There was no air conditioning during the first heat wave in June. Fans blowing hot air and working in horrid conditions. I gave almost a 10$ tip on a 10$ sub. I felt so bad for the guy behind the counter but the woman who worked there sitting at the table was a name I cannot say on here. I’m hope the employees get better treatment soon n the future or this location should lock its doors. Your employees are your business be freaking better Subway!!
We showed up at 9:15, store was supposed to close at 9:30. Door was locked, employee was cleaning up with headphones and made gestures to encourage us to leave. 2 other clients showed up after us and got same treatment. Not recommended.
We ordered online through app on 11th May 2022. the store was supposed to close at 9:00 pm and we arrived there to pickup our ‘already paid for order’ at 8:30 pm, and employee was inside the store in the back area, their car was parked outside, But they deliberately chose not to answer our knocks on the door and did not help us Our money was deducted from the account and we did not get any food.. When we came back 30 mins later at 9:05 pm store lights were off and car parked was gone which proves that there was someone inside.. Very bad experience, definitely avoid this restaurant AT ALL COST!!
The food was good and the service... The service I think... But it was weird. The guy at the counter was commenting everything we were saying like he was our friend... Very odd experience...
I loved this place. I'm staying at the hotel right beside it and my French isn't very good, but the lady was kind enough to talk to me in English. The sandwich was delicious as well!
It was the best choice where I was, I didn't want to go to a restaurant to spend too much so I opted for Subway. It was a decent wrap, not expensive, and filling.
Excellent service. Never expect much from a fast food joint like subway, though Sabrina made us some great subs and even asked each of us if the sauce was enough. She was very courteous.

Order made on ueat.... First, you display on ueat how meals that you no longer have in stock were available (brisket)... even though it is easy to make them unavailable... Secondly, we take a combo and there is no way to receive in the bag what is in combo... This is the first and last time I order from you...
We ordered around 8 p.m., there was almost nothing left and I hardly had any meat in my sub... at the price we paid... plus there were 2 of them and the service was super slow ... I have never, ever criticized a subway but this one I dont recommend at all
I rarely give bad reviews but this time I couldnt say anything. Firstly, no welcome in the restaurant which was empty. 2 clerks behind the counter one was filling the breads and the other was finishing an Uber order. No visual contact they saw me but no politeness hello for a moment the base then when filling the meats in my sandwich the 1/4 fell on the paper I said to myself well he will put it back in the sandwich when putting it in the oven but no... subsequently when filling the salad it was black so I told the clerk if possible to remove it and put the new one from the pot next to it (he even hesitated when putting it in the oven). the sandwich but when did you put it even the blackened salad...) he simply removed the salad with 2/3 of the melted cheese to PUT IT BACK INTO THE SALAD DISH..... in short the fillings on the salad table were empty as well as the drinks. I ask to have the biscuits back in the oven rack, one she answers me, they are hot so I say well time better thats exactly what I would like, having worked at Subway I know that hot they are better. she answers me and I site: I wont burn myself to give you these cookies, take the ones in the display... (pk dont take a spatula?? in short...) all for $21 I think a little rebriffing with procedures and customer service should be done...

Good drinks
The service is OK, but its beyond messy! The trash cans are overflowing with junk, the edges of the windows are dirty with I dont know what, one of the seats in the dining room has grout of an unidentifiable material, our feet stick to the bathroom floor, the tap is very stained, the store door welcomes us in all its splendor with these handprints in the windows revealed by the rays of the 4:00 p.m. sun. Gathering all my courage to eat there, the only young employee present is content to be on his cell phone sitting at a table... Do you not like cleaning?
When you pay over $20 for a 12 inch but they dont even want to give you glasses for water... we have a big problem. Nothing negative to say about the employees on site or the food.

