No sauce in the pizza and its hard to cut, I had to cut it myself for a large peporoni at $30, its expensive for no service other than the one I have to do myself

The pizzas look better than other franchises! I highly recommend the bacon with stuffed crust fan!

The young man at the counter is absolutely phenomenal, he is courteous, very competent and efficient, he knows his business and we are always well served and confident. I come here often and have always had good service. Well done to the whole team. Its always good too . I went by at 5:20 p.m. on November 15 during rush hour, he told me 25 minutes of waiting and it took around twenty at most. Thanks for the good work.

The delivery man gave me a little attitude tantrum in my driveway, slamming my door, whining and swearing while returning to his car.... because according to him I didnt leave him enough tips...! !! Well last time I dealt with Pizza Hut delivery service...!! The delivery people leave something to be desired with their attitude!! For the order however everything was perfect!! Worst Pizza Sainte-Virge. The crust drops the water and the air I returned after 15 years my last disappointment and same observation. The waitress told me that they leaven the dough with 7up because yeast is too expensive. Frankly sad pizza with weak mopping water

I took their famous promotion the second pizza for $1 to take away...made it when it was time to taste it very very very disappointing I had never seen pizza as thin as that I think a Canada notebook is thicker and in addition there was almost no topping, some pepperoni mushroom pepper scattered vaguely on the two pizzas.....I felt downright robbed

I cant believe we teach them how to cut pizzas or something like that! How can you give slices of pizza to guests when its all cut in different sizes! Its nonsense. And it seems to me that the pizza no longer has any taste!

Everything was good and hot. I took a triple delight box of 2 pizzas with 16 bites of chicken, Hershey cookie with chocolate chips. I ordered online and it was ready 15 or 20 minutes later. Nothing negative to say. I received exactly what I ordered, no errors in the order. Thank you Pizza Hut!

Large empty dining room which could be used to wait at least in the warmth. the system says to pass within 20 to 25 minutes and upon arrival you have to wait another 20 to 30 minutes outside... Say versus other restaurants in the area its not famous.

Telephone order which took me 10 minutes to speak with the representative to get me to call back in 10 minutes. I went to the restaurant to place my order and the fryers were out of service. So no fries, chicken, chicken wing, etc.

the delivery men do not respect health rules and are mean, I have a gentleman who walked into my apartment without a mask, raising his voice because he was not happy with the amount of his tip. the same delivery man threw the box of pizza in my hands. I contacted the restaurant to have something happen, but I still got the delivery guy again.

The detour will be shorter than the wait to obtain service. Its still not the end of the world on earth and its certainly not haute cuisine. It takes 8 minutes to make a pizza.... Just the same.... Plus, they got almost all the pizzas wrong!!!

We had to wait at least 55 minutes to get two pizzas. When we got home, 1 overcooked pizza (practically burnt) and the Hawaiian pizza with almost no toppings. Very frustrating after such a long wait. The pandemic context does not explain everything.
