StrykerZ kitchen and Bar has some fantastic wings—crispy, spicy, and really tasty. The drinks are decent, and the atmosphere is average. However, the service could use some improvement. It was a bit slow and not as attentive as I'd hoped. Still, if you're a wing lover, it's worth checking out, but don't expect top-notch service.
I came here for the first time, not expecting much. We ordered spinach dip, fish and chips, and wings. I just wanna say FLAWLESS. This place has amazing service and amazing food, fantastic specials! I will be back. Me and my fiancée had a great experience here. If you’re reading this, I highly recommend you go. Strykerz is worth a visit.
Such a cute establishment! Love the atmosphere; we were welcomed with smiles by all the staff. They accommodated our group of 6 to the T! The food was delicious, I had 2 very picky people in our group and they raved about the fish and chips and the taco bowl. Their menu has a wide variety to choose from, they have some delicious adult drinks too. We certainly will come back. My suggestion is make a reso so you know that you will get a spot. Tables fill up quickly!
My first time here. I've seen many posts in local groups about StrykerZ for a while and figured I'd take advantage of 1/2 price wing night. These wings are no joke. They are huge. Plenty of dry rub and sauced options. Carrot and celery sticks are not included in the special (extra charge) which our server explained to us, you also have to purchase a beverage and compostable take out containers are $1.50.
I love chicken Wings! I was a little worried when I saw the size of them, too often big wings are cooked less than my liking… but not here! This large wings are crispy - tasty - cooked well and the flavours are a hit! The suicide sauce… #boom !!!! Very very spicy. Loved it! I will def try this place again and if it’s consistent, this will become a new spot for us to put on the roster!
One of the worst experiences ever!! We called early to make reservation and they were like first come first serve and then we arrived and we found reserved tables! Not to mention how rude the owner was with us We were a big group and he refused to even move a chair to add so we can sit together The wings came cold and flavorless! Nothing tasted good! Nothing was spicy. We got the saucy ones and there should be a lot of flavor in those, they barely have any sauce on them The service is horrible. I don't know why this place has a good rating honestly nothing was good at all.
We had wings (Cajun & sweet chili Thai), onion rings, quesadillas and the beet & goat cheese salad. Wings were large and quite tasty and done perfectly. Salad was amazing! Quesadillas were very good as well, but I would say the onion rings were a bit greasy.. A solid place to eat and the waitress was awesome as well. We will be back.
Stryker virgin today they blew my mind. Franchises are so over rated I’m learning. I walked up the sidewalk walked in the door every table was reserved all tables that weren’t had people sitting in them except the patio. I was reluctant to stay I was walking out the door. A really nice person stopped us and told us what was going on tonight why all the tables were reserved live band night. I just said well that’s good to know don’t come on a Thursday. We were talking about what days are best to come how do we get a table. I explained it was my first time. A very nice couple were sitting at a table and over heard our conversation they were super like so sweet to get up and let us have dinner at their table. They were going to finish their alcohol drink outside in their patio. They are regulars there. I thought that was super nice and you don’t see that around here to often any more. Thank you to that sweet couple once again you didn’t have too but I’m so glad you did. I went for wings because I was just dying for them once again. Their wing night is Wednesdays. Thursdays it’s fish and let me tell you I’m not an under the sea kind of eater I enjoy looking and observing under the sea better then eating it but it looked amazing. The cleanness of the bathrooms had me at heck yes for a busy establishment I couldn’t believe how clean it was and same with the baby change table I did pull it down to look. Let’s go to service the person that served us was so friendly nice always answered my annoying questions because I had a lot. The food was fantastic to be honest I was so skeptical like really bad but honestly best wings I’ve had in a long time. Another thing I absolutely love is they have biodegradable straws not paper straws thank goodness I can’t deal with them paper straws like gross. I also heard it’s best for you to bring your own take out containers because if you don’t and you need one they will change a few. I feel that’s so awesome for the environment and that has me intrigued to go back. They have deals almost every day Mondays they’re closed. If I have any influence here I would highly suggest to please try this place. The owner was so nice and came up to the table and had a great conversation friendly and completely down to earth kind of person. This place is definitely a place I felt at home and in my hometown again. Thank you for everything we will see you again real soon

Stryke 1. We made reservations for two. When we arrived we were given a high table. I am a small person and thus feel uncomfortable on high chairs. I also have osteoporosis and want to reduce the risk of a fall. There were two lower tables and we requested one of them. We were told they were reserved (although there were no reserved signs on them) and should have specified we wanted a lower table when we made the reservation. We asked if there were any unreserved tables for walk-ins and yes we could wait. Stryke 2. We waited by the door. Reserve signs were placed on the tables we had requested. Finally a table was vacated. Two people came in (woman and child) requesting a table for 5 people, 3 people yet to arrive. They were given the vacated table even though we were next in line. Stryke 3 We continued to wait until a table for 2 was vacated. Okey you two the owner said as she cleaned the table. We sat down across from the entrance door which left us at a cold, drafty table (should have left after Stryke 2). We left. Weve been to this establishment several times. The owner appeared to recognize us. Perhaps this is a one-off. Nevertheless, we wont return.
This place is a great local sports bar. The holiday poutine is the best thing on the menu this season.

