Menu has changed, smaller portions. Still a good spot, just not the same.

Food was okay - not flavourful and the quantity was low. I had the tuna bowl this time and previously the gnocchi.

Food was good. Although I wish the kids menu items had some vegetables. The pizza is delicious and quite large, so next time I would consider sharing one pizza and a salad with my husband. The kids chicken tenders looked like they were made with real chicken, my daughter enjoyed it. The atmosphere was a bit loud, maybe because its very echo-y? So hard to hear. Service was friendly and as mentioned by other people, can be a bit slow. Prices were average for this type of restaurant (about $20 per person, although we had two kids menu items).

After looking forward to dining here we were a bit disappointed. My husband needed some extra time to look over the drink menu but our server forgot to come back to take his order. My son didn t get his drink that comes with a kids meal until we flagged the server down to ask for one. It wasn t until we got home that I realized he also didn t get the ice cream included in the kids meal (printed on menus at the restaurant but not online). At no point did our server come around and ask how the meal was, which is pretty standard. Our table also ran out of water but at that point we couldn t find our server and when we finally did we needed to leave and just asked for the bill. That said, the food was amazing (we had pizza and wings) but unfortunately the poor service is what I ll remember most. Perhaps our server was having an off-day, which is allowed, but never have we left a restaurant missing parts of the meal we paid for. I suppose we are partially to blame but we were rather distracted with 2 kids and the point of dining out is to be hosted and looked after. I expected more, especially with tip expectations these days. Food was great, the atmosphere was nice, the interactive table was a fun and unique experience but we didn t feel taken care of which is a shame for a first visit.

The nacho s were some of the worst I ever had in my life. Super heavy and not that flavourful. Very little cheese. The interactive seating area was the highlight. But other than that the food could ve been a lot better. It s a great place for drinks and socializing though. So if you re interested in that then I d come here.

They played in the the thick of it by KSI which is my favourite song!! This turned my day around completely as just earlier that day I had taken a tumble on the ice in my driveway. The pizza was a perfect circle, which I calculated utilizing the table which I wrote out my equations on. Wait time on my food was only 20 min, which was great

Graffiti Market s reputation has always been good from us, but we recently had a horrible experience with one of the managers. Her name was Ashna claiming to be the general manager. After bringing to her attention that we received the wrong pizza, she handled the situation so rudely and had absolutely no management skills. She was condescending and chose saving the restaurant $26 instead of handling the situation professionally. Whoever hired her needs to reevaluate her professional skills as she has no management skills or even common sense..

I had an awful experience at Graffiti Market due to the manager, Ashna. She was incredibly rude, condescending, and completely unprofessional. Ashna accused us of trying to cheat the restaurant when they were the ones who brought out the wrong pizza. Her lack of basic management skills and disrespectful attitude ruined the entire visit.

The interactive tables are what brought us here and they were worth it. They were entertaining as a family and for our kids. I would go back here for this reason. The food sounded amazing on the menu but when it was brought to our table it did not meet our expectations.

This was my first time visiting here and I got the beef dip. The right side had no meat it was literally an onion sandwich.the right side had one thick fatty piece of beef. The whole sandwich was so wet I didnt use the aus jus once. My wifes burger was good. I wont be back sadly

I recently visited Graffiti Market, and unfortunately, my experience was far from good. I ordered a pizza, but the wrong one was brought to me. The server told me the wrong pizza would be free and that they d make the correct one. However, before the pizza was brought out, they reversed their decision, saying the wrong pizza would be kept but the correct one removed from my bill instead. When the bill came, the pizza wasn t taken off, so I asked to speak to the manager. A woman named Ashna came to speak with me and claimed to be the General Manager, but the situation only got worse. She was extremely rude, condescending, and even accused me of trying to cheat the restaurant, despite me being a regular customer. Ashna also mentioned she had been the General Manager for two years, but I ve never seen her there before. It was clear she lacked basic management skills, professionalism, and instead of resolving the issue, she escalated it further and made the entire experience unpleasant. I was really disappointed with how the situation was handled, and I will definitely never be returning.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant, not because of the food but because of the appalling behavior of the manager. Throughout our visit, she was openly rude to the staff, berating them in front of customers and creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. It was clear the employees were trying their best, but her hostile attitude overshadowed their efforts. Her condescending tone and lack of professionalism made the entire dining experience awkward and unenjoyable. I believe her name was Asha would not recommend coming here

Food and service was very good! We ordered calamari as an appetizer and it was crispy and tasty (great quantity as well). Ordered a mushroom pizza to share which was absolutely delicious! It had a great crunch and unique, but flavourful taste. Will definitely be coming back to try other items on their menu.