Avoid at all costs. Messy. The clerk grilled my sandwich and then let it cool for 10 minutes on the counter. $14 for a 6in Cold and Dry trio. And it has the nerve to ask for a tip....
I have nothing to say about the store employees. On February 14, we placed an Uber order. I received a 6 in. instead of a 12 in. However, I contacted the store to alert them of the error. I was told that the manager would call me back because it was dinner time. I showed up at 1 p.m. and they gave me a 6 again, apologizing! :) We ordered 2 submarines in April. My colleagues was missing 2 toppings. For my part, I ordered a wrap with rice (a special these days) with teriyaki chicken. However, I received a standard wrap. The error is as such, but there is a price difference. Be careful with online orders!
VERY long. 4 people in line, 20min wait. 2 employees 1 makes the bread, the other makes the condiments at the cash register. The use of bread goes behind, the other use so much momentum it makes no sense. No communication between employees, no working method! Does 1 customer at a time with payment & returns to touch the submarines? Asking to change the gloves for my mother, then for me, the girls behind us same thing, after the second gentleman (we ate there so we saw and waited) seriously its UNACCEPTABLE. The table is in the dining room, very unclean throughout, the breakfast eggs and potatoes are still in the condiment bar, what is that? Has it spent more than 12 hours in the area? I go there twice and never again. The owner its time to light it up, its HARD.
I try to be lenient with restaurant staff, especially when they are young. but this time, I should have just refused the meal and asked for a refund. Several ingredients (including the spinach from the salad and the pickles...like half the meal!) were missing. the instructions for having the sauces separately were not followed. the steak and cheese sandwich on flatbread that had been requested to be grilled flat had not even been heated and was not made with the correct cheese. Based on the number of restaurants with submarines, I think Ill go elsewhere next time.
The young woman who served me was stupid and impatient, hygiene rules were not respected, she touched everything with her gloves and came back to make my sandwich afterwards... all the tables were dirty..

I got kicked out of Subway when I bought food like she said. Customer service is disappointing.
Unfortunately for us it was a very unpleasant experience. A young employee obviously in training and the other watches him without helping him. The salad is empty, it takes everything for the girl to go back and get more. And then she just waits until the sandwiches are ready to make us pay. For $50, not even a trio, next time Ill put my money elsewhere, you can be sure. Obvious lack of supervision!
Seriously, I have already worked in restaurants, I know that the work is not easy and usually I refrain from commenting but this time without is too much. A young employee who seems to be in training is having a hard time producing 3 sandwiches. No problem, he is in training but the manager stands there looking at him without helping him. It takes all the effort to get a vegetable bin from the back. The young person asks for help and the other remains leaning in front of the screen to charge while everyone waits for their sandwich. Next time for sure Ill go somewhere else. Last time I gave money to this restaurant.
It was a little slow to make the subs, very very disappointed to no longer have Swiss cheese (it is lactose free) but it was good

Hello, I was feeling down and I was feeling faint when I showed up at your branch. My aunt Rita had gobbled up all the dessert that I had prepared. It was very good according to her. So I ask for a submarine (not him who goes underwater ). I asked not much but not too much Mayo use it a lot too much. I asked him to remove some. So he started removing the Mayo with napkins. But in the end the sandwich is very good in the eye.
Tuesday morning 9:30 am NOT OPEN. They should put up their new hours...
Dinner on March 26, 2022. We were there on March 26, 2022 for our lunch. We had a 12 inch breakfast from them with eggs and ham for $8.19. Total of $9.42 with taxes. I am discouraged. I ordered my sandwich and 12 cookies at 6 p.m. via the Uber Eat app. The man comes to bring me my sandwiches 10 minutes after ordering but I dont receive my biscuits because apparently he had more biscuits I paid $7 in vain and I cant get a refund
A bit disappointing. Ordered with Uber eats, two out of three drinks and a sandwich were missing. Also, in one of the sandwiches, there was supposed to be honey mustard and it was regular mustard... :/ In the other sandwich, no spinach... a little baggy

Oufff I dont know what to say I dont know if there is any training or the people who are there were hired because they had no one hired but a serious lack of knowledge when you ask for a salad and without asking questions only put some the salad and closes the lid and tells you thats it!!!!! And that returned. We are not able to pay by interac at the checkout!! Well, is it the fault of the employees or the employer, I have no answer for that!! Take two minutes and make sure of the competence of your employees!!

Disappointment: the fountain did not work and we could not get another drink at the price of the fountain. The air conditioning did not work. Fairly regular customer at Subway and this doesnt happen at another one where I go more regularly (Chauveau/Rober-Bourassa)
