I took my family last night and it was perfect. All of our food was hot and fresh. Even though our food came before our appetizers, it was so fast the kids were really happy. We ate the cheese dip and wings for dessert. They were so nice and accommodating. And they have fancy drinks for kids like frozen hot chocolate which were a big hit. Highly recommend. We will be back.
The BBQ Briscuit sandwich was phenomenal! The service was reasonable, and drinks were refilled often. We came in shortly after 10, and they happily served us.
This was the first time to this location of Montana's and from the time we walked in to the time we sat down every member of the staff was smiling and welcoming to us. Our server which was Julia greeted us with a smile and was more then helpful on getting our orders done with great ambition. She never rushed us on anything and kept asking if there was anything that we needed and was always one step ahead on taking care of us. I definitely will recommend this place.
Came here with my friend sometime last month, the food was nice and our waitress was friendly, I was full after the appetizer so I couldn’t eat the main course, I got a to go box but on my way out I forgot to take the box, came back 10mins for it only to be told they threw it away, the box was very much full so I don’t know why they couldn’t keep it an hour or so to see if I’ll be back for it. Wasn’t a good experience cause I spent so much money on the food.

We were greeted right away at the door and seated. Our server was over quickly to take our drink orders. Our food was out quickly and everything tasted delicious! Our server Charlie was fantastic, polite, easy to talk to and made sure our drinks were kept full. We will definitely be back to this location again soon! Best Montana's we have ever been to! We've been coming to this location since it opened (literally one of the first few test nights when the restaurant opened), and have been coming back now and again ever since. Always great service and food, always let us take our time and friendly conversations with the servers. Today we have Trey taking care of us and he's been a delight so far :)

The meat was undercooked and they took it out to cook it well, but they delayed the order for more than 15 minutes and delivered it overcooked, burnt and with a bitter taste.

Today Kevin came to save the day! So we try again and here are the results!!! We ordered fish and chips. I ordered steak and added shrimp. I asked for no seasoning on my food (too salty and spicy for me). The steak and shrimps came seasoned. I asked for unseasoned came hot fries and steak with cooled onion rings and seasoned shrimp and hockey puck butters!!! When fries and steak where pipping hot. Butter is best served room temp not to cool down your food but flavor it! Cold steak is not my cup of tea! Manager Kevin was quick to fix the mistake! Much appreciated. Thanks to all who helped us enjoy our meal. But kitchen staff has to kick it up a notch! We always try to support the local restaurants and I hope they bring a gluten and dairy free dessert as an option and my hubby asked for the Mile High Mud Pie! Hopefully January brings some needed change in a menu that is more current. ~Vie This was 6 months ago The kitchen let us down. Lauren was on the BALL! She even got me a southern style sweet tea & lemonade! Awesome bar staff for that drink! Had to get our nachos redone due to half portion and new kitchen staff. We can understand that. Lauren was all over it! But we could not explain why it took 25 mins for 2lbs of wings. (Specially that our neighbors got theres refilled in a timely fashion) And when we received our wings only to get them à la jerky style aka over fried. We tried to eat half of our wings and passed on dessert. 2 out of 2 was our limit! Bring Back The Mile High Dessert! Hopefully this is a one off because we never ever had this issue before. To the Management Give Lauren a raise! 1 year ago Atmosphere was wonderful and the service from Olivia was amazing!!! Manager was awesome as well for letting us enjoy the all you can eat ribs tonight! With 4 sauces to choose from everyone had their fav! And the bounty of bonus donuts were well received! FYI: Monday is awesome for half priced wings! No more Mondane Mondays for supper! ~Vie
Made a reservation we re seated after people who came in after us and then waited 30minutes with not even a drink order taken. Well the people who came in after us had drinks and ordered their food. I understand things happen but this was very unacceptable and frustrating. Ended up leaving.

Came in for my birthday dinner tonight, the girl at the front sat us at the table and no waiter came over for over 15 minutes. Shortly after 2 guys walked in and were seated as well and within 2 minutes the waitress went to take their drink order, this is when we decided to leave. We weren t acknowledged and all the other tables in our area had their food, didn t even get a drink order in, worst experience tonight.

We dine at this restaurant often. We were there Tuesday Aug 20th and also a week before that. As always, service is good, food is excellent & we always want to come back. Parking: Lots of room without having to walk very far. Its also easy to drop someone off near the entrance before parking. This works for my wife who uses a cane, since we dont have a disabled parking permit.

I have been to this specific Montanas a few times and it s probably the best in kw. The manager is fun and engages with customers (loves talking about hockey). Lauren who we ironically get everytime is an amazing hardworking waitress she presents herself professionally and very mindful of her actions to make it enjoyable. The chef. The food was hot, quick and actually had a lot of flavour I recommend the chicken burrito bowl. It will be a staple for every celebration.
Brook was very attentive and friendly. We had a few questions about some menu items and she was happy to get the answers we needed from the kitchen. For the most part the food was great, although my husband thought the fish was a bit salty. Overall we had a great visit and will return.

Got the chipotle firecracker burger. Im not sure where either the chipotle or the firecracker were. I was expecting spicy, but I got a bland burger without even ketchup and mustard. The only spice I found was on the deep fried jalapenos (5 or 6 slices) and the crispy onions. But it was very mild.