One of my best pizza experiences ever! Ive never had Detroit stay pizza before but I knew what is was. The texture, flavor and appearance was extraordinary and superb execution. The Hawaii 5-0 is one hell of a Hawaiian pizza. Service and everything was wonderful. Some older big hit tunes of the good old days would be nice. All 4 of just love it here and the beer.

The food was good, the service was great! I ve been here many times, however my most recent experience was set apart with the exceptional service from Adnan. He is kind and welcoming, and made great recommendations based on what we like. Some of the best service I ve received!

First time trying deep dish pizza, and I really loved it! Wasnt too much like I thought I would have been, and I really liked the crust. Beer pairs really well with their pizza and would recommend togethe. Would come back definitely recommend

First time trying this place. Really cool ambiance and decor! Server was polite although she didnt mentioned parmesan cheese would cost extra. So a bit of surprise on the bill. Nacho App was great! Just wish they added more tomatoes and jalapeños... Hawaiian pizza was OK. There was noticeable lack of pineapples however. Found maybe 1 small pineapple piece per slice. Bought 2 pizzas, 2 orders of wings, 6 Starter salads, 6 Small Salads. $315 for a business lunch. Definitely not great value for money. Food was bland. I wanted to love this place but their offering is underwhelming.

Honestly we go for the interactive tables..my kid loves them. Our server, Rachel, was amazing. My go to is the power powl with fried tofu. The fried tofu is very good but the power bowl dressing just tastes like sesame oil. I got it with the tomato vinegrette this time and it was much better, though its still so annoying to eat. It would be so much better with shredded kale and veggies you dont have to cut yourself. Vegetarian options: Could be better.

I came in on Friday with my kiddos. The food was amazing and our server Sarah was EXCELLENT. She provided incredible service despite how busy it was and my kids LOVED her. The combination of her upbeat and fun attitude and the game tables kept the little ones happy and entertained! We will be coming back!

We ordered pasta and it was a very unpleasant experience. Over cooked pasta and most likely reheated in the microwave and the top of it we didnt get any cutlery went n ask for it. Pasta was Not fresh as we were told by the server.

Awesome experience. Had lunch on the patio which is quite large. Our server was very accommodating and took great care of us. Food was served in a timely manor and all of it tasted great. Portions here are quite large.

Great place. They made a pizza special for my mom who has a rare assortment of dietary restrictions. I found vintage and current candy that I had never seen before and have been sharing with my family. Lastly, I grabbed a beer for my boyfriend who said it was delicious. I ordered a salad and pasta, pasta was OK but the salad made me sick. It was that bad. However, we also had pizza which lives up to expectations. The Manager came and asked what was wrong with the salad, he was so helpful and concerned about his salad. Yet, we waited more than 30 min for the bill, and the excuse was manager was dealing with subtracting the salad from the bill. 30 min? We waited for nothing.

We came here for an early dinner with our son as it was his birthday and we knew he would love the interactive tables. The tables were indeed a hit with him! When it came time to get our food he was a little put off by what the pizza looked like (he can be quite selective with his food and this style of pizza looked odd to him lol). The owner saw him looking a little unsure and sat at our table and explained how the pizzas were made and told him he would show him the pizza ovens after he was finished. As promised after we were done he took our son to the kitchen and showed him some of the stuff back there which we thought was very sweet. In terms of food it was also delicious! I highly recommend the Fungitown pizza with bacon, it was amazing! Our waitress was also very nice :)

Had lunch with a colleague at the Graffiti Market after visiting the Catalyst building. We each ordered a pizza: a small The Mix Up and a medium Risk It For the Brisket pizza. The latter had recently been removed from the menu, but after a flood of negative reviews, it is back! I ordered the RIFTB in Medium, because Medium is the pizza size that comes Gluten Free. The Gluten Free crust is baked fresh in the restaurant, and its not your usual mediocre thin-crust cauliflower! It is thick, crunch, and made with a secret ingredient of tapioca flour (OK its not a secret anymore, sorry). This is among the best Gluten Free pizzas I have ever enjoyed. Check out the picture. I took down 4 of the 6 slices in the medium and was stuffed. (side note: I attempted to use an air fryer to reheat the remaining slices on a future day, and it didnt work out as well. Next time Ill try low heat on a frying pan with a bit of water). Price is on the high side; be aware that these two pizzas plus one diet coke came to $64.41 after tax and tip. Environment is nice, with different selection of tables. Of note are the touchscreen tables, on which you can play touchscreen video games before and after (or during, if you like) your meals! These tables are popular, so phone ahead or perhaps be prepared to wait. Service was excellent. Waitress helped me understand the pizza options and was helpful for working around my dietary restrictions! All-in-all a terrific restaurant at a convenient location especially for the KW tech crew (but is also family-friendly). If price isnt your biggest concern, then Graffiti should be on your rotation soon. Coming back asap to try more pizza. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free pizza crust recommended!

