Service is the worst, I got a chimichurri steak 12 inch and there was barely any steak inside, she kept removing meat from the scoup instead of filling up the scoop like all other locations. It's always the same lady at lunch whose there and she's horrible, should be doing some other job because all the other clients were also rolling their eyes at her.

Rare to leave a one star review, but in this subway someone saw me entrer and went back to kitchen without saying anything while holding a phone.I waited and asked if someone is here, no one responsed. Never return.
We preordered it online, after at least 30min we arrived, our order had not been prepared yet. There was no person in the store, so I didn’t think it was that busy. We ordered 4 biscuits, but we only had 3 in the bag. After eating the meals, both my boyfriend and I had stomachache after 2 hrs, and that was the only thing we ate during the day. I even had diarrhea afterwards, probably the ingredients were not fresh enough. Never gonna go there again.
Don’t know who’s working tonight on December 23rd but this person doesn’t know how to follow orders. We ordered on door dash and the bread was not grilled, everything was super cold. Half of the sandwiches didn’t have sauce. Really disappointed, I do not recommend.
Stayed at counter for 5 minutes. Employee had earpods on and never sais a word to me. Yes he seemed to be making a sandwich for delivery but it would not hurt to simply greet the client. Never going back

The food was ok. Drink fountain didn't have half of the drinks and flavors. The girl who served us didn't understand English and was angry to serve us even if I spoke French. Like it's 2018 learn it.... 🙄
Worst service of my life on his phone on call during his shift
Worst service. Im already waiting in front of the cash register for 10 minutes, theres no one there. I start to say hello for someone to answer me the guy tells me to wait stupid and he is on the phone. After waiting 15 minutes I left
Very unpleasant customer service, the employees present roll their eyes, speak curtly and seem disinterested in their work I was disappointed by this inappropriate behavior, the other restaurants in the chain have much better service, I prefer henceforth to deviate from my path than to return there.
WORST Subway!!!! We go there with a coupon... Finally arrive at the checkout the amount is 3 times the coupon... The cashier calls the manager... 10 minutes of waiting for the manager... Finally we leave and decide to go somewhere else! The cashier seemed lost and totally lacking in experience and communication! If I could have put 0, I would have put a big ZERO!
First time in a restaurant that I had such a bad customer service experience, first I arrived then instead of preparing my order the person started to prepare the order for the next customer and was not attentive to what put on my order and the person did not understand the numbers or the names of the menu. But the icing of the bad experience was that I went with a frequent customer and then the person knew because of that my nationality so my companion made an order for 2 12in loaves for his family and me in another order for a bowl for myself so the customer service person said oh the people from your country eat a lot of all this for you.... and start laughing so hard... then after like me personally didnt like it joke she said its a joke. I consider that we definitely need to educate people who work in a restaurant, these off-topic comments and with this kind of generalization are completely unacceptable, they do not notice the good values such as respect, the kindness that one must have in the customer service....

The B.M.T Italian sandwich has 3 slices of ham for 6 inch but they only put 2 and I mentioned it to him but it seems to be the only one that does that because all the others its 3 slices. In short, they screw you over.

But given that its the Subway in my neighborhood, I gave them a chance and Im very disappointed once again... we went there yesterday at 8 a.m. and we came face to face with a closed restaurant (it wasnt neither registered on the internet nor on the restaurant door) so we left and came back today. Luckily it was open except that it wasnt much better... the employee was stupid and he could see that he was in a hurry to leave, he was missing some ingredients and the way he told us was really stupid and in my opinion very inappropriate... when paying my partner mentions to him that we are going to eat there at that time it is 8:15 a.m. the employee stupidly replies that the dining room is closed and that we cannot eat here since the restaurant closes at 8:30 a.m.... honestly I work in customer service myself and behavior of this kind is unacceptable I can understand that the day is long and that you want to go home but I dont make others experience it... in short, very disappointed and I hope this employee will have a little meeting to teach her the basics of customer service!!
Very slow service. Also, the owner refuses to take subway coupons even though that is the only advantage of going there. In short, if you go there for the coupons go elsewhere.

Absolutely atrocious establishment! I ordered 2 12-inch sandwiches, a box of 6 biscuits and 2 additional biscuits on UberEats. I received 3 6 inch sandwiches, all 3 completely different (not the ones we ordered obviously) and only 2 cookies (again not the flavor we ordered). Extremely disappointed with this experience and I recommend that you avoid this branch.
Refuse a coupon which is nevertheless valid. They say its only applicable for cold cuts, but the coupon says make your own sandwich. On the coupon you can clearly see a chicken sandwich and a beef sandwich.

Normally, all food is fresh. But my last order which dates from September 4, 2022 was not the case. The bread was soggy and the steak seemed of poor quality. I gave one star for the vegetables.
They updated the schedule on google 4 days ago but every time I wanted to go there it was always closed, even though they closed in more than an hour on the site

6:40, Saturday evening, big sign that says OPEN, but no one inside. I wanted to give them a chance since the last time I had to wait 30 minutes to be served due to the fact that there was only one employee on a Friday evening, who however offered excellent service. Unfortunately, with the new owner, nothing is going well for this Subway. Too bad, we want to encourage restaurants, but they dont do anything to help themselves.. Great service at the A and W right across the street!

I went on Saturday November 21 at 7 p.m. and the employee who made the sandwiches did not have a mask and I asked him if he had the right to work without a mask and my response was that he was not obliged. Clean but their difficulty in recruiting is felt. Slow service, empty counter with admission from the employee that the day person didnt prepare anything so the first 2 sandwich options (cheese steak and vf combo) are not available. Add to error at checkout. In short, to be avoided. I recommend the subway on Ch. St-Jean right next door.
Warm welcome and very warm and competent employees
After 3 visits, I noticed that the employees are poorly trained and not courteous. The employees also close the restaurant 10-15 minutes before closing. To get good service, you have to go to the subway on boul. St-Jean.

Very poor customer service. I went there twice. The first, the service was long because the employees were talking among themselves. The second I hit a barred door on a Saturday at 9:30. When I see the door, I see that the branch closes at 9:00, the only problem is that the open sign is on as well as all the lights in the restaurant. There is one employee and two non-employees talking to each other inside. I kindly point to the open sign since I tell myself that they forgot it and they start laughing at me!! I will definitely choose another subway than this one, I would never return to a place where customers are laughed at.
