I ordered a chicken shawarma. By the time I got to the table it was ready and wrapped without asking what I wanted on it. Thought that was wierd. But the toppings she said that she put on was fine and I was really hungry. Take a bite of the wrap. Chicken was kinda dry and not warm. The wrap was kinda crusty. What happened here was that she handed me a cancelled order. Didnt even make me a fresh wrap. Every time I get a shawarma they will ask what you want on it and make it in front of you and No way she made it that fast from me walking from the cash to the table behind me never going there again. I feel cheated lol

I would recommend not eating here unless you speak Arabic. Just ordered 2 cheeseburgers with ONLY onion tomato cheese. Got them home and there is mustard all over them. ESL skills definitely need work.

The worse shawarma i have ever had.. first of all i had to wait for 20 mins for my order .. second of all even after the long wait my chicken came out uncooked.. it was chewy tastelss and definitely nothing close to a shawarma.. i paid 18$ for a large shawarma with no taste .. there are many better places to go than this.. dont waste your money on this folks

Been going to this place for a couple years. Great spot in DT Kitchener. Took a few months break from their food, when I returned as a customer the portions of their food has gotten drastically smaller. One wrap used to be more than enough for a meal. Now that is barely the case. Portions aren t worth the money anymore. Sucks because the food is good otherwise.

Three people work in this place and they work very hard. The way they I can 11 P M treated is very kind.

Ive been here several times now and the chicken swarma is pretty good most days. The rice itself is slightly moist with butter or something and the sauce is delicious. One of the best Schwarma in kw. Og review: Food was okay but cheeseburger poutine does have mustard on it even though I asked and they said it doesnt.

Was always good. I had chances to visit Waterloo and the last four visits over 6 months were not the same as I remembered. It is still better than a few Shawarma restaurants, but it is not the best Shawarma place to me anymore.

I bought a shawarma platter and a wrap, both tasted ok ( not the best I would say) but I was really disappointed with the quantity. It s priced high but totally not worth. I wouldn t suggest this place. There are many better options in kitchener/ waterloo.

Came with my girlfriend to grab a quick bite while walking around town. Rankunwar was very friendly and patient as we decided to what eat. We ordered the chicken shawarma burger, spicy fries and butter chicken over medium rice. The yellow rice was fluffy and fresh. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and very juicy. It was complemented very well by their slightly spicy balanced butter chicken sauce. The chicken shawarma burger had a lovely variety of flavours that amalgamated to make a very flavour and juicy burger. The beef was fresh and the chicken was seasoned to perfection; it was topped off with a brioche bun and sautéed onions. Overall 8.9/10. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area. And give Rankunwar a raise !! He deserves it.

Discount options are still pretty expensive for what you get and its weird that the shawarma wrap options have different prices depending on which ingredients you want on them. Poutine comes with shredded cheese instead of curds.

ace shawarma is good in taste But the quantity is not worth of what we are paying Before i use to buy shawarma on rice and it use to be full of shawarma now i feel like just I got some chunks of shawarma on my plate. My school club and I decided to receive catering from Ace Shawarma and they have been nothing but kind and thoughtful and their food was really delicious! We ordered the chicken shawarma and falafel trays. They delivered the food straight to our event and also provided all of the needed cutlery, napkins, and plates (which they did not have to do!). Were really grateful to Qasim and all of the staff involved who made our event possible :)

I would like to appreciate the service offered by Mr. Irfan (owner) for one of the issues I faced while ordering at Ace shawarma. He understood my concerns and acted accordingly and that in turn got my issue resolved. I would recommend people trying chicken tikka rice at Ace shawarma.

Ace Shawarma is one of my favourites, and I love their food. The chicken shawarma rice is so good! They also have shawarma wrap, and it tastes good too! A meal is too much for me, so I leave some for dinner . They also have the best fries! My friend and I love their fries! Would definitely recommend this place!

As with any restauarant, especially when you re a frequent flyer with special requests - orders can be messed up but the staff are always kind and quick to fix any issues you re having. Its in downtown and was highly recommended when I was visiting the area. But for me the shawarma was really bland even with extra hot sauce. Not my choice for shawarma in KW area, but great service and mango drink.

Only ever eaten here while drunk so hard to be unbiased, but if you are ever in DTK at night and a few drinks in between bar hopping or about to call it a night, I can highly recommend the Shawarma burger.