Had dinner last night and was nothing but impressed. Food was exceptional, as always. It was very busy on the patio and inside and I was amazed by the service. We were sat at one of the game tables with the bartender serving us and despite her being the only one making drinks and it being very busy, she had a great attitude and provided great service. She was back and forth from the patio to the bar to the tables and seemed to handle everything like it was a breeze, and she even took the time to answer all of our questions and made some great recommendations (the brisket pizza is a must have!!). Definitely will be coming back!

Our family just ordered a large pizza to take home. Its been a while since being in so I called ahead to confirm the size / slices offered for each size. When we got it home and opened up the box I was really disappointed to see how much smaller the whole pie and therefore each slice was. There were 10 slices, the photo with hand as a size reference. Flavour totally on point and zero complaints there (Southbound) but for $40 + tax and the size change, I dont think we will order again. Unfortunately.

Good food, but we ve been coming here for a while now and can t believe how much the pizzas/portions have shrunk over time. Definitely keep that in mind when eating here.

I think a good way to describe the food is: Pub style food upgraded with the flare of a chef rather than just a short order cook doing the same thing as everyone elses pub food. You should definitely try it once if you love pub food but want an upgrade from the usual.

Pizza. GET. THE. PIZZA. Vibe is cool, but loud. Interactive tables are fun for kids and adults. But seriously, get the pizza. I am not gluten intolerant, but my wife and daughters are and their GF crust is the best I ve tried, hot and fresh you would never know. Service is always friendly.

Was out on the trail with some friends for a ride and found you guys . Super friendly atmosphere service was beyond acceptional . The baby birds on the patio were also a wonderful surprise that we quite enjoyed . We will definitely be back

We frequently come to eat with our family en we enjoy it very much. However we forgot a pair of ray-bans after a meal, they were nice enough to call us and let us know the glasses were left in the table however we weren t able to pick them up soon after. When we went to pick them up they told us they toss them in the garbage.

Really enjoyed our experience (1st time) at Graffiti Market. Service was excellent and a large variety of menu choices for everyone. Our only complaint . 2 of our diners ordered the Big Tuna bowl and the fermented pepper sauce was so hot they couldn t eat it. We informed our server and he gladly replaced it with burgers and a seafood pasta. These dishes were thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you for the great service and attention to detail. We will be back!

Food tasted great and the interactive tables are neat and unique. Bought a non-alcoholic lemonade for $8 and found it very overpriced for what it was (tasted like a regular Minute Maid lemonade). Server was unfriendly and gave my mum a dirty look when she asked what beers were popular. She was also hard to track down when our table needed anything. Would likely go again for food and atmosphere, but hoping we get a friendlier server. Parking: Huge parking lot with tons of spaces. Kid-friendliness: Game tables are great for keeping kids occupied throughout dinner. Kids meal was a good size and came with dessert.

Fabulous restaurant! If I could give higher than 5 stars, I would. We made a reservation (which I highly recommend) so we had one of their interactive tables - a huge hit with both the kids and grown ups! Our server was lovely, gave us time to play games on the table but never left us for too long without checking in and making sure we had everything we need. Usually places with great atmosphere the food can be lacking; not in this case. We had pizzas and pastas, all of which was phenomenal. Loved our whole experience, can t wait to come back. I had one of the worst tandoori rotis ever. It was not properly cooked (Kachi), even no taste. This was my worst experience ever ever ever ever. It was ordered under Pankhil patel. I placed the order at 6:00 today. I would never order again.

When leaving a gratuity, best to calculate the tip manually and leave a custom tip instead of using auto tip on their machines. Food and service was decent - Their management have identified the issue and will be taking corrective measures.

Girlfriend ordered a large Dilla thru their app which is we later found out is disfunctional. The app took our money and they never received an order. We were informed it would go back into our account in a few DAYS.. (over the phone by an employee) we then had to purchase the same pizza and have not received our refund. It has been 4 days and after calling them lastnight they have no recollection of the situation or any means of correcting the situation. One of the worst customer experiences I have ever experienced. Give us our $43 dollars back..... thats stealing.

