20$ for one person, or not far off. At this price we should get in-house service. Remember when 2 could dine (two combos) for $9.99? Never again. Now, you're lucky if you get what you ordered. Almost a gamble for food that is assembled as opposed to prepared.

Employee working here have zero respect for customer and their time. Rude and arrogant while talking. Pls avoid this specific store location if you don’t want to face the same experience.
Attempted fraud. Ordered online through the app, as I always do. Registered as pending through the bank, after making us wait, they asked us to pay the counter again. After attempting to make a complaint, and being ignored, I went inside to deal with the issue. Luckily there was an on duty police officer who advised me how to approach the situation. I asked for a complaint form, They refused, I asked for a manager, and after four people saying they were managers, one person took charge and still stated there's no way to make a complaint in person. After denying what they did anything wrong, and blaming it on the "computers" stating it's a common issue and I shouldn't worry about paying twice (I'd expect that from an Indian call center scam artist). The conversation turns cyclical or they kept saying they wanted to help our situation, then denying any steps taken already. Will be complaining to head office, reported the fraud to our bank (we can't be the only ones) and if I find the time we'll make a complaint to the local police station. So they have an idea of what's going on. During the discussion I was accosted by four of the personnel, and one who attempted to grab my arm in some dominating fashion. Intimidation tactics I assume, nonetheless I wouldn't be supporting the staff here, as they seem to be working as a group to take advantage of people.
I went in for a milkshake and it was order your food at a menu screen. I waited at the counter to ask if they had milkshakes because they were not on the menu. I waited 6 minutes...no one came, so we left. It was super clean, just not enough friendly service.
Easily the worst McDonald's I have ever visited. It took me 25 minutes, as the second person up front ordering inside. Just a sandwich a pie and a diet soda. If you look at the photos, you'll see how dirty the inside was, (I had time to walk around). The front counter picture is the way it was the entire time I was standing there waiting with no less than 25 other people who had online ordered or ordered at the kiosks. In addition, during this time, two crew member came up front, rang up their break orders, picked up their food and went to take a break. You'll note that drive-thru was backed up as well. Don't go here, go to the a&w, it's worth the extra money.
Don't know how to review this McDonald's as I had a somewhat different experience compared to other McDonald's location. First, the dining area closes early, I'm guessing before 7 pm as I arrived 15 minutes till 8pm. The good thing is that a customer let me in since he was currently eating. I think Google need to have an option indicating only drive through available. The staff was helpful in letting me order and dine in even though dine in option is closed for the day. Just a note it seems a lot of businesses closes early in Quebec City
Just bought a double quarter pounder combo from this location. Is this how you would want your burger?? Very disappointed. Never had a worse burger.
Customer service has dropped terribly . It took us 15 minutes for a small order when there was only our order and a second to make. We ordered extra onion burgers most of which were all over the outside of the burger in the packaging . There were a lot of trash cans full to the brim and the place was very unclean. There was very little salad in the McDonalds... McDonalds isnt what it used to be, I find it very expensive, $35 for a small order like that... McDonalds no longer has the values it had before, we realize that money has been their only priority for several years....

At 2 p.m. in the afternoon we are all stuck in the entrance because the terminals to order are installed in a way that is not very functional for the waiting lines. The service was not very fast, the tables were not cleaned and the trash cans were absolutely disgusting.
Worst McDonald s in Quebec. I have been there several times because it is the closest McDonalds to my house. Out of 6 visits, I had order errors 4 times. Another time, I simply left because I waited more than 7 minutes, ALONE, at the drive-thru to order... Not 7 minutes to receive my food, but to place my order. The food, when you are properly served, meets McDonalds quality standards, but their process is so automated that you would have to really force yourself to do otherwise. Overall, terrible service. From now on, I will make a 10-minute detour to avoid this branch.
I had a very bad customer experience at this drive-thru, the employee was very disrespectful in his comments and had an arrogant tone. I have never left a bad review on a restaurant but I have never had such bad customer service
sad to see how this restaurant has deteriorated in quality of service compared to before. New owner. Something is always missing or not the right thing and whats more, when someone comes to bring it to me at counter 2, I ask if mayo and ketchup are in the bag and I am told in a condescending tone: well yes, your order is complete sir and the guy leaves I arrive home, they loaded me with stuff that I hadnt asked for and guess what: no mayo or ketchup and the large half-full fries wow. It was worth being stupid to me...ridiculous Next time: allow yourself to be stupid if at least you have provided what the customer asked for.

I have rarely seen a McDonalds with such bad service. Whether its day or evening, its the same thing. I order an iced coffee in the evening with pickup in the car = it takes 15 minutes and eventually I have to go inside to pick it up because no one is coming. I have a black coffee in the morning, picked up at the counter, the employees chat in the kitchen as I see my coffee waiting on the rack. 5 minutes later, an employee comes to bring me the coffee. I get iced coffee at lunchtime at the drive-thru and they make me wait at the other window. So, if you like to wait, this is an excellent restaurant, otherwise, go elsewhere. I recently converted to McDonalds, but Im announcing that Im going back to Tims. Plus, the employees have a smile!

Ive been going to this McDonalds for about 35 years, the service and the food were perfect, but since the staff was completely changed (New owner perhaps) its just rubbish. Errors on orders, service and staff who seem to not care about customers. The last straw was when I went to the drive-thru and they had 7 cars go to the right side. Seriously for me, this McDonalds is over. I dont recommend it to anyone and wish them to lose their franchise. If we could put negatives on the stars I would give them a -5. Im normally a good sport about my opinions, but no, it has to stop.

