spot to eat lunch at for locals.

Overall very mediocre experience, the prices are the highest Ive seen at a pho place, the food was alright. Nothing really crazy or mind blowing, which is usually alright, but with the prices, it just is NOT it. The serving sizes for the pho were alright, but the Vietnamese iced coffee was more ice that drink. (I got three good straw sips out of it).

Super delicious pot stickers! I love that they were fried and crispy on the borrowed but steamed on the top! The sauce they come with on the plate is soooo good! Then we had the filet mingon phi and it was perfect. The broth is rich and delicious and the toppings were fresh. My daughter even brought home the extra bean sprouts to munch on because they were so good. Definitely going here again. The service was prompt and friendly. Also I recommend the strawberry lemonade, it was fizzy and delicious!

Stopped by here on a whim and was suprised by how good the pho was here. Also, they give you huge servings so I had leftovers for a few days. I ate in, so I havent experienced getting take-out here yet, but my dine-in experience was great. We did get one item wrong; we ordered vegan eggrolls and another, seperate, regular egg rolls and instead got one order of 1/2 pork rolls and 2 vegan ones on the same plate and my mom (who is vegan) accidentally took a bite of the pork egg roll. One order is supposed to be 4 egg rolls. We were not upset though because the place was super busy and there was only one server working the lunch hour. We would all go back and its honestly my new favorite place to go for pho.

Just got a waiter telling me i must wait by the door to be invited in and be seated, the restaurant is more than half empty, its cold out, and all I wanted was soup minus the overinflated self importance for their sign and their feelings of being a busy restaurant, not worth the attitude, many restaurants ready to take my business. UPDATE: I gave it a couple of more tries, disappointed. Dont get me wrong, their food is good, however, their business posture, how they flow with their clients, how they lack on being user-friendly; is just not consumer friendly, and has a very irritating aftertaste when getting a simple meal, they need a professional consultant to improve their with a diverse consumer base, what a waste of a good cook!

Ordered $130 in take out food and they delivered it 4 hrs before the time we told the restaurant. We then tried to call and correct it almost immediately after they charge the card 4 hours early and they refused to do the right thing and WAIT 4 hours to deliver fresh food for dinner.

Service is good. Vietnamese coffee wasnt traditional ( no over pour) and the Pho was bland with the rare beef mixed in the soup. Its offensive.

I had previously marked this restaurant as a restaurant with good food. Our most recent takeout was AWFUL. Fresh rolls had dirty lettuce, stir fry used rancid oil and tasted terrible, and the vermicelli bowl was super oily. We will absolutely not be ordering from here again.

Today was my 2nd time eating there. I really enjoyed the peanut dipping sauce for the shrimp rolls and the filet mignon pho was very flavorful. The waitress was exceptionally friendly and made the visit that much better. Prices are very reasonable.

Best pho ever

I have yet to have a bad experience with this joint. They are absolutely perfect. I typically get a large p1 with extra limes and jalapeños. However, their whole menu is stunning. The staff is very nice and on top of their craft. If you havent tried Pho Mignon yet and youre new to the area or just stopping by, do it. You wont regret it.

A complete rip off. $6 for an extra side of tend that I cant see. 2 star solely for the environment. Food is horrible. Ordered pho, beef is sooo hard and dry. I could do better at home.

First time here after hearing about this restaurant. Glad they were enforcing proof of vaccination for dine in. Cant say theres anything special about its pho. Broth was pretty standard, noodles left something to be desired, portion/value was decent. Favorite part was the fried tofu in the vegetarian pho. The cooked brisket was nice, didnt think the tendon was good though...had pieces of vessels still attached. Unlikely to return but will try other dishes if the opportunity to eat here again presents itself.

Is this really a sandwich you would pleased to pay for? It was all stringy, chewy bits. No substance. Steer clear of this place. If all the other reviews are based on their excellent service then I guess try and dine in. But this was terrible for a to go order and I will never come back here again.

I ve eaten here twice and had a good experience both times. The atmosphere is great, even when they re slammed, every table is full, and folks are waiting to be seated at the door. Love that their menu has a little bit of everything. Only reason my review is 4 stars instead of 5 is because I came in at 7:30 tonight and they turned me away for dine-in. They only had two tables full, but they were closing at 8 and weren t seating anyone. This was very frustrating as I had been looking forward to eating here all day! If you re going to eat here make sure you arrive at least an hour before they close or else you won t be seated.
