I recently visited Jack Astors and had the pleasure of being served by Christine. From the moment we sat down, she made us feel welcome with her warm and friendly attitude. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and helped us pick the perfect dishes. Her attention to detail and great energy really enhanced our meal. Overall, it was an amazing restaurant experience - the food was delicious, the atmosphere was lively, and Christine s service made it even better. My family and I (my wife, my 3-year-old daughter, and I) had a fantastic experience at Jack Astor s Kitchener location thanks to our waitress, Christine. From the moment we sat down, Christine was attentive, friendly, and incredibly helpful in making our dining experience memorable. She recommended some amazing items from the menu, including the Buffalo Chicken Tenders for me ( I like the heat- but not too much heat) and the Asiago Chicken Bow-Ties for my wife, mentioning how much other customers rave about them and we couldn t agree more she was absolutely right! The chicken tenders were perfectly crispy, and the Asiago sauce on the pasta was rich and flavorful. For our little one, Christine suggested the Kids Chicken Fingers Meal, and it was a big hit with our daughter- she was 3 for 3!! Christine also went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, checking in regularly but never interrupting our time together. Her warm personality and excellent service made our visit extra special. Thank you, Christine, for the great food recommendations and for helping us have such a wonderful meal! We ll definitely be coming back soon!!

Andrea took the time to explain the specials and offered some great recommendations, which we appreciated. She checked in regularly to ensure everything was just right without being intrusive. Her positive energy and professionalism made the meal even more enjoyable. The food was delicious as always, but Andrea s service truly stood out. Jack Astors is almost always a guaranteed good experience but my last 3 visits were made even better by your bartender Kate (sp?)! She is so sweet, she is so efficient and she made awesome recommendations. On one of those occasions we were seated at an actual table and she ended up taking over because our server was way too busy. Best service I have ever received there! We will be coming back over the holidays and hope she will be working!

I usually don t write any feedback or any survey online , never did any survey before. However, during my last two visits our table was served by server named Nosheen and it was the best service we ever received. She is so genuine and sweet, I just don t have words for her. All I would say employer should not unnoticed her service and appreciate her service by rewarding her with any possible way. Vegetarian options: Mexican bowl is one of my favourite dishes there. However, I am super unhappy with changes to the recipe specially this new rice instead of white rice.

Some of the other staff seem friendly while others seem to have an attitude or made me feel a little off about them. There is room for improvement at this location. But not terrible to say the least. I chose Jack Astor s for my birthday dinner and was surprised at how efficient and welcoming this place is. My guest and I were served promptly even though the restaurant was very busy. The food was served hot and was tasty. A shoutout to our server Lauren, who was professional, very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. The service here is exceptional! The staff are so kind and helpful. I recently had a good experience with Carley. She was always on top of bringing me things I needed which was really nice! The food here is great but sometimes a little inconsistent. I m not sure if it depends on who makes it. Some visits it tastes much better than others. The atmosphere is good as they play music and have many tvs that play sports if you re into that. Sometimes the music is a little too loud though. I recommend this place to anyone who wants a lively restaurant with good food!

I had the pleasure of dining at Jack Astors in Kitchener recently. The food and atmosphere were outstanding. It was also one of the best service experiences Ive ever had. Our server, Gabby, was absolutely fantastic, with her positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm. Gabby greeted us with a warm, friendly smile and made us feel welcome right away. She was extremely attentive, always checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive, and she made great recommendations when we asked for suggestions. Even more impressive was how she handled our busy section with grace and efficiency. Its not often you come across someone who excels at both the technical and personal aspects of service, but Gabby aced it.

It was my first time at this branch and Kass did an amazing job prepping the drinks, The cocktails were awesome especially the spicy grapefruit margarita and the OO lala baby! I cant wait to go back there again!

The food and the staff are great. I have tried almost everything at least once and food quality and taste are consistent and great! Servers are never slow or negligent. It is a very comfortable place for lunch/dinner and drinks. I have been coming to this location for lunch once every week when I am at work and it is becoming a part of my routine! I think that says something :)
