Didnt get a chance to taste the food, unfortunately. Service so deplorable that we left after 25 minutes of waiting without being taken care of, apart from basic water. Damage.

Definitely a new restaurant on my list! -The food is delicious -The service is good and attentive -The price range is reasonable The only fault in the parking lot is this strip of concrete right in the middle of the parking lot nowayre.. when I warned my wife not to leave from the front because of the strip of concrete the car next to us leaned into it fortunately the wheels did not pass because a blow in the middle of the tank the dmg is done quickly.. If one day you redo the parking remove it! And for the moment PAINT it in YELLOW and even put PEGS or concrete pcq once seated in the car even in yellow you dont see it... naturally you line up from the front unless there are stakes! It would be a shame to ruin a beautiful evening like this! I am normally attentive but not everyone

Meals are always ready on time or even before promised. Everything is tasty!

Good value for money, pasta did not seem like fresh pasta served in Italian restaurants but store-bought dry pasta but was still good, excellent waitress but she had too many customers, waitress/customer ratio too low, time to get served and between each service too long (more than 2 hours total for a 3-course table dhôte meal for 2 people: soup or salad, pasta and dessert, coffee).

How to put it... If you like Classico type alfredo sauce or other grocery store brand without the pimp , you find that Kraft parmesan powder is good and treating yourself on a Saturday evening is a good idea. go to Mikes for dinner: well you will probably like this restaurant. If youre more of the type who enjoys authentic Italian cuisine, with fresh ingredients and handmade sauces and pastas, honestly, give it a try. We are very, very, very far from the gourmet, tasty and warm cuisine of an Italian grandmother. *No judgment for those who like Classico type sauce and Kraft parmesan powder, this is just to give an idea of the type/level of restaurant. We found the food to be cafeteria style food, but with prices of an authentic Little Italy Italian restaurant. Also, I dont want to sound like Im picking on this restaurant, but our waitress was very cold and not very pleasant. We will not return there.

Pasta Alfredo is delicious No crust pizza with a generous amount of cheese I adore

Everything was ordinary. The garden pizza was a little better than a frozen ristorante. The broccoli soup was ultra salty, it was unanimous among everyone who chose this starter. The chocolate cake was good. Yes we were a large group but no one was rude or unpleasant and yet our main waitress was stupid (except when paying, she wanted her tips, then she smiled). A fork was missing, we asked and not even having time to finish the sentence we were told that it was the other servers who would arrive with the cheese. A waiter even dropped a steak knife into my partners back without apologizing. The place is far too small for the number of people they accept in the room. We were so crowded that I was seated between 2 tables of different heights. We were so glued to the table behind us that the waiters had a hard time getting through to serve the people and I spent my evening squashing myself between the tables and my chair to let the people pass. I wont go back there.

Very expensive pizza for the size and taste like frozen pizza dr. oetker. Gigi dough tasted like tomato sauce and nothing else! There were 10 of us and we were all more or less disappointed for the second time, so its the last time for us.

One of our favorite restaurants for several years! A real favorite from the first visit. Nice neighborhood restaurant. Beautiful atmosphere, superb service, great food, etc. Only happiness to live and share in good company. You feel good in this pretty restaurant! The Di Casa lasagna, one of our favorite dishes, is worth the trip alone! We always look forward to going back!

The dishes are good but unfortunately a failed experience for me due to an error in the kitchen and poor communication with the waitresses. Firstly, the service is unfriendly, no smile. I explained my gluten intolerance when ordering, and I validated my choice of dish with the waitress, specifying gluten-free pizza dough. When the order was brought to the table by another waitress, I again validated the fact that it was indeed a gluten-free pastry and was told so. After having eaten half of my dish, they brought me another pizza because the first one was not with gluten-free dough. How is this possible despite all the checks? There, the waitress goes to the kitchen to find out if it is really a mistake for the first pizza and it is true. I am also told that despite the gluten-free dough, all the ingredients also contain gluten. Its total confusion, I prefer to stop eating. This check should have been done in the kitchen by the waitress at the time of the initial order and not after the damage was done. Knowledge about allergens seems weak and unreliable. Traces cannot be avoided, this is understandable in an Italian restaurant, but one must be correctly informed of the allergens present in the ingredients. Also, when the error was detected in the kitchen, action should have been taken immediately. In short, I do not recommend this restaurant for people with allergies or intolerances given the confusion over allergens and the error made in the kitchen. Dietary restrictions: Knowledge about allergens seems unreliable, a costly mistake in the kitchen when preparing a gluten-free pizza.

