My friend and I had dinner on Saturday evening, food was great the server issie was new and was super!! There was a loud group of people close to us that annoying . All in all looking forward to coming back.

Water literally tastes dirty. Not sure if cup wasnt clean or if ice machine has mold growth but water shouldnt have a flavor. Server was non existent. I tried to give them money by buying a beer and we saw her once after we got our drinks and only when she returned with our meals Food was super boring, nothing special. Block burger has texture of frozen burger, toppings feel like they were cut yesterday. Waitress brought wrong wrap. We ordered buffalo chicken and got grilled chicken. Waitress had no notepad to take order, so not surprising it showed up wrong even if kitchen made mistake. Overall Id stay away, will not be back

This bar felt like it needed a nap no vibe, just pure exhaustion. The service was so slow, I thought they were brewing the beer on the spot (which, by the way, wasn t even cold). The food was as memorable as a Monday morning, but hey, at least they charged us full price for the experience. If you re into room-temperature drinks and average bites, this place is a must-visit!

Went to Caseys Grill Bar on Victoria St. and ordered their special burgers, only to find out they brought out old processed burgers instead of homemade burgers. It literally looks like a block of processed burger. Even the meat at McDonalds looks more appealing. The server didnt even offer us a half price for the two untouched burgers. I will definitely never going to go back there again! And this is honestly my very first bad review. Had to write it so others are aware.

My grandmothers favourite restaurant and the service is always amazing. The new server named Sophia is such a sweet heart. She is amazing with seniors. She s super smiley and attentive. Anyone who wants a nice experience ask to sit her section. She made our meal amazing and made sure my grandma was very well taken care of thank you Sophia you re An angel

DO NOT COME HERE. Sat down with only 1 other table before us. Have now been waiting for our food for almost an HOUR. They served a large WALK IN groups food that walked in after us. Still waiting... Coffee is not hot and taste old and burnt. Will never be coming back. Going to pass out before we get our food. Literally shaking from low blood sugar.

Was a very good experience friendly service

The place looks great. Service was good, but our take order was lack luster. The ribs were dry, and the mozzarella sticks were warm. The cheese was cheesy. My buddy ordered the fish, and it was mostly batter. But the wings were ok.

Ordered a clubhouse sandwich (toasted ) but never came toasted . Became soaky due to tomatoes but the sandwich was very good in size . Advised cant eat soaky, took it back and was credited the sandwich off the bill . Had french onion soup which was amazing and the server was extremely attentive and nice .

Food and service are both excellent! Hosted a large party here and our servers, Lindsay and Chloe, were both outstanding. We will definitely be back, really appreciate such a welcoming and lovely environment, very hard to find this level of comfortably nowadays. Thank you ladies!

Dry, burnt, overcooked straight to jail. soggy, cold, not melted also jail. Just close down this place and build a jail instead.

Cold food!

We walked in on new years eve looking to try somewhere new and we were not disappointed. I had the Alfredo chicken pasta, my husband had the jambalaya, my son had the two chicken tacos and my little one had chicken strips and fries and all of the dishes were delicious, I loved the way they make the fried chicken. Service was great and the price was reasonable for a family of 4, we will definitely be returning! The only suggestion I have is that the booth did look like it needs a bit of tlc and my husband was picky about his wine glass having water spots but otherwise we had a great start to our new years eve.

Got take out was missing a side salad I don t live far so I drove back to get it I wish I had cut open my steak sandwich before I left I ordered med rare and got well done the server was super nice and apologetic but the food here has gone downhill it used to be so good pre Covid not sure what happened fires were not cooked and the honey garlic is more like bbq sauce garlic bread is always good here!

They accommodated our group of 10 in a back private room. The food was great and served quickly. Server never asked anyone if they wanted refills on their drinks.

Everything was great. Rib and chicken was a nice big portion. Food came fairly quick and it was busy at the time. Kid friendly, kids menu and coloring available.