I was not expecting much; picked this place as it was closest to the Aud. Boy, was I pleasantly surprised. The wings were great (rivals Mortys, more sauce choice!), and I liked the craft beer selection. Friendly service, and had a good regulars vibe. The place was packed - likely because of the Rangers game. I strongly recommend making reservations. Ill be back!
I always come on Wednesday for their wing special. Their wings are definitely the BEST in town. The biggest and tastiest and cheapest if you come on Wednesday. Be sure to book well in advance if you want to come on Wednesday for wings

Could not have been happier with the food or the service! Came here for the wings; heard nothing but amazing things and we are wing people! Spicy gar par did not disappoint. The signature burger was incredible and cooked perfectly. The garlic aioli is to die for. Krystal was an absolute treasure too. She was so delightful, engaging, and gave us **impeccable** service. Should have tried this place way sooner, and well be back regularly in the future without a doubt! *Edit: still amazing, wouldnt go anywhere else for wings. Love the staff, love the food, our favourite spot in the city!

Got 2 pounds - dry Cajun and honey garlic. Wings themselves were fantastic but they were badly under sauced, dry Cajun tasted like they forgot the seasoning at all. I had to use sauces from my fridge to get any flavour. Missed opportunity.
Unfortunately went there for dinner on a Friday night even though they were busy with reservations we waited to be seated noticed there was a table available on the patio but was never offered it instead it was offered to the party that walked in after us very disappointing
Small busy place. Wings were really good. Service was a little slow but it was a Sunday plus a Rangers game night. Food was good though.
The batter in their fish and chips was undercooked because there was too much batter and the fries were undercooked, pale, and not at all crispy. The value during their daily special however, was incredible. The buffalo chicken sandwich, wings, and nacho were perfect. Our service is usually good and the atmosphere is always good, especially for those seated at the bar.

We were visiting family in Kitchener on a Saturday. I read the reviews on this place so decided to give it a try. The wings were big, meaty and seasoned and cooked perfectly. The man that served me just after they opened was polite, professional and courteous. If I m ever looking for wings in Kitchener again they have earned my business.

Food was wonderful as we had the wing special today. Beer was great but the service was horrendous. Only 8 people in the restaurant and still waited for over half an hour for plate of wings. Beer glass was empty and waited almost 10 minutes before asked for another beer. Table next to us was dirty before we got there and we were there for an hour and a half and table still not cleaned as again no one in the restaurant. If service was better this place would be completely awesome but instead just listen to them complain about not looking forward to how busy wing night is going to be
We had the wings cause we missed our regular st Louis on Tuesday. Great wing experience. Becca was not only attentive but knew her job and she was polite and quick. Food was hot and tasty ! We highly recommend. My mom is a former chef and said the wings were fantastic and are fresh. She rarely is this satisfied with food service and quality ! Parking: Plaza parking

I really enjoyed the poutine and would 100% go back to get it again. My husband and I didnt like the wings. We tried the maple bacon, lemon pepper, gar par and honey garlic and most had too much seasoning so were overpowering unfortunately. With that being said, I love poutine so would still come back because theres was good!
Not sure how I have missed this place, but the wings are great and the beer is cold! The server was really friendly and the restaurant was really clean. Lots of locals in for lunch. We will definitely be back.

Went on a cheaper wing night, it went quite slow. The breaded wings were good, but not outstanding, and the unbreaded wings were really lacking.
Been meaning to try this place for ages and finally got out tonight. Its tiny, but has a small covered patio area. Luckily managed to get a table no problem even though it was nearly full Came for the 1/2 priced wings on Mondays and was not disappointed. Huge roaster wings perfectly cooked. - Crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside.and the sauce options are surprisingly good. Highly recommend the authentic buffalo and the Hot/Caesar/Parm flavour (forget what they call it ATM ) At 17$ for 7 wings on a normal night they would have been a bit pricey but for 8.50$ (with a drink purchase) on Mondays you arent going to find a better deal for better wings anywhere. Will definitely be back!