Pay attention to drive-thru ordering. Either they dont understand our words, our language or an administration tactic to make us pay more. But, either the order will be delivered incomplete or they will deliberately say that we did not say trio to load each thing and not put the drinks... tell us that we did not say trio when ordering at the car and if you want to drink, just get back in line and pay. It happens 85% of the time. So have each word repeated or rehearsed carefully or record the conversation as evidence. Otherwise, managers will rip you off!!!

We ordered two snack size Mcflurrys; a strawberry cheesecake and a Skors. We received two simple ice creams with a minimal amount of toppings... The Mcflurry was not stirred and the Skors one simply had nothing in it. Additionally, the service at window number 2 was miserable. No hello or kindness... feeling like youre bothering him. In short, very disappointed with the new staff put in place since my last visit.

I understand that we hire people without a diploma or elsewhere but you should at least know how to count to 10 and know how to read. Receiving 7 chicken croquettes instead of 10 is rubbish, having asked for 2 habanero sauce and receiving 2 bbq sauce is annoying. I also asked for the jalapeno cheddar sauce and I received a wing and parmesan... yes I wouldnt have eaten at home but I wanted a good little McDonalds before going to the cinema.
Luckily it says 24 HOURS drive-thru service on the big sign... showed up at 4 oclock to be told that it was lunch in 30 minutes, but that we couldnt order anything in waiting...
Drive-thru service: slow, I order I give my number in the application the employee does not understand (I repeat no problem) I order 2 quarter pound sandwiches with cheese and a peach splash.. Ok the order seems to be going well I go to the window to pay, I dont see the amount, I pay contactless.. I continue to the other window, I receive my order and I just want to validate my order but the employee shouts at me to move on... I leave without having been able to look.. Results Im on the highway and I only have a sandwich... There are 2 of us in the vehicle.. THANKS !

Every time we go there, there is always an error in the order, its over, I prefer to go further to guarantee better service. Yesterday they made us pay $5 too much for our order only to tell us that there was nothing they could do about it afterwards, a medium fry was missing and the one we had was cold (probably left on the counter), our 2 hamburgers without cheese both had cheese and were drowned in ketchup to the point where we couldnt open without it disgusting us. No straw for our drink. Last time I went there 0/10

Service provided by people who come from far away, probably from Morocco or in this area, so they speak French very poorly. And when we are inside we hear the employees talking to each other in another language which is not French or English. Its very unpleasant.

Good morning! I have noticed a serious deterioration in the drive-thru service in recent weeks. When ordering, we sometimes notice an error during payment at this window, possibly a minor misunderstanding, but its really not the biggest problem. At the first window used to serve food, the person in place systematically moves us to another window, whether there is 1 customer or 54 and regardless of the product ordered (1 drink or 3 trios). It seems to be an obsession. The source of the problem is possibly there: we are almost never given the drinks at this stage and I have the impression that the chain goes off the rails at this moment. I have already only been given one invoice at this stage and realized at the next window that it was not mine. (Obviously, the staff brought me the wrong order at the other window.) Also, if the staff who brings us the food at the alternate window (or further away, near the front door) leaves too quickly, we have no choice but to wait for the person to return if an error is noted or if the drinks are missing (the drinks are almost always missing and there is an error 1 out of 2 times). When there is a problem after the order window and the first food delivery window, it is always worrying because we often do not have our invoice. Recently, I also received a cardboard spoon to eat poutine and I did not receive a straw. In short, many errors and omissions are noted on several orders. We feel a significant disorganization of the team. I usually come by a few times a week, for various meals or occasions. Seems better at lunch though. I also notice that the staff in general (with the exception of a gentleman who takes orders, who seems rather friendly to me) is rather cold towards customers (not rude: cold). When its working and the service is good, it doesnt bother me that much, but it adds to the rest considering the current quality of service. The food is always very good though: I would just say that the composition of chicken poutine varies a little from one time to another (ratio between ingredients), but its not new and not that serious. Unfortunately, I tend to avoid this McDonalds more and more if a product equivalent to what I want to buy is sold at another restaurant in the same area. Thank you for your help and have a nice day!

Commande incomplète, la personne qui prend les commandes ne comprend pas tout à fait le français. Commande imparfaite, nous navons pas reçu ce que nous avons commandé. Sur une commande de 60$, nous avons dû repasser deux fois au service à lauto et même comme cela notre commande nétait pas exacte. Cétait mon meilleur choix pour le service et lexactitude des commandes, mais plus maintenant.

General uncleanliness of the place (papers on the floor, tables, chairs, fries everywhere). Error in order (missing a McDouble) Hair in my daughters Big Mac.. But the highlight of the show was certainly the employee on break, sitting near the counter where we receive our orders, who, with enthusiasm, determination and enthusiasm, was busy dislodging the nasty booger that seemed to be affecting his breathing. . Several seconds, I would go so far as to say minutes, working on it until the Holy Grail is finally extracted from its nasal orifice... Completely disgusting.

Since COVID, fast food service in general has decreased or even completely disappeared for certain service points. But I would like to congratulate this McDonalds branch. The service is extremely fast. Ive never had any errors on my multiple orders and whats more, they manage to be really friendly and helpful. Hats off to all the employees.

I dont teach anyone anything, but go to the McDonalds specifically to buy something for children who are in crisis..then they give us half of our order. Nothing from the children...even if we paid for it...only to realize it 10 minutes after getting home. Well done Mcdonald once again you confirm to me that just delivering a simple order is far too complicated for your abilities!
