I waited 10 minutes at my table, but no server arrived, so I had to go to the cashier to place my order. After paying, the waiter gave me my food in a takeout bag, even though I wanted to dine in. Without making a fuss, I sat down to eat, but midway through, the waiter told me I couldn’t eat takeout at the table. When I explained, he rudely suggested I eat in my hotel room. This unprofessional service was shocking, and I decided to cancel my plans to dine with my family tomorrow. We’ll eat somewhere where customers are respected. I hope the management addresses this, as the experience was highly disappointing. I hope this waiter gets fired! Very unprofessional!!
I had an incredibly frustrating experience and will not be returning. After ordering my pizza, I had to take it to my table myself, as the staff didn’t even offer to bring it over. As soon as I started eating, one of the staff members came over and told me I had to leave because my pizza was in a box. He rudely told me to “go eat in my room” and wouldn’t let me finish my meal at the table, despite the restaurant being far from full. The way he handled the situation was unprofessional and downright disrespectful. This level of poor customer service is unacceptable. The fact that I was asked to leave for simply eating pizza in a box is absurd. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent dining experience.
A frozen pizza would have been better quality than the $32 medium
The food was okayish, initially the waitress greeted us well and once we paid bill, she just grabbed the machine and sulked looking at the tip… !! Very unprofessional behaviour.. such a judgemental place ..
I ordered a penne pasta in a hotel ..asked for Chilli flakes and cutlery .. whoever packed this forgot both so I don't know how to eat pasta now...thanks for messing up my order...
Great place for pizza lovers. Delicious food and great service. The attendant was very friendly and nice. Gave good recommendations for the vegetarian options. Nice quaint place for dine in and the quality of food is terrific. We tried ravioli bites and Bandera bread and they were yummy. Pastas could be better. But overall a nice dine in place.
Normally I always get great service at any of the BP's I go to, however this one was a little hard to palate. I decided to order take away so I could go back and eat at my hotel. The girl at the takeout table was fantastic and the first part of my food was okay, the part they didn't forget to give me when I left. when I called to let them know my order wasn't complete the young lady again was fantastic and offered to run it up to my room, unfortunately wrong hotel. when I spoke with a management type person they said they do not deliver and I would have to come back and get it. I suggested I would just pick an appetizer up the next day rather then come down again to get it, they said I would have to pay again?? I went and got it and I will not be back to this establishment again.
All dressed pizza looks more like bread with sprinkles of toppings and cheese, and at 33$ it's a big rip off.

It was BP. Nothing extraordinary in terms of cuisine but the service was perfect. There were a lot of people in the restaurant on both sides.
Parmesan and garlic fries. Do we really need to put oil, which doesnt taste much, on fries???? A mixture of garlic and fresh parmesan on the hot fries (of course) would have surely been better, especially since my fries were not hot. Never again (especially at $10.95)

I found the service and the food ok, but the first glance of the restaurant is not very clean, the walls at the back of the seats are horribly sticky and very dirty, not to mention the carpets. But it gets better with cloths and soap, because its not very appetizing. Constructive comments as they say.

We were there on a Saturday evening with a 2 year old child in a slightly separate room, it was perfect! The service and arrival of the dishes really fast, the gluten-free pizzas delicious! The young people who work there are smiling and very hardworking! THANKS !

WoW!!! Probably THE best Boston Pizza in the province!!! Ultra fast, efficient service and double surgical precision! There were 34 of us and we were served in a time that defies belief! All this, by just 1 waitress! Very smiling! WoW!!!!!! Go for it! You will not regret it!!!

The most bland food I ve ever tasted. I ve tried before and told myself never to eat there again but I was staying in the hotel right next door with my kids so ordered here for convenience. Basically threw my money in the garbage. Pasta was so bland the kids wouldn t eat it and my shrimp tacos were just not good. Threw more than half the meal out.

Very ordinary to be told on the phone on December 30th that we do not need a reservation for 6 people and then to be refused because there is no more room and to be told at 5:30 a.m. on the 31st...there is no no more room for the evening, you should have booked... very ordinary when you sleep at the associated hotel.....