Came here for Mother s Day to try something different. Liked the idea of the interactive tables for the kids. But it s not as good as it sounds. Tables - only have options of drawing and playing a few games on our own (whack a mole, memory game, drawing, puzzles, chess, hangman) or all-table game (air hockey, chess) wish you could just play with the person sitting across from you (1-1 ) but it s not possible- not a lot of variety in games - no movies or shows or anything for kids to watch they liked the table at first and then they argued over games and got bored of it very fast + once you are served food you can t use the table anyway. Food - was not good - calamari was meh, poutine had way too much spice and the pizza was super greasy. The turkey burger was tasteless and the fries weren t good at all. Way overpriced ! (15$ for a kids meal and 35$ for a 5oz steak !?) we only ordered 3 meals and 2 appetizers so share and it cost over 150$ Service - was ok took a while for server to come back. Wouldn t recommend or be back unfortunately the idea/concept is great but it s not well executed.

This was our first time visiting and definitely wont be our last; visited on a Saturday at 5:15pm. Online reservations is easy and quick. For first time visitors, the restaurant entrance is not clearly identified; its not located towards the restaurant itself but rather througu plaza doors and then the actual entrance is inside the plaza. There is no clear sign on the outside of the building that states Graffiti Market and it took us a while to figure out how to get in through the plaza door. There is plenty of free parking in the plaza lot. Once inside you can ffeelthe atmosphere has a good energy; some tables even have interactive digital game tables for families to kill time while you are waiting for food. There are plenty of staff on hand and service was quick and friendly. The restaurant makes their pastas on site and is fresh not frozen. They even have a brewery onsite, Stock Yard Brewery, and is worth having. Thier Detroit Style Pizza (a rectangular pan pizza with a thick, crisp, chewy crust) are made fresh with hand-stretched dough, and topped with local Brick + Mozzarella cheese. A small pizza is 4 squares, medium is 6 squares and large 8 squares; personally I am a big guy and have a healthy appetite and I couldnt finish my medium pizza. This is a great place for a group dine in experience because they have large bench/tables to accommodate it. Our salad appetizers come out quickly and we waited about 20 minntes for the entrees. Caesar salad: well dressed with garlic dressing and very tasty; something we would order again although this was on the pricey side for the quantity. Mushroom Rigatoni: OMG this blew us away! Fantastically prepared and the pasta was perfectly el dente. The flavors are delicious and something we would definitely order again. Fungitown pizza: very well prepared and tasty. You will need a steak knife to cut it into smaller bite size pieces. When I received my pizza, I cut it open to examine it to ensure it was cooked properly and to see if the bottom was burnt; it was perfectly prepared! Our server (Olivia) saw me doing this and came over to ask if there was an issue; I loved her quick attention and friendly personality). Seafood Fusilli: the Baby Clams, Jumbo Shrimp, Squid, Mussels were very well prepared and delicious and the first thing gone off the plate. The pasta was once again prepared to perfection. The Ginger Goat hot sauce was a perfect accessory to any dish. It is definitely a hot sauce and if you like hot sauces, you definitely want this with your dish. They also sell this hot sauce but at $11.99 for a 148ml bottle the price is not worth the buy; there are other great hot sauces for less than half the cost available. To purchase elsewhere. All in all, our party loved our visit, food and service. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. 2nd visit on Saturday December 16, 2023 for 5:15 dinner. Caesar Salad (garlic dressing is made with soybean oil). Chicken Parm well seasoned and pasta cooked perfectly. The G-Burger was good. The Veggie Burger is made in house and absolutely delicious!!

We all go to restaurants for food, that said, this menu is essentially just strong marinara sauce & cheese. & I get it, its a pizza and pasta shop, but I mean pasta is so diverse, but not here, here they decided to take a giant batch of marinara sauce for the pizza & slop on-top of everything they have. Its not really all that great, in the summer time the patios nice? Bathrooms looked like they were serviced in a few days, no soap & now Im wondering, do the employees use that washroom? Theres not a ton in KW, so they have a monopoly being as large as they are, but Id say just save your money and buy some groceries instead.

Pizza with mushrooms is sooo delicious! Beers choice range is also good - you wont get bored. Sensor tables are so entertaining, not only for your kids Kid-friendliness: Touch screen game table is so fun!

