Good morning For four people we took the family car. Pizza + fries + liquor The staff is very courteous and kind. The pizza is very good.

Updated November 2024. Pizza is still great, fries are now delicious. The fries (on several occasions) were cooked to perfection and very crispy. These are regular fries and not the breaded ones that we are served too often. If you want a good pizza and/or good fries, Pizza Jacques-Cartier La Prairie is a place of choice. Good pizza. Very good variety. A few tables to eat on site. Free parking. Negative point, the fries are short and without much flavor.

I just ordered from Pizza Jacques Cartier in La Prairie, and I am really impressed! Under new management, the quality of the pizza is exceptional. The dough is perfectly crispy, the toppings are fresh and the sauce is just delicious. Without a doubt, its the best pizza in town. Plus, the delivery was super fast my order arrived hot and much faster than expected. Great service, amazing pizza, a great addition to La Prairie. I highly recommend!

Not good and way too expensive for what there is, frozen cheese and super fatty potatoes, fries that taste like old oil, not to mention the lasagna, which has no sauce, Ill never go there again.

Do yourself a favor and dont come here, I ordered a poutine with extra cheese, they didnt add the extra but they loaded it with extra sauce that I didnt ask for either. In short, $5 extra charged and not received.

Really no longer a pizza of the same quality and quantity of ingredients. Before it was the best choice when the store was on Chemin St-Jean.

Very good pizza, the lasagna is also very good. I would like it if on Doordash and Uber Eats we werent required to get sides which would ultimately cost us $7 more than the lasagna itself. I prefer to call them and go pick it up.

Terrible service... Extreme delivery time... If you want to order there, it will take forever and that doesnt mean it will be good. Good luck

I ate a very poor sub! Lots of onion??? With very little meat but this weird sandwich was frankly not digestible, the woman at the cash register was very helpful but the problem is in the kitchen, the worst part this sub looked good before biting into it, 4 thin pieces of boiled beef, with 3 peperonies just to give some flavor to 2 inches of wet and burning onion very disappointed!

I often order from this restaurant, sometimes very good, sometimes average. Today I order a large all dressed for $39 with $3 tip. I open the box, 3/4 of the toppings at the bottom of the box, pizza not hot and more or less cooked. We decided to fix it ourselves and reheat it a little in the oven. In the meantime I call the restaurant, maybe I ask them for another pizza another day. The girl stupidly answers me, well send you one this evening and well bring the other back. I told her a future discount would be better she replied 10% no more, I replied well we order more from you telling her its much more than 10% loss for you.

Envie dune poutine qui sest rapidement transformé en grande déception. Nous avons plutôt mangé une soupe-poutine. Yaurait fallu la manger avec une cuillère tellement yavait de sauce. Vraiment une petite portion pour 16$ et en plus on pouvait pas appeler ça du fromage en crotte, cétait plutôt du fromage en miette. Je vous souhaite que la pizza soit meilleure.

Im coming to get my dough to make homemade pizza. The crumb is good and it works very well.

Sub with only 1 half tomato and was supposed to have mushrooms and there werent any. Fried sauce with a very small portion of sauce. Extra croutons Caesar salad with no croutons.

Waited more than 60 minutes on site for a spaghetti when I had called to have it prepared in advance... its inconceivable... all the customers were served before me. The person at the front of the counter had no answer to give and had no solution . They had given my spaghetti to a table outside that they were looking for to give it to me .. once in the car, I realize that the bread is full of dirt . For real, big nonsense

Wow, that was a mistake of my life to by a pizza over there!!!! Bought a small pizza over there and the same night my 2.5 year old, my wife and my self all 3 had gastro!!! Baby woke up all soiled , wife got up 3 times to the bathroom ( sorry for the details) Crazy!!! Hope who ever doing food inspections will be passing soon in there. Stay away from this place.

The pasta sauce is really not good, it tastes weird... We received our order after a little over 2 hours of waiting, we were finally offered 20% off the order, because the delivery girl called the restaurant upon arriving. When we called ourselves, the young man who took our complaint was arrogant and nonchalant and we were told there was nothing he could do to help us. Very poor service.

Unprofessional waited 40 min for a pizza

Very disappointed, I had the impression of having a reheated pizza, when opening the box I said..what is this? dry up and yet I live 5 minutes from the restaurant for delivery.WoW very disappointing, no sauce, dry dough, finished for me never again I recommend it.

There are always errors on the invoice. You have to check each time so as not to pay for nothing.

Place an order at 8:30 a.m., the restaurant closes at 9 a.m. and my order is refused. Nice service!

