Küto is on the expansive side of the fast food being somewhat healthier, than other choices. I have been to the La Prairie Küto a handful of times over the past year and not 1 time was my order exactly what I ordered. Last time i asked for tataki i ended up with tataki nachos. Portion are good but often lack of taste, its good and fad at the same time. It is missing the "pop" or the "wow" and at that price it is disappointing. But i keep going as it is what is available in the area. Service is like many food chain, young adult at the counter more interested in the next text message than the client. And between clients, the cashier complained to the cook. Which makes the atmosphere even colder than the already empty room. Lots of take out and food order disrupt the restaurant atmosphere Again not a bad place, good food on the expansive side. Try it out

I was there 3 days ago. Find it way too overprice for the portion. The worst is that the rice was not cooked! It was hard and crunchy.
Good takeout service, cool menu with different varieties of each kind of Taratare. It's nice to have something different for the run-of-the-mill recipes. We had the "Japanese" style salmon tartare and the steakhouse style beef tartare. Both were enjoyable and relatively cheap for a tartare. The potato chips included were flavorless, but good for scooping up the tartare (not quite enough toast was included).
Food is good but what's the point of all you can eat tartar if the cook is super slow and gets you 3 tartars in a hour.

Great service, nice variety of tartares on the menu. The first time it was a little on the salty side, but the last time I went the flavors were balanced. Would definitely recommend either arriving early or later in the evening because it gets really packed fast. They don't take reservations.

The waitress (Alexandra) gave us excellent service with a beautiful smile, simple and genuine despite all our requests. Even the chef came to confirm certain ingredients for substitutions related to unusual food intolerances. The food was excellent and we even ordered some to bring after our meal. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming to all. There were crowds, unlike the other nearby businesses, which is telling. A great discovery! Dietary restrictions: It is possible to make substitutions to accommodate allergies and intolerances
We are repeating the experience! Great choice of tartars! Different promotions depending on the day of the week. We took advantage of unlimited tartars on Wednesday. 4 excellent tartars on the slate for the week! Fast and efficient service!

Personally, I find it too small and too close to the kitchens to eat on site. The tartars are very good.
Really disappointed with the general quality of my dish given the price of the product. The grilled chicken was only cooked on the outside. The portion leaves something to be desired. Having known the size before, I would never have paid $27 for this little dish. I never thought I would want a refund for a dish...
By far the WORST poke bowl I have ever eaten in my entire life. Im not a picky person, this is literally the first time Ive left a bad google review, but the disappointment and frustration I had upon arriving home after having my order picked up a little early the quality of the dish was completely unacceptable. I ordered a salmon, strawberry and avocado poke. Firstly, the quantity of salmon was ridiculous, practically non-existent. There was 5x more crushed wasabi than salmon (in addition to making the taste atrocious and having the impression of eating croutons rather than tartare, they invaded my bowl because there were so many), and I didnt like it. havent seen a piece of avocado. Secondly, the rice was completely frozen. I had difficulty separating it and even more so chewing it. Three, instead of being salad, it was KALE. Nowhere did it say it on the menu. But the worst part of all this is that there are supposed to be pieces of chopped leeks... I thought that the big pieces that I had difficulty chewing were those... until I realize it was pieces of kale stem!!!!!!! It was EVERYWHERE in my bowl, big cut pieces of tough stems. This is literally unacceptable. $30 for a poke is already excessively expensive, but on top of that, to throw it in the trash so much that it s unedible I will NEVER go back there in my life. The only positive comment I have is that the lady at the checkout was really nice. I received good service there when I picked up my order, but it was really the quality of the dish that was terrible.
Very disappointed with the service. I have been visiting you since you opened and unfortunately my last experience at the counter with the waitress was disastrous. She was disrespectful and its a shame. I wont go back there again. Farewell. P.S. The extra croutons have already been free.
An excellent dinner for a Saturday evening Welcoming waitress, no pressure, accommodating Fresh meal, nice balance between textures and flavors Quiet enough place to chat without shouting. Perfect regular portion for me! A great discovery for me!
Really disappointing that they now have a policy that they dont allow any food bought from outside, my son doesnt eat tartare and in the pass we always brought an option for him like a happy meal and enjoy a dinner in family. Now we can t and I can t understand that change, especially when there is no childrens option on their menu.

Very good tartare. I really liked the one with maple bacon salmon. I asked for a little more flavor and I received a packet of sriracha sauce. I wanted it to taste more like bacon and maple. What I also deplore is the few croutons and the little vinaigrette for the green salad. We have to pay for everything separately. Charge for extra croutons and extra dressing.

Very disappointing online order directly on the kuto website. Although we checked to receive booking confirmation, we did not receive any confirmation. The delivery person got the address wrong. The order remained outside for a minimum of 30 minutes, without ice. Everything was hot and after taking one bite we had to throw it all away, it was clearly no longer good. I called the restaurant and was informed that it was not their problem. Great way to waste $100. Never again for me
I used to frequently eat tartare at Kuto, but with the pandemic the carcass clearly offers better tartare in terms of quality and price. The carcass being closed for an indefinite period on Sunday, I ordered from Kuto. I paid for two extra extra croutons and there were 3 croutons in each bag...its a real joke. The croutons cost nothing... on the one hand there really arent enough croutons included with the tartare and on the other hand charging extra for 3 croutons? I wouldnt go back to Kutos house again, thats for sure.
La Prairies Kuto is perfect! Everything is fresh, abundant and tasty. We dont wait for our order when ordered online. The staff is usually friendly and efficient. Nothing to say other than: I will come back again and again!

Very good and the tartars are good. The only negative point is the overpackaging. You order a small tartare to take away and you come out with a huge paper bag in which there is a container too big for the portion of tartare it contains.

Usually its good, but it seems like it depends on the kuto... We had the trilogy special for a Wednesday. It was for takeaway... The three tartars didnt taste much the tuna was particularly bland. Usually in a full portion there is some taste but here, nothing The croutons tasted damp/stale . Not fresh salad in short, really not a good experience.. as if we had had the stock from the day before Unlucky guy, but for us, well go somewhere else next time
The employees work quickly and efficiently, the food is very good and fresh. The only drawback of Küto is their price but that is understandable.

We ordered a vegetarian tartare and one with forest beef for Fathers Day. The vegetarian tartare was ordinary. The forester one was good. The meal would have deserved a 3 or 3.5. However, our family members who ate kuto got sick.

Always excellent to do business with Küto. Only detail. Croutons cost peanuts... when you ask for extra croutons and receive a bag with 4 ends so you have to break them in 2..... its Rucking cheap. I say that because you are getting cheaper and cheaper on croutons.... what are the next steps... 1 bag with two pieces of bread in it??? Dont take for granted that you are the only restaurant to offer tartare, because you never know who will open their doors with more ambition than you.

Nice portion for the price and tasty but, little crouton. I asked for an extra crouton and got 5 small ones for the huge portion. For me crouton and tartare are sinequanon. This balance should be achieved