Hostess was nice waiter was not as nice. Walked in at 810PM on a Sunday and felt we got rushed right from the start. While ordering we were told it will be too much for you but we wanted to try two apps and a medium pizza as we have never been. Never seen waiters trying to discourage you from ordering things. Nachos were ok at best. Pizza crust is fantastic but very hard to digest this food. Was up in the middle of the night trying. Both of us are having stomach issues today. Also the pizza sauce used has a different taste that we couldn t get used too. The dough and crust were nice but like I said hard to digest. The pizza breadsticks were loaded with cheese and not worth the order. All in all spent about $140 bucks for a med pizza, nachos and pizza bread with a bottle of very overpriced 2022 wine. I would say 2 stars at best and we won t be back. Tried it once as the pizza lured us in but if I want overpriced pizza I ll stick to Boston pizza. Thanks

I agree that this is 4 star place. Service gets the highest score. For my experience, their price point for food and draft beer is on the costly side. Willing to try again but think it is too pricey.

Showed up on a Tuesday and it was busy. We had to wait for a seat. Good omens ahead. Ordered the Nachos and a Smoked Jalapeno Popper pizza. Now Im a nacho connoisseur so my refined opinion should be heeded. They were okay. The chips were a bit thick but they did have some tasty spice. Cancels each other out. Toppings were distributed decently but I felt a distinct lack of jalapenos. Moving on to the pizza, it was pretty good. Detroit style with heaps of toppings and a crispy crust. Would definitely order this again. Service was good with a small mark off for delivering a flight of beers but not telling me which one was which. Very nice server though.

Excellent pizza and even better customer service!!! Our $25 gift card wasn t working as it was a few years old and purchased from 3rd party. They honoured it anyway!! We ll certainly be back!! I ordered the chicken parm and it was overpriced and bad. The chick was dry and the bread was falling apart in my hands, the bread got incredibly soggy and was falling apart in chunks. I would not recommend this place, I tried some of the pasta and pizza too and everything there is very hard to eat more than two bites. The servers also never came once to refill our water.

We tried this place on Sunday afternoon after hearing great things about it. We were not disappointed. Service was 10/10. Atmosphere 10/10 and the food was 10/10. Ordered nachos as an appetizer and they were crispy and just the right toppings. Beer selections were fantastic from Stockyards Brewing and the main meals are definitely a must try. The interactive table allowed some fun while waiting for food and drinks. Will definitely come back when in the area again. Kid-friendliness: The tables allow for some a great experience for kids. Only feedback would be a cubby or side shelf to place plates once done so kids have the table free to play again.

The place is nice but the food is terrible, overpriced and with a poor quality in terms of flavour, ingredients and preparation. We ordered Nachos and they came with almost no cheese, very dry, no sauce. We asked to return the Nachos and had Chichen wings instead - very on average, nothing special for the price we paid. My daughters macncheese was clearly made from a very poor quality sauce. My husband had a 9oz white wine and payed $22 for it. Ill never come back.

What a great restaurant! The calamari was perfect and the deep dish Detroit style pizza was delicious. The staff were wonderful and there was sufficient parking! Loved it!

My kids love this place so much. They have a booth where the tabletop is the LCD game board. The waiting time was not boring at all and the food was very tasty too!

Service was amazing the atmosphere was great just wished that the tables had a little bit more things to do for interactions. The Food was ok the Focaccia bread was a little salty for my taste girlfriend seemed to love it the Chicken Parmesan pasta was ok the sauce was a little watery the noodles where excellent and the chicken was very nicely cooked

The place looks pretty cool and has a nice ambiance but the food is pretty subpar. I ordered the gnocchi but it was just a cheesy glop although slightly more trendy and eclectic with scallions and bread crumbs. but still sucks hard. They basically tried to make a gnocchi n cheese . That being said, the beer s pretty good and even their NA cocktails seem pretty good. Service was fast enough for the holidays. Just don t get the food sober.

Great environment, service, and drinks! The pizzas were really good, while the Buffalo chicken poutine I had was a little on the salty side for my taste. But all around a great place.

If you want a noisy restaurant and a tasty but expensive (for what you get) meal, this is a good place. We visited on a Saturday evening and the place was packed, but there was sufficient parking. There were insufficient servers though. Not unexpectedly, an extra charge was added because we were a family of 16. However, an additional tip was expected. We had been previously on a Sunday, late in the afternoon, and enjoyed our time there. My comment about the food on that visit was the same, but the service was better.

We shared the Calamari, and each had a small pizza to share. While we enjoyed the Calamari, the dough was very dense and soggy on the bottom this visit, when they were not like that in previous visits. Sadly, we were both sick the day after, and this was the only meal we shared within the last 72 hours. Likely will never get the Calamari again, as it was quite fishy and we suspect this was the culprit. Service was also off, but we hope to give it another try in the future.