Four of us had dinner at Caseys on Victoria and we were a little surprised at the prices. Obvs everything has gone up but not a single app was at the $10 price point, a pretzel was $15. The food was good but our server seemed so rushed and the service was not great. Unlikely Ill be back anytime soon.

Nice place to eat good food and good atmosphere

This is a local haunt we like to go to regularly. The food is great drinks are wet and the staff is consistently friendly and courteous. We usually head here for sporting events as they have a plethora of video screens available.

Spent supper there with family. Great service, excellent food and friendly atmosphere. Well definitely be back. Bit of high prices, but nothing worse than other eateries.

The food was decent, but the decore is a little cold. I think a little face-lift in the place is needed. It really isnt very comfortable.

Ultimate Food.

I was surprised that the food here was actually good - I know that sounds terrible, but the meal we had here was delicious and everything was cooked well. Not only that, but the service was great! At the time we had three young kids with us, and the waitress took the time to listen to them and cater to their needs. She was wonderful! Try this place out if you havent been in a while. Its worth it. Parking: Big parking lot, shares with other stores. Kid-friendliness: They have kid friendly menus and specials that sometimes cater to kids - such as a free lunch. There is lots of space for kids and the servers were friendly.

Just made an order through DoorDash and I have to tell you sometimes with DoorDash it s hit or miss although not today. This was most certainly an amazing dinner. Ive eaten here a few times when I visit. My family that lives here (with gluten allergies) eats here often. It is solid, consistent and good. Dietary restrictions: They have really good gluten free buns which they will use for sandwiches and burgers.

My husband and I try to avoid franchise restaurants (hence three stars for atmosphere), but we enjoyed lunch. The food was better quality and taste than we had expected, draft beer was very reasonably priced, and our server was excellent.

The food was very very good. Hot and fresh and tasted delicious. Unfortunately the service was poor. It was not busy at all and the service was very slow. The server struggled to remember any order and I was asked if I needed the machine to pay my bill while I still had wings in my hand. I would understand if it was very late and I was very slow but this was at 8:30pm.

Sorry I didnt catch our servers name. She was lovely. We had chicken strips which tasted like fresh crispy roasted chicken. Delicious. The fries were excellent as well. Best Ive had in a long time. We had a chicken wrap which was very good. Reason for 4* on the food: Hubby ordered jumbalaya with no onions in or on, the meal. Our lovely server understood though regretfully, the cook did not. It arrived covered in green onions, delivered by another (different) server and she offered to have them picked off. The beer was tasty, cold and poured great! Not to mention a nice surprise at $6 & $7/pint! Well be back.

Best burger I have ever had in my life!

Ordered chicken burger sandwich, greasy, and fell apart. Salad lettuce was stuffed in a bowl, I mean stuffed, with minimal toppings. Margarita was kool-aid green color. I must admit Ive never seen one like this.

Awesome Restaurant. I went here with my Hockey Team after a Tournament and only spent ~$25. The serving sizes are quite generous and I took some home for Dinner and Breakfast the next morning. Definitely coming back, my new favorite Family friendly Restaurant!!! Vegetarian options: Lots of options

Wow, so ordered there deluxe pizza. The crust was thin, tasted stale, from frozen (pretty bad). The cheese was what they use on nachos, fajitas as well the peppers and onions (huge slices) canned mushrooms (terrible). Quite literally the worst pizza Ive ordered at any restaurant, ever, lifetime. Zero effort. Avoid at all costs its awful. Pizza at Frederick Lanes is better.

No spot to leave a review for Beast Burger but its made from Caseys Kitchen so I will review it. Smashburgers were actually really good, unfortunately the kitchen forgot my ketchup on my burger. Other than that, the meal was good. Unfortunately the price made it too high to return for a family of 4.