Decent food, but very disappointing service, especially offering a high-end menu. The waitress gave my mother a burn by giving her her plate of spaghetti au gratin without bothering to tell her to be careful, no feedback if the dish was good, no refilling of water, no smile, no manners. If you dont like your job as a waitress... you change direction, buddy, because honestly it really doesnt happen. The customer experience is the most important thing when visiting a restaurant. First and last time.

We had a reservation and we had 2 hours for a work Christmas dinner because there was another reservation after us....I understand that we had been notified but when the waitress gets impatient for you to leave 2 hours sharply later while your coffee isnt even finished even though we had just received it just a few minutes before...We dont control how quickly the cook will bring out his dishes so being on timer to eat I didnt really appreciate it but for the food everything was very good from starter to dessert... Vegetarian options: Several meatless dishes on the menu... Parking: We had to park at the back of the building where the restaurant occupies which is a bit far from the entrance for those who have walking problems... Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs or steps but in the restaurant the tables and the restricted space make wheelchair accessibility more difficult but I am sure that if the restaurant is informed in advance they would be able to facilitate access :)

Normally, I am very satisfied with this place, group of 7, my partner has food intolerances, she only takes soup and asks for a cup of hot water, the herbal tea she takes is not available at this restaurant, so she uses hers, in a degrading tone the waiter tells us, you are not allowed to bring used tea! Im not bringing my entire lunch... a free cup of hot water doesnt cost much to make 7 people happy.

If I could have given 0 stars that would be it! My boyfriend and I ordered a margherita pizza, and not only did they charge us a $5 sharing fee????!!!? I didnt know that an extra plate costs $5 but hey... The most disgusting pizza I have tasted in my life. A pasta, with cheese without any sauce, and tomatoes sliced like in a salad. We still got charged for the meal, even though we didnt eat it and we sent it back. Worst service and worst food

Some dishes are way too expensive for what they are worth. And the group menu is rather limited.

There are 4 of us friends who went to dinner last Friday. The food was good, the service quick but the waitress seemed to be bored with her work. Without smiling, very direct. We were on the terrace and a few minutes after paying our bill, even though several tables were available, she stopped and said very curtly you know you must have left since 8:00? » and it was 8:05. We would have understood the message even if the person had said it with a little more sensitivity. I understand that the rules are established like this and that she must remind each table that does not leave within the minute they have paid but that should not make the customers feel like kindergarten children who do not attach their shoes. Lets say that it ends the experience badly. Parking: I think places are limited when you arrive during peak hours.

(I would have given 4* for the food) (I would give 2* for the explanation received and the logic of the explanation on the menu) Here is I order Tortellini for $23 but I ask Gigi for the sauce BUT the offer on the menu (Gigi sauce comes with Penne for $22) I am told that it will be $4 more because it is It is a stuffed pastry. Excluding the stuffed dough is already $1 more!! If I build my plate of dough (on an example from the menu it s $2 more for stuffed dough) where is the logic? Why not charge the Tortellini plate (Gigi sauce) for $23 or, at the most, add the $2 as indicated elsewhere on the menu? Also to conclude my wife orders fettucini instead of spaghetti, but they served her spaghetti. We ask the waitress if she had indicated fettuccini on her order? , she replied that no, she had written what we had asked her... yet my wife had also asked her if there was a charge for changing the type of pasta. In short we still ate well but it could have been more enjoyable!!!

Very nice restaurant, clean and great service. Apportez votre vin. The lasagna is amazing, pizza is good, but not like a real Italian pizza :( thin crust, light topping. I prefer the bread crust with more topping, like the old Italian restaurants make. They also have a gluten free pizza option +$2 that I did not try.

I didnt particularly like my plate when I discovered a Big Black Hair!!! I was with a group so I didnt really say anything... the waitress did change my plate, but they just credited me with the cheapest item on my bill, a Cesar salad starter!!! the least we could have done was to credit the dish in question! It made me so sickening that I didnt have much of an appetite that evening and I didnt like my dinner at this restaurant.