Excellent wings and service ! Went as of today for wing special Was Never told upfront about the 1.50 $ container charge + tax for leftovers of 4 wings ?? Never EVER had this at ANY other restaurant. Wow that was very upsetting. Left a 10 % tip only. Im a guy that tips better . But sorry to my waitress Have to be transparent or I would have Only ordered 7 wings

Great wings and fish and chips, very good Saturday specials which you never really see in town any more. Definitely recommend, might be best wings in town and Ive had them everywhere. Patio is nice enough even though its just a strip mall parking lot, inside looked nice enough, live music was a little loud inside for me so we sat outside. First time here, and all I have to say is amazing! I had learned about this place on the food in Waterloo region group on Facebook, where they get rave reviews. And let me tell you, it does not disappoint. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with amazing customer service. I wish I would ve gotten our servers name; but she was just so friendly. She had even given us the backstory of how this place started. Much respect! As I m sure all of you working there, present the same level of amazing customer service. Now to the food, probably one of the best chicken wings I ve had .and I ve eaten quite a few in my lifetime. The gravy, I licked my bowl clean haha. The drinks were delicious, a must try when visiting KW region. And shout out to the band, it s nice to hear people are still rocking country. My fave! Made a perfect night. Great job to all of you!! Was extra happy to hear you have a dog friendly patio, so I ll definitely be back with my boys.
A solid place. Good food, drink and service at a reasonable price. They get some great people to play some music sometimes too. Careful ordering the suicide wings. They are actually really hot unlike most suicide wings.
It gets busy so get here early to get a seat. Theyre still fast though and food never disappoints. $10 fish and chips on Thursday and it hits hard. Like rock hard. Best in town. I ordered the pesto chicken sandwich, the bun was so toasted that I couldnt eat it without hurting my mouth. The menu did not state it was toasted as it does with other sandwiches. I also ordered the loaded fries as a side, there was lots of cheese, unfortunately by the time it was brought to our table the cheese wasnt even melty anymore just hard. The plate on the full size loaded fries was extremely hot but the cheese was not even melty, it was hard as well.
Great little bar a perfect spot for a lunch, dinner or a quick bite. During the summer time there is a patio outside. Daily specials keep the locals coming. We would pop in here before the Kitchener Ranger hockey games. Delicious chicken wings with few sauce options . Quesadillas traditional or home recipe pulled pork, Reuben sandwich and so much more. Came from out of town because we heard the wings are amazing and they are! My favourite , Suicide wings way hotter than anywhere else you will ever have. Be prepared to sign a waiver and the waiver is not a joke. Add to that the other food is fantastic, especially the nachos. Jeremy makes the suicide sauce every couple of weeks. Tonights flavour was raspberry and Kiwi. Wed and Sunday .99cent wings!

The best fish and chips I have had since sonnys closed. They were my favorite. Now I have a new favorite they were so good there are not enough stars to rate them . Soooo good. I will definitely keep going for my weekly fish and chip fix lol.

The food is good and really I enjoyed it, however the service is very poor and slow we stayed around 40 min just to order and the order came late, also we were a big group they refused to have us seated together, this is so not the best experience for me and for my friends.
Great food, awesome atmosphere. We love that they have live music on the weekends. The only negative is the inconsistent hours of operation and when they stop take out orders when the kitchen is too busy. Slightly inconvenient, but overall Strykerz is a lovely local pub.
We ate a burger, wings, garlic bread and chicken quesadilla. The saucy wings were really good. I like how meaty they are. Staff is great, super accommodating, nice and attentive! If your looking for comfort pub food and great service, you should add strykerZ to your list! The live music on Saturday night was a nice touch.
Liquor license and that of a female server that completly over served a father with 3 young children should be questioned and revisited. As servers we are trained to abide by our smart serves and taught never to over serve. nevermind to over serve to someone with 3 young children with him. this will all be called into question as it falls upon the server and the liquor license holder. Completly disgusted this restaurant doesnt follow smart serve rules and should be shut down but hopefully this is a start before someone gets seriously hurt

Always wanted to go here as I heard the wings are really good and sure enough they are not good but great. The person I was with had the fish and chips and he really liked it. They also have a pretty impressive beer list so that was a bonus. Glad they feature regional beers. Will definitely return.
Today I came in for the Canadian Burger Friday if he has $5 off their burgers and they come across but you have to buy a drink. Burger was delicious very quick the table hot. Service was awesome my waitresses name was Deanna and she was quick officiate and funny.

I finally got to try Strykerz in Kitchener yesterday and it definitely didn t disappoint ! I had the chicken sandwich with pesto, arugula, goat cheese, tomato and an addition of avocado. Since their wings are so popular I had to try them too! Pictured here are the bbq and jerk flavour. The service was amazing and the ambiance, lovely. I can t wait to go back!

Great spot. Wanted to try for a while. Was smaller than I expected however the service and love music was great. Deals were awesome on Saturday and the fish was awesome. Great batter, cooked well, not oily and fries were perfect. The wings were very lack luster. Wouldnt purchase if not on sale. Personally Id save my money and try other menu items.