Ive been here three times and each time the service has been really poor, had the cherry on top experience last week with a large group from work. Yikes

If I could give a zero I would. This was the third time coming to this establishment and each time service was poor. But last night was by far the worst. My friend and I sat at our table for 15 mins and not once were we acknowledged all while the servers walked by us at least 20 times. not one time making eye contact or letting us know we would be looked after. After the 15 mins we both got up and that is when we were noticed. The server asked if we were taken care of to which I replied no, and that s why we are leaving! I get being busy but to be ignored is disappointing. Also add the table was dirty and the seats in the booths are in desperate need of replacement. The vinyl looked like snake skin, cracked and peeling and not comfortable. If u don t mind poor service and ok food then this place is for you!

So disappointed with the service today. This used to be my go to place for pizza and beer. Went for lunch today. After being seated in the patio I waited 10 minutes with no site of a server. A manager came by to drop off food at another table and said nothing to us. Decided to leave and go elsewhere. Passed the same manger and 2 hostess s on the way out. Again they said nothing as I walked out. What a waste of my time!

My partner is still talking about how good the deep dish pizza is after a day. And it was spectacular!! We ate on the patio and it is nice. The service is as reviewed in the one star ratings . I was frustrated at one point when the server spent 5 minutes in earshot talking about her recent vacation while we watched and waited. The best thing i can say is the approach to service was casual so don t be in a hurry. Once I changed my expectations I can say the server was friendly and really nice. Definitely will go again because, did I say, the pizza was great!!

What a hidden gem! I discovered it when a friend invited me for lunch. Sitting outside on the covered patio, surrounded by greenery, soft Edison lights in the midst of a beautiful community near Belmont Village, it was like a vacation lunch! Our server Chris was a super host, knew the menu well, and timed every course and bevy appropriately. Fantastic menu choices, our Its Not Easy Being Green (too cute!) salads were a culinary adventure on their own- heritage greens, golden beets, watermelon radishes, roasted feya, pickled red onions, heirloom carrots, topped with beer nuts and a mustard vinaigrette.

We shared a Nacho appetizer and I got the RiskitForTheBrisket, which was very good. The interactive table was also a hit! My only grievance with it is I could see it as being a distraction for children. I think you need to be very intentional to keep the table time social. Ie. Play a group game instead of each kid playing his own game, immersed in his own world, which isn t much different than being on one s own smartphone at the table. The reason for no 5 stars is that we found it a bit pricy. $44 for a pizza meal is a bit painful. And I got water.

We had a wonderful meal, and the service was great. The beer from Stockyards brewery was also excellent . I loved the graffiti decor on most of the things in the restaurant . This is a place where you could take the whole family easily and everyone would have a great time. There is lots of parking, and we will come back anytime . Keep it up

Ordered take out on August 6th 2023 and I m pretty sure my garlic pizza sticks were supposed to have dipping sauce. Outside of that, not bad. Update: I was asked to email them with my concerns and have not heard back. Not sure why they asked but as a follow up I think one of the issues with my food was the chicken was undercooked as I felt sick the next day. I still like the place but will take a break from eating there for now. I am a frequent visitor of Graffiti Market and I love the food. My favourite dish is the Imelt with you. We decided to get take out but this time around my favourite dish was flavourless. The chicken was chewy and the toppings didn t taste right. Like it was missing seasoning. The sweet potato fries were over salted and overall I was surprised by how my food tasted. If I was in the restaurant I would ve sent it back. My spouse s food tasted great so I guess it was just mine. At $50 for two meals I was not impressed.

I had a craving for the mushroom pizza which is always stellar, so dragged a friend out for dinner. We split an app, and two small pizzas which was the perfect amount to ensure lunch for both of us for the next day. The meal was great as always. Small issues that maybe would have been bigger issues but our service was an absolute 10/10. I dont think people take the time to say this enough so I wanted to give a huge shout out to Krish our server. From the second we sat down Krish was bubbly, well versed on the menu, answered all of our silly questions and was just overall charming. Throughout the meal he took time to ensure our water was full, we were content with our drinks (without being pushy) and ensured we were enjoying our food. He was jovial, shared anecdotes, and despite being busy didnt make us feel like he was trying to get us out. As always a fun time at Graffiti, but Krish made a good meal fantastic.

