I dont recommend it, the owner served us uncooked chicken, there was blood on our plate. He said it was normal. Its over for us.

I do not recommend it, my chicken was not cooked (blood on the plate) and in addition the cook (owner) told the young waitress to resolve the problem with the customer which I do not appreciate because she gives me a great service and its not her who does the cooking. So the owner tells me that if I want well-cooked chicken I have to ask for 3 minutes more cooking. hes really not consistent disappointed

Je viens d acheter une pizza en spécial a 21.99. Jusque la tout va bien. Mais comme j ai demande des olives vertes et noires pour mes enfants dessus ils ont rajouté 10$ et quelques de frais extra. Je me serais attendu a des excuses quand j ai rappelé mais ils m ont chargé pour chaque couleur d olives.... vous avez envie d extras. Appelez ailleurs

First time ordering there. Fast delivery and the very friendly delivery man aged over 65. Mexican pizza..... at first glance seems very appetizing and tasty. I was very surprised by the taste. I order from this restaurant often and the majority of the time I am satisfied. But its been 2 times in a row that I have received my food very lukewarm (pizza & fries) to say the least. It s very unpleasant!!! I dont understand because the delivery time is very good. I wonder if your delivery person has a bag to keep warm because I have never seen her go out with such a bag.

Error in the order and price above what is displayed on their online site (almost $10 difference) the manager did not even want to speak to me on the phone to manage the situation or even offer me the Pepsi missing.

Les prix ont presque doublé et la qualité a vraiment chuté... pizza reina avait des bonnes fritte maison maintenant du congelé... leur poulet est cuits à goûter le brûler et la facture est trop haute pour la qualité des aliments.. très déçu et c est la dernière fois.

Good price, however the new administration leaves something to be desired. I placed an order over the phone specifying that a 5 minute detour would be necessary due to road works. After 1.5 hours of waiting, I called back to follow up on the order, and I was told that it should arrive soon without asking me for information about my order. After 2 hours (I am patient), I called back explaining the situation and I was told that the delivery was finally canceled because of the detour that I had taken the time to mention. So Im trying to understand why I wasnt warned before, or when I called after 1:30; they dont even apologize and they hang up the line on me... This has never happened to me before. Very disappointing, I loved this place but will now order elsewhere.

I ate the house fried chicken, super good, good fries and good coleslaw. All this for a reasonable price. I recommend it, its much better than some chains.

In July 2022 I ordered 1 steak + onion sub and a Miami chicken salad. When the delivery guy arrived at my house, I had two subs and my salad. Instead of $35.00 the bill came to $53.98. So I called right away. The girl called the boss and he told me it was a mistake and that he was sending me a note to give me a $16.50 credit on the next order. So I ordered yesterday and when the delivery man came to my house there was a credit, but of $10.00. The manager told me he couldnt give me full credit, its cross country. I used to order often and now its over for me. In any case, deliveries take too long. Theres better than that.

More than 1 hour 20 minutes of waiting to receive the delivery. Additionally, several errors in the command: -plate of 5 pieces of chicken (supposed to be served with fries, sauce and salad). NO FRIES and tiny sauce -plate of chicken souvlaki supposed to be served with Tzatziki sauce, no sauce on the plate -submarine served with no dressing On the other hand, the food was good. We no longer recommend this location.

Jai commandé pour la 1ere foi ce jour et jai été conquise dune part par la rapidité de la livraison et dautre part par la gentillesse des personnes qui ont eu un service à la clientèle exemplaire. Enfin pour couronner le tout les pizza et ailes de poulet étaient un délice !!!! Je vous recommande fortement ce restaurant et je commanderai à nouveau de façon certaine.

Very good pizza

After 1 hour and 45 minutes of waiting, I received a lukewarm pizza, almost cold fries and two pepsies were missing. I called for delivery from this restaurant 2 to 3 times a week and when I called to complain I was told that all they could do for me was credit me for my 2 Pepsis during my next order. I gave up on my 2 Pepsis and decided to take advantage of my 2 to 3 delivery orders per week to another restaurant.