Nothing special. Its exactly what you would expect

Ive lives close to this place and frequented often over the years but will no longer go back. The inconsistency of service and quality has been an issue the last several years and I m not willing to take a chance on it again Tonight s experience was such a let down. They weren t busy at all. Maybe 8 tables in the place. I think the pandemic has certainly taken its toll and it s days are numbered. Here is a list of my gripes from tonight s visit 1. Took over 15 minutes just to get our drinks ordered 2. Ordered coffee and it was so strong it was obviously sitting for hours. Could have hidden some of the taste but they had no cream left. They never offered refills to drinks. 3. Ordered nachos to share. The nachos were to have had extra cheese and beef and chicken added. We are talking about $30 nachos with these add ons. Nachos arrived cold. Hamburger was obviously a cooked burger patty that they broke up into chunks. Chicken was stringy pieces that looked old and was dried out 4. The only reason I have given 2 stars is that the chicken tacos were pretty good. 5. Service was so inattentive we were not given the opportunity to voice concerns. Save yourself the disappointment and some money by going elsewhere.

This was one of our first in-dining experiences in two years. My daughter was so excited! We ate in the patio, even though it was too cold, I was worried wed get forgotten because we were the only ones out there but our witness was super attentive throughout our entire meal. The food was good - my daughter usually eats two bites then is done but she gobbled up over half the mozzarella sticks, her whole plate of pasta and half my fries. Pricing was reasonable and portions were generous. Caseys used to be a fav of mine and Im glad I can still say it is!

Great spot for a beer while watching the game! We stopped in after our own hockey game to watch the end of a playoff series. Beer was cold and well poured in clean glasses.

I surprised my kids with a visit to Caseys to try Mr Beast Burger The staff was helpful and friendly. We ate on the patio and it was a quiet beautiful evening. The food came quickly, and tasted delicious! I ordered off the menu - the staff was sure to deliver all food at the same time. Every staff member that helped us was friendly and the service was great - even my children commented on the wonderful service!! I wanted to let everyone know how great our experience was!!

Pros: great fries, nicely composed Caesar salad Cons: my Nashville chicken sandwich was over cooked and dry, topped with a bland bbq-like sauce. Price point was pretty expensive for quality of the main. I also find the kid meals fairly pricey at $9.

Drinks were warm and service was cold. Not my idea of a place to visit if you have any other option. Funny smell as soon as you enter the front doors cant explain it. Wish I could Give 0 stars,but one os the lowest I can offer.

Awesome place to go. Me and the guys were working a street over and was our first time attending. After going only once the bartender remembered our faces and drinks as well as our choice of food. Definitely recommend.

Staff was awesome, made suggestions for a more reasonably priced meal, and the service was spot on. The bill came quickly when we were finished our lunch. Parking: Lots of parking, very easy to get around the lot.

Pasta Delicious/ Wings - not so great! Kids meals a bit pricey and the kids did not eat their food no fault of anyone but their own. Sometimes kids dont want to eat what they are served. Maybe 10% parents ( ) fault for letting them have desert anyways! Thanks Caseys! We will come again for sure, just not for wings!

This is a review of MrBeast Burger which is made at the Casey s. I was surprised to find MrBeast Burger available in KW so I had to order and try it. I later learned all MrBeast Burgers are made in ghost kitchens, which means some other restaurants makes these burgers and puts them MrBeast boxes. The order and pickup process was easily and quick all done through UberEat. The combo I got came with burger, fries and a can drink. The burger was not bad, but not the best I ve had. It s comparable to burgers from premium burger chains like burger s priest, I would give the burger 8/10. The fries was awful, it was hollow, dry, tasted stale, and the seasoning had no flavour. I would give the fries 1/10, it was so bad I could not eat them. On the plus side the packaging was nice.

We like it here and have been eating here for at least a decade. A menu update would be welcome.

Went for a lunch date with my husband our server was Lisa my husband ordered the lunch philly cheese steak and fries I ordered a club duo with soup. Our orders arrived my husbands was fine my soup apparently morphed into a Caesar salad Lisa never came back to check on us and when she finally did to clear our plates I said my lunch would have been better if I had got the soup I ordered. She laughed and said oh yeah you wanted a soup As a server and chef I was totally in awe at how uncaring her service was WE WILL DEFINITELY NEVER RETURN