My son took me here for my birthday, I almost dont want to tell everyone how good it was or it will get too crowded! The server was on top of everything serving the whole place by himself. Our first time here for the Wednesday $1/wing deal. The wings were amazing and pretty big, and lots of choices of flavors for them. For a small place, the atmosphere was great and didnt feel like being cramped in. Only issue is that it was dinner time and it took a while until the server got back to our table, but thats understandable due to only having 2 servers at the time. Definitely returning again.
Food is decent, but every single time I try to go there for dinner, they are full of reservations for the entire night. Very difficult to go somewhere when they dont have space for you.

Great little pub! Service was attentive and courteous. Food was great (ordered snitzel, snitzel sandwich, kids pasta Alfredo and Ruben sandwich). It seems like it could get a bit rowdy with a full house but thats the fun of a pub! Kid-friendliness: Our server was quick to bring our not yet 2 year old a coloring sheet/menu and crayons. She even asked if we would like our daughters food to come out first so we could get her started before we were distracted with our own meals.
Very nice little family owned sports bar. We had fish and chips, and dry cajun wings with onion rings. The fish was haddock and should be bragged about, the wings were also excellent and I had to sign a waiver for the side of suicide sauce which was house made and I highly recommend if you like heat.The onion rings were literally the best I have ever had.

This was our second time coming in a 7 day window. We went again because of their deal on wings as most of our friends love wings. The food was decent (what I would expect from a pub). The service was okay as well. Food came out hot and correct. The problem lies with their shady billing practices. We were a group of 10. I realize it s pretty common to automatically charge a gratuity, but what they do is charge 18% service charge on the pre-tax meal and then charge tax on top of that service charge without telling us. Since we were never notified that the charge would be there, a bunch of our group paid a healthy gratuity in addition to the already 18%. Strykerz: Tell the customer so they don t get swindled out of more money. And don t hide it as a service charge on the bill call it what it is a GRATUITY!!! Needless to say, none of us will return.

We went in and all the tables were filthy and zero recognition for even being in the restaurant we left disappointing as we ve been here before and it was great all around.
Food is excellent but VERY LIMITED SEATING. Plastic seats on the outdoor patio and wooden picnic tables. Parking: Patio takes up a large portion of the close to location but small walk to large adjoining lot of mall.

The wings had way too much batter, but the Turkey bacon club was good. The Caesar (drink) was top notch, tho!! Service was extremely slow for it not being overly busy. Food
Went there last Thursday (wings night) Their wings are huge. Tried sweet chilli thai and medium wings. They have a lot of options for drinks too. Food

Ive never had a more horrible experience than at Strikerz. The older lady that is a waitress there is very rude, and gives off agitated vibes. Ive been there more than once, but this time i was talking to a male bartender when she rudly talked over the male bartender to tell me i needed to go and wait outside for her to serve me. That was it i had enough of her rude demeanor, and left more than upset with a few hand gestures. Im usually more accepting of people even though there vibes are off, but this lady needs to find a job where she can work by herself. Plus the nachos there taste like they been sitting under a bed for weeks. Yuckkkk!
Strykerz is a smaller bar with some of the best people and servers and staff are amazing . Always great music and the food never disappoints. A hidden gem in Kitchener

The suicide wings were delicious! They should toss it In less sauce though as it was a little much. If you are a hot food fiend like myself I would say its a solid 8/10 spice level with a 9/10 for the after burn.
Absolutely bummed with our experience at this establishment! 3 wait staff and only 1 working so we waited... For everything! The food was ok but the drunkfest going on at thee biggest table in the place was loud, abrasive and disgusting! They kept trying to get the drunkest one to pass out in the car... Its freezing out there! Why they kept serving these fabulous folk more adult bevs is beyond me but the kicker wasnt even when they told the guests at 7:30 pm they were no longer serving tables (they close at 10!) it was when we tried to use our Rangers VIP card for our loyalty pricing and we were informed that there was no management on so they couldnt give us a discount Well... I am sorry you wasted our time!

Ive really on sampled the wings...and beer .... both excellent, the suicide sauce is one of the hottest Ive had. Always good service Food
Used to come here with my sister Clara and she d always go for the Caesar salad with chicken. There was some handsome man shaped like a capital Y that we couldn t take our eyes off. Ever since the car accident it s been a little while since Clara wanted the Ceasar with chicken but I think she ll be back on her feet soon.

I tried their fish and chips, i am addicted. to be honest the best one i ever had in Kitchener. So goood, cant wait to have another one again. amazing, i am not even a fan of fish and chips that much before.

Visiting from IL, I was so pleased with every aspect of StrykerZ from the delicious food, to cold drinks and amazing service. My first time in Canada and I felt right at home!!
We had a great meal. The nachos were massive. Burgers are good but should look at the variety. Why not a plain cheeseburger with bacon minus the maple syrup? $5 off burger combos on Fridays!! Go try it. You will be back. Dietary restrictions: Even have GF options.