Was totally prepared for a fixed star review. However, the kale in the power bowl really should be cut up more. I dont want to feel like Im eating the full leaf all at once. The gnocchi and the mushroom pasta were both WAY too salty. Mushrooms are naturally salty, so as a rule, just salt food a bit less. I know...more salt means more drinks sold...but it also ruins a dish and also..isnt that healthy. Other than that..loved it all. Nachos were fantastic and service was great.

Great experience as a first time visitor. Came with my wife and two small kids. Food tasted delicious. I had the burger and my wife had the roast chicken. Both were reasonably priced. Beer was great. Loved the interactive table. Staff was friendly and made sure to show us how to navigate through the menus. Kids juice was free if you order anything off the kids menu. My daughter also got a free scoop of ice cream on our way out. Four All ice cream is a great addition to this place. To top it all of you have Red Circle Coffee on your way out. We had a great experience overall and would definitely come back.

We ve been to GM a couple times now and it s a nice change from some traditional restaurants. There s always a good atmosphere there and very kool interior. Food prices are a little higher but seems to be the norm now. Wish they had their own entrance from the parking lot though. Maybe pass thru the patio vs going into the commercial space with no signage and entering from the Stockyards retail end.

While the surrounding is warm and friendly, the pizza I ordered (on two separate occasions) was barely warm - and that was disappointing as I do not like lukewarm pizza - this restaurant s management is not paying enough attention to this important detail.

When they get it right, the pizza is great. There is however a 25% chance it will be under-cooked. EDIT: This is still a problem. For gods sake, fully cook your pizza for take out orders. Food

The best restaurant in the city. The pizza is indescribably amazing. It s kind of ruined all other pizza places for me. My favourite is the Fungitown. My husband usually gets the Dilla. But we ve tried them all and have never been disappointed. Lots of good cocktails and craft beers. Nice venue with great vibes and interactive tables that have digital games you can play. Nice dog friendly patio outside. Staff are always super friendly. I haven t had amazing experiences with the pastas. I would definitely recommend sticking to their signature - pizza. It s a bit pricey as well, but it s totally worth it.

Such a brilliant gem in Kitchener! Great, clean, fun, open atmosphere (get an interactive table if you can!). Service was impeccable and quick, and the food was beyond outstanding!!! Obviously you have to get the Detroit Deep Dish pizza - any pizza is a winner! I got the Fungitown and my partner got the Dilla - hands down the BEST PIZZA I HAVE EVER HAD!! We each got a medium and couldn t even eat half each - made amazing leftovers 100% highly recommend and can t wait to go back!

Worst attitude ever! Worst costumer service ever! The manager treated us as bad as you can imagine. Her name was Kathy and apparently she does not believe in costumer satisfaction.

They charged us 40$ for the cake we brought and when we negotiated that the manager was disrespectful. I understand it is their policy, but they should have brought us plate and other stuff to be able to charge us, and the manager should treat the customers nicely. Also they should mention their policies in the first place.

The behavior of manager in handling customers was not acceptable at all!

Terrible place, awful staff, specially Katie (so called manager). They charged 20 people $2 each extra because we also brought a small cheasecake which was the size of four people and we served it ourself. The manager was so rude to myself and my friends we all felt humiliated. They saw the cake initially but only notified us about the fee in the end. It was a $8 cake which we paid an extra $40 for, without any service.

Great place I liked the interactive tables where you can play solo or with you companies around the table. Lovely staff and atmosphere. On tap beers from Stockyard are highly recommended. The food was also amazing. Just dont forget to book a table beforehand since this place is crowded. Altogether, we had a fun time here.

When the pizza is cooked thoroughly, its the best pizza you can buy. Unfortunately in my last visit the pizza was undercooked and extremely doughy similarly to other reviewers here. They need someone to check the pizzas properly to ensure they are cooked nicely, crunchy on the outside and not too soft on the bottom.

I really enjoyed the chicken Buffalo poutine. It was delicious! I also loved the peachy keen drink. I normally don t like this place too much, but will be going back because of that poutine! It is a bit pricey, which I m not the biggest fan. $15 for a SMALL drink is kinda ridiculous. Make the drinks bigger for the amount you pay.

I didnt realize that the old Uniroyal warehouse was a restaurant. Flashbacks to when I had worked there. Fast forward to a great dining experience. The deep dish was fantastic. A great time with old friends and history of the past with great food of the day.

Food was very good, atmosphere was great but what made our experience incredible was our server Adam!! We will make this spot a priority even though we are from Guelph. Well worth the drive but have to enforce Adam was a huge part of a great experience!

Horrible. Was there tonight, Im pretty sure I have food poisoning now from the rancid butter. The rest of the food was mediocre at best. The service was pretty bad too. I couldnt wait to get out of there and forget about the night. Now that Im home I realize that my bad experience is just beginning...