One of our favorite restaurants as a family, the service is courteous and fast and the food is always excellent. Its also the restaurant where I had my first date with the man who would become the father of my children and my partner of the last 13 years hihi it always feels a little special to go back there

3 nights at Hotel Must and we had dinner every evening at Boston Pizza because the atmosphere and the menu were perfect Kid-friendliness: the cheez Burger ketchup mayo with fries was very popular

Honestly, it was my first time ever in a BP and it was a bad first impression. We didnt even get to eat. We got seated right away, which is a plus, but after 35 minutes we hadnt even had water yet and the waitress was basically avoiding us, passing by our table (which was right in the middle of 3 others that she was waiting on) and not even glancing our way. At that point we just left.

Horrible experience. We clearly told the waiter what toppings we wanted and explicitly said no bacon because we do not eat pork, bacon or ham. However, our pizza had prosciutto. We returned the food. We asked to talk to the manager, but she didnt bother to come and asked the waiter to give us a discount. She did not have the courtesy to come and see us and apologize! The waiter made the decision himself to waive the charge. Language was another barrier. Most Quebec folks do not speak English, and those who do have a hard time understanding. The restaurant was dirty. If this had happened in some other provinces of Canada, I think the outcome would have been more favourable to the customer, but this was Quebec!!! Never going to Boston Pizza - not in Quebec, not anywhere else Vegetarian options: There should be proper vegetarian options, instead of make believe ones! Dietary restrictions: Attention should be paid that Canada is a country with diverse backgrounds, and as such catering for their needs is imperative
Service A1, on the other hand when you change an ingredient in a dish you should notify the customer before the dish is on the table.

We went to this Boston Pizza in the middle of the afternoon with our 2 year old son who couldnt sit still. The staff was super patient with us even when the little monster went running everywhere. We never felt any judgment from the staff, and my son probably made everyone smile, including the cooks! And the food was perfect! Thank you to all of you!

Nice place. The waitress was great. The food was excellent. The only problem is that I would have liked to know that there was a rally of the Quebec Conservative Party when I made the reservation in the afternoon because I would have chosen another Boston Pizza. Yes, I knew there was an event but without additional details. I didnt like crowding in order to get to reception, even though people saw me trying to make my way to get there and the person at reception did nothing to pack them down.

The perroghi pizza was excellent as always. The fried onions ordered as a starter arrived quickly, to our great pleasure: we were hungry!! Our server was very pleasant. A good representative of the banner.

Last night we had a reservation at 7 p.m. for 10 people including 3 children! After 41 minutes we left to go elsewhere! In the 41 minutes the waiter only came to us once to ask us if we wanted something to start, we asked for water for now we got 3 pitchers .without glass we stopped him the first time to get some and he told us it wont be long 15 minutes later we stopped the waiter again who was ignoring us by the way, to ask him to at least have some glasses for us We got the answer that there was no more clean glass! 10 minutes later the diver, I guess, came to bring us glasses we thanked him telling him to keep the glasses clean and we left! 41 minutes in your restaurant without any service is unacceptable! I was already a manager in a restaurant and even if I was overwhelmed it would never have been accepted!

The place could use a lick of paint and new carpet. Perhaps a uniform would help with the appearance of the staff who seem rather unkempt. The meal was OK.

It took more than 15 minutes for any staff to serve us drinks (water), or take our order. Are we invisible? Short staff or not, a little acknowledgment would have be appreciated within 15 minutes. I gave it a 2 star since the waitress was friendly. If you have young kids, make sure to bring something to occupy themselves. 15+ minutes for any acknowledgment.

Your chicken pizza with BBQ sauce doesnt taste like BBQ sauce, and thats two different Boston Pizzas that Ive tried and which, following the same recipe, necessarily have the same defect. Your recipe needs to be reviewed. Taste the chicken pizza with BBQ sauce from the restaurant Au coin de la rue in Beauport, you will understand what a BBQ chicken pizza is supposed to be. Thats my only negative point :)