My Girlfriend ordered the 14 family special only to arrive and be given a 12 pizza, no cans of soda or fries and was told because it was a 12 pizza there is no special....although they caused the error by making the wrong size. They did not want to do anything to make it right. Just to add to it, the green peppers were almost burnt. I understand staffing is probably hard to find right now however teach the basics of good customer service to your employees. We use to order from there all the time.

I ordered a Jacques-Cartier lasagna. I got very sick because the food was expired. The sauce is HORRIBLE. I will NEVER buy from this restaurant again. The manager didnt even bother to call me back following my complaint. Clearly the health of customers matters little to him.

Jacques pizza branches are most of the time are very clean places to eat and order only a few branches are behind the sanitary conditions this one tumbs up

Pizzas are delicious at most Jacques Cartier Pizza and its the case here. The staff is friendly here unlike the grumpy rude people at Brossard C section location. The problem with this location is that everything was extremely salty, the pizza, the sub and the fries. If it is salty for me, I cant imagine how it is for other people. And the fries are the soft dark brown à la belle province style. Its not eatable.

Très cher, extrêmement huileux (on en est presqua se laver les mains après chaque bouché, ça coule de partoût), et la dernière fois la moitié des garnitures de la pizza sest retrouvé dans le fond de la boîte. Today, February 20, 2020 at 5:30 p.m. I ordered on the phone and the gentleman told me that the prices have increased. When I get to the cash register the prices have not increased but he charges me $12 too much and only returns $6. Finally after like 10 minutes of nonsense he refunded my $12 and at home I saw that my drinks were missing. Good restaurant good quality but very very bad employee and unfortunately I will no longer come there because of this employee. Be careful please.

The pizzas are delicious, the crust is perfect. Small downside, the price is a little expensive for 2 pizzas, one of which is for a child ($45) and the staff is a little too young and left to their own devices, gives the feeling of a certain lack of rigor behind the counter. 2 large topped pizzas for $66. Very little pepperoni, lots and lots of cheese! Mushrooms? we didnt find any. Green peppers? Some for decoration. For $66, I would have expected better. As far as I am concerned, I will never order from Jacques-Cartier again. And to think that it s supposed to be a very good pizzeria. According to everyone who ate it with me this lunch, it was not worth the price. In addition, we asked for a family fry and utensils for 6 people and we received a small fry! We got about 4 fries per person. Not strong!!!!!!! In the photos, the pizzas look appetizing. See the photo of the pizza we received, it doesnt look like the photos on the restaurants website. Furthermore, I wrote to the site two weeks ago and the owner did not respond. It seems like he doesnt respond to negative comments, but he should!

Ill explain my first experience at Jacques Cartier Pizza... me and my family ordered 2 small.. a cheese pepperoni.. and a quebecoise (that means.. bacon pepperoni) to be sure to have pepperoni.. I asked for extra pepperoni on the 2 small ones.. (that means $6 extras) we clearly didnt get it.. because.. if there was extra.. that means.. no pepperoni at all at the base.. make no mistake.. there was only a single row of pepperoni. .really X-ray style.. I called to tell them.. and her. answers.. we put it.. I said... its good.. you can tell your boss that he made $6 with me.. and thats the last time he will make money with me.. Im really not a fan of como either.. I find that its really not worth paying $46 for 2 small.. when with the 2 for 1 you get the same thing for $26 I dont understand why you can get double at 2 for 1 (and they make money with you) and that at normal pizzerias you dont get better for your money I just dont like being robbed.. I pay for it.. at least put it on please.. $46 for 2 small.. please dont steal from me after thinking about it.. call the 2 for 1.. at least you get what you pay for and often better :) jacques cartier pizza.. you can go back to longueuil.. here you will not dethrone no one has stolen your customers :(

Im going to get a pizza special 2 medium 2 fries 1 coke. Usually I go to get it in Longeuil where I have always been at least satisfied. The special costs me almost $10 more than the other Jacques Cartier. I am told that the owner (Georgia) does not have the same prices because the restaurant is new. For a chain that doesnt even have the same price for restaurants, its still disappointing. In addition, the pizza was not cooked to perfection, the cheese was not even melted. Customer at least satisfied

Amazing Pizza

After waiting on the phone for over 5 minutes to place an order for pick up and bringing the pizza home, we were less than satisfied. The pizza was undercooked and not enjoyable. Weve had pizza from Jacques-Cartier in St-Hubert and its always been delicious. This locations pizza doesnt compare!

The person who says that in Longueuil the pizza for this restaurant was cheaper is not true the same order two 10pouce and 2 fries and a coke $31 while in Longueuil and 32.50 so you are cheaper at home