Good place to try. I would recommend it! Food menu looks really thoughtful. Good ambiance. I would give it a 5 star but for 2 reasons I am giving it a 3. We ordered Wings, Risk it for Brisket deep dish pizza and some drinks. The wings were delicious but there was something off with the pizza. The brisket chunks had a dirty oven/gas smell. Not sure if I am able to explain it well but the meat had a gas smell. Second was the washroom issue. There were 3 individual washrooms but no easy way to identify an unoccupied one. I think a simple solution would be to change the door knob that would indicate occupied/unoccupied. The washroom was dirty too.

Food was relatively okay, but the service was phenomenal. Our server Chris J was professional and very attentive. Honestly one of the best servers I ve had in years. Always had our drinks filled and got us our food fast.

We stopped in for a bite to eat here with some beers. We were served by the brewmaster and got an awesome description of all the beers. The food menu was great too. One of the best deep dish pizza s I ve had. Lots great other choices on the menu also!

Great place for a group dine in experience. We ordered a few salads and the mushroom rigotini and a pizza. Their food is average, nothing extraordinary. The atmosphere has a vibe, and their digital game tables are super fun to kill time while you are waiting for food. Overall good experience might visit again in the future. I really want to love this place. The tables are cool and my son enjoyed it as entertainment before the food came. The food is delicious but the service is just lacking. I waited over 15 minutes with a 1 year old screaming off and on for them to just bring me my bill. No one check in on us, no refill of my drink, no salt and pepper lol. We finally asked another hostess to find her to ask where our drinks were that we had ordered 45 minutes ago. Our salads took close to an hour to come out as well. The drink was given to us after the salad so we had to wait almost an hour for a drink. As if the service wasn t bad enough, unfortunately I did not enjoy my meal either. When the server asked how our food was, our response was it s ok. She also messed up our order for the food too so I did not get what I asked for. All the server said to our response was oh ok and walked away. Then the next time we saw her was when it came time to pay the bill. I m disappointed that only when it was time to pay the bill, she was super chatty and friendly. It s as if she could care less about providing good service before but when it came time to the tip she put in effort. Service was horrible and the salads was not the greatest. I m disappointed mostly in the service we received. If I was paying 10 dollars for my salad sure, ignore me for 45 minutes and forget my order. But for the amount we paid, I was hoping for better service. Cherry on the cake was when others that arrived well after us received their drinks and meals before us and headed out the door at the same time as us. So we can t blame this poor service on a rush. Hoping others receive better service.

This place is so disappointing. They replaced the spin bread which was delicious with some dip that isnt even dipable. They should really serve garlic bread rather than the boring bread they give you with your pasta. They dont even give you water at your table. The chairs are very uncomfortable and hurt your back. Tables are close together so I hope you like dining with strangers. And the peach cobbler was absolutely gross. The peaches were like cardboard. The cocktail selection is slim and questionable. Out server smelled, although I know thats not his fault it sure didnt make the experience any more pleasant. Honestly not worth it.

The best pizza Ive had in a long time but listen, you cannot have like 8 slices of this with a bunch of wine and some w33d. The $hits that this thick crust pizza will generate in your body will be the stuff of legend. I clogged my boys toiled so bad that it took about 10.8 hours to resolve, ok? Using the brush, nothing. The plunger? No. A snake? Dont make me laugh bro it was like trying to get through concrete with a plastic spoon. He had to cut the wall so he could cut the pipes off behind them, he had to take the toilet itself out to the back yard, his dad came over to help. 300-400 gallons of pressurized water was necessary to get this $hit out. Ive never seen $hit like this, it came out like a bottle ... It was clay, sediment. The bathroom had to be bleached, we lost a handful of towels. But the pizza was great, 10/10 taste. Would buy again.

Come last night in this restaurant because my friends recommended. We are so disappointed with food quality and customer service. My husband ordered chicken wings and they come with feathers in them-DISGUSTING!!! Upon complained about a feathers, the server called his boss(who ever that s is) and the boss said that this happened sometimes which is scary and very stressful to imagine this happened sometimes before . In order to resolve and offer apologies they give us 2 scoop of ice crème and kids apple juice for free. This is so disappointing that manager or boss give this to apologize for thrush food. If I have option to give 0 I would! Not recommended to anyone and definitely do not go with kids there!

Do not order from here or else your delivery guy would have to wait more than 30min for your order and it will be so late. Bad for both customer and the delivery guy.
